PERSONAL ATTENTION OF SHRI JASPREET SIR
Dear Sir,
1. This is with the reference to my earlier mail ten days ago. May I, at this juncture, solicitate your indulgence to resolve the issue once and final.
2. I am serving ARMY soldier. I have purchased one SPY CAMERA Pen recently from your esteemed company through Rediff.shopping. However, I could not carry this PEN to my duty place and also not been able to check its genuineness. However, only recently, while on leave, I tried to check its copmatabilities and found that this is not working at all. I tried to get it functional from local camera experts, but they expressed their inabilities to do the needful.
3. Simultenaously, I have approached the Rediff.Shopping team and they provided your maill address to necessary help to process my predicaments.
4. Sir, since I am serving soldier and as a VERY SPECIAL CASE, may I seek your help to get the spy camera pen exchanged at the earliest.
5. It is pettinent to mention here that I have no intentions to take the matter to the CONSUMER COURT etc since it is neither feasible for me nor to your esteemed organisation too, I guss.
6. I will be highly obliged to you for act of this kindness.
