[Resolved]  Regional Passport Office, Hyderabad — status not known for passport application

PASSPORT POLICE VERIFICATION FILE NO.-w262980

I had applied passport on 23.03.2008 at mir-alam-mandi (jublee) post office & police verification has done on 17.04.2008 and till now I didn.t get my passport. When I enquired on internet ap.nic.in the status of passport was police verification pending. and today I visited to regional passport office to submit the police verification report there I come to know there some strik. what shall I do to get my passport. advise me as soon as possible so I can get my passport as early as possible.

my name is praveen kumar nuvvula. I have applied for new passport before 70 days still i have complete my police enquiry .my file No. A 301860.Sir, .but in internet the status is
"Police Report is adverse, a show-cause notice is being sent by Post ." but totally complete my police enquiry.so please care about this sir.i want to written my IELTS exam.so please grant me passport as well as possible.

i and my friend verkile vinod have submited passport form on 3/05/2008. the (SB)police verfication was also completed on 14th of last month, its alredy been 46 days now don't know wat happend and its being dealy. i request the the passport officers to look into this mater as soon as possible.

I alongwith my spouse have applied for passports afresh on 12th of March, 2008. After vigourous persuassion, the Police verification was done during the first week of April with lot of hiccups. Later, the entire file was reported misplaced which compelled us to submit the PPFs during the month of May.The current status of the Passports indicates that they are granted and likely to be despatched by 20th June, 2008. Even today(25th June), the same status is being displayed on the Official Web-site of the RPO. God only knows what is happening there.

i hold a passport which has expired and need to apply for reissue with the same address. recently when i went to Guntur to apply they said reissue applications are not recieved there but only online at Hyderabad. now as i try to do that online i get the date in the month of Aug after 18th which is very long time. how can i apply for reissue and where so that process can be expedited. what are the documents to be produced. please let me know. thanks

they said that with in 10 days police enquiry wil be there .
but it happened almst 1 month but no one came for enquiry
