Hi,

I am from Andheri, Mumbai.

I lost my sim and want a new sim with my old number.

I went to reliance world and they told me new sim is out of stock.

I went to few more reliance world shops all of them are telling same thing "out of stock"

The thing is the local mobile shops or reliance communication shops (not reliance web world) buys all the available reliance blank sim from reliance web world and sell them with including their profit which is 50%.

A blank sim comes in 100 INR and they (local retailer) sell it in 150 INR and dont give the bill.

Kindly look into this matter.

first you by a blank sim. second by a (hscc) card means>...this card change the your old number on a new hendset.then fallow the few steps on your hscc card.if your old number is lost then contact costumar care.sorry bhai
Even I lost ma cell and now I am finding hard time to get a duplicate Sim. Reliance Web World guys jus giving a simple reply that they are out of stock of SIM's and takes their hands off. Its so pathetic that they dnt even try to take any action to help their customer. WE seriously require someone to look into this matter.
Today I also face this problem today I call to customer care she told me that the new rate of blank sim is Rs.25/- and in Shahibaug, Ahmedabad Reliance web world Ms. Lalita told me that you have pay Rs. 190/- for blank sim.

So the communication of reliance is very poor and they are just want to cheat the customer.

    I had submitted an application for consolidating two of my Folios on 2nd July'09. Till date there is no action or any response to my application. When I call the customer care they speak like individuals and not as an organization, evertime I call them to clarify they come out with some reasons and tell me a place a request to change that, change this, but without giving proper reason for not consolidating.

    It is frustrating that an organization like Reliance Mutal Fund is behaving so unprofessionally.

      With the hype of the new Reliance GSM, i've taken a SIM card in Mehrauli, Delhi. It has a very poor indoor signal problem. The customer care don't seem to bother about this matter, even though i've complained several times. They just seem to close the case with no background check. Please make sure that customer care is involved completely to find out about this matter.
      Respect sir/madam ..

      in my mobile display seen note "emergency only"

        i had recharge my number by 303/- for gprs conection on 24 june 09...it works well till 10 july, since then i am not getting gprs connection from relaince GSM...i have contact several times to customer care and lodge the complaint[protected]...from the same number...but till date no any action even a single information has been received from companey...my gprs validity is going to expire soon, without using full sactisfatory service...
        so reliance should rectify the complaint soon and how much days they have done delay...they must give me validity for gprs for 15 days more...

        Reliance GSM Service — service is very poor

        Dear Sir,


        i m a user of Reliance Smart GSM mobile.
        i m facing a lot of problem in my connection and also
        with my family's phone no's.
        some times it gives the error in network connrction.
        no responce,
        and some times my mobile is free and when my family calls
        me it say customer is busy at other calls.
        and it appears for many hours.

        when i chnage my smart tone*(hello tone) it did not activated at time always,
        while charges is cut of dailly.and if we camm at customer care
        customer care excutive did not give proper resolution and did not handled with care.
        and also they also cut the calls in the midd of talk.

        Dear Mr. Deka,
        Through this mail i would like to draw your attention towards the most pathetic mobile service provided by Reliance in Shillong city.In fact, Relaince becomes most unrelaible when it is needed most. Most of the time the network signal vanishes for hours together, at times the SMS service is down, and very interestingly the, mobile phone shows that "message sending failed" and the other party recives it, while the sender on his end keeps on trying to send the SMS while the other party recives the same message innumerable times, at times we, do not get the delivery reports.
        Not, on only this the reliance subscriber have to dial quite many number of times to get through the so called "Customer Care" who when complained of all this have the stereotype answer of "Sir, we have have taken note of your complain and it will be forwarded to the concerned department." or "Sir, there is temporary congesation in the network, kindly bear with us."
        It has become really trouble some to keep on dialing to get through, let alone to other networks but it is equally difficult to get through relaince subscribers, of 98631/32/33. and the answer is "Network busy"
        Sir, we being consumers are charged for late payment of the bills, can you expalin why charges are levied when for hours services are not available.
        If you remember i had spoken to you over the phone a number of times and you assured me that thing will be rectified as "Work is in progress to reduce the congesation" and the same will be fine in a matter of 10-15 days but, again a month has elapsed.
        I have few questions and expect reply of the same from you end"
        1. Why the relaince customers are taken for granted?
        2. Why charges are levied when services are not provided?
        3. What is being done to rectify the problem?
        4. Why you are so prompt in calling up the consumers and stating their bill status and lethergic in rectifying the customers complain?
        5. Why the customer care is so difficult to get through?
        6.Why the call drop rate is so high?
        7.Why most of the time the customer have to take pain in hearing the other party when you say you are providing digital clairty?
        8. What is being done to rectify the problem?
        I am a Reliance GSM consumer. I donot understand what type of RELIANCE GSM SERVICE? its very very poor service in Assam. my complian- voice clearity is not good, network is every time up & down. We are very engry of RELIANCE GSM SERVICE. I am so upset of your service.
        Repeated complain regarding unauthorised deduction from my balance has yeilded no results. I as well as the persons available in the Customer Care Centre ([protected]) could not trace the reasons for unauthorised deduction from my available balance. Such callous attitude from a big company is truely regretable. Please give me the way to rescue my money from your clutches. My Reliance Mob. No. is [protected].

        Reliance GSM (Smart) — Poor GPRS Connectivity

        I am using Reliance GSM (Smart) mobile and I decide to get their GPRS service...I have pay 303/- to use this service..but till I have got a very poor performance from server..while calling Customer care they used to say that my complian would be forword to their control panel but till no proper step is taken...
        sir mere is no. pe [protected] rs. 35 kas richarg karne pe 50min all india call mila but koi service nahi mil rahi hai mere sath ke dost ke is no. [protected] pe 35 ka rechar ki o bhi fals hai koi bhi call karne pe plz check tha no. u have dile bolta hai reliance wale chor hai.

        Will u please give me any detail how can i found the user name of that particular sim.

        Well these reliance people are deducting amounts from your balance and say that we are subscribed for this or that even if we haven't

        Aisa keval aap k saath hi nahi, almost sabhi customers k saath ho raha hai(par kuch anjaan bane baithe hai kyonki unhe pata hi nahi ki unka balance deduct ho gaya hai)

        Aap reliance company walo ko phone kijiye aur apni problem phir se dicuss kijiye, lekin is baar recording karte hue...
        Phir bhi agar yeh refund na kare, toh aap consumer court mein inke khilaaf case kar k in se minimum Rs50000 ka claim kar sakte hai(atleast itne toh mil hi jayenge, agar jyada ka kare toh aur bhi badiya)

        Humare saath bhi yehi hua hai aur hum ne apne waqeel se is baare mein baat ki, aur un se kaha ki aap humari tarah se pura case handle kijiye aur jitne bhi Rupees aate hai, un mein se hume keval Rs 30 ka recharge karwa dena aur baaki ka amount aap ki fees...
        itna kehte hi woh maan gaye aur Rs 100000 ka claim karne k liye puri file ready kar di hai, ab ek do din mein file bhi kar denge...
        Main reliance GSM prepaid ka UP west ka customer hun & Date 04-11-09 ko mera account balance Rs. 118.73 tha . Sirf 5 call ke bad mera balance Rs.106.22 ho gaya. Jab maine 1.30 Pm par customer care se is bare men jankari mangi to unhone yea kah kar tal diya ki abhi apke account ki puri jankari show nahin ho pa rahi hai 1/2 hour bad bath karen. Phir maine 07:00 Pm par customer care se bat ki yo phir same reply mila. Iske bad net day jab maine 08:00 AM par bat ki to unhone
        ye kaha ki aapka 04-11-09 ki opening balance 108.73 tha. Jab maine koi call nahin ki & na to koi
        sevice hi mere number par activate hai to phir Rs. 10.00 extra kyon diduct hue. Mujhe maere account ki sari details [protected]@gmail.com par bhej den.My contact no. is [protected].
        problem with sms sending and their delivery...

        Reliance GSM — VERY BAD SERVICE

        Dear Sir/Madam,
        My relince number is [protected] but not working.
        My problem detail as below:
        1. 20Feb. 2011, I sent a sms on 1900 for portability.
        2. contacted with relince retailer for new sim.
        3. Received new SIM card and deposited my CIF.
        4. 25 Feb. 2011, My number was deactivated by vodafone but not activated by relince gsm till 6 march 2011.
        5. 6 march2011, relince was activated my SIM but again barred my services from 17 march 2011 to till time.
        6. when , I contacted with relince, they replied that I had not deposited my documents and sent me a list of various mobilestores.
        7. To day(8/4/2011), I have deposited my documents(CIF) third time detailed as:
        Name- Ramswaroop Sharma

          I bought a Reliance post paid mobile connection ([protected]) on 4th july 2009. I took a 995 plan under which calls made to all reliance numbers are free. To my surprise I got a call from reliance stating that my plan is 770, so after much of protest they accepted their fault and changed my plan to the original 995 plan. After that whenever I use to make a free call I got a SMS from them that my usage is high and that I should pay money for the calls which are suppose to be free. Even though the calls were freee I paid Rs1000 on their assurance that the issue will be solved within 1-2 days. To my surprise I still get SMS for high usage and the customer care is helpless as ever, I also went to the Reliance Web World shop but was of no use.
          Now they are asking me to pay more for the calls which are free.
          I am really harassed because of this behaviour of Reliance Mobile and on top of that they claim to be number 1 service brand in India. I hope there is some ombudsman for this.
          What I understand is that bad customer service is a perennial problem with the company. Please take appropriate actions and save the consumers from facing the agony caused the mobile czar.

            "This is to bring into your consideration that i have been experiencing unaccountable, disgusting, totally unprofessional, irresponsible behaviour at Reliance World Ludhiana located on Mall Road.

            The owner and employees here are totally irresponsible. It is all because of them that the outgoing calls from my Number has been barred.They didnot submit my documents on time and this led to the barred outgoing calls.I submitted to them my voter ID Card and passport size photograph at the time I bought the SIM Card for New Prepaid Connection for Rupees Hundered.But what they did with those documents is really unaccountable.They say that they dispatched the documents late but they have no reason to justify it. The Outgoing call service from my No. is barred since 4 days(more than 96 hours).I am visiting them twice daily so that outgoing calls can be activated on my Number. Each day I go there they say that "Problem will be solved today and the outgoing calls will be activated by evening of the same day, but this has become a continuous routine of theirs since four days.

            The name of the attending lady at Reliance World is Miss/Mrs. Shivani.Who also said that it was because of her that the document were sent late.

            I have seen and felt that they have no concern and courtesy for the problems being faced by the consumers, at no fault of theirs(consumer).

            I also did talk to customer care at *369 with Mr. Upendra Srivastav at Mohali and lodged the complaint there with my Complaint Number as[protected].

            I ask you to activate the outgoing calls on my Number and take proper action against those irresponsible persons. My prepaid number belongs to Punjab Circle.The mobile no.for which I am facing problem is -[protected] and its registration no.at the back of sim is - RECRSC[protected].

            I am also going to file this complaint at Consumer Forum and discuss in blogs to let it know as many people I can.

            reliance cdma prepaid connection — Outgoing barred

            Mob No. [protected]
            I got a message in the night at 12:08 AM. that your outgoing facility has been barred for assistance call customer care.
            In the morning I called customer care; the representative states that your documents are not verified, and the services would be restored as soon as the documents reach to them.
            I will submit the documents.
            Please restore my services as soon as possible.
            The verification has not been done from your end why should the customer suffer. The fault is from your end and I am not responsible for this blunder.
            RESTORE MY SERVICES AS SOON AS POSSIBLE OTHERWISE READY TO BEAR THE CONSIQUENCES.
            I WILL APPROACH TO THE TOP MANAGEMENT AND EVEN DOT.

              hello, i am ravi shankar from Renukoot disst:-sonebhadra UP East i am using reliance CDMA service in Renukoot, Obra, and Robertsganj and UP East region. I have more than 10 connection of RIM.
              My problem is begining since 5 days and i can say it's problem begin when i start using RIM, it's not my individual problem but all my friend & Relatives those using RIM.Your network is fully down in this (Renukoot, Obra, and Robertsganj) area. i am unable to connect all of my relative,
              now i am thinking to leave all the connection and always thinking "AB KAISE KARU MAI DUNIA MUTTHI ME" tell me asap.
              "BOL RIM BOL"
              i[censored] give the better service or resolve my problem then i happy, otherwise plz terminate all my no (
              [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected],
              [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]) and return my mobile handset value, bcoz this mobile is like "DABBA, BANANA" I Can't use other operator on same mobile.

                I have been using Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ card and facing tremendous frustration about poor speed it provides. I have lodged complaint about this several times (at least 10 times) in reliance customer care, and response is very gloomy also they actually do not care about customer satisfaction and care about only extracting money from consumers. Also they only assist about asking for bills not for complaints that i lodge. Every time I complain they assure me that the problem will be solved and no assistance is given. And they proudly promise you that you will be getting speed 20 to 40 Kbps but actually gives 0.01 Kbps. And boast themselves as INDIA'S NO. 1 SERVICE BRAND. I guess the company cares about only one thing that is extracting money from consumers thats it.

                  a few days ago i had my mobile no [protected] topped up with an amount of Rs 200/- i got a message saying your account has been credited with Rs 0.02 and amount payable is Rs 200/- i was very surprised and after a very long awaiting hold i got in touch with the customer care person who told me that you have been credited with validity of 30 days and he can do no other help to me accept giving that much detail. The number i am using is having a lifetime incoming scheme. I am greatly disappointed to know that a person having a lifetime incoming scheme is again credited with 30 days validity for an amount of Rs 200/- and having a talktime of only Rs 0.02

                    I have booked a reliance Hi speed Netconnect X1 online with Receipt No: 2360, Foam No. [protected], Dt[protected] at VIRTI INFOCOME PVT LTD (Reliance authorized agent) Mumbai branch (Code. [protected]), and connection not yet activated.I have received the Modem in 3 hours after online request. I called them several time in 3 days on Mumbai Agents numbers [protected].& [protected] No response from their end. I have also informed by email to "[protected]@vriti.com" & "[protected]@relianceada.com" on Wednesday, 15 July, 2009, 5:41 PM.
                    Please let me know why so much delay from their part ? I am visited the Reliance world at Andheri West, and to check the problem.They also try to contact the above mob numbers but no response. I found that the connection is activated and it required 9 digit pin to activate my modem. This fact is not known till I contact the reliance world at Andheri, Those who provided / supplied the the Modem not provided the information of requirement of pin. They are Just Provided the LG modem LXU-800 They took the money and went. To day is 8th day and problem is still at large. Now I have done STD called to NOIDA-(U.P.) on numbers[protected] to Mr. Jegdesh Singh and Rajesh Devadi. First person promised information will be passed in 15 min and he noted my contact number second person said he will provide the information in 2 hrs time. now time is 18.30 no one is available to attend my call.

                    Reliance Data Card — REQUIRED PIN NO

                    I WANTS TO MAKE THE PAYMENTS THRO ONLINE,FOR THAT I REQUIRED A PIN NO. TWO WEEK COMPLETED, BUT STILL NOW I HAVE NOT RECIVED PIN NO.CAN U HELP IN THIS REGARD.
                    my modom [protected] due payment Rs330 already deposited at devine technology jharsuguda, Orissa on dated 2/08/2010 and my modom connection is close.please look in to matter.

                      I spoke to customer care of reliance post paid connection department on 13/05/09 at 12:21 hrs for 14:39min for clouser of my post paid mobile connection ( [protected]), but still my mobile bill is generating till date, the recorded message for connection clouser can obtained from reliance customer care dept.
                      please look in to the matter for neglegency of reliance mobile customer care department.

                      I pk verma mobile No.[protected] using Reliance GSM mobile service about last 6 months. Now my mobile is showing “SIM CARD REJECTED”. so I contacted to customer care at *333 . he told me to contact reliance gallery .i contacted reliance gallery at station plaza bhandup Mumbai (w). there R. gallery customer care told me your SIM CARD is damaged, so you need to replace your SIM Card by duplicate SIM card and charge for duplicate SIM card is Rs.100/- .i questioned him while in market Reliance SIM card is available free of cost why should I pay for Rs.100 for duplicate, he is answer less at last he told me it is company policy.
                      Sir my question is without any physical damage how my SIM card is damaged? My mobile is showing SIM Card Rejected. it seem Reliance Company in making public fool.

                      i am holding connection number[protected], my freind have so many connection, my rim number is [protected], we have other gsm connection in our family members name, but with heavy heart, we have to say that company is fircing us to give up the connection despite several reminders from here to rectify the postion. Since my joining at this place, i have always observed termination of signal for five to six days, presently it is not availaible in district of Pakur and Sahibganj since last 15 days in Jan.2010, but comany is extremly showing his irresponsible attitude, hoaxing only that problem will be eliminated soon or perhaps company is not interested in this buisness.

                        it is regretfully stated that your Customer Care Executives are least bothered about the feeling of their customers. They misguide the customers and as a result the customers have to suffer.
                        On 16th July I got a message about the revewal of Love Tips Subscription. So far I know I had never subscribed for such package. Even then in order to conform I talked to CCE who informed me that there is no such service activated on my mobile number and assured me that no amount will be deducted from my account. But when on 18th july I got the message that Rs. 30 have been deducted from my account, I once again talked to CCE named Anita who told me that this service is continued since May 19. If the service was activated for the last the tree months I should have been intimated about it so that I could do something in this regard.
                        Now let me know whom shuold I trust? Ms Anita wanted to know the name of the CCE whom i had talked to, but I have forgotten the name? Had i known the name of that executive what action would have been taken against her.
                        I wish that you would heed to my complain and refund me the amount and deactivate the love tips package.

                          Due to personal reasons I decided to close the connection and lodged a request at the customer service on 15th February, 09, request no. 89160339 to stop the connection and I was promised that I would be billed till that day and not for the entire billing period.

                          But my connection was not stopped and I was billed for the entire month. I then went to the sodepur reliance world and I was told that my request is in process and it would be adjusted.

                          One month passed and still when my connection was not disconnected I was forced to again lodge a request on 14th March '09 and spoke with Prabir & Debashish with request no. 91876596 telling why they are delaying for closing my connection and keeping on charging me.

                          I was billed for the following periods.

                          Total amount billed Rs 1133 .

                            Dear Sir/Madam,

                            I was a subscriber of Reliance Broadband, for their wimax connection with cousuner number[protected] in bangalore .

                            For months I faced lot of difficulty with their pathetic speed and harassment from their collections department for payment of bills.

                            I have following complaints against them
                            1. My speed was very low. I had taken 300kbps and I used to get download speed of les than 10kpbs. I had several complaints without any result.
                            2. I used to get call for payment of bills from 15 of everymonth for a bill which had due date of 1 or 2 the next month.

                            Fed up with their service I asked for immediate termination of service, for which they had given me complaint ids[protected],[protected].I had asked for termination before 21-May-2009.

                            After that they didn't collect the Modem and antenna from my place for some days. After making calls to them they came and collected on 05-Jun-2009 with reciept.

                            Now they are harassing me for the payment of one month of broadband charges June), without me using their serivices for single min during that time. I didnt even login to their services.

                            Initially they said, there will not be any charges since the delay is from their side to take the Modem and antenna and now they are harassing me for payment of on full month.

                            Kindly look into the matter, as I am facing harrassment from their calls and mails.

                              It is quite conspicuous now that you have sold me your product with false claims and billing is also not reasonable and justified, please compensate me for poor services and return my initial security deposit at the earliest elso i shall write to Telecom Regulatory Authority, Ambudsman, IT Department and appropriate forums for recovery and raise this issue at sutiable level.

                              Thanks for the attachments sent to me, however i would request you to kindly forward this mail to your state head/ regional head immediately in view of the following reasons, i shall only be able to pay the bill till following reasons are reasonable and adequately addressed by Reliance DATA card sold to me, moreover the claims made via this e mail will also stood part of the any legal complications later on.

                              That I requested your marking executive Mr Vinod Saini to give me a data card in personal name and format only, however due to reasons best known to him, he delivered bill addressed with me Company's name, probably he had availed some benefits accruing from corporate saleing not duly transferred to me.

                              That data card provided to me did not serve me the services committed through the advertisement / notifications, the speed was less than 2 kbps for most of the time and since my package is on per minute basis, i am likely to be cheated with the false claims made in the proposal shown to me at the time of purchase of this device, kindly give me my bill in such cases with the per kb of the speed and duration of which i used the device in detail.

                              That i have requested your representative to give me minute wise details of my uses, he has refused to provide such details.

                              That this lack of transparency in the billing is against business ethics, i shall pay bill upon full satisfaction of the above narrated aspects, meanwhile i shall also request you to compensate for my precious time lost due to very reduced speed of Internet as your device has not served its purpose and i faced humiliation and embarrassment in various meeting due to poor delivery of online presentation due to insufficient speed.

                              Please forward this mail to those concerned so that i may take a final decision, moreover your device has stopped working for the last five days, in this duration also i have faced many problems, please allow me for suitable compensation for the same as per the rule of the law.                               Reliance Communications — Wrong system of Data Card

                              I am prakash from chennai. i bought reliance data card no [protected]. For the first day it worked fine. From the second day the speed is terribly slow. Even to send a text email, it took more minutes. I have given many complaints to customer care. AS USUAL, my time has been wasted. so, I told them that i will surrender the line. one month later, my connection was deactivated and bill for Rs. 1549 was sent. Even though the service will very very poor and the speed is very slow. I agreed to make the payment but they said that data card cost rs. 2900/= is fully mine and they cannot get it back. WHAT A GREAT SYSTEM ! ! ????? The line has be deactivated so i cannot use that data card( even it works it is of no use).I asked them since reliance has the chance to give the data to new customers, why can't they deduct 1569 from 2900 and give the balance amount to me. and they can give the data card to new customers.

                              So, they will give a data card which can't work and even they can adjust the money from the bill. For example, if one's bill is Rs. 900 and after getting Rs. 900 without gettting 2900 worth data card they are cheating rs . 2000/= and just think a big(?) company like reliance cheating 2000 from atleat 3 lakhs customers all over india how much they get. wHAT A GREAT AND FRAUD IDEA TO BECOME NUMBER ONE COMPANY . Please find a solution for this. vande matharam.

                              My issue is when i m using this data cord the speed of internet is very slow upto (35/40 kbps) although it is showing as Hybrid speed..

                                Respected Sir,

                                I am a prepaid mobile holder from Reliance India Mobile and my no. is [protected]. I am holding this mobile no. since 2005.

                                On 17Th July 2009, I received the SMS from Reliance No.RP[protected]I about renewal and deduction of Rs 30/- . I phoned to Reliance Customer Care to clear my doubts of repeatedly reducing my prepaid balance and then I come to know that my phone number has devotional pack facility activated from last 6 months and money being deducted from my prepaid account balance which I never subscribed for.

                                The similar things happened with me for mobile radio and caller tunes few days back.
                                When we complain to customer care center, they simply listen, tells us "Sorry". Again after a week or so do the same mischief.
                                When I argued for the reversal of such amount, they simply refuse and say that service is now disabled and be happy.
                                I wish to bring all such mischiefs from Reliance goons to books and recover my money from their pocket

                                Neither they logged my complaint on such matter nor given me any complaint number by making excuses and said that "money cannot be refunded and you can complain anywhere you want.

                                request they started reliance mobile radio and deducted Rs.30/-per month from
                                my balance. I sent them SMS to unsubscribe this mobile radio as I do not want it but with no results. Is Mr. Anil Amabani is so poor man in the world that. these
                                people have started cheating the consumers. When consumer does not want
                                this mobile radio service why these people do it and under what authority. Is there
                                no law of land under which such people could be booked ? I ask them to stop

                                  reliance pre-paid mobile service — deactivation despite submission of documents

                                  This is one of the worst thing which can happen to a consumer. I for the first time tried using the CDMA service by reliance and purchased a cell phone with new connection. I submitted my documents needed on the same day and got my phone started. but due to some reasons which i accepted my outgoing calls were barred. I resubmitted the documents and I was given a deadline of 24Hrs for restoration of my services. I submitted my documents on 20th August 2008 and according to company in the worst case my phone start working in 48Hrs. I called the customer service on 22nd August 2008 and found my documents still not being shown in company records. I got in touch with reliance web world outlet and asked them about it but they told me that they alrealy forwarded the documents. This continued for almost that evening throughout. I complained against the reliance web world and one of the senior customer associate named Mr. Dinesh Kamble for being rude to me and I got calls from all over to find that the reliance web world staff had kept my documents not forwarded. The company people from Nagpur called me and appologoised for the lie the lady at the reliance outlet had told. This was found when she informed the complaint cell that I submited my documents on 22ndAugust 2008 the day I was not in town. The Nagpur branch put the lady on conference and she also appologised for her doing and the matter was rested by convincing me not to take it further and promissed to resume the services within 24Hrs that means by 9P.M. on 23rd August 2008. I agreed to it and waited for the deadline. Now today the 24th August 2008 I tried using my service and still nothing was done towards it. I called customer service again to get knowledge about the matter and had a word with Miss.Naseem about it. She started to convince me to wait for another couple of days. In course of time she started being rude and misbehaved with me. By profession I am in a business where I don't get time to spend with my family. I was disgusted and I asked for the contact of a management person to put my words but she denied and told me that she cannot gimme more information and asked me to go to reliance web world. I called that particular web world and they told me they cannot do anything today as they are closed and they just came to office to do previous days work. I feel ashamed when people ask me for cell phone for making a call and also when I cannot make outgoing calls. This have caused a lot against my goodwill and reputation. At the same time I am also feeling that I have been cheated by the company and I am constantly being harassed mentally by being asked to call customer service and go to reliance web world. I ask I paid for my phone cash, I paid for my recharge voucher to make calls in advance and I submitted the documents as well. But will my lost reputation be back? Will my mental peace be back? I want the company to appologise and compensate the harrasment made to me.

                                  Reliance Prepaid Mobile — Recharge (Rs 496) amount not getting reflected in system

                                  To whom it may concern,

                                  I have reliance mobile [protected] and recharged it with Rs 496 on 4th Oct 2008. It was the last day of validity period. The system says "Recharge successfully" Then I tried to check the balance and validity but it seems it don't recharge. I tried to recharge again but it said this card is not valid. SO finally I know it has been recharged.

                                  I called customer care first time and they say system is slow and you please call after 30 minutes. I called after 30 minutes, The another guy says system is in up-gradation, so call after 1 hr and they will reply.

                                  I called 10-11 times and everybody gives different answer. So I conclude no one is right. And the last guy says the recharge got successfully and dont worry. So I tried my luck.I think to wait for the day up to 12:00 PM. Also it seems that reliance dont have trained customer care guys as no body in sync, everybody has it own/different answer.

                                  In the morning, I come to know that I cant call anywhere now. I called customer care and got the same answer that "sir, system is slow please call after some time" This time It was Abdul - a floor supervisor said the same thing. So Its saying they are not ready to serve customer but they think the customer are stupid and we can convince him by saying any silly reason.

                                  Complaint 1: There is no value of customer services in reliance, this is my experience, 3days ago I had given my residential proof, still my services are barred, never got positive response from call center. They says its not under their control.

                                  Complaint 2: Got surprise to see that Jaadu stv 496 plan got expired after recharging 7 days ago, whereas validity should be for 30 day, got response from call center, that I had charged it 30days ago, whereas I got this connection only 12 days ago and I charged it on 6th Oct, 2008. This is pathetic piece of service reliance is providing to its customers.

                                  I am Subhash Mohnot from Jodhpur Rajasthan, I am using Reliance prepaid phone from 2005 my mobile no. is [protected].
                                  From last few days I am facing some problem due to balance deduction without use of phone. I recharge my account on 27/12/2009 with 100/- Rs. and use only 10 – 20 Rs. but today (02/02/2010) balance showing only 19/- Rs.
                                  Regarding this I call to customer care today and some days before on 22/01/2010, but they did not write complain. Also there answer is also not useful.

                                  Please take corrective action as soon as possiable so I can continoue with reliance other wise I have to go in consume cort and disconnect using services of reliance, this effect some more because my all faimaly member is using Reliance and we all 9 connection have to diconnect.

                                    I am netconnect broad band user Reliance no. [protected] using 499 plan (unlimited night 10 GB).
                                    An additional day usage charge for 7 hour 45 min (@ 0.50 Rs. / Min) has been charged in my bill
                                    i request for usage details and while verifying the usage info,
                                    i get the usage details and found that additional day usage charges has been accounted in my bill.
                                    and reliance can not explain me my additional days usage details.
                                    I have already send the request to cross check my bill for more than 7-8 times and every time i get following reply "we have checked and verified in our records for disputed statement period and found that you have been charged correctly ".

                                    No one is sending my day usage details till now.
                                    Finally i need to change my plan.
                                    This reliance guys does not responding to user's queries in proper way.
                                    Please do not trust on reliance billing, their billing system is blunder.

                                    I had the same problem. They had charged me for day usage, which I do minimal. On investigation I found that they charge you day usage for the first & last 20 minutes of the free usage time i.e. 10pm-6am. They told me to start my usage after 10.20pm & end it before 5.30am. I did that & my problem got solved. My bill was normal next time. But isn't this cheating, since they quote that the free hours begin at 10pm & end at 6am. I am thinking of filing a complaint at the consumer forum.

                                        We had taken Reliance landline a year ago. At that timethey had come out with a Scheme of Rs.525- easy recharge per month under which any calls made to reliance whether STD or local all shall be free.But now when I am trying to get it recharged in the month of July, 2009 they are not recharging it saying that you have to get it recharged again before the expiry of validity.We had not received any such intimation earlier.How is it possible to recharge agin before the expiry of the validity.The customer care executive also did not responded to the problem nicely.

                                        There should be strict rules for everything to be in written and not oral.
