[Resolved] Reebok / Shoes — Shoes torn within warranty, complaint not accepted at store. | |||
Dear Sir, This is in reference to a pair of Reebok Shoes that I purchased from REEBOK showroom, DB Mall on ( January16th, 2011), for MRP- Rs.4600, discounted price was Rs.3220. I would like to bring to your notice that the shoe purchased had the warranty of 6 months as was told to me, but just after a period of 3 months, that shoe has torn. I had in fact visited the store to get my old shoes repaired,( picture attached), but was told by the sales representative that nothing could be done as the shoe was out of the warranty period, so I bought a new pair, as at that time 30% off scheme was running. The warranty period of that new pair of shoes is yet to lapse as told to me by representative, so I would like to get my shoes replaced. But I am sorry to say that the experience I had as a customer at your store was very bitter. Although sales representative Mr.Vishal, tried to settle the things and forwarded the matter to his senior Mr. Mohammed Younis, but Mr.Younis rather blamed me that this nuisance will not help me out in getting the solution and was not even ready to give me the copy of my bill for reference. As a suffered customer, I don’t foresee any nuisance created at the store which can also be seen in video footage of your store. Although I am not having the bill but the transaction is reflecting in my card statement. After my several requests and persuasion, he has promised to arrange my bill copy tomorrow on 15th May, 2011. I am waiting for his reply and would like to get a solution on this matter as soon as possible. So sincerely request you to look into the matter as such costly shoes are not purchased every quarter. Waiting for your reply or else I will be forced to lodge a complaint in consumer forum. i am absolutly agree with you same in my case
I bought Reebok Shoe two weeks before and it got tore with in 10 days. With that shoe, I didn't go for bike ride or for a jog. I just bought the shoe for office purpose. I felt really very bad about the quality of reebok shoes. I purchased the shoe for 6, 000 rupees after discount. My bad luck that I bought two shoes from reebok on same day spending 10000 rupees. Investing in reebok shoe is waste of money.
Same case is with my shoes, my right shoes sole is torn from upper side... it is just 3 months I have buy but when I told the outlet where I have to buy they did not give any response ... I did not understand what should I do... guy please help me to get sort out this problem...
This complaint in regard to purchase of Reebok shoes made on date 03 Jan 2020 under Invoice naming Mr. Vijay Arora resident to SV 16 Ridhi sidhi 1 Sri Ganganagar Rajasthan 335001 India, from your Sri Ganganagar Branch at 112 G Block Sri Ganganagar Rajasthan 335001 India under the Article Number #[protected].
Where as the time of purchase your sales executive assured for any defect if come in the Article will be totally replaced under guarantee. And based your executive assurance I purchased the shoes which met with the defect within 2 months of its purchase.( pictures of defective shoes are attached herewith).
So when i consulted with your executive so as to complaint about the defect, your sales executive refused to take back the Article for the replacement by stating and hear upon the same by stating we donot have such type of policy.
This Shows that your this Sri Ganganagar Branch duped to escape from its Liabilities. Hence this complaint in that regard.
The mail id provided is also incorrect so i m not able to register the complaint.
" It also seems from their slur that they gargle the Local made inferior goods under the logo of Original Reebok Logo"
I hope the Reebok team will look into this matter vigilantly and will replace the defective shoes as early as possible.

Reebok — torn out and variety not available
first of all, at all your showrooms a variety of shoes is not available so i went to nike showroom and i found the type of shoes i wanted and it only cost me rs.3200 and in ur showroom shoes are so expensive that u are just taking more and more money out of one's pocket and ur products are also not upto the mark like once i bought shoes of reebok by mistake and they were just torn like the open cloth and from then i have stopped buying ur products and i also advice everyone the same thing so u must put flat sale on ur products atleast upto 80% and it should not cost more than 4000rs and ur products should be durable and ruff and tuff and schemes should also be available like free products and gift coupons on every purchase o[censored]r products even face wash or deoderant.your advisor and one thing more that condition o[censored]r showrooms is so phtaeticthat even one can vomit also and there are no air conditioners or heaters through out the year.
