this is ravindra i havebeen living in hyderabad from 2005 to still in ECIL area hyderabad. this is my request regarding i have purchased reebok company shoes in as rao nagar branch secunderabd. that office po number [protected]. they have given left leg shoes size 8 and right leg shoe 7inches. this shoes i am not feeling comportble. i have asked somany times them . but ther did not accepted this mistake. they was said it is not 8 and 7. this is not mistake. ur left leg was small of compare to rightleg.


i was request ur branded very big company in india.next time any customers u dont cheet like this pls.

    I BOUGHT A NEW REEBOK WORTH RS 1599 IN THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER . I HAD JUST WORE THE SHOE FOR TWO TIMES AND IT BECAME DAMAGE.....MEANS IT WAS A SPORT SHOE AND THE SOLE IF COMING OUT AND THE WHITE COLOUR PORTION IS ALSO COMING OUT.

    In my family we have been using your Reebok shoes for many years.



    Recently a ladies shoe was purchased by me from your show room at Nasik Road

    few months back.After using for sometime the sole was coming out.I went to the show

    room and they promised me that they will repair and give.Today I went to give the shoes

    for repair and to my surprise they told me that I will have to pay the charges for that.



    Today looking at the attitute of the salesman at the show room I could'nt take the shoes which I had liked.



    At the time of purchase lot of good things are spoken and promised.When it comes to give service the words are reversed.



    I asked for your address, telling that I will complain, they told you can.I was amazed that they gave me the address and the website instantly.



    It is a shame to see this type of behavior from a branded company.



    If you want I will reveal the names of the sales boys who were at the showroom.



    I request you to look in the matter so that other customers are benefitted if not me.

    Reebok Shoes — Quality of Shoes are very bad

    I have purchased one pair of Reebok sandle X-Treme Black Outdoor MEN Size No. 9 US and Style No. 24-76504A. These sandles I have purcahsed 10 days back. Now sole of these sandles got broken and these are not of any use to me. Now day Rebook products are also very poor quality.

    iam the member o[censored]r company since 10 yrs in warangal branch 2187 there was no respect to the coustemer and sometimes there was powercut but there is no generetor in the branch there was no cleanness in the there was no chairs in the branch this was the big company see to maintain clean ness in every branch
    I bought a new pair of Reebok shoes on 1st July. The soles came off even before a month was over. This is disgusting.
    I have purchase 2 pair of shoes from Reebok Ghod Dod Road Shop . Very Next day with out using the Shoes i found that shoes was of very bad quality and can't be use with out repair. When i ask reebok store for repair they said i have to pay 250 rs per pair repair charge to them. replacement was out of question.

      I am a regular customer of your Reebok shoe from last 15 years.

      I went to your Ranchi showroom on 11/11/2011, at ANKUSH COMMERCIAL PVT. LTD., 6, Purlia Road, Ranchi 834 001, Phone No.[protected], TIN No.[protected] on 11//11/2011 seeing your add of 75 % discount on foot wear after that I enter in your showroom and select a pair of Reebok shoes Group No.R100091; Size - 12; MRP - 2999.00; Discount Rs.1499.50; Round 0.50; Bill Amount Rs.1500.00; Time 08:16 PM.

      Concerned person in your showroom salesman and other person who was sitting in cash counter say to me that in this shoe discount is only 50 %, then I told the concern person that outside the shop there is a board written 75% discount on footwear and now you people saying that no in this shoe discount is 50% instead of 75%. And 15 days back one of my friend purchase same type of shoe only colour is different my shoe colour is black and my friend shoe is brown who buy on 75 % discount I think from same showroom both CASH MEMO is with us. How is it possible that same type of shoes had two type of discount. So please enquire about this matter from your showroom and inform me accordingly immediately because after your answer I will take other action and take to the matter to Consumer Court. Because I personally think that these people of your showroom make me fool.

        I purchased a pair of Reebok "Train tone " shoes from Reebok outlet GIP mall shop no 59 on 23rd Oct 11 in Rs 8000. I have been told by the shopkeeper that this shoes is extremely comfortable and i would enjoy wearing this shoe. But on the contrary wearing this shoe created sever pain in my ankle on the very first day. I thought that, may be i am not habitual to these kind of shoes so wearing regulary could ease this pain. But this pain increased even more and it was so intense that i was not able to walk even. Doctor strictly instructed me not to wear this shoe because the pain is due to this shoe.

        I want to ask Reebok that why they have launched such shoes in the Indian market which are so problematic and that too so expensive at the name of comfort. I strongly insist that Reebok must check the desinging of these shoes and want my money should be refunded back

          I have purchased shoes from Unit Run Canteen AF Stn avadi Chennai -55 on 23 Sept 11 and on 25 Sept 11 the sole of the shoe is separated from the shoes .I have handed over the shoe with separated sole and photocopy of bill to the manager o[censored]RC and it is confirmed that the further correspondence has made to the supplying agency . Till date there is no response have received from your side . I have contact to your customer service cell , he refuse to accept the complain.

          all these make a big question mark on your product and service . your intervention is required. please do some thing.

            i had ordered Reebok combo kit through "sastalo" after watching TV advertisement on 25/10/2011. today i received the parcel through Indian Post Office Latur after paid the amount of Rs. 4689/- (cash on delivery basis). later, when i opened the parcel came to know that the Reebok shoes in this combo kit are missing. immediately i went to post office latur and enquired about the same, however, they told that they had handed over the parcel "as is what is basis". later i communicated this fact to sastalo executive on cell no. [protected].

            This is the breach of trust as well as fraud with the consumer by providing cheating services.
            Requested to take strict action agaisnt the seller/service provider.

            Reebok Kit — Not get two Items in your delivery

            Dear Sir,

            I have ordered reebok kit from your advertisment in Divya Bhaskar News Paper in Gujarat. I have got few items in your delivery except a Watch & shocks. (If buy this tik by credit card you give gift Shock with kit).

            I have talk with Mr. Rajendra Gupta who is your call center executive on 26 October 2009 regarding this issue but i did not get any reply from your side. If you are not give me any reply of my complaint i will go to customer protection for the issue. I have recording in my cell of the discussion with the sales executive.

            Reebok Kit — missing 4 items

            my mebership no is ITBC10323331 i ordered reebok kit i recived only track shoot and remaining four items missed in my parcel so kindly send them as early as possible
            I ordered Combo kit..After getting parcel I found broken watch and glass.. I realized Sasta lo is a total Fraud Company.. Plz don't buy..Product value is not even worth for Rs1000. You won't get proper response from Company...
            ya i totally agree with this.teleone is a cheat company.the watch in the combo kit was fake one.After getting parcel I found that the back metal cover was open.the strrap was a cheap one like a 20rupees footpath variety.the sunglasses were not of reebok's it was of a fake company and the deliberately tried to hide it by scrapping of the actual name of the brand.when i called at their callcenter they didnt pay any attention and gave a fake number of their complain section.they dont give the actual product which they display in website or in the advertisements in the tv.

              I am Nitesh and i buy a product from Reebok showroom on 6 Oct and his address is G-44 Crown Interiroz FBD Haryana and i request them for bill and they said that there is some problem in there system please collect the bill on next day and many time i call them and go there for bill but they not gave me the bill and on 23 Oct they gave me the bill but this is not my product bill. My product code is J22539 and its size is 10 and they gave me the bill of Size 9 and of 13 oct purchase item. Please do the needfull.

                  i had ordered products (reebok laptop backpack bag) on dated[protected] by online they mentioned that the bag with 3 free items they sent me 13th sep 2011 but they sent reebok ordinary bag in place of laptop backpack bag . i informed them they told me to return that bag they will send the bag ireturned the bag with charges 150 rupees with complaint ,print out of the products but they sent me the same reebok ordinary bag to me when i informed them what is this they told me we have not provide you

                    I have purchased one reebok shoes on dated 28.05.2011 with group printed on bill is J21759 for rupees 3299.00 with bill no 275 from suncorp retail pvt ltd, syamala arcade, main road, bhuchirajupalem, vizag 530027,now i have seen the pasting of two layaers of shoes got seperated i.e pasting got damged, right now i am out of vizag,

                    In last four months i have hardly used the shoes 30 days because i am working in NTPC power plant and there we are always using safety shoes, so definitly there is quality problem and i request yourself to see the matter and do proper action for my shoes,

                    one more thing i want to inform you that i had also purchased reebok shoes from ranchi/Jharkhand showroom in 2009 of around Rs 2500 and in that case also i felt that the pasting of sole got damaged after 2 years and that shoes also i have not used much as i used to wear sports shoes only on holidays/sundays.. so definitly there is serious quality problem......please look into the matter at the earliest

                        my name is nitin srivastav. dated 15.july.11 i have purchase a reebok shoes. shose price (after discount) is 1999.00. after 20 days i saw a deffect in my shose. when i go to reebok showroom and ask for this deffect. that time showroom owner promise me for exchange this produt. after 15 day when i ask about my shes that time he says, company can not be replase it. company will repair this.

                        after repair still my shoes condition is very bad. i think reebok is fraud company. my advise to all person pls not purchase reebok produt from bazpur showroom.

                        I purchase Reebok shoes from your company's out let near Vadaj, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India in February 2011. In October 2011, I find that shoes purchased have been open up from sole and the upper part of the shoes. So I went to the same shop for repair. I was told that since Diwali is nearing, you may come after 15th November, 2011 for repair the shoes. Accordingly, I have gone there today for repairing the same. I have been shocked first to hear that the repairing is under chargeable basis and I have been more shocked to hear the price of repairing i.e. Rs. 550/-. I am sorry to state that company like Reebok of a great repute charging their own shoes which come for repair within just eight months. I am writing this so that company will come to know the problems faced by common people after paying high price for your product under a wrong impression that the shoes will last long at least for 2-3 years.

                        Since I need the shoes daily, I am compelled to repair the same tomorrow. This is unfortunate and company of your repute should think over it.

                            I had bought through JPS IMPEX Pvt Ltd (Naaptol) Reebok shoes + two t-shirts+ Duffle Bag + Watch Combo through order no 2467428 dated 17/09/2011.Received the delivery on 3 October and cash of Rs 3298/- was paid. When the packet was opened, I found the T-shirt was of large size and not the medium size. I have complained to the company of the defect through complaint no 1502271 but they insist that I pack the entire consignment and courier it back to them and they will send the cheque for refund in the next 21 working days.
                            I am not in a position to repack the entire product and would like the company to replace the two Large Size T-Shirt with two Medium Size T-Shirt. The rest of the products are in order and I do not want to replace them. The company is unable to help me on this request and I feel cheated and frustrated to take the onus of sending back the product and wait for my money for 21 days.
                            I would request the company to replace the Large T-shirts with a Medium T-shirt .I have not yet opened the T-shirt packet.

                              We have purchased a school backpack ( sag ) in a reebok shopee (jayalakshmi investments, chennai) with a TNGST no 1522604, CST no 820875/[protected], area code 077, Tin no [protected], receipt no 3600 dated 25/9/2011. The backpack of article no 108051, packed on 5/10 of rate rs. 1399/- was sold at Rs. 1080/- (with a discount of 25%). The said sag was sold defective, it was not informed to us during the sale.                                 I am a regular customer o[censored]sing Adidas products since years. This is the first time I had purchased a pair of shoes of Reebok Brand on dated 07.08.11 through one of your authorized reebok showroom in the town ( Siliguri - West Bengal ). The products were being offered on sale of 40% in the showroom. The net cost after disount stood to Rs, 2400/- approx.
                                I was shocked to find that on the very next day of purchase when I wore the shoe the sole of the right leg shoe went off completely. I immediately tried to contact the showroom owner but he was unwilling to do anything on this reason being that in case of goods offered on sale no claim for defects will be entertained.

                                I truely understand that the shoes were purchased on sale, but does a discounted sale offered by your company is for selling of defective products at a discount. I had a believe that discounts are being offered by any company to clear their old stocks. This kind of act to fool the customers is unwanted & unacceptable.
                                I never thought my first experience with the product of your company would be so bad & terrible. Does't Rs. 2400/- has any value.
                                I earnestly request you to look into the matter & arrange to replace my shoes.

                                My purchase bill is attached herewith for your reference & doing the needful.

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I purchased a Shoe at Reebok Stores Hanmakonda, On 11/08/2011, with Bill no 748, PGSC code Ri05831 - size -12- Mrp. 3799/- , purchased under Flat 40% offer. I used this shoe for just one time, complaint is inner side leather is come out of sole from the joint for both shoes. please find photos of cutting near sole which is peeling off from upper part in attachment, hope Reebok brand is most trusted MNC Brand, this product is manufacture defective. I am so disappointed, i want replacement of my shoe's. Hope you are not selling out dated or spoiled stock..?? please try to understand customer feelings, .after spending Rs2280/- if product spoil in one time use...!!?!! please do needful. Looking forward for your positive reply.

                                    i naveen saini, had purchased Reebok shoes on 17/01/2011 from a khadki outlet in pune city, however after 7months i.e. in early august its sole cracked. i returned the shoes back 2 the outlet attendants on 14/8/2011 n they accepted the same and assured that they would soon repair it and return but up-till now(14/09/2011) i have not received them back and when i ask the outlet people they just give excuses.

                                      Sub:- poor quality shoe sole

                                      I have a pair of reebok running shoes I purchased from Velocity Enterprises in Delhi I don’t wear it very often and I am surprised that a few days I wore it for a morning walk and the sole of the same started coming out.I purchased on 6/8/2011, my modal number is R094127
                                      Bill number is 1043 and shop tin number is [protected]
                                      I have never seen such a thing with any shoes before. Check the pics, the sole shows the usage.
                                      I seek the same to be checked for quality and for the same I am willing to send it across wherever need be.
                                      I hope to hear from you for your attention and assistance.

                                      also this mail has been send twice to customer.[protected]@reebok .com, and i have received no feedback from them yet

                                        i purchalsed a reebok sandal and the sole came out on day one . sandal purchased from a store in andheri which is closed now and reebok store in goregaon is not accepting my sandals as its nt bought from there ..what the [censored].. ultimately its the same company
                                        finally i left the sandal at the store as its useless for me , then the manager gave me a bill receipt .My obero outlet bill receipt no is 6702 and date of purchase is 14-6-11 .
                                        i want the replaced sandal or refund of money. the store is not responding . what do i do now .
                                        want reebok to contact me and give me either repaired sandal or new sandal or money.

                                        adidas is much better , will never buy reebok again.
