Hello Sir,

I applied for Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) 01 5th Apr 2010. When applying they said that it will take 10 days time, but I have not recevied it yet. It will very much appreciate your office can help me.

My father has applied for passport renewal on Jan 19th, 2010, and police enquiry been completed on feb 9th. But till now didnt recieved the passport and when check the status online it says File Reference Number (HYD-F[protected] is either wrong or Information NOT available. It will very much appreciate your office can help me expediate the matter

Sir,
I have applied for my infant child passport on 9/02/2010 for my three month old son and file no: HYDW26144610
When I am checking status on net it is showing same since more then a month "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstance the dispatch of passport has been delayed and will now be dispatched in a week's time" I do not know when that week will come still I am waiting for passport because I have to call my family to Dubai again for renewal of immigration.

So I am requesting you to issue my infant child passport

Regional Passport Office, Hyderabad has become totally inefficient in handling the passport fresh issue and renewals. It is better to give it to private people fixing strict accountability. It is not like other Government Departments, where they can drag the matter for months or years. Whey they cannot understand the agony of people and cannot respond, they have no right to sit at the office.
The passport authorities have utterly failed even in updating the information in their site. It is like writing "Come Tomorrow" . That "Tomorrow" nobody knows when comes.
If they have any problems, they should address them IMMEDIATELY. Things cannot wait for anybody. God only knows when the Indian authorities understand and respond to the average Indian's needs. It is unfortunate that we have no EFFECTIVE redressal system also. Except posting complaints/comments in forums like this, we can do nothing.
Passport authorities have closed their eyes, years, mouth and simply acting as if they are doing more than what they are supposed to do. But they have failed miserably in discharging their basic duties.

Myself and my wife registred ourselves, on line, for renewal of our passports. We were given on line File Numbers as HYD:[protected]A.Venkaiah and HYD:[protected]A.Sakunthalas: with 19th July 2010 11.00 AM and 11.45 AM as our dates. Accordingly. I reached the Pasport Office at 10.30 AM on 19th July (Monday) and sought admission inside the Office by showing the computer printout. Eventhough, the printout clearly indicated the date as 19 th July, I was not allowed to step inside at the Gate. I went from gate to gate of the passport Office. Being aged 75 years, I was unable to force myself inside along with huge croud of people. It was physically impossible for me to go inside. I was treated cruelly by the police at both the gates by refusing to allow me to go inside to submit our forms.. It is highly essential to have a separate entrance for online registered persons.

I applied for my passport in AUG2010. After all procedural clearances, the website shows the dispatch with in 2 weeks time.
