My outgoing has been barred due to non payment of deputed amount . But I am yet to get a response from your end. Try to contact customer care on your toll free number but did not get any satisfactory information there too, even they barred my access to your toll free number for 2 days.
This is my last mail to you. Otherwise I will be forced to terminate your services and to lodge a complaint in consumer court for settlement of disputes .

To whom it may concern,
Being associated with you for long, now I am finding it very difficult to keep using your services.
I have been given a special plan SRP200 by your special department and was told that I would been not charged anything for making calls to Local Reliance Mobile & Reliance GSM ( Including Smart).
Later on, I have also confirmed the same( i, e. Free calls to Reliance local GSM & Smart ) with you by calling your Customer Care Dept( *222).
But now it's very unfortunate to see that I am getting charged Rs 0.50/- for making calls to Local Reliance GSM ( See highlighted parts in attached .xls file )
Not only that, I am currently using a LG handset ( RD3000) that does not support High Definition GUI and I have 24/7 high speed dedicated Internet connection with that I stay online almost entire day on my PC.
Now the CDR is also showing that I have used ur RW services that too for 17 min, ..., 15 min, ..., ..duration with 1kb of data transfer and you have charged me following :
RW todays spl : Rs. 30/-
Todays Best : Rs. 90/-
( Ridiculous )
Please look into the matter as soon as possible, otherwise I have to seriously look for other options now...

Reliance Data Card — Overcharging of Bill
This is Sancharan Roy having Reliance Data card No[protected]. Till now I didnot receive my bill. Yesterday I got a call from one of their executive that my Tariff plan is Rs 650 but I have opted for Rs 300 tariff plan on 29th may. Surprisingly customer care executive told that they revised my plan on 11 th june without informing me. Till now I did not receive the bill and it is impossible to make the without the bill.Thank you.
