I brought a reliance broadnet connection by name Abdul Rahmatullah and my Customer ID no.[protected] and phone no. is[protected]. i was promised 75 kbps surfing speed and download speed of 60 kbps minimum for a rental of Rs400 + Rs. 50 for landline connection by Mr. Naresh Kumar([protected]) Executive of Reliance Broadband Hyderabad .He also promised that he will give my Choice Landline no : 30668288 and he has given another number and im getting download speed of 8 kbps, This is Cheating and will not be tolerated.Why do you promise if you cant fullfill them? also in the pamphlets being distributed here in Hyderabadit is clearly mentioned - DOWNLOAD SPEED UPTO 75 KBPS, MONTHLY RENTAL Rs400+50. i should get what they promised
yes there is many agent all over india in relince making fraud to fulfill his target without having the right information they regularly cheet the customer. same i m from jaipur in rajasthan, one executive from relience brodband Mr. R.P saini promise that connection established at my place with in 10 ten day but after clearing the cheque and enquiry from relience office he not pick any phone from my side and send a msg. again and again make you call layter.

i am a reliance broadnet connection holder since last three years.i paid the bill for the m/o oct-09 for rs 467.00 through idbi bank on 24-11-09 & the ch cleared from bank on 30-11-09 but my service was held up by company since last month .i had complent for the same to company on 18-12-09 but till my services are not activated my complaint is pending .my alternate mob no is [protected]

Reliance Fixed line Telephone — Not fullfilling the promises for the connection
I had taken reliance fuxed line telephone in June 2008. I was promised by the sales executive about the intercom facility with additional sum of 50/- within the housing scoiety where I live. Now after the phone is installed I was told by the executive that due to some technical error this can not be proceed and to avail this facility you will be provided with anew number and plan where the fixed monthly bill would be about 200/- more with equal numeber of free calls, which will take my monthly bill (fixed) up from 350/- to 600/-. I do not want tio pay taht much, but at the same tiem want to avail the facility promiosed by the executive.
