Dear respective sir/ madam
My name is Kapil Kumar. I live in Madanpur Khaddar, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi 110076. I have purchased a “Wireless Data Modem HSD USB Cards” from one of reliance executives on 22 July 2009 whose name is Mr. Mahendra (employee in Ghaziabad office) and contact no is [protected]. Information of data card is given below-

So story is all about that Mr. Mahendra came to my home and I purchased a data card. He did not elaborate product features and service related to this modem but I asked him to elaborate. I had a little idea about product and features of this modem through my friend who is using this service. That’s why I had taken a risk to purchase. I asked to Mr.Mahendra to activate the plan of Rs. 650 (1 GB Free) and add on plan of Rs.199 (10 GB Free in between 10pm-6am) as he suggested.
Very next day my internet was activated and I said thanks to Mr. Mahendra. I started using service. After 48 hours my internet connection was closed. When I asked to customer care executive by calling data card helpline[protected] then I got to know that my connection has been closed due to negative verification. I surprised because none came or called me for verification till that time.
But on same day, in the evening (6:20 pm) I got a call from verification executive then I asked him to come to my home and to take a photocopy of one of my documents with my sign as a proof but he denied and said to me that I am not coming to your home and I am doing your verification through telephonic call then he asked me various questions and finally he said ok, your all answers are correct.
Next day I got a call from reliance communication that you will have to submit your id document again, I asked why? She said your verification is negative. I shocked what is happening with me.
Then I told her about that fellow (I don’t know the name) who had taken my verification through telephonic call. She gave me positive replies by writing complain against this wrong process.
Later I got other breaking news that my bill is exceeding Rs. 1, 500. Again I shocked and second time realised, how big mistake I have done to purchase reliance data card. Then I called in data card helpline and discussed. She told me that you have crossed a limit o[censored]sing free accessing of 1GB, after using 1GB you will be charged @ 2Rs./MB. Then I told that lady that I have taken 2 plan (of Rs.650 and add on plan of Rs. 199). I used net only 2 days and used mostly in night plan so how can it possible that my bill is exceeding Rs.1, 500.then she told me, there is one plan activated on your data card. But I told to Mr. Mahendra to activate both plan and asked to write on paper and focused not to forget.
Then I called to Mr.Mahendra and told him about it. He said sorry, I forgot to tell you that you will have to call to customer care to activate add on plan and said that both plan can not be activated at the same time.
So juice of whole story is that my connection is closed due to two reasons- one from negative verification while which is not done properly by reliance and second, due to exceeding bill min amount while this is not my mistake, it is the mistake of Mr. Mahendra or reliance communication so why I should bear it.
I will not submit any documents again until proper verification is done. Who will pay the cost of photo copy again and again? I have spent more then 100 Rs. in calls. But I didn’t have any positive feedback till now.
I will pay legal bill which I used in day plan till 10 pm after that I used to surfing keeping in mind that my night plan is going on.
Now tell what is my mistake?
Ans. I believed in reliance communication
or something else?
My connection is closed on 25th of July and today is 5st August. No action is taken in favour of me till now and still asking for Rs.1000 out of Rs.1500 to activate my data card.

Now think what you can do...
And what I can do, I am ready to take action...
I am dong MBA ( 2nd year) so what I can do, think...
This product is new and very soon you are going to launch this service in more then 100 cities.
If you understand the concept of consumer behaviour and consumer laws then you can understand better my words. Your target audience may go down and...

Reliance Broadband+ — want me to lie to verification executive

I baught reliance broadband modem from "Reliance World -chinchwad, 27/A, opp lokmanya hospital, pradhikaran, Chinchwad Maharashtra"
invoice no: [protected] date: 25-jan-2010 12:24:00 pm

When verification is done I gave all the details. They remarked my verification on the basis that I am nt doing any job. and when I asked my money back they told me "You should lie and tell verification executive that you are working" and asked me to come in the evening.

Is this reliance broadband+ is for working people. I have given no such prior information.

    my name is ashutosh harbola and i am a regular reliance user for almost 5 years now, , i am truly brand loyal to the company, , , but always take a setback when reliance pulls out a great market oppurtunity, , the std plan for free calling started from 496 raised to 799 and now 999 . dont u feel people like me who hav so much of confidence on reliance are betrayed by such things, , i am sure thr r many who feel the same, , i really want mr anil ambani to get this mail and he should understand wat exactly market needs, , see this was an oppurtunity whr reliance could hav beaten players lik vodafone and airtel, , but i think the tink tanks of reliance communication are weak people who see profit and not oppurtunity for the future, , these profits are jus for some time but that oppurtunity was a lifetime, , where is the vision of dhiru bhai ambani who wanted a reliance phone in every house, , do the think tanks are deviating from the vision of reliance communication .. remember today people, , the common man knows reliance because of its mobile services, , just a concept, , but if possible pls forward the same to mr anil ambani

      Good morining sir, my reliance user id is sammark and i had participated in Reliance FQ i had entered everything correctly and atlast they asked me the username so i entered the user name sammark and password it is not acceesing now and i retry it and there was a reply that only one time you can paticipate and then it does not showed so i want that FQ back to me .it is KURNOOL branch in ANDHRAPRADESH so pls reply me

        HELLO THERE,

        I HADE BOUGHT A RELIANCE DATA CARD CONNECTION POST PAID, I WAS USING FOR QUITE A LONG TIME, UNLIMITED PLAND 1500 PER MONTH, I HAVE PAID THE BILL FOR 4MONTH AND AT THE FITH MONTH I RECIVED A BILL AT RS.2000 ODD, AND THEY DISCONNECTED MY CONNECTION . THE REASON WAS CRADIT LIMIT OF HE CONNECTION WAS EXECESS,
        I DONT UNDERSTAND WHEN I HAVE TAKEN A UNLIMITED PACKE AGE, , WHERE WILL THE CRADIT LIMIT WILL CAOME IN THE SEEN.
        I HAD GIVEN A COMPLAIN TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE RESPONCE I GOT IS THAT WAS MY MISTAKE ? I QUESTIONED THEM EXPLAIN HOW IS IT MYY MISTAKE THEY DINT HAVE ANY ANSWER FOR THAT,
        I HAD BEEN TO THE SADASHIVANGAR BRANCH TO COMPLAIN REGARDING THE ISSUE, THEY HAD TAKE N A COMPLAINT AND FOLLOWED UP AND CAME WITH A SULUTION, IF I PAY THE 1500RS FOR MY BILL THEY WILL ACTIVATE MY CONNECTION.
        THE QUESTION IS I HAVE NOT USED THE CONNECTION FOR THE 5TH MONTH DUE TO A DISCONNECTED BY RELIANCE AND THEY WANT ME TO PAY FOR THE MONTH I HAVE NOT USED THE DATA CARD,
        THE MISTEKE HAS ACCURED BT THEM, AND ASKING ME TO PAY THE PRICE,
        I AHVE COMPLAINED ABT THIS TO THEM, NO RESPONCE FROM THEM.

        CULD YOU PLEASE SEE THE MATTER AND SUGGEST ME HOW SHOULD I PROCED.

          I have activated GPRS service on my reliance GSM service([protected]). when I connect through data cable, it get connected on my computer but unable to connect on my phone (sony errection G700)
          internet not connect my mobile
          NO ABLE TO CONNECT INTERNET ON PC
          I activate gprs on my mobile ([protected]) do offer that 106 ( 14 days unlittmed and also connet 2 pc) but i cant able to connect some error are showing i allready give a complaint but no take any action the thenical department wait 14 days .testarday they call and tell all the isssue are solved now u can use it properly but the same erro is showing.my one more 106 also losse.so pls refund the ammout or remove offer all user are tell the same erro.other v will change to another net work

            Hi. I have been a reliance india mobile user for more than three years, however not once have i been satisfied by its services. I have to keep using it because of some compulsions and given a chance i would be the first person to disconnect my number.
            In the last three years i have faced a lot of problems and harassment having to use reliance mobile, and almost all of the time i have had to live with it, because it never gets solved.
            The most recent problem i am facing is with call connections. Most of the times when I make calls from my reliance phone, there is a cross connection and the line gets connected to a wrong number. And if its not a cross connection then the phone becomes blank and i have to disconnect and call back again. In other words i have to dial three or four times to get connected to the right person. Moreover, all the times that i fail to connect, the balance from my cell is invariably deducted for the call made.
            I tried lodging a call with customer care (they should be rightly renamed customer harassment executive) at *333, however, they claim that in CDMA technology there can naver happen cross connections and hence they would not accept the complaint. I tried to reason with them that i am actually facing the problem so i have called, but to no avail. In the end when i kept persisting, they acused me of lying and lodging a fasle complaint. I was aghast at the response, and was badly hurt with their accusation of myself lying.
            Further, i tried to lodge a complain with the nodal officer, but the numbers that have been provided to me through *333 cust executives, either does not exist or is always engaged. I am a user in the city of Jamshedpur and my nodal officer should be with the Patna office. For the last one month i have tried to get in touch with him but am unable to do so as no one can provide me with the correct contact numbers. In fact even at the web worlds, the executives are not ready to give me the contact person and the numbers for the nodal officer.
            This is just one of the instance i have had to face as a reliance user. I just dont want to mention the other instances call congestion, bad cust care experiance, non availability of proper information with cust care executives, and even wrong deduction of amounts from account balance and etc. If i delve into those, the writing sapce provided here would not suffice for the bad to worse experiances of me as a Reliance India Mobile user.
            I really dont know how they claim to be India's number one mobile network. May be its sheer numbers, but if they take a vote on their customer service, they will surely be figuring as the worst mobile network. I would never reccommend any one dear to me to become a realiance mobile user, unless i would want him to get harassed for his life.

              i have taken gsm connection to talk free reliance to reliance in India anywhere this is allowed in rc of rs 650/-
              and in this i can call freely on any reliance number in India from 11P.M. to 6A.M. but when i call a lady says that "your call can not be completed thank you" and call disconnect.

              so please look at this i think that u will see in to this and leave no stone unturned.

              RELIANCE MOBILE(GSM)INDIA CALLING CARD — UNABLE TO MAKE ANY CALL AFTER 11PM

              Sir,
              i've taken reliance gsm connection & recharge with Rs.650..As per tariff i can make free call to any reliance number throughout the india ...& all other std call charge 50p/min...but after 11pm i'm unable to make any call...i've informed customer care several times...but they said it's only for network congestion...please try after...sometime...but result is same like the earlier mention...please do something...I'm waiting for your positive feedback...

              I had recharged with the same, rs 650 std calling card..after confirming a zillion times wid the cust care that i can make free night calls to reliance gsm in delhi!!..they said sure, definitely!!and now, when i call at nite, they charge 50p for the call, and when i spoke to cust care again, they said this service is not available for delhi reliance coz in delhi, it is r-com gsm and not r-gsm!!..the cust care misguided me!what should i do????

              reliance gsm std calling card — problem of calling card

              i have done a recharge of std calling card 15 days back after enquiring about it.but i was not notified that i hv to keep atleast 1 rs balance to keep doing free calls during 11pm to 6 am.now my std calling card is zero and when i could not avail the free service at nighti contacted the customer care and they told me to get the recharge again.i should hv been notified before hand and i want another solution to this problem as my recharge has been complete waste as its berely 15 days of the 2 months validity of the recharge.
              kindly look into the matter and offer me solution.

              i have new pripaid reliance card and i rechard it with STD calling card @ 655 for free nigth calling @ 11.pm to 6.am and in day it rate is 0.75 paisa but now its not working proerly when i use my calling card acount for make call it not response when i make call dail *375 and 11 digit mobile number with +91 or 0 when i do this call is automaticaly disconect with 3 beeps

They said after 10 days u can make call, awesome answer, wow !!! 10days to solve a problem.

              Their management are doing nothing for customers. I want to ask Mr. Anil Ambani - Do he also use same relaince mobile sim with such bad network. And if he is unable to give good service to customers he should leave this telecom sector business. Sorry but its bitter truth.
              Look sir, important is not this that how much cheap tarrif or plans you are providing but important is this that how much better service u r providing and how much better network conssistence you have.
              Don't try only to make bigger customer base else it would be more difficult to serve old and new customer both. And finally u get loose your Brand name and loyalty both.

              Hi All,
              I am Sudhir. I am having Reliance Number from past 10 minths. From last 4-5 months, they are un necessarly deducting 30 rupees from my account every month. 1s I asked customer care service then they said I have activated come bollywood movie songs offer something. Then I asked them to de activated that. Then for 1 months I did not recharge even a single rupees to that number because I have a another Vodafone number. 5th of December I have recharged 100 rupees and 38 rupees offer pack. 6th December morning they have deduted 40 rupees from my account. When I asked they are telling I have activated so junk things and all. When I latked bit rude, then the customer service executive told me to disconnect the call and started to mis behaving with me. Finally when I asked him to tranfer the call ti his manager then he has become calm and taken the request. And he said that within 48 hours I will get my money back. I have to wait. If I have not got my money back then surely I will go to consumer court.

                Hi,

                I have raised three complaints with Reliance NetConnect Broadband+.
                Basically I felt I am using an expensive Wireless Internet. So i wanted to terminate my connection. I have raised 3 compaints with the customer care center of Reliance. But every time they say it is going to take 2 working days to disconnect. Now they are saying that they will disconnect in 15 days (Yes fifteen days). And ultimately i am paying the rental. The very fundamental reason why I asked for the termination is because it is costly. Now I am not even using it and I am paying the rental. It is more than 3 weeks that I have raised my first request with them. I am providing the complaint numbers here.

                  The trail mail shows unexpected assurance of services from reliance telecom, which we I never faced being a customer. Mere Rs 601.00 is not the issue here; it is the issue of integrity from the side of the organization. To mark the milestone and win the customer’s heart (which is the primary requirement now-a-day) for the service industries is no more valuable for reliance; it shows.

                  This issue actually harasses a customer who makes his mother attend to a call for him/her from USA being in India through the help of Reliance Telecom. Service providers are knocking doors everyday which we are not affording only because we felt Reliance Telecom as an assured and insured service provider.

                  I believe still people in Reliance Telecom work with the slogan “KARLO DUNIYA MUTHI ME”.

                    I am presently staying in a remote place where there are no cyber cafes and I have to remain in touch with others through email that’s the reason why I had activated GPRS service on my mobile for accessing internet service. Trusting the service of Reliance GSM I had been using this service since last 1 year. I normally activate GPRS service by recharging with Rs 303. This time also I got it activated on around 20th of July and the service was started but on 28th of July the same service got deactivated and then afterwards I am not able to use the service though I am very much in need of the service. Regarding this, I started contacting customer care but the feedback which I received from them was not at all satisfactory from their side and at last on 31st July my complaint was forwarded with complaint ID No.[protected] and I was assured that the service will be activated within 2 days but till now it has not been solved. It is deeply regretted to have such a service from so called India's number one service brand. I have contacted nearly 10 times the customer care of reliance service but every time there is disappointing answer from reliance customer care cell.

                      I am having a reliance prepaid mobile. On 2nd of August at 4pm I received a SMS No 52811 saying my outgoing calls been barred, but for what reason? Why? How? all these questions are unanswered when I called on *333 reliance help line.
                      The only message I received that from sion web world my out going service is barred.

                      Now Mr.Sandeep is a manager at sion web world. He is calling me at sion web world for his personal benefits, as I am not able to visit him he had used his power and contacts to barred my calls.

                      Is it right?

                      With no intimation how a service provider can barred out going calls? That to when its a prepaid mobile? Tomorrow reliance can cut your electric, I believe I am using a preepaid mobile which do not have any outstanding payment and I have sufficent ballance with me.

                      Kindly guide me what to be done with Sandeep who had used his power to disturb me? At the same time my business is also affected.

When approach to customer care they said that it will be deactivated within 24 hours but it never happen and every time the charges for plans are being deducted from my balance. Hence, pl de-activated all the plans from my cell

                        I saw the Advt on the Internet the Reliance will provide you the Fastest Data Card in Country and filled the Form on internet .The Response so quick, they lured me it is closing sir and we will provide you right now this Data card you can pay on line and what not.First month Rental free.They promised me it will be activated in hours.I paid on Friday 31st July at 12 Am.Then every one got vanished no one is picking the Phone on there customer care numbers and no one cares to evenrespond to your queries.They gave me amny numbers but all of them are wrong and on one i was able to Get hold of them .There a nasty lady said in a rude tune every thing is closed, no one will answer your call till Monday .Sorry call us on Monday.We will see.What is this Anil Dhirubahai Ambani has given this vriti Company sales of this card for what.When i logged to this site and saw many complaints like this, now i know my Goa Holiday tu gaya hi gaya Gone with the winds but what about Activation of the Card.

                        Reliance netconnect data card — Rude Response of Representative

                        Dear Sir / Madam,

                        I just had words with Mr. Sanjay and he talk with me very rudely, even he called me dumbo, I just asked about very slow internet connection of my data card and he just refused to provide me the info and told me to disconnect the call. He talked with me using very harse words and he even not suggested me the right way.

                        I asked him about the procedure of discontinue the service but he refused to tell me the procedure of disconnection of the service. You can check the call recording and details of the time, I called the centre on 18-Feb-07 at 10:40 PM, my call duration was 7:09 Mins.

                        Please take some serious action against him and provide me the info I am looking for. I called earlier also and a lady took my call and she was also failed to provide me info.


                        Please take it very seriously otherwise you will face legal action from my side.
                        If possible, provide a call back but not in earlier manner...

                        I have been offered by Reliance Infocom for Broadband Netconnect an offer of Rs 9000/ to be paid upfront which will entitle me a one year of broadband netconnect at 2 GB per month ( data card is free with this offer). Reliance Infocom has sent Vriti infocom and I have paid a sum of Rs 9000/ vide ICICI cheque no 913122 on 17th Sep 2009. However in the billing they gave wrongly classified as Broad Band 2 GB 750 1 M free and I am forced to pay every month for 2 GB. I have already lodged com-liant no[protected]. I have trying Vritiinfocom tel no [protected], but either the line is too busy or nobody is lifting the phone.Every time I talk with Reliance web world or you help desk, they say you pay the bill & then we will resettle.Please look into it very quickly & restore my connection as per the original terms by forcing Vriti to do the same. First thing is to tell your service department not to disconnect & insist further payments till the matter is settled.

                          Yesterday callertune automatically got subscribed(as this is the most common problem with any rcom customer). I don't want to discuss any further on this.



                          My sole/humble request is to please unscribe this caller tune service from above mentioned number, as i have already tried unsubscribing this through message "unsub 1003" to the mentioned number, then working with IVR and finally calling to customer care. But nothing worked.

                                hello sir,

                                well i would like to bring in your notice, that, I am using a reliance GSM since three months, but i am finding it one of the most worst networks, as they don't provide networks in basements, and also in my home !

                                They don't send any intimation, that they would be coming up with initial offers also, they are not giving any reason of deduction of my balance

                                most of all whenever i try to connect to their customer care, they talk rudely, and moreover sometimes don't even talk to me ! and are not able to give me a satisfactory reason for this
                                Network issue.
                                I took a new connection. I am facing issue of network.
                                I am unable to make any call between. 4 pm to 12 pm.
                                Many times i am unable to make call but able to recieve only. Why?????
                                there is no network in gurgaon .This is issue of ncr of india.
                                Can Anyone assure about this issue for customers.
                                If you are unable to provide service, why are you distributing new sim card in market.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  Every body is aware that Call centers of Reliance and other companies make calls to subscribers for new connections or conversion of Pre Paid to Post Paid connections. I used to receive so many calls from call centers on behalf of Reliance for new connection. In the beginning of this months there were few such calls received by me and every time the telecaller tried to convince me to get Post Paid connection. I was fully satisfied with the services provided by VODAFONE, but the telecaller informed me about the following scheme:
                                  After paying Rs.500/- i.e. Rs.250/- security and Rs.250 activation charges I will have to pay Rs.199 per month towards rental charges, and get 400 minutes free to all networks, Local Call charges over and above 400 minutes would be @ 0.30 paisa per minute with No Clip charges. I will get refund against Deposit of Rs.250 after two months.

                                  I was convinced with this scheme and agreed to have Reliance Post Paid connection. The executive informed me that they will send their staff to collect the document. On 13/07/2009, one person came to collect the documents, I gave him photocopy of Voter ID Card duly signed by me along with one Photograph of myself.

                                  He took Rs.500/- in cash and gave me Sim Card No.[protected] informed me that my Postpaid Mobile Number [protected] will be activated within 48 hours, but till date nothing has been done. After waiting for more than 15 days, today I went to Reliance Store located at Central Market Ashok Vihar, who after seeing the documents told me that the concerned person gave only acknowledge of Form No.[protected], which is not a receipt. In this case they asked me to pay Rs.250/- towards activation charges.

                                  I fail to understand Why should I pay Rs.250/- towards activation charges, since I have already paid Rs.500/- to the person who was from Reliance came to my residence on 13/7/2009 and also gave me the Reliance Post Paid Sim No.[protected]. He assured me that My Mobile No.[protected] will be activated within 48 hours.

                                  I would like to request you that please take necessary action at the earliest.

                                    Reliance communication charged an amount of 170 Rs for using Premium Messages, Dial 51234 and Premium Voice Message services on one of my phone nos. As per them they would not be able to pull any information unless the itemized bill option is selected. I am sure that I never used this service on my phone, but reliance has no way to get this checked. In order to pull any such information the customer will need to shell out more money from his pocket.

                                        This is yadvender i m from Kaithal Haryana i was was using a reliance gsm mobile sim card no. [protected].My number got barred due to some reasons, so i called reliance customer helpline and they told me that my documents are not verified that's why your number is barred and they told me to submit my documents again. I submitted my fully completed documents to my nearest reliance distributor and they gave me 24 hour time for the activation of my number but after the completion of time duration when i checked my number i was still in barred state.So after few days i again submitted my documents to reliance web world(SHATYA SHIV INFRASTRUCTURE KURUKSHETRA HARYANA) in my near by city and they gave me three days time for the activation of number but after three days problem still the same number in barred state.I again visited the reliance web world and told them about the problem they again gave me some time and after one week i found that my number has been terminated and when i complaint in reliance web world about the termination of my number they told me that now your number will not be started back, so after that i complaint about my problem to their higher authorities means to their nodal officer but they also told me that your number will not be activated. So now i want to take legal action against reliance communications with the help of consumer court
