I BOUGHT A PAIR OF REEBOK RUN TONE COSTING RS.8000/ IT HAS A DEFECT IN THE SOLE BETWEEN LEFT AND RIGHT LEG THE LEFT LEG AT THUMB AREA THE BUTTON IS NOT BALANCING THE SOLE BECAUSE OF WHISH IF I AM WEARING THIS PAIR WHILE MY WORKOUT I GET BAD PAIN IN THE LEFT FOOT THUMB .
WHEN I AM USING THE OTHER PAIR OF REEBOK DMX I HAVE NO PROBLEM I DON'T UNDERSTAND SUCH A GREAT BRAND HOW THEY ARE NOT WORRIED ABOUT THEIR QUALITY CONTROL.

    Dear Sir,

    I, Abhay mani purchased the reebok shoe (R251292) on 21/01/12 from reebok store , Great India Palace. It was on the 50% discount i.e. the M.R.P was INR 3999 and i got it at INR 2000.

    Just after 2 days I saw the defect in shoe i.e. pasting problem so I went back to store on 01/02/12 and told him about the defect. He accepted it and assured me that He would exchange or repair it within 15 working days.I gave him on 1 feb and went back on 18 feb but I got the answer that i had to wait 2-3 days more. So again I went back on 24 feb. And now I am shocked as well as very disappointed that the answer I got. i.e he told me that either I have to pay 2000 INR more for the same shoe or have to purchase anything else.

    I am salaried guy not a business man and I am stuck that either I would pay 2000 INR more purchase anything else. Even I can't get back my old shoe.

      The sole is really bad! bad! bad! its comfortable and all but i only used it for jogging few km everyday and in few days my toe got the opportunity to peek out and feel the road..ripped my socks too..stupid shoes..why did reebok ever make it??

      DONT BUY IT DONT BUY IT DONT BUY IT * million times..pay a little more a get a better shoe..its a BIG waste of money!


      I also own a reebok ankle shoe,it cost me 4k using it since a year..the sole is superb!! i skate on the cement courts but no sign of wear out..so moral of the story (In kannada 'kasige thankanthe kajaiya) its similar to "i[censored] think pennies,you get pennies".

      i wish i could have attached a photo with my toe popping out..but sorry some problem with uploading..

        I've bought a pair of reebok shoes model "CL LTHR CLEAN ULTRALITE" shoes code[protected] group v71765 from authorized reebok dealers MAYUR associates 3-6-423,the platinum at himayat nagar, Hyderabad, andhra pradesh for rs 4599 on 16 feb 2012.
        Unfortunately they are not fitting me right. I tried them on for an hour but found them uncomfortable and so I decided to try for exchange today ie 19 feb 2012. When I requested the shop personnel for an exchange not only did they refuse (inspite of the shoes being in Unused condition) but behaved in a most disgraceful manner..the salesman THREW the shoes on the counter and left uttering something I couldn't totally understand. This is most unprofessional behavior and is something I've never expected from an international company like REEBOK. I've Been a regular customer of reebok merchandise and I'm really dissapointed with this behavior from your personnel and would like to lodge a customer complaint against the outlet.

              i purchased a pair of Reebok classics on 10/07/11 for Rs 4199.00 at a sale the actual price beingRs 6999.00 within 6 months a hole appeared at the bottom of the heal. i took it back to the shop which is reebok classics on brigade road bangalore and was informed that as it wasnt in the warranty period so the couldnt replace it. i was also told the shoe was used & hence worn out due to walking.so a hole had formed. I use these shoes for evening walks .im 52 years old & dont go jogging with these shoes.

              I am very upset with the quality of Reebok shoes. The quality has come down drastically. Within 50 days of the purchase the outer mold was totally wearied-out. Agreed that the purchase was a discounted one, but when u r selling it for 50%, doesn't it supposed to be durable at least till 3 months. Sorry for the comparison, but if i would have spent 30% of the money that i invested my your product in some roadside vendor shop, the shoes would have lasted for more than 4 months. Such has become the quality of Reebok. The brand value is lost some where. This is not the first time such a low quality is observed. Your products are no more reliable.

              The shoes were purchased from Reebok showroom itself.
              Consumer beware of MNCs. I also had an experience with the Reebok showroom at Trichy.. During the discount period I purchased a canvass shoe whose front sole came off within a year after using it now and then. I fixed it with Feviquick. Donot get cheated on discount offer of any brand either it is Indian or foreign, because they are disposing of damaged one only through discount scheme. In India getting justice for poor service from the consumer courts are either too long period or the district consumer court will be headless. So use your discretion while purchasing during discount period.

                  I purchased a sports shoe ART No : V65590 Size 10 of Rs 4999/ on 06/10/2011 from Reebok Store Shop No 104, Sahara Ganj, Lucknow. It was not made of claimed quality and got torn within three months of purchase. I was out of station and informed the shop owner about the same.Keeping in mind the reputation of your company, it is expected to replace such a costly item which could not survive even three months and do something to improve the quality to save the brand Reebok .

                    I purchased pair of Reebok Shoes worth Rs3599/- dtd. 01/09/2011 from Reebok outlet addressed 1-90/2/g/1/21, Arunodaya Society, HiTech City Road Madhapur, Hyderabad. After few weeks only it's insole started coming out (in the right part of the shoe). I complaint the same to the Reebok outlet. Firstly the Reebok representative at the store straightly refused and said he is completely helpless about the shoe and asked me that he can take care of the shoe by pasting through their outlet only. After pasting the sole in the shoe, when I started using the shoe again, the same problem created. After reporting the same to reebok outlet again, they again started giving different kind of excuses and told me it's very hard to replace a insole of the shoe.

                    But this time somehow the representative was able to understand my plight and registered a complaint with following details.

                    and after this, too my great surprise he told me that if I should have registered a complaint earlier. As the representative was new to the outlet I described him the series of events happened before him. He registered the complaint and assured me that shoe would be replaced and asked me a time of 15 days . After 15 days when I went to the store, he gave me back the shoe just saying that company doesn't consider it as a defect and too my great surprise the condition in which the Reebok employee returned me the shoe was now even more worse as the out sole and toe box has clearly developed a crack.

                    After all these series of events, harassment and killing so much of my time, I feel like cheated. Even after being such a global brand, is this the way the Reebok treats their customers. I am very sad by the post sale services of Reebok. Now these pair of shoes not much older than a few months are completely useless to me. Even after spending so much money and time what I get is NOTHING.

                    Reebok — The shoes got badly cracked .

                    I bought a pair of Reebok sport Shoes for Rs.1, 494.00, Bill no. from Authorised Reebok Outlet in PLANET SPORTS NAGPUR, but within 1 months the BACK CLOTH portion of the shoes got badly cracked .
                    I reported the problem to Reebok outlet, and handed over the shoes to them on 04.08.08, They agreed & accepted the shoes saying that the shoes will be replaced after company's inspection within the week, but when i went back after one month to get the status, i found that pair of shoes was still with outlet & they did not sent it for claim. then again i filled but till date no action has been taken, and the attitude of their staff towards the post sale problems is pathetic .

                    For a reputed brand like Reebok, this sort of post sale service is not acceptable .

                    I hereby request the company to replace the shoes or refund my money .

                        Hey,

                        I have purchased Reebok watch via Deals & You online, during the first month, the watch was working excellent. However, since last week, the watch time gets slow 5 to 10 minutes every half hour. I have to adjust the timings frequently. I am not able to track the exact timings. If this is the problem, whats the meaning of wearing a watch. I have also called Reebok service centre at Ghod-dod Road, Surat on[protected] and they are saying that they cannot repair my watch or solve this problem. So, I asked them to give me contact details or address of some other service center. They replied that, they do not know any thing in this regards. Please help.

                          deaR sir it is to bring to your notice that a big scam is going in the name of reeboks watch and the operation isfrom chandigarh and dehradoon, by the name of perfect 3g and they have made a website and collected morethan 9 lakhs and giving duplicate watch, pls you can find out and take necessary action at any day it be highlight at media because people came to know about it as you have good reputation in market .pls find out they are making a member of 3g and charge 1500 and give duplicate watch of 70rs, and cover is orginal made of tin and inside watch all duplicate watch this has reached to more than 1000 people.

                            i bought reebok shoes from your kolkata chowringhee (grand hotel arcade) shop for about rs. 3200/-. Being a retired person (Bharat Petroleum Corpn. Deputy General Manager) and due to my age (76) i had not used this shoe much. Inspite of this, the sole came ripped off from the heel part.
                            When I took it to their Chowringhee show room , from where i had bought it, they refused to change it despite this being clearly a case of manufacturing defect. They have simply asked me to get it repaired any where on my own.
                            Such an expensive shoes and from such a reputable company, i did not expect this uncooperative attitude. I hope they will read this mail and attend to my complaint and replace them immediately.

                              It is to inform you that I bought Reebok shoe on dated[protected] Bill No: 3102. total sale amount is Rs. 2299 with discount Rs. 689.70/- I paid Rs. 1609/- from Bill m/S life style ventures cosmos siliguri the mega mall, sevoke road, Siliguri - 734001. On[protected], I found shoe pasting is torn, that is after two days wearing, which is manufacturing defect in(terms and condition: 3.) replacement is permitted. Whereas, terms and condition No 5. indicates that if it is bought in discount basis from outlet, exchange is not permitted. But I bought this product from Store of Ree
                              bok . Under the ground of above mentioned facts Reebok must exchange the defected product. They are not answering anything, moreover on called to the costumer care they tell call tomorrow ... Whole day i called but same answer is told. It is totally public harassment.
                              Hence I hope the problem may be considered carefully.

                                REEBOK MEN'S FOOTWEAR — SUB-STANDARD QUALITY

                                My son bought two pairs of shoes from Reebok show-room. The first pair barely lasted 6 months.

                                The second pair bought in August 2007 has the top and sole badly worn out in about 4 months. There is no response from [protected]@adidas.co.in so far.

                                Apparently, the qulaity of Reebok products being sold in India is sub-standard.

                                REEBOk fitness trainer shoes — REEBOK Gift Vouchers

                                We had purchased shoes from RBk showroom Nashik, & won a gift voucher for 3nights & 4days, , we have been trying to submit are forms to claim & register for the holidays but the redemption centre website is not operative.As today is the last day to log in how do we go about it.As RBK website is not operative how will the gift be reembirsued to the clients.

                                Reebok — material used is of substandard

                                Dear Sir/Mam,

                                I bought a new pair of Reebok Shoes on 28/12/2008 from My Foot, 107-A, Adjoining Surya Tower, The Mall, Ludhiana (Pb). The model no. is Premier Pacific R270601. I bought this paid @ 4599/- (with zero discount).
                                I wear this pair only & only on saturdays, as i cannot wear the same in my office during week days. The cloth (covering the toes) has torned. I had been wearing Nike & Reebok earlier also but never gone through such a bad experience. Even after spending 4600/- you cannot buy a good pair of shoes, i doubt the quality of material being used by your company.
                                Please arrange to replace the shoes otherwise i will never ever buy your shoes & will also file a casein consumer court. Copy of receipt is also attached.

                                Reebok — Poor Quality of footwear

                                Sir,
                                I bought Reebok shoes from your reputed company for my son. But I wasleft unsatisfied and hugely dissappointed by the poor quality of your shoes.I bought it on 25th April 2009 and found it torn just after 3 months o[censored]sage.
                                My dissapointment continued as the shop from which I brought the shoes also refused to replace or repair it even though it was under the warranty period. Instead the shop accused me of overusing the shoes and ruining it.I have been buying Reebok shoes for many years and I found the quality to be degrading.
                                You really are incompetent.But what more can we expect ? You obviously don't care in the slightest and don't pay heed to the customers' grievances.Have you any idea how much time, trouble and money you cost me by your inefficiency?I want you to refund the full purchase price or replace the shoes with compensation of Rs.10, 000 for wastage of time and money.

                                I bought a pair of Reebok shoes about 10 months back and I have been using them only for my aerobic fitness training in the morning 5 times a week, one day the shoes got wet in the rain when i was returning home from my classes, the next day i left it to dry in shade and when i wore them the following day i was shocked to see that the sole had come off in some parts of the shoe. The shoes were so well maintained by me that I had no reason to even wash them in the last 10 months. These shoes are of very inferior quality and as i dont have the purchase invoice anymore i dont know what to do.
                                Over a period of time Reebok quality seems to be deteorating and they seem to source the shoes from countries like China and Indonesia and sell substandard quality to Indian customers by steadily increasing the prices. I feel very let down by such a big name brand charging such exhorbitant prices.

                                I purchased a pair of REEBOK shoes @ 2750/- MRP 5500/- ON 50% DISCOUNT from your showroom at HARGOBIND ENCLAVE DELHI 110092 on 20 august 2010,But i started wearing it a month ago, the pasting of shoes comes out in a month The shoe has some manufacturing defect in its sole . I have already given the shoe back in the showroom.I want it to be exchanged but they said they will repair it. i want it to be replaced by a new one or get it exchange it with some other footwear.
                                I purchased a pair of reebok shoes on 22nd december. the price of which was Rs. 2999 and there was a discount of 30% so the net amount came to Rs.2098. and within a month the front net of the shoes have torn from same place in both shoes, as if the cloth used was of very poor quality, which is never expected by me from a reputed company like REEBOK.

                                I am very dishearten with such quality of the shoes supplied by such a reputed company. The shoes were purchased from the BRAND FACTORY which is situated in RAVINDRA SADAN, kolkata. today when I went there to make a complain about the quality of the shoe which I have purchased so the reply which I recieved from them was that, "we dont provide any gaurantee on the shoes sold by us to the customers". I am Shocked, infact amazed that how come your company with such policies has managed to become such a popular & well respected Brand.

                                Well now the myth is shattered and now I know what REEBOK truly stands for.

                                I bought shoes From Reebok outlet Bareilly itself at the end of february.It cost me around Rs 2100 with an MRP of Rs 300(30% discount).With in three months the state of shoes is unbelievable.I got them repared once from the outlet.But beleive me the quality of reparing is like worst.Again the stiches open and i get bounced due to the quality of Shoes.Please suggst me to take an action in what way?...

                                I have been using reebok with pride till my last buy, on date 16/4/12 i bought Reebok premier edition men shoes for Rs: 6999, and to my disappointment i got such a poor quality that the net part of my shoes got teared in within six month, its so disgusting that even after spending 7K, the shoe is not lasting even for a year.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I had purchased a back pack for my son from your Reebok Shop MARU RBK at Borivali West costing approx: Rs.900/- after discount on 15/8/2011.Item Code : 125861 .
                                  When my son took the bag to school within 5 - 6 days the bag tore. This was very shocking for us as we had purchased this expensive bag only because it was REEBOK brand otherwise we could have easily bought him an ordinary school bag costing Rs.250/- to Rs.300/-.

                                  We then took the bag on 30/8/2011 to the outlet and were first told that items bought under discount are not replaced. When we asked them does it mean that REEBOK sells defective goods during sale period, they were somewhat embarrassed and then put us on to some Manager on the phone who promised us that the bag would be replaced since the REEBOK integrity was at stake. He assured us that he would be visiting the shop personally and then we would receive a call from them.

                                  We have followed up twice in September and were told that the Manager has not visited the shop and they will get back to us after Diwali. Again when we followed up, we were told he would be visiting the Shop sometime soon.

                                  I am sorry to state that now we are in 2012 and not only Diwali even Christmas has gone and my son's expensive REEBOK bag has not been
                                  replaced by the outlet.


                                  We are fed up of visiting the shop and they are equally fed up of giving us excuses.

                                  I now await your quick action on this. Please replace the bag immediately. A Rs.900/- bag was bought only on the brand name REEBOK promising quality stuff, if you are selling cheap quality stuff at unjustified prices it is really really SHAMEFULL!!!

                                    My name is Chirag Chawla. I applied for a contest in which I gave 99 rupees for iPad. When result was declared, my name was not selected for the contest but after few days I got a call from 100bestbuy.com and spoke to Mr. Ramesh. He said to me that I selected for the contest and they will give me a Reebok Watch (Elite Crono) Article No. I22716 worth Rs. 8599 along with Reebok bill and I have to pay only VAT of Rs. 600 according to Government policy. I received that Reebok watch but not their bill on[protected] and paid Rs. 600 to courier boy but when I opened that watch I found that it was not that watch which he committed to me and the box of watch was in very bad condition. I returned that watch on 30 Dec 2011 and received by Ms. Pushpa on 3 January 2012. Every day call at their customer care center and every time they cut my phone and do not help me in this matter... Sometimes the customer care executive used abuse language and cut the phone.

                                    Please help me to get my money back...

                                    Reebok — fraudulent offer

                                    I have availed Reebok thailand offer. In this offer i spent 11,000/- and also send a draft of Rs.4999/- to Team India Promotions for reedeming my thailand tour. THe company asked to fill me a form and asked for three dates of my choice. I send the form and they confirm it accepted. But all the mentioned dated passed by . there was no reponse either from reebok or from Team Promotions Co. On contaccting Team Promotions, they asked me to send fresh dates and assured that this time tour will be arranged. Today all the dates of second time has been elapsed and they are again asking me to send fresh dates. They are just harassing me. It is very hard for a common man to fight these kinds of corporate frauds. They are so inhuman that they dont care the consumer. I have decided to buy nothing from Reebok in my life.

                                    I PURCHASED REBOOK SHOES FROM REEEBOK EXCLUSIVE SHOWROOM AT JOS JN, ERNAKULAM KERALA, INDIA. SUBSEQUENTLY I COULD NOT FIND THE MODEL IN ANY OF THE REEBOK CATALOGUES. MODEL REEBOK ZIGTECH, V60206, MADE IN INDIA.

                                      Reebok — problem on upper side on shoes

                                      i bought a pair of reebok shoes of 3999 from authorised reebok outlet from F-134 main market Rajouri Garden Delhi. having tin num- [protected] nd i bought shoes on[protected] nd my bill num is 3623 but now there is some problem happen on my shoes i have a crack on my shoes .its look very bad on it. i had talk about that to the showroom sales manager .he suggest to me that i should register my complaint on net I would expect that the matter will be resolve as soon as possible and i will get the replaced shoes.

                                      Because for a reputed brand like Reebok, the customer satisfaction and their trust are main concern.

                                      I hereby request the company to replace the shoes or refund my money .

                                        I purchased newly launched Reebok Reflex worth Rs.6000 about 2 month back, not even used them properly but the side pasting rip off. I don't know what should i do with them because i bought them in Delhi. I faced the same problem even with my last shoe pair of Reebok. these things proved me the worst quality of this brand.

                                        I have purchase a pair of shoes Model no. J91372 or Rs.2799 on 23rd March 2013.
                                        From the very first day i m feeling pain in my legs due to this shoes. Today I have been to Reebok Store kamla nagar but they said that they can't help me in this matter. I am not in a position to walk only 10 minutes with this shoes because i am facing severe pain in my legs.

                                        It would be appreciable if you could look into the matter.
                                        Need immediate action from your side.
