    Dear Madam/ Sir, My friend had bought a Reebok from your authorised

    showroom (Shubh Shree Mercandise (P) Ltd., Bolpur, West Bengal, Holding

    No. 48/33, Ph. [protected]), invoice number 1355. The store told her

    about an offer where she could get another pair of shoes with actual

    price of Rs.1999 for Rs. 750. She took the offer and bought the pair of

    shoes as a present for my 12 year daughter. As she was not present on

    the spot, the size did not fit her. When I went to the stores just to

    exchange the size, I was greeted with extreme humiliation.The store

    manager (in front of my daughter) challenged me how dare I come back to

    exchange a petty Rs.750 worth of good to "REEBOK" stores. I tried to

    tell them that it was just an exchange, yet the insults continued. I had

    to come out of the stores. My questions are as follows:
    1) Is it the policy of Reebok to insult customers?
    2) Is there a rule that Reebok does not exchange a size (with the same

    condition when bought)?
    3) The price of the product is actually Rs.1999, and Reebok gives a

    deal, does that mean the store has the right to call their own shoe

    cheap stuff and not worth exchanging?
    4) Is it the policy of Reebok to hurt the feelings of a 12 year old

    child who wanted to be a proud owner of her first Reebok?
    I would like answers to my questions. I was an avid fan of the brand

    Reebok and I am sure that the company would deal with this situation to

      I bought a pair of Reebok Reezig Shoes (Model NO. 4747074 Zigtech ) from Karam Pura, New Delhi company outlet of Reebok Co. on 22nd June, 2011. A part of the upper portion of the right foot shoe has been torn open. Kindly replace the shoes or refund the money.

      I purchased a shoe 4months back( Rs 4000) and just after using it for 1 month, the sole of the shoe came out due to faulty pasting.The Reebok showroom owner( in marathalli, opposite innovative multiplex, bangalore) first refused to take that shoe stating that it is not their concern and then, after much persuasion he kept the shoes and I had to wait for more than one month to get it back. O my astonishment, when I got it back, it was in the same state as the showroom owner said that the Reebok company has rejected the claim.
      It is very unfortunate situation that reebok is not really taking care of their brandname/service and with this kind of experience, I would never suggest anyone to go for reebok shoes.

        I have purchased Reebok shoes worth Rs 1800 / from Factory outlet , Mogappair.
        Within four months shoe sole peel off.
        Contacted the same factory outlet store. Poor response from the stores incharge. He is diverting me to contact the private company for shoe repair.
        Which is totally unfair to the customer. Such a reputed shoe company image will spoil with this type of behaviour to the customer.

          I brought a pair of Reebok shoe from FAIR DEEL ENTERPRISE – Airoli Navi Mumbai with bill No: 2189 and group R271203 on 29.01.2011 with price Rs. 5000.
          Within a month the upper and the sole of the both shoes has got separated and the upper net portion of the one shoe got badly cracked.
          The same was reported to the show room and asked for the reason, This is common for one or two pair of shoes the shop keeper replayed.

          Till date he is keeping with my shoes without taking any action.
          I asked for replacement but he is saying these shoes are brought with discount so you are not eligible.
          I am paying near to 5000 but there is no guarantee, i wondered Reebok is famous company and they were not told me about this at the time of buying.
          Anyway i am asking for replacement for the shoes since it is a branded company.

          hello

          i have brought a pair of reebok shoes in feb 2014 of blue colour which is so nice in colour and style but when i started using it i found that crack comes down in front of shoes because of only poor quality of material which the company is used by them . i have brought them for rs 4800, but now i found that my money is all waste, i have used it 10-15 times only as it is sports school, and i am a working person in mnc . So i just want to request the authorities to repair my shoes, and for that i am ready to bear the expenses

          I bought a pair of shoe (Brand-Reebok, order no.[protected] dated 03.11.2014) from paytm online site with the expectation that the quality of the product will be genuine. Now I am using it and shoe is getting rough and skin of the shoe has removed from many side. Therefore, I am very upset after using this product as the brand goodwill of the product is very high and actually quality does not match with the brand. I have no idea now to complaint about it.

          You are requested to consider my complaint and help me to provide best solution for it. Attached picture is showing one side of defect. There are many more defects in shoe.

            Poor quality shoes

            I had purchased one pair of Reebok Reflex sports shoes worth Rs 5000/ from Elite Marketing on[protected].However due to its poor quality the shoes had to be returned to the franchisee on[protected].The owner of the shop informed that the shoes have to be sent to Delhi and only when the replacement arrives he will be in position to give me the same.Now this appears to be quite funny.A person has paid 100% for a defective product...

            On 25th Dec. 2011, evening I went to VIP Road "Reebok Showroom" (Besides Haldiram, Kolkata) to buy a pair of show for my self, I was looking for a Zig Tech shoe. the guy showed me everything quite well. I was confused as I already seen & tried Nike's Airmax 2011. I was a bit confused. as with the price the reebok zig tech is cheaper. so I went out of the showroom to think a little before spending the money. after 20 minutes when I returned to the showroom there was a new guy to show the shoes. 1st question he asked with a rude tone about whats my ability as the budget. I got a little surprised. the nike showroom guys were totally opposite from the guys of reebok. nike guys insisted me on trying almost all the shoes of airsole tech. I was feeling bit shameful evenafter telling them I'll take it later, they replied that not a probs, this help u to choose & short them, for the future they will help me more. Now these reebok guys were like they r some kings & I'm like a accused to them. even when I tried to ask for a color combination of my choice the store manager addressed me as a back dated when the reebok web site is stating it as the new colors for the last one month. I'm totally against that particular showroom where they don't treat the customer properly. so any 1 from kolkata is reading this then my suggestion would be to avoid that showroom. thanx.

                I bought a pair of Reebok shoes (J17897 Black/Pure SI) fron M/s Trade Waves, A-2/8 Africa avenue, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi vide Bill No.407 dated 29.01.2011for Rs.3219.30.

                In Nov 2011, I noticed that upper of the shoe of right foot is getting torned and after few days the same process started on the other shoe also despite the fact that there is not much usage.. I brought this fact to the notice of M/s Trade Waves who advised me to return the pair so that the same can be sent to Company’s Quality Control Dept to consider my request for replacement/repair of the pair. The same were lodged with M/s Trade Waves vide Receipt No. 2989 dated 24.11.2011 with the ORIGINALPACKING BOX indicating that there is really not much usage.

                However, during first week of December 2011, I was informed that my claim has been rejected due to lapse of warranty.

                It is a matter of concern that if the shoes of a brand like Reebok which are in the range of Rs.3000/- to Rs.4000/- have a normal wear and tear within a span of 9-10 months, then it is useless to buy a brand like this. Moreover, it is shameful on the part of the Company .to reject such claims . The Company should have gone into the entire gamut of its quality control at the time of manufacturing/procuring such items from 3rd parties in India/abroad.

                I request you to look into the matter personally and find out the gaps in the quality control so that such do not happen and customers are not compelled this shock after buying costly products and that too of brand like Reebok.
                I humbly request to re-consider my claim favourably and replace the pair with a similar fresh pair.

                Reebock items — Replacement of pair of shoes

                I had placed an order for Reebock make items which inclused pair of shoes, towel, bag & track suit on 28.02.2009 vide order No.OGA[protected]. The consignment was released by me after cash payment of RS. 3200/=. I found that the pair of shoes sent were not fitting to me as shoes of smaller size were sent. After talking to your office, I was asked to return the shoes & new shoes would be disptached. My membership No. is ITBC09912937.
                Accordingly, I have sent the shoes, properly packed, through M/s Trackon Couries Pvt. Ltd. vide POD No.[protected], dated 19/03/2009 & the same has been recieved at your end on 21.03.2009. I have the receipt of the consignment.
                I am extremally regreat to inform that I have yet to receieve the replacement of the shoes. More than 8 months have passed & despite talking to various people, there is no result. I do not know, to whom should I complain & how I can get the replacement of the shoes.

                Kindly help me in this matter & arrange to resolve my problem.

                Dear Sir,

                Sub :Replacement/Refund of the damaged goods.

                I purchased a pair of Reebok Shoes and floaters from
                'VIKAS ENTERPRISE'. and paid Rs. 3999/- for the pair of shoes and Rs. 2599/- for the pair of floaters making a total of Rs. 6598/-
                The Retail Invoice No. is 00619 Dated : 07/06/2010.

                In a span of only three months the sole of the floater came off and the net of the shoes tore off along with the material losing its shine.The thread which bounded the sole had also started tearing apart. Immediately we brought it to notice of 'VIKAS ENTERPRISE' and gave the shoes back to the store for getting it exchanged or repaired. We visited store again and again .After almost one month they sent it to your head office.The Exchange/Claim Note No. is 293 Dated : 09/10/2010 and that Claim no. 16658. Later we revisited and made numerous phone calls for which no action was taken and totally unreasonable explanations were given not recieving any satisfactory answer from 'VIKAS ENTERPRISE'.

                I hope you will take neccesary action at the earliest and replace or refund the cost of my goods.

                  I brought a new Reebok Shoe from Reebok exclusive store located at Crown Interior mall Faridabad vide Bill no 2275 dt 11.09.2011 for Rs 4999/- Repeated compaint on Reebok website has not yielded any results.The brand new shoe is torn off in 3 months & as per the warranty policy of the company the shoe can be replaced with a fresh shoe ...We visited the store at Faridabad also but they clearly informed that the shoe can only be repaired & then returned in next 10 days...............Why should anuone buy a branded product if this is the kind of service being offered....My contact no is [protected] .

                    I ordered from the 4 consignments on 05/10/2010 its fine.
                    i received three items completely but that one is also received by incomplete status so i need to get that missing goods immediately i request to send again to soon .
                    otherwise i had more loss for this orders.

                    I placed an order dt[protected] on bag it today for which i paid cash on delivery dt[protected] for five items. But after opening the parcel i found only one item ( Reebok tracksuit new size-XXL- 1 no.) and other items are missing. Although i paid full payment i did not found any more items which were actually on my order summary.

                      I'm Arshul Ansari from Chandigarh, one of your product user from many years. Recently, 7 months back, I purchased a pair of shoes from your outlet in Chandigarh, India. To my surprise the product didn't even lasted 7 months, and is in a bad condition.

                      I purchased a pair of Reebook shoes from your outlet(VIKAS ENTERPRISE) at jamnagar gujarat india vide bill no. 1952 book no. 14 on 17 March 07. The size of shoes is 10 and shoe serial no. 1-154063 manufactured in Dec 2005. The problem is that the sole of the shoes has worn out within warranty period, presently your outlet at jamnagar has closed and their is no other authorised Reebok outlet at the city.

                      please suggest me what should be next step.
                      I had purchased a pair of reebok shoes worth rs 5500/- from mani majra on 01 nov 2007. in the mean time shoe has already been repaired once and again today we had to give it back for as the condition of the shoe has worsened and almost torn. I was also told that the company rep would inspect and then decision would be taken to replace which will also take minimum one week . i think company should now get their act togather so that their brand name stays afloat. i would request the company to change the shoe as fast as possible so that we don,t have to suffer. atleast they should take care that the company specilaist is available whenthe shoe is sold rather than when it needs to be changed. i hope the company wakes up NOw.
                      Quality of Reebok shoe purchased by me is very poor. just after wearing for 15 days the upper portion of the shoes is tearing from front and back side. i had purchased the shor from M/s.Patel and Company, bistupur, jamshedpur.
                      Kindly advice me as what to do with this type of problem of branded shoe from Reebok.

                      I had purchased a pair of reebok shoes from Planet sports outlet at Ahmedabad on 23rd Novemeber 2007. The upper leather protion of the left leg has come out. Any other Reebok outlet is not helping me in changing the shoes even though it is in warranty period and the planet sports outlet at Ahmedabad has closed. The 6 month warranty expires on 23rd May 2008.

                      Kindly advice as to what actions I should take regarding this.
                      hi I ahd purchased rebok shoes worth 3990/- Rs from jodhpur rebok show room. I regularly use shoes of this brand and I had trust thats why I had purchased these costly shoes. But shoes are broken from sole and cut from side within 3-4 months. I had complained a lot to jodhpur show room but no satisfactory answer given by them. Even they dont agree to exchange it with another design. I am your regular customer but this time I am very dissapoint and no complaints are taken care for 5 months. so acknowledge my complaint and take quick action.I have bill of that shoes purchased in march 2008.

                      i bought a pair of reebok shoes aprrox nine months ago during sale period...being to a middle class family i spend around 1300 rs on them ..but after the purchase five days only the front part of shoe came out i complained then the shoe was pasted and given back,,after few months both of my shoes soul came out again i complained and pasting was done,,third time just near mu thumb my shoe got tear again ,,was it for this reason that i spend money to suffer a lot after buying a branded shoe
                      After 2 months my shoes has gives crack 15 to 20 places crack.

                      My self Quality Manager Lucas TVS, Every time using Reebok shoes but now this time I purchase 8 no. shoes at 0% discount.cost 4999 , Your dealer SS sales shop no 10 , Alwar raj.

                      I purchased REEBOK Shoes size 8 from Snapdeal .com on 19 October 2012 . I must have worn these only for 30 times for one hour during my morning walk. Suddenly I started feeling some thing and I saw that the shoe upper was tearing away from the sole at the heel..

                        I bought Reebok Hexride ( R381594 ) a year back. The front net started tearing within 10 months of purchase. I bought it for around Rs 6500 +. Its painful to realize that a shoes worth Rs 6500 starts tearing within a year. Normally one expects such an expensive shoes to at least last for 3-4 years. It is shameful on part of Reebok to compromise on quality by usage of cheap netting resulting in tearing. Can someone please look into the matter. I can attach the screenshot if required. I will be really grateful if one can let me know if there is any way i can get the shoes replaced?

                          i bought reebok sleeper(group name-k52521) M.R.P 2999 and traveling bag (group name-107400) M.R.P: 3999 from J.P ENTERPRISES ,B-1/ 75-76
                          North Chajjupura main 100 feet road delhi shahdara-32 TIN NO-[protected] , Both were defected. sleeper had been torn in 10 days and lock of bag was not working so we returned it back to company, but they did not take back sleeper despite of warrante period

                          Many times i asked them to bail out me but got no response, they always give me assurance that we will talk to the company regarding this issue
                          or says do that whatever you want
                          please give me quick response or guide me for the same

                          if with in 4 days i will not get response i will go to consumer court and file the complain boz it is so harrasing me

                            I had Ordered reebok shoes on 17th October 2011 with ordr No. [protected] and received the product , But unfortunately size which i had ordered is not fit for me , So i had called to Star CJ office Tel No.[protected] and informed them about the same and they told me we dont have the size Shoes with us.So they have suggested to return the product to out courier person and will refund you the cheque .

                            Complaint registered for return of shoes on 24th October 2011.

                            As per the record from Star CJ the reebok shoes received on 9th November 2011 , and after calling to the customer care number they informed me that refund will be done within 10days .

                            As a followup for the same , i called again and now they are saying that one of our team member had tried to call you but your mobile is not reachable so we have reverted the amount to POINTS.After hearing this i had spoken to TL bhavana from Customer care on 23rd Nov 2011 now she had commited me that due to some mistake they have reverted the amount to points and now she told me i will send you a cheque of 2299 /- within 7days but still the same is not received and no one had called me on my mobile number since 17th october 2011 .( Already passed 1 month )


                            Request you to please register a complaint to refund the amount of 2299/- from Star CG Alive.

                              Dear Sir,
                              I visited your only store in Durgapur, West Bengal at Junction Mall. I was really surprised with the nonchalant approach of the salesman. When asking whether they had one particular model , i got the answer , we have whatever you can see. When i asked for my size of another particular model , i was told by one of them that they did not have it . Suddenly another salesman appeared from nowhere and dug out the size asked , from somewhere which was quite an old piece. When i said that i wanted a new one , he simply said i had to wait for one month. When i said to him that i will give him an advance for the shoe and place an order, he replied , it makes no difference. Also the attitude of all three salesmen was like take it or leave it .
                              This is something i have never seen in a Reebok store , utterly pathetic. oooooooooooooooooof
                              Guess you need to take a look.

                              Reebok — PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

                              Dear General Manager,
                              We had purchased a school bag of your highly esteemed company during sec/third week of august 2008, however the school bag developed a defect and was returned in your showroom at Ashok Vihar outlet, on 19 September 2008, vide reciept No R101867 and remark endoesed as ''BROB STITCHING'',

                              We had purchased the bag on sale for Rs900/ and having the MRP as 1499/. We were assured at the time of purchase that any complaint would immediately find a replacement, but to our utter dismay in spite of our repeated requests we have not been able to find a replacement.

                              We have also contacted Mr. Saurav, the in charge for such matters who only made empty promises and has now stopped attending to our calls, which is unbecoming of an official of your reputed company. When we asked about any higher authority’s number, he even refused to give us any contact information. This kind of an attitude was never expected by us from such a reputed company. We have been ardent users of your products for the past 08 yrs, actually our wardrobe proudly boasts of only products of your brand, we have never felt cheated except for the instant case.

                              May we request your personal indulgence in sorting out this problem and giving us the replacement and not the cash coupon.

                              Our earnest request is that please do not let us loose our faith of 08 yrs and change our loyalty to some other brand !!!

                              sir, i have purchase shoes from rebok shophy, wardhaman nagar, nagpur, maharashtra(India). after 15 days, it was torn from firnt side of shoes and also it sole gets up, i immidiatly complaint, but they not responded. after that i have sent letter to Gurgoan, and also follow up with Mr.Lambe on daily basis, but nothing happen anythings. please help, what i should to do.
                              I went reebook showrooms yesterday at junction mall on 8:10pm .there was close tag hang at door and two guys sitting inside l get inside and request them that my brother want to buy shoes&they came from dhanbad for buying shoes of reebook if any arrangement done tnen it will be gratefully to u but they replied very roodly that time is up nothing should be done now.is the showrooms is only for show or for businesss.

                                Sir, i had purchased goods worth Rs 4900/- from the Reebok showroom at J.P. nagar, 100 ft road on the 21st of Nov....at the time of purchase there was a consumer scheme on offer which said on purchase of Rs 2500/- worth of merchandise the customer is eligible to buy a pair of reebok shoes at an invitation price of Rs 750/--....when we wanted to avail of the scheme we were told that they cannot offer the scheme due to sizes of the promotional shoe not being available in the store....when we told them that it is ther fault if the sizes are not available and requested them to extend the scheme on some other pair of shoes so that we can avail of the offer...to which we were told that they cannot offer any other pair of shoes as offer even though they did not have the stock with them....we called up the manager of the company and he also declined stating that he cannot help us.....we felt completely cheated as the company cannot take the customer for granted and offer bogus schemes and fool the customers....we want strict action to be taken and also the offer to be extended to us........the franchisee who spoke to us was extremely rude and arrogant and hardly bothered about our feelings.....look forward to hearing from the company..

                                Reebok — Information not provided regarding offers

                                CMS Enterprises (Sahara MAll Gurgaon) is a franchise of Reebook. I have purchsed one jacket of INR 2, 799/- and one Reebok deodrant for INR 165/-. i.e. total 2, 964/-. Currently one scheme is going on i.e. purchase of INR 3, 000/ or above and we can get Reebook shoe in just 750/- whose MRP is 2, 500/-. They are not promoting as well intimating the scheme to customers and on asking for it there attitude was not good. It was really horrible from now onwards i will not sujjest any of my friends etc to visit Reebook Outlet especially CMS ENTERPRISES.

                                  This is to inform you that I purchased a shoe from the Reebok factory outlet at Gariahat named PIXEL IMPEX PRIVATE LTD on 15.08.2010, the shoe code being[protected]. There was an offer put up, on purchase of three Reebok shoes, we were to get a big Reebok suitcase free. My dad, sister and myself chose three 3 shoes and we got the suitcase free too.
                                  I did not wear the shoe here because I bought it to be worn when I travel abroad. This year when I left for Canada, in the month of September, the lower sole of the shoe started wearing off. After about a week’s use, I had to ask my host family there to get super glue for me to stick together the falling off the pieces of the lower portion of the shoe. The people out there were shocked as they could not believe it was a Reebok shoe! After buying an expensive shoe from such a reputed brand, known by people, this is the result! What am I to do with the shoe now? It is assumed that your shoes last for years. How would you compensate for the embarrassment I had to face abroad? Or should I say the factory outlets keep defective pieces and try to do away with them giving offers like the one I mentioned above?
                                  Not only did the shoe give away but also the suitcase that I got as a part of the offer, is no longer in a good state to be used again the next time I travel.

                                    I the undersigned have to bring few words to your kind consideration. sir i the who purchased Reebok company branded shoes on[protected] it has been torn very ugly, before a couple of months back itself, as i was using that for only casual use its not worth to be torn that easily.Buying the shoes from a such a nice company, i never expected this to happen. I'am really unsatisfied with your such a worst product.I also approached the showroom at K.G.Road in Bangalore where i bought the shoes some 45 days back till now they did not reply to me, they said that its not possible to help u anyway,i was really disgusted a lot that day.Till now i kept my shoes aside. I'am not at all satisfied with your product, So kindly please get my shoes replaced without fail. I hope so my request will be fulfilled, If you wish to continue me as your customer please do satisfy me.

                                    Reebok — replacement of torn shoes

                                    Sir

                                    I want to bring it to your kind notice that I have bought a pair of reebok sport shoes for Rs 4194 ( model – hex ride) on 15 july 2008 from City look sector 17C, sco-90, chandigarh. But after five months only the shoes have torn away. I contacted the showroom manager in this regard . He accepted the shoes from me for repair as the same were in warranty period . He promised me to get them repaired in such a way that they would look like a new one. But when I saw the repaired shoes, It were so badly repaired that they were not wearable any more. So I request you to order the manager of city look to replace the torn pair of shoes with a new pair of shoes otherwise I shall be compelled to file a case in the consumer forum.

                                      Not received all items in Reebok kit ordered through sasta.lo after watching TV advertisement
                                      i had ordered Reebok combo kit through "sastalo" after watching TV advertisement on 17/10/2011.25/10/11i received the parcel through Indian Post Office KHERDI 415604(CHIPLUN ) after paid the amount of Rs. 4699/- (cash on delivery basis). later, when i opened the parcel came to know that the Reebok all mesing in this combo kit are missing. immediately i went to post office KHERDI and enquired about the same, however, they told that they had handed over the parcel "as is what is basis". later i communicated this fact to sastalo executive on cell no. [protected].

                                      This is the breach of trust as well as fraud with the consumer by providing cheating services.
                                      Requested to take strict action agaisnt the seller/service provider.
