This is very bad experience to shop with re diff.com & no reply in spite of 5 reminders send to concern persons.
case : I had invested amount of Rs.319/- for 2 full shirts white L- 40 size. I had recd. my delivery on 19.03.2011 had paid amount of Rs.70/- for delivery charges.
After opening the packet sizes of shirt found are not matching with
ordered size i.e. L -40 size. I had sent back the same courier to
Disha enterprises,( Thane) on 23.03.2011 as address recd. from
rediffmail.com. POD No.185, Dated: 23/03/2011, Through Shri Maruti Courier.
Till date , I had not recd. my courier of 2 full shirts white L- 40 size. This is Reminder 6th to rediff shopping.
i wanted to go consumer forum for launching the complaint. Either give
me delivery of my order or refund back my full amount Rs.319/-(shirt charges) + Rs.70/-(courier charges for sending back the courier) Total Rs.389/-

In the month of December, I have given order for children play sccooter vide order no. 6318563 and paid the amount of Rs. 1774-00 through crossed cheque of State Bank of Hyderabad. After some time I received a mail from your shopping wingof rediffmail stating that my order no 6318563 was reversed and cancelled due to delivary issue, Further I was assured thyat the amount will be refunded to me by way of pay order. After waiting a month I sent mail to customer care of rediffmail to which one mail I received in the name of Mr. Masum Das on[protected] that my amount will be refunded within 6-8 working days vide no.

I am thinking now that I have been taken for ride by rediff shopping and I least expected from such reputed organisation .
Kindly do some thing into the matter to get my money back..

i placed online order (order number 6360456) to gift someone of product children eduction laptop worth Rs. 485 including shipping charge from rediff shopping on 14th march 2011 and this product delivery was on 21st march 2011. payment done through HDFC net-banking on same date. product was not deliver by them on time, after called in costumer care they told me to put a mail to their customer support department, i was put a mail on 23rd march 2011 in support for non deliver product they cancelled my order due to non delivery and refund will be provide within next 4-5 days after 4-5 days i put another mail on 31st march for remind about refund not reflect in bank account, they reply me to wait for next 1-2 days. on 4th april i called to customer care but they are enable to refund and not giving proper answer after so many calls with senior executive Mr. chetan & ms. Shruti (customer care) they reply me to wait to evening. i call them on 5th April but the same answer was given.

This has reference to the order placed to Rediff.com ([protected]@shoppingmails.rediff.com) in the month of Dec.,2010 and approved by them on 13.12.2010. Details of Order # 6214890

Imported - Formula 1 Scratch Out 1 no. 339.00

Shipping & Handling: Rs.150.00
Total: Rs.1363.00
The payment was made by at par cheque no.159208 on Punjab National Bank dated 09.12.2010 and the same was cleared on 15.12.2010. The order was supposedly forwarded thro' Aramex Couriers who in any case did not have any operations in the undersigneds' area. This was pointed out to Rediff and they were asked to dispatch the material thro' Professional Couriers or thro' Indian Postal Dept. Since then nothing has been heard from them other than that the material was returned to them by Aramex as the undersigned did not go over to Aramex office at Kayamkulam or Alappuzha to pick up the parcel and that the refund was being made. Till date nothing has happened. Neither the material supply nor the refund of Rs.1363.00.
Kindly do the needful to ensure that the material is supplied or the refund is made with interest and expenses.

It is really frustrating and worst company response I ever seen.
One suggestion to rediffmailpro company management they can start how to torture there loyal custmer without giving any value added services..

This company Rediffmailpro.com does want to answer any of my mails which I am sending to them since last so many days.. Don't you think this blackmailing and pure harassment..
As every year they hike charges for no reason rather let me say this that they knows there custmer once taken domin from them can't run away as he is perfectly catch into catch 22..

the ipod which i received is not in running condition.

so my request is please register my complain

i require my money back as soon as possible

if rediffshop wish to replace that ipod with a new one, my request to the rediffshop please make an arrangement a courier to send the ipod because i am not in a position to bear the courier charges.

Big mistake to purchase online shopping from Rediff shopping which i done last month January-2011I, I have received faulty mobile instrument i.e F 089 Dual sim,wi-fi, T.V mobile phone( by order no: 6249435),Rediff customer care says contact to supplier, by information of supplier online via e-mail and confirmation i have sent back to supplier party CIRCONIA in Mumbai by Shree Balaji courier service as on[protected],but till today i have not received replacement of faulty mobile, What to do? please help me for solve the matter.

Dear Consumer Court,

I got purchased one Dicer from Rediff Online Shopping (Order number: 6275843).

The product got dispatched to me on 21st Jan' 2011 which was a broken part. There is a crack on the body of the Dicer.

I wrote them the email for complaining about the same on 22nd Jan'2011 itself. But as there mail box was full they could not received that email.

I wrote them again with the proof of the same last email but they are not replacing the product.

It would really be greatful of you if you can help me in taking necessary action regarding the same.

But the above said ipod received in not working condition i purchased it from net banking now as the ipod is not functioning at all & i spent inr-240&five time net cafe charge

I placed an order for a gift item through Rediff Shopping on 17-Dec-10 for a 'Pearl Jewelery Set on gold plated base'. Order # 6230218. The item was delivered on 29-Dec-10. On opening of parcel, Product was found in damaged condition due to improper packing and rough handling. Immediately, i sent an e.mail intimation to customer [protected]@ Rediff shopping. I was directed to return the Product within 7 days at the seller's address, Seemagifts, Vipul Salva, A-302, Navkar apts.,Cr. Rd. No.4, Malad West, Mumbai-400064 (Phone#[protected]. Accordingly, I sent the item through Blaze-flash courier vide C.No.[protected] on 04.01.2011 and intimated shipping details to the customer support executive (Ms. Pooja Valecha). After two days, I received a phone call from another customer executive (Yogesh) intimating another address of seller. When I told that I have already returned the Product he did not respond.Now, Product has already been delivered at the seller's address. I requested for the replacement and refund of courier charges but they are not responding because they have committed mistake. I want to proceed for legal action against Rediff Shipping if I don't get the Product and courier charges. I have saved all the e.mails received or sent and I am not at fault anywhere.Can anybody advise in the matter against unfair practices of Rediff Shipping.

hi, i ordered a lephone ulta dual sim mobile phone with camera on this online shopping site in december last year.my ORDER NO. is 6236420.i opted for cash on delivery.after 2-3 days i got the courier.I checked the courier bag and it was properly sealed so i paid the amount Rs.1199+ 75(postage & handling)+20(for cash on delivery),total Rs.1294. but when i opened the bag i found a poorly packed mobile phone with packet seal broken.instead of lephone ultra dual sim mobile phone they send me an icell-i666 mobile which was completely different from the advertisement shown on the site.when i contacted the customer care,they apologised and asked me to send the product back for replacement to the seller's address via courier.i was told that the courier charges will be refunded via a pay order.after that i send the product back to the seller's address that they gave me on 30th december 2010 and forwarded the courier details to both the seller and the customer care.
after 2-3 days the customer care told me that my replacement will be dispatched by the seller(hp enterprises,chennai) within next 7-8 working days and the courier charges(Rs.170)will be refunded via a pay order on my name and will be delivered in 10-12 days.but it has been 14-15 days since then and still the replacement has not been delivered to me.when i complained about this to the customer care, they told me it will be delivered in 2-3 days and after that they stopped replying.even the seller is not replying to me.still i have not received the replacement and the pay order.
i request you to take an appropriate action towards this and ask them to send my replacement.i will be really thankful.
