I bought a pair of Reebok Shoes for Rs.1800.00, from Authorised Reebok Outlet in Gondia (M.S.) but within 1 months the shoes developed crack sole and one get torn. I handed over the cracked sole with shoes to them . They agreed & accepted the shoes and gave me the complaint no., saying that the shoes will be replaced after company's inspection, but they repaired...

while recieving watch got damage & i am not recieved full offer but i am not able to reach the customer care....

Bought a Reebok Shoe costing 7999/- on 1st May 2011 from M/s Dolly Sports at Spice Mall, Noida.
Pieces of the sole came off within 40 days o[censored]sage. Took the shoe back to the dealer on 24th June 2011 and was told that it would be sent for inspection to the company. We called up to find the status many times and were finally told in mid July to come and take a replacement.
