I have bought a Reliance Netconnect (No-[protected]) on[protected] from Poddar Communication, Ramgarh Cantt Jharkhand.Till date that datacard is not activated just because of there is no one to instruct how to install and activated that data card. Poddar Communication staff told me that your Laptop have some problem, whereas i can use my friends Reliance Data card on my Laptop without any problem. As I come to know after purchasing a Data card there is a enquiry, but I dint received any such call till date.
Reliance Netconnect Sucks

I bought a Reliance Netconnect connection in the first week of June and dont ask how big an effort it was as they initially denied me the connection citing negative reference. Anyway the connection worked fine for a few weeks and then started giving trouble. I would get disconnected frequently and was not able to download anything from the net, whenever connection worked.

I filed a complaint in the last week of June and was promptly given a number[protected] . I was promised that the problem will be solved but for download issue some other department had to call me. I received a call a day later, during office time, and the person asked me what the problem was. I explained the problem but since I didnt have my personal laptop with me could not confirm whether the issue persisted. I asked him to call a day later. Someone else called a day later, again during office time, and I confirmed that the problems of frequent disconnection and download happening were still there. He asked if I could access the personal laptop, which since I was in office I could not. I asked him to give a call the same evening at 5. I went home early and waited for the person o call. No call came. I called up the Reliance call center numerous times, requesting for someone to give me a call. But no call came.

A week later, the problems were still there. I called Reliance care again and they said someone will call up. No one called.

Its 25th July today and the problem is still there. Moreover when I called the contact center they were not able to help in any fashion as ostensibly their systems were getting upgraded.

I am taking this to consumer forum for redressal of my grievances.

Learning: Dont ever buy a Reliance Netconnect Broadband.
Same here...I paid 2500 in cash to buy the hardware through corporate scheme. the guy came for verfication at 3pm on Tuesday and obviously i was not at home. The guy called me on mobile and I told him that I am in office. He simply says ok and disconnects. Next thing, he sends a negative report and its been 10 days since then. There is no verification and the card is still to be activated. I call the seller 4-5 times everyday and I keep getting new dates. This is even before I have started using the service. It really sucks. When I called them to enquire the broadband offerings they were so prompt in followup and even send the guy to my office immediately to collect payment. In the end, it is india... whether a roadside seller or reliance, all their care and attention is only until they get the money and after that they care a damn.
i got this reliance netconnect two days back. They said that they will get it activated in 24 hours. But guss what it is going to be the 3rd day and it is not yet activated. I just hpe it gets activated tomorrow
Relience Netconnect is Yukkk, the worst service provider...

I bought relience netconnect before 4 months,
They didnt give me the invoice of relience dongle device.
Then I submitted xerox copy of my driving licence and my voter ID card. and one passport size photo.
When I got the verification call, Then I came to know, my Name is wrong there. My name is JAy Patel and they called me Jay Shah!! (WTF).
When I called customer care, they told me to go to Relience web world., When I went there, they behave with me very rudely and told me to talk with customer care., When I called them they told me to go to another webworld.I went there, They told me to talk with Noddle officer of our area, Mr .BHADURI.
When I called him for 3 days, he is not picking up my phone. At last he receive my call and become angry on me without reason and told me to went to web world again. and told me to talk with executive of web world.When I talked with executive, he told me that its impossible to change, I told executive to call Mr. BHADURI a noddle officer... He told me that... "THERE IS NO PHONE AVAILABLE IN OUR WEB WORLD TO CALL NODDLE OFFICE and IF YOU WANT THAT WE TALK WITH NODDLE OFFICE THEN DIAL NODDLE OFFICE NUM FROM UR CELL AND WE WILL TALK.!!! ([censored] Nonsense people)".

The agent told me that according to my plan, I will receive laptop bag free. But I didnt get this,
When I told this matter to customer care executive, he told me to talk with my agent. When I called agent he was not receiving my call. Means he is fake!!

Now, I move on to bill.
My plan is of 1049. 13GB PM. According to relience if my bill goes above 1K then I will receive 200 Rs rebate every month till 1 year.But, I didnt receive it.
my 1st bill came with Rs 1200 amount without deduction.
When I called customer care and web world,

my first bill was adujsted to Rs.880

then in second bill again didnt receive rebate. so again called to customer care and noddle officer and web world executive

my second bill was adjusted to Rs 934!!! (HERE IS THE DIFFERENCE) 1st is 880 and second one is 934!!!
I paid 935!!

and then my 3rd bill came to Rs.936 (2 rs more then previos one.)

Each time bill came. I got one ans only k "ABSE ESA NAHI HOGA, HUM DHYAN RAKHENGE" :D (wtf)

please donot buy this type of services,

    Dear Sir,

    I have applied for installation on reliance broadband on 16th June they said that you will get connection in 2/3 days ... Actually i wanted connection as soon as possible tata indicom broadband was providing connection within week time

    But still date till today there is no response or call from reliance side regarding installation it was last 15 days back that your connection will take 15 days as ATENNA which required for broadband connection is out of stock

    My complaint is When i m paying u in advance and why u making false commitments second thing i[censored] have made some commitment honour it or dont make it...

    Everyone was rite ... reliance is chor company beware of cheating thugs.

      I am Deepti Arnold.I have submmitted my pf form in the month of may09 in my office and it has been received by pf office in the month of feb 09.I am following for my pf from last 6 month but there is no reply received from the pf team.earlier the PF office was in Nehru Place but now the office has shifted to Wasirpur but there is not even a single contactable number, all the numbers given on the net ar engage, I have sent mail to all the PF sites but there is no reply received.

      So its my request to you that pls provide my PF on priority.

        I have applied for transfer of qwnership in my favor of cell no [protected] in April, 09 as i am using this mobile phone since 2004 which is in the name of Dr Ashok Bagadia.This phone was for the purpose of conference executive body of which Iwas important member. In the past also in 2006 similar request was made at Reliance office Aurangabad but nothing materialised.I get messages and calls to pay bill n no of times even I am a very regular customer, which you can verify from payment history.It is surprising and shameful that even till today I am not in receipt of any communication, where routinly this should require six weeks
        kindly look into matter, otherwise I may consider other options

        RCL — Delay in issue of passport

        I applied my passport application on 2 april 2008. But My passport has not been dispatched by now.

        RCL — Street Dogs Problem

        I stay in Pocket I - 8 of Sector 16, Rohini. The people here are suffering with problem of street dogs.There are so many mad street dogs in this locality because of them its very difficult to take step out from our houses. These dogs barks, run behind people. Kids in the area really scared of these dogs. They come closer to the motor bike rider to bite them. sometime biker lose their consideration from the road which become a cause of serious casulities.
        Generally, these dogs you can see lying on the roads and they make their victim all the person who pass from them. I request the authorities to pay attention and send immediately Dog catcher team in this area so that we wil get rid of this problem soon.

          Purchased data card broadband interconnect no.[protected] from your gallery at FC.College Road Pune. After completing the formalities, it was activated but on 09.07.2009 at 7.45 P.M. it was deactivated due to lapse on your inter dept. lapses as I understand after visiting the gallery. It was as CAP not received. It as a very sorry state of affairs and a corporate client is made to suffer. The reliance gallery person manning the counter appeared helpless. He gave me his mobile no. but after attending one call only. He is not responding any more. How many times I should visit the Gallery.

          Please do not force me to send mails to my all dept not to go for this connection and more so to the fellow senior bankers also not to get in Reliance Trap.

          My complaint on the no.[protected] on 09.07.2009 as informed bearing log no.[protected]

          The name of the gentleman at reliance gallery is Santosh Mobile no.[protected] and the name of the Gallery in charge is Arun

          Let me see what you do now to get rid of this problem and with the confirmation that it is not repeated

            I have had to use Reliance services for a long time but trust me reliance is one of the worst service provider for any service.

            I had requested a relocation of connection to my address one block away from existing office which took one month to be done that after me visitng their regional office.They relocated my connection to the new address the internet got de activated in 1 day.I registered a complaint with the customer service Ref #[protected] I explained to them that the relocation process has taken 1 month and obvioulsy i would not pay charges for the time i have not been able to use internet due to your fault so the lady told me to pay the 483 rupees for the time i have used internet and the rest would be waived.

            Later i was called by Swapnil from a mumbai number[protected] an he said that the waiver cannot be accepted as the query was raised on 22nd June and the relocatin was done on 26th June.I tried to explain him that the i had sent the papers on 3rd June which i can prove by the mails exchanged that the relocation was done after nearly 1 month but he refused to understand that.

            I am really fed up running after this internet connection.

            Request you to look into the same and revert at the earliest.

              i my self anjali.i purchase lg kp199 mobile.nd i want the net connetion on my mobile but when i call reliance custmore care they dont give any response give different statemem.like we dont have committment with lg mobile ndour server are fail etc. nd last 15 days i m facing this type problem.afyer that i m using nokia6600 even i did not get settin.so i request u plz solve my problem take some stric action.because ur customer care service is very rough.nd my all balance also going to laps.plz do somthing.

                I have a reliance gsm connection and its disconnected by last 8 days for the address verification. After all this I submitted my documents 4 times but no reply from the company they always tailing me ur number start within few days
                To start with, you are not the no. 1 mobile service in India and stop claiming to be so. By some obscure measure, if you are the no.1 provider, it reflects the sad state of India. You guys have automated systems to take customers money but can't do when a customer calls to rectify a problem.

                I paid my entire activation fee for a new GSM prepaid connection, and also recharged it furher by Rs. 200. Three days later, my phone was suspended saying that I don't have sufficient funds, while also telling me that my account balance is about Rs. 199. When I called customer "dont" care they said it was because some lifetime incoming amount has not been credited to my account. This is after the fact that I have already received a SMS from Reliance saying that they got the activation money.

                The worst part about this whole thing is that the customer "no" service people say it will take 3 days to recitify the problem. 3 DAYS! Why the [censored] do you need that much time? And those a-holes say 3 days as though it is a great thing that they are able to do. Shame on you - you bunch of incompetent nincompoops. These useless customer "to hell with" care people can't even tell me exactly where the problem lies - nor can they connect me with someoone who might know. Their [censored]ing parrot statement is "We have taken the complaint and sent it to the appropriate department". What a load of ! Is that what customer service means - the fact that you can take a complaint merely proves that you are smarter than a monkey. I am more interested in a [censored]ing solution. 3 days to solve a problem, what a pathetic excuse for a company. Don't [censored]ing give a crap about their customers - once they have your money they treat you like the plague (no offense to the plague - atleast it does what it is supposed to do).

                On a related matter - change your costumer service phone menu. I have to sit through and listen to your self-grandising crap and a bunch of worthless offers before I even get a chance to listen to the menu options. And then I have to go through a maze of menu and sub-menu options designed to make me give up. Here is a suggestion for menu options:
                Press 1 to talk to a customer service representative, who will tell you to go [censored] yourself.
                Press 2 to hear a pre-recorded message telling you to go [censored] yourself.
                And Oh, by the way, if you haven't heard it yet - GO [censored] YOURSELF!".
                The least you can do is get to the point sooner and save me some time.

                I am not even going to give my number here as I know it will do nothing. Even if Dirubhai Ambani reads this post, this company will not change. This post is partly a way for me vent, and it might just steer the next shmuck from taking a connection with worthless piece of a mobile service.

                P.S. I think celebs like Hrithick Roshan should not be brand ambassadors for shoddy companies like these. Have some self respect and use your celebrity wisely instead of being essentially a prostitute (again - no offense to prostitutes who do what they do just to survive).
                on dated 8th Jan, 2011 i purchased a new GSM reliance connection no. [protected] from Mr. Vinit (Phagwara road, Hoshairpur, punjab). But till now he is not going to activate the sim (not submitting my proofs to Reliance). When i make call to him (His no. [protected]) he disconnects my phone or put my phone on hold. Now a days i am out of punjab so i am unable to make visit to him, he knows that, that's why he is doing so. I am feeling very disappointed with providing licience to such type of dealers by reliance. Please make action against him and provide me feedback at +[protected]

                  Reliance - Call Disconnect problem...many times complaints but no solution

                  I am purchased one Reliance GSM No. [protected] with name yatendra kumar sharma s/o shri rajendra pal sharma but sim activated with my father name rajendra pal sharma with name ( Rajender Ji).
                  I am facing call dissconnect problem with date of purchase SIM. When i am calling some numbers with STD code 05734 xxxxxx, one perticular area ( ITO, Delhi Gate and Cannought Palace) with every call dissconnect with 22nd seconds.
                  I told cutomer care many times but no solution provided from Reliance till now.
                  The Reliance work just opposite to their name.

                  I am not understand what i can do.

                    I hv recvd first sms at 1957 hrs of 2nd july 2009 tht for subcription of good night pack is renewed and thus rs.10 is been deducted. Then i called up customer care at *333 to check wht is thhis for since i hv not done any subriction like this and have asked to unsubrise the same. I hv recvd reply as to this will be done in 42 hours. I hv asked why its been deducted, i was been told tht i have subsribe tht. I accepted since i dont hv willingness to fight for 10 rs and waste my time and money.

                    However, this got extended whn i recvd another sms at 2145 hrs of 2nd july 2009 stating health pack is activated and thus rs.30 is deducted. This time i got furious and decided whtever will happen i will get this money back. I, now, cant stand for any unethical deductions like this. Rs.40 is still nominal for me but i will definetely cant accept it now.

                    I called up *333 to chk and asking fr reversal of this amount. I am been told by your staff Mr. Ayub Ali that this reversal cant be done. Later whn i got somewhat angry, he transferred his line to Mr.Arjun Kimbari ( my spelling might be wrng) who is your Sr Supervisor. Arjun said that the systems are down and thus asked me to call after 45 min. I asked him to get his direct no or cell no or anyother way to connect him directly, he denied stating i hv to call *333 and thy will transfer the line to him.

                    After 45 min or so, whn i called back again I spoke to Jitendra V ( who refused to gv me his full name) and he clearly stated tht systems are down still, asked me to call after 30 min and denied gvng call to his superiors. However whn again got angry, he transferred to another guy ( i forgot his name ) who inturn gave me these email ids.

                    Now, i m not going to call up *333 as its useless to speak to them. No one was able to solve my problems.

                    Thus i request you to pl look into this matter and credit Rs.40 in my account at the earliest. Let me know if you want any more clarifications on any of the matter.

                      My Data Card No. is [protected]. my net connection lasts only for 5 to 10 minuits and gets disconnected, I have to connect is again to proceed further. this happens frequently. his is very big problem when i download a file or book tickets online. even while registerin this complaint also my net disconnected several times. Hence, I request you to register this complaint and solve the issue at the earliest please

                      This is referance to my new Data card not getting proper connection

                      My self Abhijit Bansode from Dombivali- (Mumbai), i was purchease new HSD from your agent Mr Praveen sawant( Mobile No- [protected]) which i number get from Just dial for new connection for 3 month period and your recipet Caf # [protected].

                      from that day to till today i am unable to connect this DATA card on HSD and this hybrid mode not giving me proper speed which confirm me mr. Pravin its upto 3mbps.

                      So many time i am try to connect to Mr. Pravin but i am afraid for his response against the ame as well as your customer care department also.

                      Request you please do needful and treat the matter on top most priorty

                        Is this some kind of a joke that you guys are trying to play with me damit!!! You guys have again suspended my lines…. I have taken bloody 10 gb package and every second day you guys disconnect my lines. Please refer to my mails attached
                        How many times would you suspend my lines for negative address verification!!!
                        Do you guys really want money to verify my address!!!

                        I need a complete refund of my money FOR THE DATA CARD PURCHASED and also I want to get in touch with Anil Ambani!!!

                        I would be taking this matter to consumer court and press as well

                        Reliance Netconnect Broadband — Incorrect Bill Generation

                        Dear Sir,
                        This is to bring to your notice that I had subscribed for the Rs 499 @
                        10 gb night plan per month of Reliance Netconnect in the month of May,
                        2009. The representative of Reliance from whom I had purchased my data
                        card misrepresented that the night plan constituted o[censored]nlimited usage
                        and it can be used from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. whereas it does not
                        constitute o[censored]nlimited usage i.e. only a maximum of 10 gb can be used
                        and night usage is from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. In spite of this fact, I was
                        forced to use the data card as I was given no alternative to decline
                        my subscription for the misrepresentation made to me.
                        Moreover, on 23rd June, 2009, I called the customer care, and verified
                        about an add on scheme of 1 gb during the day along with this night
                        plan of Rs 499. I was told by Mr. Shukla who attended my call, that
                        if I change my plan to @ Rs 650 per month, my requirements of 1 gb
                        usage during the day time (from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.) and 10 gb usage
                        during the night (from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.) will be fulfilled.
                        Accordingly, I requested him to make necessary changes with respect to
                        the plan. Consequently, on 26th June, 2009, my services were suspended
                        by Reliance. Thereby when I called the customer care, I was told that
                        I had exceeded the limit of my usage. On verifying the details, I was
                        told that Rs 650 @ per month constituted of only 1 gb usage, while my
                        night plan of Rs 499 has been accordingly deactivated. Now, during
                        these 3 days, I was under the assumption that Rs 650 plan constituted
                        of 1 gb @ day time and 10 gb @ night, as was communicated by Mr.
                        Shukla and thereby had made the internet usage accordingly during the
                        night. But, due to such a misrepresentation and misguidance by Mr.
                        Shukla, I had to unnecessarily bear the consequences which lead to the
                        suspension of my data card usage.
                        After 26th June, 2009, I made various complaints to the customer care
                        for the waiver of the extra amount I was charged due to the
                        misrepresentation and misguidance of the scheme regarding Rs. 650
                        plan. But, In spite of such requests, only Rs. 2663 was waivered out
                        of the bill generated for Rs. 5267.
                        Moreover, when I asked the customer care for the details of the amount
                        I was supposed to pay, I was told that Rs. 2604 was due and the same
                        has been charged on the pro rata basis for the 3 days i.e. from 23rd
                        June, 2009 to 26th June, 2009 on a plan of Rs. 849, which I had never
                        opted for.
                        I had changed the plan as I was told that Rs. 650 plan would fulfill
                        my requirements of 1 gb usage during day and 10 gb during night. But,
                        had I known that the plan to get 1 gb usage during day and 10 gb usage
                        during night, was for Rs. 849, I would have never opted for it as it
                        is beyond the amount I can afford for such internet usage.
                        Kindly, consider my case, and waive off the exact amount on the basis
                        of Rs. 499 plan as it is not correct to charge an extra amount from
                        me, when I was actually misrepresented and misguided by the person
                        from your end.
                        Please take the necessary actions as soon as possible; otherwise I
                        will have no other alternative than to go to the consumer forum for a
                        redressal regarding the same.

                        Here goes the Advt for Reliance Netconnect broadband "
                        Pay Rs. 3500/- to get a Netconnect Broadband+ USB Modem and get FREE data usage of 10 GB valid for a period of 30 days with Life time Validity"

                        As i already had a fixed line connection, i wanted something while on the move and thereby opted for Reliance Netconnect USB modem. I ended up paying 3500 INR and specifically told my requirement as i would be using it sparingly and thus would opt for Prepaid with top up on adhoc basis. The salesmen at Webworld argued that prepaid connection is not advisable and suggested to go with postpaid. After usage of 30 day period, when i approached them,all they had to tell me was that it would take 6 months to convert from post to prepaid. To which i declined and asked for service termination. Now that i have approached for reconnection to pre-paid, our guys are asking for 7500 INR, this being the amount to be settled for data usage among other excuses. This is absurd.

                        I would not recommend anybody to go with Reliance having gone through such an ordeal

                        i had purchased a new net connect card in September 2009. while purchasing, i had clearly mentioned to Mr. Amar (executive at reliance communication, satellite branch, ahmedabad) that i would like to take the 3gb day and 10gb night package for 1.5 months and shall change the plan to day and night 10gb plan after 1.5 months. He clearly informed to me that the monthly discount of Rs. 200 would continue even after my changing the plan after 1.5 months. now, when i spoke to customer care to change the plan after 1.5 months, as committed, they are saying that the Rs.200 discount is not applicable if there is a change in the plan. i have sent various mails and reminders to mr. amar from reliance communication, who is not reverting to me. also, various calls were made by to customer care, but they are not providing any resolution to me.
                        i always carried the impression that the name reliance has been incorrectly kept for the company and now i am convinced about it with this experience.
                        guess, i should have believed people's comments about this company well in advance.
                        I am facing a similar problem, and even after contacting reliance customer care a number many times, I am being asked to pay my bill for usage which was supposed to be free for the first month. I have sent emails to their nodal officers as well, but nothing from them either. I am totally and completely fed up, and would suggest never to go for reliance net connect data cards.
                        I have been paid bill till 24th Dec, 09 and requested to suspend the services at your Indrapuri, Bhopal webworld on same date. But my services has been continue as called from mumbai today.

                        I applied reliance net connect data card 650 , unlimted option as i opted for access in train and usege in native as i alreday use airtel at hometown chennai . For connection they never bothered to guide how to install and they say it is plug and operate , however they need to activate the number . this triggered arguement with their team . i went thru all strains unnecessary despite my health problem . First 2 month billing was ok after 3 rd month they called me to increase the limit to 5000/- . i ws shocked , as i asked them why i need that . They sen bill to me 3500/- . I never used that much even for 1 hr a day , may be 3 hrs on whole month , however i got bill for 3500/- which is quite starnge . their custmer care kept on calling me to pay the amount and i asked them to reason the eartic bill whcih they could not turn up so far . instend they were sending persons to my flat without asking my permission .The person after he left my flat i have found some of the valaubles things missed in the reception areas . Now the number is decativated adn they staret sending lawyer notice , whcih is totally not acceptable . one thing is that they darken the public by false propogation of scheme which is unlimited and speed also . they dare to fool the customers in thsi upnormal billing and then they keep quite silent while customer asking for reasons .                         I am completely dissatisfied with the poor reliance broadband service .After we had bought the service all of a sudden our connection was at first disrupted. When we went to them they say that address verification is not complete just because they lost the documents we gave them .After we give them the documents afresh for some days the connection was up. Recently we noticed that the high speed is changed to 1X when we are paying for 3X .Reliance only speaks high of its service when ultimately it is useless.When we call them and ask at the customer care we are told that the address verification is not done so the speed has been changed to 1X and that we are now required to go back to the reliance office with the documents. What kind of service is this??? Address verification is not the customers headache. It is reliance responsibility to do the verification first and then provide the customer with the connection. They do have an acknowledgement receipt stating that they have received the documents. How many times are we required to give them the documents.For having lost the documents it is reliance responsibility to call us and send someone at their end to collect the douments. We are not deemed to be running around behind the reliance guys. Just because we have taken your service doesn't mean you guys can always keep meddling with the service telling us your stupid reasons .If my connection is not restored to 3X speed by today I am not going to keep quite I will see to it that I take serious action about it .As the reliance guys are telling us to go back with the documents to the reliance office we are not fools to be doing it every time.                         It takes lots of pains to notify that I have suffered by becoming customer of reliance netconnect.

                        At the time of getting new connection, your sales persons say all good things but never explain miseries that a customer can face later. Let me explain my experience:

                        I purchased reliance netconnect broadband on 22nd April, 2009 and it worked fine till 30th 6th May, 2010. later when I used it in 15th May around 14:00 hrs, it suddenly stopped working. When I contacted Reliance outlet from where I had purchased the same, they directed me toward Huawei service centre (MAXCOM situated in Thane) they flatly refused to take my netconnect data card saying that it cannt be repaired and they don’t take out of warranty data cards. Unfortunately for me it happened exactly after 1 year.
                        I was told by them (very rudely) that I need to buy another one.
                        It shows callousness on the part of Huawei plus reliance both and I doubt if they have some sort of arrangements that their data cards malfunction exactly after a year due to some software programming and we have to buy new one.
                        I understand any business ethic doesn’t allow this type of sales & service wherein products malfunction immediately after warranty and one has to buy afresh because the same cannt be repaired.

                        If it is use & throw type of product then it must be made known to the consumer at the time of selling itself. It’s a big amount to spend 3500/- INR to buy such use & throw product.
                        I am expecting some sincere reply from your end as soon as possible.

                        I bought reliance net connect around one year before. I would consider this as the worst decision made by me in my life. I was promised by dealer that there is broadband service in my area, also i contacted the customer care and asked whether there is broadband service in my area they too communicated that there is broadband service in my area, but for the past on year i did not recieve the broadband service at all. I am just getting High Speed1x service. I raised several complaints about this to customer care and they were not able to sove this issue till now. When i approached the dealer where i bought this device they now say that there is no broadband service and i will get only high speed 1x. I am no more interested to use this device at 144 Kbps at High Speed1X. Please get back your device and surrender me the money back. For your infomation I have already approached my friends father who is advocate in Chennai High Court, he is ready to take this issue to consumer court. Before procedding to that i need to know you guys opinion on my complaints and also the reason for not providing the broadband service even when there is coverage in my area.

                        Reliance Netconnect Broadband — Wrong Billing

                        I have purchased my reliance broadband data card thru my friend with MDN No. [protected].

                        They caused me lot of harassment by first disconnecting my services for no reasons and then after no. of follow-ups resumed my services after a week.

                        Later on they sent me next month bill with false charges accrued. I made complaint to them, but still they have not accepted their fault in the system.

                        Pls can i get back the refund of my amount used to purchase the data card as I foresee no worth in the usage of services when their service is not good.

                        For the past 1 month, I have been facing severe issues like low speed (.01kbps), weird , isn't it??!!! and sudden disconnections, while using the broadband plus service. On 22nd May, I called the customer service, they said that there is some technical issue in their system and asked for 24 hours time to rectify the same ( reference interaction #- [protected]). Even after 8 days, the service was still deteriorating, without any positive change. To check this and to get an update on the my complaint,I called the customer service on 31st of May, Mr.Mithesh , the customer service representative was totally clueless about my issue, and was not able to give me a proper solution. So I asked him to transfer the call to his superior, which he tried for some 15-20 minutes but eventually nobody picked up the escalation call. All this time, I was kept waiting for no fault of mine. When I checked why there is nobody to attend me, the answer he gave me was disgusting – all the superiors have gone for lunch since its their lunch time (alas! What a customer service). He went to the extent of asking me to call the customer-care back again after half an hour, because he believed his superiors would come back after their break by then. same ( reference case #-[protected])

                        I am totally irritated by the way things are shaping up of events and pray to God to take care of Reliance communications, because with such a nasty service delivery and customer service, only God can help Reliance to survive the tough competition in the market.

                        I took a Reliance Net connect+ data card on 23rd May 2011 for internet connection. I submitted all the required documents The contact person said it would be activated on the same day. It did not happen and when I contacted later they told me that it will take 24 hrs to activate. In fact, it took more than 24 hours to get internet connection. I was able to get connection for few days (around 4 days) and all of a sudden it stopped working. Then the nightmare started.

                        It started showing error while connecting like "error 628: connection was terminated by remote computer ..", on repeated trying it showed "remote computer did not respond". I tried contacting customer care, local contacts for reliance net connect to solve the issue. No one was helpful. Some of them were saying "it would be activated with 2hrs", "it would be activated within 24 hrs", etc etc. None of them worked and it was all to make a fool of the customer. Since them, i am calling, talking to all these people to get the problem resolved. One call to customer care told me that the verification had not been done. I wonder how it was done even while submitting all the documents.

                        In between, another reliance net connect local agent told me that they need the latest address proof document (latest electricity bill) and I replied that I would send them the latest one (Month of June 2011) as soon as I receive it. I had send the same on 7/June/2011 and called/SMSed them to notify the same. They callously replied that it would be activated by next day. Till now (8/June/2011), it is not activated to connect to internet. I am getting the same error.

                        I have been calling, sending SMS for so may times to get this problem resolved. No one seemed to care about this. They just care about selling the data card and adding a new subscriber, their service ends there. Few others give false promises like "within 2hrs" etc. Whenever I try customer care, it is always busy and the customer care officer does not seem to take note of what all I have to say. Some times, the customer care automated message say the wait time is 60 sec, infact I have to wait for more than 5 minutes to get a customer care officer.

                        This is a classic example of worst customer service. All they care is selling the data card and adding a new subscriber. They all tested my patience to the limit. They have no commitment or care about customer problems. Why should I wait for 2+ weeks to get an internet connection which is less speed (practically) when I can get a broad band connection {10Mbps LAN] immediately. How does one feel if they take a phone connection and they wait for activation for 2+ weeks to make a call. They are making bad name for brand Reliance. Worse all, they all made lot of error for the entry for my name, email etc in their system. That too even when I gave all the details correct.

                        I have decided that if my connection does not get activated by tomorrow, next I will be calling the customer care to close the connection. There are various options available, why should I wait for some which has no concern for customer care?

                        Enough of Reliance, also that would be my feedback to all those who I know.

                        Reliance Netconnect Broadband — Uncourteous disruption of services

                        I am having a Reliance Netconnect Broadband connection for the last 2 years. I have never got the Broadband speed at my residance location though it is covered under the Network availability map and confirmed by the outlet. My complaint on this issue both written/verbal/telephonic to Customer care/outlet has fallen on deaf ears.

                        3 months back I had made an excess payment of about Rupees 350 and no one seemed to have any problem and did not even cross check or inform me as it was to their benefit. Last month because of the same confusion and I was travelling and could not check the Bill amount exactly, I made a lumpsum amount based on my usual billing amount and unfortunately it fell short by Rs250. The company promptly disabled my connectivity without even alerting or informing me. I was in the middle of an important online Demonstration with my International clients It was made to believe by the error messages that it is a technical problem. So I spent another 2 days and 500 to get my laptop checked. RELIANCE HAS SHOWN IT'S TRUE BUSINESS COLORS ONCE AGAIN....SAB KA MAAL APNA HAATH. Hate this Company like a plague.... People cheaters and big frauds.

                            The HSD (High speed device) supports two
                            #1. Broadband+ (Coverage available only in 35 cities in India)
                            #2. High Speed 1x (upto 144 kbps) available all over India.

                            We have the option to connect using either Broadband+ (or) High speed 1x.
                            I'm able to connect using Broadband+.

                            However, i'm not able to connect using "High Speed 1x". I'm getting the below error message:
                            "Error 678: The remote computer did not respond".

                            Kindly help in this regard, so that i can connect using High Speed 1x connection all over India, please.

                            Complaint - If I am giving or recieving any calls fom different district like "Kanyakumari", due to weak coverage or weak range problem, I am unable to speak or unable to speak clearly. I am facing this problem for past 2 weeks.Do the needful at the earliest.

                            Reliance Net Connect — No connection, low connectivity, no after sale service, no proper response,technical people severe phone connection.

                            I purchased cdma connection one for me and anothre for my son at hyderabad before a forthnight. The connection started only yesterday but with nihilistic reseption of 0kbps against the assured skyhigh. When we complain no response at all and if they are personally approached they advices to contact reliance technicak staff with some phone no.
                            They are neither available nor would attend to the phonecall but severe abruptly when failure is informed upon their telephonic instructions. Further with 0kbps or max of 9kbps, the duration given is consumed majestically like vital effect. Thus their claimer of their skyhighpower/potency of their cdma remains a farce .
                            However I have noticed their promptness in disconnecting the remote connectivity if their bill amount is not paid intime which will be abnormal proportionate to the speed offered.
                            We remain in dark whether there will be rectification or improvement upon this complaint. We also are in dark about the fixation of resonsibilty for such lapses with the industry is in vogue or not. God alone should save the consumers as others cannot asile the management thanks to their power in assosiation and wealth in our democratic and secular governaments are ruling.

                            I have recently upgraded to Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ from the normal CDMA 1x. I am not able to connect to Broadband+ at all and am getting this error "Error 678: The remote computer did not respond". The customer care is totally useless. One fellow even told me "Sir please hope tat it works!"
                            Moreover, the upgrade has to be charged 3k only, but they took 3.5k and the plans which are available on the net, are not given in the reliance stores. I got cheated big time by wasting my time and money on this useless device.

                            I am in India for a month on personal visit. i got reliance netconnect broadband+ since i am on the move for the month. The plan taken was 10g in the morning / 10g in the night plan with rs 3500/= paid upfront.

                            But after the first week, the connection stopped working (authentication stalls with error 678; remote computer didnt respond). When I talked with the customer care, they said my account was suspended because of an unpaid usage. The amount unpaid was Rs. 4, 00, 000 (yes Rs 4 Lakhs). I asked them to correct their billing mistake so that i can use the service for the remaining days. But they said it wont be rectified until next billing cycle (in another 20 days). I asked for their manager's number.

                            I got the chennai nodal office number[protected]. To my surprise, the customer care guy was not taken back by the Rs 4, 00, 000 /= overdue. he explained to me that this can happen because i over used the internet connection. I tried repeatedly saying that I couldnt use the internet for more than a week. He said it will take 48 hours before this can be sorted out. But he acknowledged the amount is right and i have to pay it if i receive the bill.

                            Just to let you know I am not making this up, I am quoting the interaction ids. [protected] and[protected]. I have to sort this out before I leave the country (in the next 2 days) amidst all the packing etc., stay away from the Reliance netconnect broadband+ if you want any peace of mind.

                            Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ — poor network

                            I bought reliance netconnect broadband+ 4 months ago.Since then only I have been having problems with connections.Its really frustrating.They promised a speed of 3.1 MBPS but speed is too poor. many a times theres no response from server.I have been cheated .The services are not worthy of amount of money I pay.This is one of poorest service provider in india as i have used other service providers too.Reliance re real cheaters they are robbing hard earned money of common people

Restarted laptop, again activated... man done everything... BUT this thing is not willing to work.. Can anybdy help out how this will work...
                            678 error is generally happends because in some areas broadband+ not getting proper first time ping to connect no need to worry about this just go to the nearest reliance web world which is located in center of city and connect your data card in display pc you will surely connect in broadband+ in a seconds then just use it for 5 to 10 minutes then remove the data card and try in your home or elsewhere you will never face this problem again.

                            Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ — Poor Service

                            Hi All,

                            I am using Reliance Broadband+ Datacard connection #[protected] for over 2 years now. I recharged my account on 29-June-2011 for Rs. 3000 with 6 months validity. Now I am facing serious issues with connectivity as I am not able to connect in HSD mode since I made recharge. I am not getting the net connectivity speed for which I have made the payment. After numerous calls to your customer care and logging a complaint I have got no solution but ruthless behaviour of your executives. I was asked to wait till 31-Aug-2011 to get this issue resolved. When I paid the full amount of recharge why should I bear your poor service. If a customer is not able to pay you for even a month you do not provide any service to them, then how come a customer is supposed to pay completely for poor or no service for 2 months and then also faces no support or rude behaviour from your customer care executives.

                            I have put my complaint on all the online consumer forums and would certainly make aware other people by word of mouth to use Relaince Internet. I would like to make it clear either you make my refund or provide me full service. In case of no response I would have no choice but to move to my city consumer court.

                            Please do the needful.

                            Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ — No Communication plus improper information was provided to me

                            Hi,

                            I had applied for the broadband connection using the web service of reliance 1 month back at that time the sales person has informed me that there is no network issue till Kalyan and I will be able to use my broadband successfully from my home. First of all it has taken 3 to 4 working days just to activate the connection for which i paid Rs 1600 in cash for reliance datacard. Once the connection was done i was not able to access the basic internet facility like opening the google page and searching some information at that time i have registered the complaint to reliance customer care and they inform me that some network engineer will resolve this issue. The network engineer visited my home address/billing address place and informed me that a Antenna booster will be placed at your address so that you can use your broadband network. It was to be done in 2 working days but after 2 days i.e. 9th July 2011 I received the call from some other Reliance Network engineer informing me that there was a known issue at my place and they are currently working on up gradation of network and it will be done in maximum 4 to 5 working days. As i have no other option I said it is ok but I inquiry that it will be done in 5 days or not they said i t will be done for 100% sure. The main reason for buying the Reliance Netconnect was to work from home as i have to travel daily to Pune i.e. Mumbai - Pune - Mumbai. Due to some personal reason i was not able at my home for 12 to 15 days but my registered mobile number was working. On 25th July i return to home and once again try to use the internet connection from my home but again i was not able to use the basic internet service so once again I called the customer care and informed them at that time again the customer representative was saying it will resolved in 2 to 3 days i said give me specific date as earlier your network engineer person has informed me that it will be resolved in maximum 5 days, he said he will not be able to give me specific date as he was not sure about it so i requested him to terminate my connection and refund the Rs 1600 amount which i have given at the time. He said he was able to terminate the connection but not able to refund the amount so i said please escalate the issue as there is no proper co ordination between the sales representative and network person in your company, on the false image they have sell the netconnect card to me and i was not happy with the service provided by you plus he was not able to escalate the issue so he has given me Mumbai nodal toll free number and said please escalate your issue to reliance nodal officer at mumbai. Today i.e. 28th July i have called them and they are saying they have taken down the request but has not given me the complaint id or request id as i want to know the outcome. So IN SHORT I AM TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED BY RELIANCE NETCONNECT SERVICE PROVIDER THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY PERSON AND THEY DO NOT CARE FOR CUSTOMER AS TODAY NODAL OFFICER INFORMED MY BY 31ST AUGUST THE UP GRADATION ISSUE WILL BE RESOLVED SO I REQUESTED HIM PLEASE RETURN BACK MY RS 1600 AS THE NETCONNECT PURPOSE WAS NOT FUFILLED. PLEASE FIND THE DETAIL BELOW OF THE COMPLAINT IDS :[protected] AND TERMINATION REQUEST ID[protected]

                            Reliance Data Card — net connection - data usage error

                            I am having a reliance data card - net connect broadband+. i am facing a problem that my data card keeps running (when connected) even when i do not use the internet. means it shows data usage even when i do not open any browser. it is happening for the past about 7 days. please guide me to solve the problem. i have already tried to solve the problem by reinstalling it.

                            Hi i am getting an error remote computer did not respond on netconnect+ mode, on my data card number [protected] with no signal. Tried calling customer care on[protected], but in vain. Now i have switched to hybrid mode, which is on highspeed1x mode with a slow speed of just 8kbps. I am getting really fed up of this, even i sent email to customer services on 11/07/2016, but no responce. Already paid bill before this happened. Please help.

                                  I have been using this data card for more than two and half years. and my average monthly bill used to be Rs.730/ But My June bill has come to Rs 2750. Incidently my usage in June was comparatively less as I was out of country for few days. I spoke to the customer care and they agreed to send the details of my usage by mail . I am yet to receive the details. I would like to have a detail enquiry into my datacard usage for 25 May to 26 June, without which I will not be able to make payments.

                                    I am using the Reliance data card connection from last 2 years but the experience which I got in last 2 months is really worst
                                    My Reliance number is 935******* But due to some issue with my laptop I went to the Reliance Outlet which is located at Faridabad Neelam bata road There was no representative who was ready to help the customer
                                    At last a rep came I asked her to hold my account as deactivated for few month she says Reliance will charge Rs 100 for this and the net connection will be de activated for few time period.When I asked for the proof, she says she has send the request from her side and she herself is a proof that its deactivated temporarilyI paid the bill for the previous month to her which I never used-internet still that was my courtesy I paid it.But next time what happened I received the bill again from reliance to pay the internet bill of Rs780. I called Reliance customer care.that was really unacceptable.A team lead says she will escalate this issue to the next level and will provide a call back within 24 hours and reimburse also.I didnt receive any response for next 3 days.I called customer care again, the rep told me its not their issue so cant help me and the next Rep disconnected the call without attending the call . Another rep transferred the call without listening my issue.This is what is happening in Reliance customer care.I have never experienced such type of customer service from any other service.
                                    Its been more then 2 and a hour month I am receiving bills of the net services which I have never used and is already temporarily disconnected.

                                    I would like if my bill amount can be reimbursed which I have already paid to reliance and want to solve this problem as soon as possible as Now I am no longer interested to be the customer of Reliance after experiencing such an unexpected services.

                                    Your response will be highly appreciated

                                        I own an reliance CDMA no [protected], which is an prepaid no and i wanted to check some call details for last month for which i called the customer care no on 05th July 2009 and talked to Sandesh Nagotkar at 12:40 at night, the reply which he gave back was so disgusting that to after checking up with his senior. The reply he said was i need to go down to a Webworld and talk to them if i can get the details and he or his senior is not aware if this can be done.

                                        I really do't understand why is that the customer care executive are not aware is this sort of a service can be renderred or not does't the company provide them with all this details and if this all things are not done how they like themself to be said the top mobile company in India.

                                        Dear...reliance is no more top company in india...and there are various ways they use in the business to make coimpany...Basically this company is Baniya company...They charge 50-paisa per 3 minutes to talk to customer case exe...I dont if bollywood stars are seeting on cutomer case exe desk...so they are charging money for that...And eralier i neven experienced such delay to contact cutomer care exe...but now as it is being charged they will not be reachable before 20-30 mins.
