Delaying the disconnection and charging me for their delay

Hi,

I have raised three complaints with Reliance NetConnect Broadband+.
Basically I felt I am using an expensive Wireless Internet. So i wanted to terminate my connection. I have raised 3 compaints with the customer care center of Reliance. But every time they say it is going to take 2 working days to disconnect. Now they are saying that they will disconnect in 15 days (Yes fifteen days). And ultimately i am paying...

I am presently staying in a remote place where there are no cyber cafes and I have to remain in touch with others through email that’s the reason why I had activated GPRS service on my mobile for accessing internet service. Prepaid mobile outgoing calls barred

Sir
I am having a reliance prepaid mobile. On 2nd of August at 4pm I received a SMS No 52811 saying my outgoing calls been barred, but for what reason? Why? How? all these questions are unanswered when I called on *333 reliance help line.

poor network , all hidden costs !

hello sir,

well i would like to bring in your notice, that, I am using a reliance GSM since three months, but i am finding it one of the most worst networks, as they don't provide networks in basements, and also in my home !

Termination of my mobile number without any prior information

very very slow speed

I have purchased reliance net connect hi-speed 1x usb modem (model lxu800) for Rs.2500/- inclusive of activation charged. They have told Ist one month free for download and the speed will be good. But while browsing internet the speed of the internet was very very slow( un tolerable) . down loads are in 0.282bytes/sec. We have to wait for a very long time to open a web page. Unwanted subscriptions

Dear all
This is to inform you that Reliance communications is automatically registering Caller tune subscription with out the knowledge of the customer . & a charge of 30Rs is deducted .
I had faced this issue 2 times. Both times on my Prepaid connection,
