I bought a pair of Reebok Shoes for Rs.1800.00, from Authorised Reebok Outlet in Gondia (M.S.) but within 1 months the shoes developed crack sole and one get torn. I handed over the cracked sole with shoes to them . They agreed & accepted the shoes and gave me the complaint no., saying that the shoes will be replaced after company's inspection, but they repaired the same shoe and give it to me. After repeteadely saying that i need a replaced one instead of this they refused to replace it and said if this will happen next time they will replace it . After two months again same problem occured and when i wnet there and asked for replaced one they refused and told they can only repaire it . The attitude of their staff towards the post sale problems is disgusting.

For a reputed brand like Reebok, this sort of post sale service has not been expected.

I hereby request the company to replace the shoes or refund my money .

          I purchased a pair of sports shoes from reebock stores Himayatnagar, Hyderabad in first week of July 2008 just one or two dayes earlier they started their discount sale. Within a month shoes was torn and no more useful further. I regularlly use reebock product but never faced any problem. Same thing I communicated to shop, he asked for receipt I told Idont have but I have record since I purchased using my credit card. He asked me to bring the shoes which I promtly did.I was asked to talk to area manager, I talked to him and he assured me it will be done immediately but more than one month is over every time he says it will be done. Last three days he is avoiding my phone.I am planing to register with Reebok and consumerforum
          I have my own problem. I've been wearing a pair or reeboks for a while (numbers in tongue readRB 611 HSV 2-161131, the bar code is[protected] A seam in the upper part near the front joining two pieces of leather has split. Otherwise there is a lot of wear in the shoes. I have no idea where I bought them nor do I have the receipt. Can you advise me?

          Reebok — replace

          i bought floaters from reebok and after 3 days they broked up and now it have gone 1 month and i have not got my floaters and the manager of the outlet is telling me that u can buy anything of that and i dont like anything else and he is not refunding me the money nor he is helping me in any way

          I am Ravi Ranjan. I had bought a pair of shoes (Model no. J15184) from Masoodpur Showroom in Delhi . I wore the shoes for just four days. Then the pasting of sole got removed. I went to the showroom on 08/11/2010 and the executive at the store promised me to get the shoes replaced. He took my shoes and invoice and gave me a replacement slip. He told me that I will get the shoes replaced within fifteen days. But after two and half months I did not get the shoes replaced. I contacted the store personally and on phone many a times but in vein. This is not at all expected from a reputed company like Reebok.

          I purchased a reebok shoe (Aztec Supreme runner) from a Reebok showroom on the 3rd of December, 2010. Within 30 days of purchase, the base of the shoe has come off and the shoe could not be used since then. The shoe was not used for any sporting or running purposes.

          I contacted the showroom and requested them to replace the shoe as it was less than a month of purchase. The showroom management in turn told me that the decision to replace the shoe should be made by the reebok team. After the reebok team inspection I was informed that the shoe could not be replaced but serviced and fixed temporarily.

          I'm totally dissatisfied with the decision to fix my shoe as I'm pretty sure that this problem arose due to a manufacturing defect. I'm extremely displeased with the fact the shoe did not last for even a month despite the fact that i paid a very high price for it. I have used reebok products previously and I've recommended the product to my friends as well, I've never had any issues with the other products.

          I hope you will replace my shoe instead of just fixing it as the longevity of the shoe will considerably reduce if it is fixed and I will not be comfortable using it for sporting purposes.

          I will be expecting a reply from you very soon and will make a decision on the further course of action after I receive your reply.

          I would like to bring to your notice that the shoe purchased had the warranty of 6 months as was told to me, but just after a period of 3 months, that shoe has torn.
          I had in fact visited the store to get my old shoes repaired, but was told by the sales representative that nothing could be done as the shoe was out of the warranty period, so I bought a new pair,
          The warranty period of that new pair of shoes is yet to lapse as told to me by representative, so I would like to get my shoes replaced.. As a suffered customer, I don’t foresee any nuisance created at the store which can also be seen in video footage of your store.Although I am not having the bill but the transaction is reflecting in my card statement. I am waiting for his reply and would like to get a solution on this matter as soon as possible.So sincerely request you to look into the matter as such costly shoes are not purchased every quarter.

          I have purchase on Reebok shoes worth Rs 5999/- on dated 1/10/10 from LP Associates Fun Republic Mall Hazratganj Lucknow, upper part of the same started torning from the usage of the same within one month of the purchase, i went to the showroom and shown the same, they advised me to wait for some time as showroom was geeting repaired. also he told me that the company gives one year warrant on shoe replace in case of mfg defects. Post the same i visited thrice but they didnt accepted my shoes by some or the other reasons, i am using reebok since last 13-15 years but i have not faced such kind of problem/behaviour with any of the showrooms, after a long follow up they acceted my shoes in the month of May 2011 for replacement and ask me to contact after 20 days. After four months of follow up i came to know yesteday i.e 9/9/11 that comoany has rejected my shoes due to warranty period expires as policy has been chaged by the company, i am now shoked that while purchasing the shoe i was give a ne year warranty which has been changed without intimating to customers. Such kind of acts a clear cut customer harresment. I request you to please consider my compalin and do the needfull else i have no other option than to approach the Consumer Forum Court for redressal of my complain

          “I had purchase a shoe worth Rs 5999/- from one of your luck now franchise LP Associates Fun Mall, Gomti Nagar, Luck now on dated 1/10/10 and within one month o[censored]sing the same crack appears on the upper part of the shoes. I visited the showroom and requested for the claim of the same bit since the showroom was getting renovated they shown there incapacity to take the claim and asked me to come afterwards, at that times they told me that the company guarantee one year mfg warrant and I don’t not need to worry I can change the shoes at any time. After ward I visited twice but again they have denied in taking the replacement, now post long follow up they have taken the replacement but after 4 months they have told me that my clam has been rejected due to warranty expires. Also company has changed its warranty time from 1 yrs to six months now. I wanted to know how come this is effective to old customers when I was given a year warranty. Any change in the policy needs to be told to the customers but same not happened in my case. Please look into my claim and get it settled at the earliest otherwise I have no option than to go to the Consumer Forum Court for making customer Harassment “

            I had purchased a Reebok Shoe for INR 4,000/- nine months back from your authorised showroom at Bapuji Nagar Bhubaneswar. However, in the course the pasting of the sole of the shoe got removed. Unfortunately, the copy of the receipt has been misplaced by me. I had taken the damaged shoe to your store at Bapuji Nagar to lodge, that the shoe is damaged. The store keeper said that we would be sending the shoe to the workshop at Sambalpur in Orissa. He charged me INR 180 and said that he would be intimating me within 15 days once the shoe is repaired. I paid him immediately assuming that the charge out was courier charges for sending the shoe to the workshop.
            But after 5 days the store keeper calls me and says that the shoe is repaired. However, after verification of the same, it was understood that the store keeper did not send the shoe to the workshop but did the pasting from a local cobbler in Bhubaneswar and the pasting has been really bad.
            I would like to lodge a complaint that this kind of faulty workmanship is not acceptable from an International Brand. Moreover, I had a similar complaint for a shoe of Brand Woodland and it was sent to the workshop and was repaired as if the shoe has been replaced with a new one. That is what is called a brand image.
            But unfortunately, the way my case has been handled is really speaking bad about Reebok and creates confusion / doubts as to whether the shoes as displayed in Bapuji Nagar store is original.
            Requesting to look into the matter!

              On 14th Apr'11 a pair of Shoe worth Rs 6999/- were purchased from Dealer of reebok Shoes - M/s Tarush Mktg P Ltd -Khar , Mumbai vide invoice # 578 dt 14-4-11. As per dealer & display made this shoe was supposed facililate the user in walking. When I went for a walk on Juhu Beach on 15th Apr'11 the inside of shoe collected sand . This happened due to defective design & improper material used in shoe which was a filmsy net material which easily allowed sand to go in.On 16th the problem was reported to dealer & they send the shoe for inspection to Reebok company in gurgaon & gave us a complaint form - and asked us to contact us after 4 days. After 4 days the Reebok company accepted the defect.The dealer after accepting the defect REFUSED to refund the money . We were asked to buy something else of same amount or higher. when I buy higher amount i have to pay additional amount. This policy of no refund incase of supplying defective goods wasn't mentioned by dealer before sales. Non refund of money for defective goods & Reebok dealer insisting to buy another product is not in right way of reputed company's policy. Is this policy acceptable if REEBOK sells in USA or Europe? I would request all readers to boycott REEBOK for such policy in India. And also request your forum to get justice for me and also ask Indian government to pass a law making it punishable under law for such act by a company or their dealer

                Dear Sir,

                I bought Reebok Sandals 25 June 2011 around 10 pm at a reebook store located in Hyderabad (Shaikpet), I have used the sandals 4 times till now and when ever wearing i am getting pain in my left leg, This is the first time i am facing problem, the problem may strange for you, even the same is for me.First time in my life iam gettig such a pain. When i got the pain first time i thought it might be due to newness of the sandals and would be ok going forward. But felt the same problem when i wored later threee times.
                The pain is not allowing me balance my weight on both legs. putting complete weight of my body on right leg has led to back pain yesterday. I visited the reebok store at Shaikpet(Hyderabad) they were just laughing and were not at ready to accept my pain and their producs fault.

                I have bought the Sandals worth INR 2000 which is quite huge for a middle class person like me. I spent that much by thinking International brands gives better quality and service.

                I request you to take necessary action and do the needful, if needed please exchange the sandals.

The sandals has become unserviceable on 24 Dec 11 due to breaking of holder of stripes.I request you to take necessary action for replacement of the same at the earliest.                   I purchased your shoe (An impulsive purchase) from one of your franchisee outlets after seeing your discount display outside the shop.

                  Within a month and in just two use (used for two days - office use only), the sole got peeled since not pasted. When i referred to the outlet, they said, will get it serviced, since I did not carry bill otherwise could have replaced. After two weeks they returned the shoe after pasting it which was looking very odd. Rebook once again failed since the other shoe had similar problem, which was not even checked by them and returned as it is. Till date the shoe is with the franchisee and is unable to provide me any receipt, as Reebok franchise outlets, do not carry or provide customer any complaint book or an acknowledgement receipt to receive complaint shoes nor a rubber stamp/seal for us.

                  Now I have proved the date of purchase with bank statement based on the credit card transaction. If Reebok wants to validate the transaction, ca always pull out an duplicate bill with the available technology on IT and take necessar action for replacement.

                  In my opinion, Reebok should not insist for bills for uathentication as they should know their product on the look and should be able to identify these are Rebook and can validate for date of purchase alone. Unfortunately tehir own franchisee feel without bills they may be duplicates and do not want to trust. Can we also consider your franchisees are also fake as they cannot provide any receipts on accepting the product on complaint for our records?

                  Otherwise it not only speak on genuinty but also quality and the way Reebok appointing franchisee offerring hefty discount only speaks about the type of quality shoes they produce.

                  Unnecessarily you are fixing high MRP and offering discount in no way helping customers as the ED levyed on the product is on MRP. The purpose of having huge MRP is getting defeated.

                  Please let me know ehtehr I can get a replacement for the defect?

                      Bought a Reebok Shoe costing 7999/- on 1st May 2011 from M/s Dolly Sports at Spice Mall, Noida.
                      Pieces of the sole came off within 40 days o[censored]sage. Took the shoe back to the dealer on 24th June 2011 and was told that it would be sent for inspection to the company. We called up to find the status many times and were finally told in mid July to come and take a replacement.
                      We are not interested in taking the same model of the shoe as we have had a bad experience on the shoe.But the dealer is forcing the same shoe on us again.
                      Currently a Sale is on at all Reebok stores. BUt we are being forced to take another shoe at MRP, whereas the sale price should be applicable or our entire money refunded. We want our value worth of money which we had paid at that point of time . We are not asking for the compensation on the problems faced due to the defective piece. We are only wanting the value worth of money, which is Rs. 7999/-. Either refund our money or we should get equivalent amount in merchandise at today's pricing.

                      There is a defect in the my reebok shoe which I brought from B-Sporty, an authorised retailer in Kadavanthra, Cochin. (CST: 0711C007881, TIN : [protected]), about six months back, during a discount sale (50% off). The details of the model are given below:

                      Model number : 1-131107
                      Model Name : Tech Runner, Sport grey (Made in Indonesia)
                      Manufacturing year : 2005
                      Price after discount : Rs. 2200/- (50% discount on original price of Rs. 4400)

                      The sole of the shoe is made up of a combination of rubber and some firm compound like plastic. The plastic compound has cracked in several places, just after 4 months o[censored]sage. Kindly advice how do i go about finding a solution to this problem. The dealer says that I have to take it up with the company itself and he would not be in any position to help out as it was brought in a discount sale.

                      Reebok — Defective shoe

                      Recently i purchased a pair of rebok shoe from chennai Tnagar showroom, i used the shoes after a week for joging, immediately after wearing the shoes i felt irritation in my foot like some thing pressing. intially i coudnt identify the defect but when did a deep examination i found there was a damage adjusted by make up. when i returned back to the shop after a week with this defect they didnt even mind to bother about it and after argument they told they will send it to rebok and the process takes 20 days and not sure what rebok replies .
                      Ultimately the purpose of buying a shoe is lost by this defect and i have to wait 27 days after paying money. Secondly it is not sure wheather Rebok will replace it.

                      Sir, my son aged 12 had fancy for Reebok shoes. I took him to the above mentioned Reebok Store and purchased apair of Reebok shoes on[protected]. The salesman assured us of it's good quality and in case of any defect, of repairing the shoes within guarantee period that is six months. The shoes' sole pasting started coming out within a period of 50- 60 days and after some time the pair came in a state of NOT USABLE.                       I bought Reebok shoes for my daughter on 3.2.2011 for Rs. 2099/-, Tin No.:[protected], Invoice No.: 2424 from Reebok Factory outlet at 38, Baghbazar Station Road, Chandannagar. The sole of one of the shoes came off after two-three wears within a month of purchase. I took the shoes back to the shop and asked for redressal, but the shop keeper refused to entertain my plea of 1. Either replacing the shoe as it is defective or 2. Mending the defect properly as it has been less than three months. Instead he behaved very rudely and said that as the shoes have been bought at a discount of Rs.899.70/- from the mrp of Rs. 2999/- I had to pay for all the repairs and they were "immune" to any consumer complaint against defective shoes!
                      I would like to know the rules from you and ask why on selling of defective shoes at Rs. 2099/- also how a multi-national company like Reebok can act with such impunity and still do business in India? Why, even a cheap shoe bought at a footpath store lasts more than four wears!!!

                      it is a high dissatisfaction that after purchasing such a costly product also you are not getting good quality.
                      We bought two pairs of Reebok shoes from their authorized showroom, M/s. R. S. International, Preet Vihar, Delhi - 110092 on 08/05/2011, during the sale period. My son took one pair to France (Greenoble)for his Engineering summer internship which was financed by Government of France. In a weeks time the soles of the pair came out. Just see, what embarrasement, he must have felt there. On his return we visited the showroom on 29/07/2011, the attitude of the showroom owner was un-called for. He straight away refused for any help and asked us to approach the customer care. We gave comments in the diary kept there.

                      I feel this company is selling defective and old lots during the sale period and cheating innocent Indians. If a product lasts only one week then one can very well imagin the quality of their products.

                      We have still to writr to their customer care, but one thing we have decided, not to buy any Reebok products in future not only by my family, but by most of our close circle people with whom we have hared our experience.

                      Such like companies who adopt such like practices to cheat Indians, should be de-barred from putting their products on sale, the better would be to de-bar them from entering in Indian markets.

                      I hope with such like feed backs spreading among the sufferrers these companies may learn some lesson. The worst part is Indians selling their products are even helping these companies to cheat Indians and do not help the customers.

                      Let all o[censored]s, the sufferrers come together and teach them a lesson and also write to the appropriate authorities in India, so that these companies can stop cheating Indians.

                      I had bought Reebok Easytone Raceon shoes worth Rs. 5999/- in the month of April, 2011. In August I realised the shoes were defective. Took them to the various Reebok stores and they refused to help me saying that the warranty of 3 months has expired. They said they cannot replace it, but can ask somebody to repair it that too for a charge of Rs. 250/- . I feel this is unfair.
                      I fully agree with this complaint as I am also facing the same problem with Reebok. We need to deal strictly with Reebok.
                      I purchased a black pair of shoes few years back from Vijayawada, AP for approximate 1900/- rs on 30% discount and soon after the purchase there were sever cracks in the shoes all around. To my discomfiture i lost my receipt also in the meantime and after contacting the store in the Hyderabad it was not heard.                       I have bought a pair of reebok shoes from company outlet ,paldi, ahmedabad,thinking a well known company will provide me the best shoes but i am very disappointed.The sole came out of it and they charged me

                      I purchased a pair ROCKPORT shoes product no APM1214F from Reebok counter at Bapuji Nagar, Bhubaneswar vide bill no 2591 date[protected]. Surprisingly there was no price tag attached in any shoe. When asked, the man in the cash said that they do not have enough employee to tag it.The computer was out of order.On purchase of five articles, the person in the cash point issued me a hand receipt and received the money and gave the articles stating that after the computer system is restored the bill may be collected from him.

                      Next day I put on the shoes and went to office. In one hour time o[censored]se I found both the soles have cracked and partly detached. At 2 PM on[protected] I went to the counter and requested him for the receipt. After obtaining the receipt, I showed him the damaged shoes and requested him for exchange. The person in your sales counter collected the receipt from me and said that he would do something after he talks to his senior person. Saying this he went to the first for. After a few minutes, expressing helplessness, he came back and returned me the receipt by putting a seal NO REFUND, NO GUARRENTEE, NO EXCHANGE . This was not printed earlier. He further gave me your mail ID and asked me to mail you.
                      Another gentleman, Mr Tattwarshi, a young Engineer who was also victim of another fraud was also complaining about his article. His phone number is [protected]. As learnt from Mr Tatwadarshi a local news reporter of local daily 'The Sambad' has also been victim of deficiency/ fraud as learnt from Mr Tattwadarshi.I have not yet come accross the news reporter.

                      For last 2 months we are looking for Reebok School Shoes and its not available in any Reebok store’s. Can you help me how to get Reebok School Shoes.

                      We purchase a pair of shoes from Reebok India, per the following details:

                      Purchased item: R152252 MRP Rs. 1599

                      They were purchased on 28th October 2012 and gifted to my daughter in December 2102. By January 2013, the lower/outer sole had started ripping out and now, after barely 15 occasions of wearing the shoes, the entire shoe has got separated from the thick sole. This clearly demonstrates that the shoe was defectively manufactured, as this has not happened even in 10 year old Reebok shoes that I am wearing.

                      This is very untypical of Reebok as your products are usually very reliable! We purchased these shoes from the Reebok store adjacent to Crescent mall overlooking the Qutub Minar, along the road leading to Andheria Morh, near the Saket crossing. The invoice is from Ritz Overseas, Shahdara.


                      Please arrange to have these shoes collected from my house and duly replaced with a fresh pair. I am sure you would like to get this done simply and easily, as I don't want to have to take this to the Consumer Disputes' Redressal Forum.

I went to showroom to tell him the problem, he told me that i will make it sicked and he charged me RS 300/- that to after 15 working days you can collect your shoes.

                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        Reference ID Card No. generated [protected] on 23/6/ 11, I had paid an advance payment of Rs 6999/- (Rupees Six Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Nine only). I received the items on 02/6/11 but three items were of wrong size. On enquiry at[protected] I was told that that the the Invoice No is TRNPL/DLI/[protected]/183722. Invoice Date :[protected], Order No 181494 , Order date[protected]belongs to someone else called Ankush Garg ([protected]@gmail.com).

                        There has been a terrible mix up somewhere by someone.

                        Actually I had ordered on 23/June/2011 and not on[protected].

                        The address written on the Invoice is correct (my address), the kind of items and the number of items are also correct, but some of the items have been mixed up (wrong sizes). Again on enquiry I was told to send the items back to the warehouse. I have incurred an expenditure of Rs 560/- (Rupees Five Hundred and Sixty only) in sending these items back to the ware house.
                        This is sheer harassment to me for no fault of mine. Please send back the correct sized items at the earliest.

                            I bought a cricket bat on 25/12/2010 from Solitaire merchants,exclusive store of Reebok from udaipur rajasthan. TIN No. [protected]. Within a month bat cracks from mid. I have given my cricket bat again to this dealer for warranty replacement on 30/01/2011. Claim receipt no. 32. After few days i went to the shop but that shop is permanently closed and i haven't got my cricket bat yet.
                            Bill no. M-880, Date: 25/12/2010, Bill amount; 1999.00
                            So, please take some action for that so that i can get my cricket bat back or refund money.

                              This is to bring to your notice that i purchased a pair of shoes from gurdaspur showroom on[protected]. I returned the shoe on 9-7-11 as there was a defect beyond repair. they asked me to come the next day . Next day before exchanging the shoe i clarified about the refund and it was told the amount will be refunded. so i purchased more stuff. when i got the bill to my surprise they had refunded only rs 1559.40 when actually i paid rs 2599 on 16-4-11.the showroom owner gave us two mobile no. to clarify.on approaching MrJagdish Sharma he spoke very rude to us and told us that today is sunday so dont waste my time. after lot of requests fm my husband he spk to the person on the counter. at the showroom but without clarifying anything disconnected the phone.

                              It is very sad to see that such a reputed company treats their customers like this. my request is to check why were we not informed about the rules if their were any.Why was the entire amt not refunded when the shoes were bought as fresh peice. and why Mr. Jagdish was so rude to us.
                              this same complaint was send to Mr.Mukesh Jha on his e mail after speaking to him on phone on 12 July but till today no action has been taken. I sincerely hope that someone reply this .

                                This is to state that i had bought a pair of Shoes "CRUISEON' from Reebok Factory Price Shop, "MUNISH RETAIL" situated at 25/23, Raipur Road, Dehradun (U.K.) vide their Invoice No 206, dated 24/04/2011, Group - V57782, Size - 10, Deptt - Footwear, whose MRP was Rs.4599/-.
                                On repeated request to the manager concern Mr.Sushil, i tried to tell him about my problem of the Original colour of the sole turning White from Blue & it seems that the Blue colour on the sole is comming out as if it had been painted within this short period, he says " We have not come across this kind of problem & so do not know what to do". This kind of answer recieved has made me come to the conclusion that next time when i buy a pair of Shoe, i ensure that its not 'REEBOK". This is exactly what i would suggest to the readers of this page. Its shocking buying a reputed companies shoe doesn't have any genuinity to the complains of the buyer of the product.
                                With a hope that the REEBOK company officials / Cust. Care Deppt takes note of this & can extend the correct process of lodging my complain & getting a soloution to my problem, i end this mail of mine.

                                  repected Sir,
                                  I am serving in defence in DRDO and have purchased Reebok shoes from CSD Pune My shoe size is No.8 the shoe has been purchased on 11 July 2011. With in two days it started damaging my fingers i.e peeling of finger skin let me tell you the shoes are loose and i always wear the size No.8. Iam a diabetic and have to take care for my foot. May I request you kindly suggest where I can get this replaced so that no further complication is their with my foot. Please help me out

                                    dear sir/madam, i am a regular buyer of reebok products since ex indian cricketer Mohammed Azaruddin modelling your products.
                                    On 25th june 2011 i visited your show room at Margao Goa. i fell in love with your runtone shoes but they had only brown colour shoes in stock. When i asked the sales girl who attended me if they has white combination in the same model she told me that reebok dont make any other colour in runtone except brown. half heartedly i bought this shoes through invice number 509 dated 25th june 2011. barcode[protected].
                                    Now few days back when i visited the same showroom once again, to my surprise n shock i saw a white combination runtone shoes on display, the same sales girl was not available who sold the shoes to me by lieing on 25th june 2011, but i spoke to a man who was sitting on cash counter who couldnot give me a fair answer why they lie to me saying that no other color than brown available.is reebok so desperate to sell this shoes to the costomer like me by misguiding?
                                    So please i request you to compensate me with a new white n black combination runtone shoes
                                    if you want me to continue buying your products in future.
                                    I hope you will do the needful.

                                      I purchased a reebok school bag from a reebok exclusive showroom m/s comfort sports pvt.ltd. first floor, MGF metropolitan mall Jaipur. price-1999. It was damaged with in a month and I returned it on[protected].wide-receipt no-308. we want money back.

                                        I have recently purchased two nos. of T shirts from Reebok, Raipur Road , Dehradun outlet @ Rs. 2000.00. but to mu utter disappointment, one of the tshirt developed holes just after one washing. When contacted the dealer refused to consider the complain and shirked the responsibility. If this is the state of affairs of such reputed cmpany, it is highly commendable. I wish to proceed for litigation through consumer court and would advise my friends to desist from buying the product from such company
