closure of mobile connection

I spoke to customer care of reliance post paid connection department on 13/05/09 at 12:21 hrs for 14:39min for clouser of my post paid mobile connection ( [protected]), but still my mobile bill is generating till date, the recorded message for connection clouser can obtained from reliance customer care dept.
please look in to the matter for neglegency of reliance mobile customer care department....

it is regretfully stated that your Customer Care Executives are least bothered about the feeling of their customers. They misguide the customers and as a result the customers have to suffer.

USB NET CONNECT

I took a Reliance Net Connection No. [protected]


Due to personal reasons I decided to close the connection and lodged a request at the customer service on 15th February, 09, request no. 89160339 to stop the connection and I was promised that I would be billed till that day and not for the entire billing period.

Poor Speed and Wrong Billing

Average speed for entire month was less than 10kbps
Billing is also wrong.

Wrong Billing

I am netconnect broad band user Reliance no. [protected] using 499 plan (unlimited night 10 GB).
An additional day usage charge for 7 hour 45 min (@ 0.50 Rs. / Min) has been charged in my bill
i request for usage details and while verifying the usage info,
i get the usage details and found that additional day usage charges has been accounted in my bill.
and reliance can not explain me my additional days usage details.br...

NOT RECHARGING OLD SCHEME OF RS.525/-

Dear Sir,

We had taken Reliance landline a year ago. At that timethey had come out with a Scheme of Rs.525- easy recharge per month under which any calls made to reliance whether STD or local all shall be free.But now when I am trying to get it recharged in the month of July, 2009 they are not recharging it saying that you have to get it recharged again before the expiry of validity.We had not received any such intimation...

Migration from postpaid to prepaid pending since 2 months
