i suman thakur purchased an ipod worth Rs.240 including shipping charges from rediffshopping on dated 21/1/2011 the order number is 6280676

the ipod which i received is not in running condition.

so my request is please register my complain

i require my money back as soon as possible

if rediffshop wish to replace that ipod with a new one, my request to the rediffshop please make an arrangement a courier to send the ipod because i am not in a position to bear the courier charges.
hoping a favorable reply from the indianconsumercomplainforum.

Big mistake to purchase online shopping from Rediff shopping which i done last month January-2011I, I have received faulty mobile instrument i.e F 089 Dual sim,wi-fi, T.V mobile phone( by order no: 6249435),Rediff customer care says contact to supplier, by information of supplier online via e-mail and confirmation i have sent back to supplier party CIRCONIA in Mumbai by Shree Balaji courier service as on[protected],but till today i have not received replacement of faulty mobile, What to do? please help me for solve the matter.

Dear Consumer Court,

I got purchased one Dicer from Rediff Online Shopping (Order number: 6275843).

The product got dispatched to me on 21st Jan' 2011 which was a broken part. There is a crack on the body of the Dicer.

I wrote them the email for complaining about the same on 22nd Jan'2011 itself. But as there mail box was full they could not received that email.

I wrote them again with the proof of the same last email but they are not replacing the product.

It would really be greatful of you if you can help me in taking necessary action regarding the same.

But the above said ipod received in not working condition i purchased it from net banking now as the ipod is not functioning at all & i spent inr-240&five time net cafe charge

I placed an order for a gift item through Rediff Shopping on 17-Dec-10 for a 'Pearl Jewelery Set on gold plated base'. Order # 6230218. The item was delivered on 29-Dec-10. On opening of parcel, Product was found in damaged condition due to improper packing and rough handling. Immediately, i sent an e.mail intimation to customer [protected]@ Rediff shopping. I was directed to return the Product within 7 days at the seller's address, Seemagifts, Vipul Salva, A-302, Navkar apts.,Cr. Rd. No.4, Malad West, Mumbai-400064 (Phone#[protected]. Accordingly, I sent the item through Blaze-flash courier vide C.No.[protected] on 04.01.2011 and intimated shipping details to the customer support executive (Ms. Pooja Valecha). After two days, I received a phone call from another customer executive (Yogesh) intimating another address of seller. When I told that I have already returned the Product he did not respond.Now, Product has already been delivered at the seller's address. I requested for the replacement and refund of courier charges but they are not responding because they have committed mistake. I want to proceed for legal action against Rediff Shipping if I don't get the Product and courier charges. I have saved all the e.mails received or sent and I am not at fault anywhere.Can anybody advise in the matter against unfair practices of Rediff Shipping.

hi, i ordered a lephone ulta dual sim mobile phone with camera on this online shopping site in december last year.my ORDER NO. is 6236420.i opted for cash on delivery.after 2-3 days i got the courier.I checked the courier bag and it was properly sealed so i paid the amount Rs.1199+ 75(postage & handling)+20(for cash on delivery),total Rs.1294. but when i opened the bag i found a poorly packed mobile phone with packet seal broken.instead of lephone ultra dual sim mobile phone they send me an icell-i666 mobile which was completely different from the advertisement shown on the site.when i contacted the customer care,they apologised and asked me to send the product back for replacement to the seller's address via courier.i was told that the courier charges will be refunded via a pay order.after that i send the product back to the seller's address that they gave me on 30th december 2010 and forwarded the courier details to both the seller and the customer care.
after 2-3 days the customer care told me that my replacement will be dispatched by the seller(hp enterprises,chennai) within next 7-8 working days and the courier charges(Rs.170)will be refunded via a pay order on my name and will be delivered in 10-12 days.but it has been 14-15 days since then and still the replacement has not been delivered to me.when i complained about this to the customer care, they told me it will be delivered in 2-3 days and after that they stopped replying.even the seller is not replying to me.still i have not received the replacement and the pay order.
i request you to take an appropriate action towards this and ask them to send my replacement.i will be really thankful.

I am customer of rediffmailpro.com which is paid service since last almost 7 years +. I have written them to change my password as it is showing error but since last so many days neither I am able to access my account nor they are resetting it.
It is being business account my business is hampering badly.. if I try it manually it says server down for maintenance I really doubt creditably of host now..
Can you please help me in this.

I had ordered 'After Eight' chocolates via Rediff Shopping on 15th December, 2010 which were to be delivered by 22nd Dec 2010. I haven't received them till date. There is no way to be able to contact them, their website only shows you the status of the courier - though it says 'dispatched', no sign till date.

i had bought 2 mobile handsets and a mp3 player from REDIFF SHOPPING... one mobile isnt working and the other is damaged and the mp3 palyer is not even working ... i m vry dissapointed with rediff... i kindly request the higher authories to look into the matter and take necessary steps... we customers are been cheated like hell kindly give the support to the customers so that customers arent been cheated...

I have ordered a Watch (worth Rs.299 + Shipping 50) from rediff Shopping on 16.11.2010 but after contineous following up with rediff, on 8.12.2010, I have recieved mail from rediff that my order has been cancelled and money will be refunded in next 72 hours.
But now 13 days has been passed, and I am contineous following up with them but my money is not refunded by rediff or I have not got any response from them.
Please help.

I have purchased 2 quntities of I Care Digital Thermometer on 20 Nov. 2010 as per order no. 6183556 via Rediff.Com Online Shopping. I received only 1 quantity and complained to customer care. They promised refund for 1 quantity Rs. 99/- over e-mail but not received it. Now they have stopped responding to my e-mails. Please help.

I placed a order number 6160011 on 04 Nov 2010 with rediffshopping and my card was also charged but on 30 Nov 2010 this order was cancelled without telling me any reason. Now on 08 Dec 2010 i again placed order number 6214136 after talking with a person whose name was "Mukarram" who is in rediffshopping sales department. He convinced me that this order will deliver to me on 14 Dec 2010 also rediffshopping will not cancel this order like my previous order.After that I made payment on rediffshopping website. my card was charged But still now today is 15 December 2010 and this order has not been dispatched till yet. whenever i try to talk with rediffshopping customer care department they not gives proper answer whether they will deliver my order or not. They always say that they will talk to their vendor regarding this.

I WANT TO RECOVER MY PREVIOUS EMAIL ID ON REDIFMAIL.COM AND PASSWORD...

I purchased Mini Speaker (two numbers) from online shopping portal of rediff http://shopping.rediff.com/shopping/index.html on 7-Nov-2010. After couple of days I received a courier from Ojjas Enterprises, Mumbai with speaker. For my surprise received only one Mini Speaker that too without USB cable. I called Ojjas Enterprise next day, some named Ravi picked up the call and took note of my concern and promised to send missing USB cable and another piece of mini speaker. Post the call next 5 days no courier is received nor able contact any one ot Ojjas Enterprise, the number keeps ringing but no one picks up. Later I lodged complaint with rediff contact, till today no response.

Need advise and solution. Please advise
