I had purchased Reliance broadband connection on 10 Jul, and got activated that on 17th jul. When I purchased the USB modem at that time there was a offer that a GOA trip and One Month free usage was promised to me by some Harvinder/Guruvinder. He told me that goa trip will be communicated on email after activation of card and you will avail one moth free usage on plan of intracity 1099. Now I have recived a bill from reliance and they tell that there was not free usage plan and some fraud agency must have cheated you.

I purchased one Reliance Netconnect High speed Broadband+ data card at 4th August 2009.My complaint no[protected] I have registered this complaint on 5th August.I am facing slow speed problem in my High Speed broadband + data card.& that is not working in broadband+ mode. I am really not satisfied this data card speed . Reliance services is very late. please solve this problem immediately. I call to the customer care but every time I got same resolution that your request is in solving stage. I also send mails to reliance customer care/reliance net connect but still I haven't received any positive response from them. Now I request you to please look into the matter and suggest me what I have to do.

I had applied for Reliance broadband service on May 9, 2009. After that it took more than a month to come the technical person to install the service at my place and i refused to take the connection. During that time i had lodged many complains at the Reliance customer care service, which is the worst service that they are offering for the customers. After repeated indulgence from the executive who had come to take the security deposit (500.00) and fulfill the formalities, i opted for a different connection from a different service provider.

As the Reliance broadband had not been installed, i should get the security deposit back as per the law.

I had made several complaints at their customer service department, but as of now, nothing has been done. This is an example of negligence and irresponsible behavior from the executives of a reputed company.

I am giving below all the details regarding this complain.

it means reliance signal, system poor VS TATA COMPANY.

i am using relaince mobile no [protected] for last 3 yrs i did, nt have any problem but from last 1 yr company has launched aggresive marketing way by sending unwanted sms ( from this number [protected])and calls ( from this numbers[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] etc) and causing lot of disturbance. daily my mobile inbox got filled my various irritating sms and i have to delete it and all incomming msgs are also disturb while working / driving same way caily i am rec several calls from company causing lot of irritation and disturbence. i feel company does'nt have any regard for any person privacy i tried several time to lodge complains in customer care but i allways found it engaged now i am so much irritated and frustrated by this msgs and irritating call 100% i will cancel this mobile number and switch to other comany who have certain regard for individual privacy, . its horrible. if any one reading this complaine plz think twice before taing reliance new connection. iam fad up seriously.

Dear Mr. Anil Dhirubhai Ambani,

This is to let you know that your reliance communications group is the worst one which I have ever experienced in terms of commitment and service.

I have taken a new reliance connection CDMA prepaid on 05.08.09 from M/S Wave Communications, Sector 22, Gurgaon. On the puchase date, it was committed for providing a talktime of Rs. 88 on my first recharge of Rs. 102 (STD & Local call rates to be @ 50 paise only from second minute onwards). The number was activated on the same day and the E-Recharge of Rs. 102 was done. Rs. 29 was credited immediately on the recharge but still my balance of Rs. 59 is pending.

It was committed to me that the balance recharge of Rs.59 will be credited to me within 48 hours of E-recharge, which was done on 05.08.09. On further communication with the customer care, I came to know that the date of activation of the card as per your records is somewhere in the month of April.

What the hell is happening to your records????

Requested to please look into the matter.

My mobile no.[protected] ended up its validity on 5th august 2009.i got a message from customer care to recharge with Rs 199 to get continued usage.I recharged through E-recharge on 8 th august 2009 via TX NO,[protected] and Transaction ID[protected].
The funny part is my mobile service is terminated temporarily for insufficient balance for the past 3 days.Is this the customer care efficiency? Indefinite calls have been made to the custiomer care .They registered the complaint .said we will send you the complaint number.No message has come yet.Do look into the matter and sort at the earliest.My alternate mobille number is [protected].

It it is not sorted at the earliest, I have to leave the reliance usage after using for more than 6 years as an unsatisfied customer.

I stay in surat(gujrat). i have reliance prepaid cdma connection. In the month of december i refilled it with rs 1500 in which reliance to reliance calls are totally free in all over india for one year. but just before two days they stoped this plan without any notification. i contact reliance web world but they didnt replied properly. How can they stop my plan before the 5 monthswith out any notification ?
wat i do? where do i complain about this.

my cell phone outgoing is off without information. and again after the deposit of ID proof outgoing is off, and information is giving out that service is on within 24 hours.

my complain against facilities provide by relliance, , , number of issue we are facing are as ..
1 . there website is not updated as in their site they hv not mention mumbai or maharastra circle so that u cann't registered any complain or know about tariif .
2 No online facilities for refill .
3 every day then send more than 50 promotional SMS & call despite complaint against several time they hv not take any action
4 more than 8 month happen reliance in mumbai but they don't hv facility of POSTPAID.
recharge brochure of reliance not easily available if by mistake available it is only of 50 Rs ..so that u hv u to but 5-6 recharge brouchure
they r cheating people .
there customer care executive are not supportive they misbehave with customer & don't know how to talk
all are maharastian so don't hv gud communication

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have taken a post-paid GSM connection of Reliance Communication, from your outlet Lata Communication, Bavdhan, PUNE 411023. My number was activated from 17.Jul.09. The services ( outgoing/incomming) to the subject number were barred after one/two days without giving me prior information. When I contacted on the customer care no.*222, there was no one to answer my call. Subsequently, I visited the Lata Communications. I was explained that it was a wrong barring due to software issues. Thereafter my number was activated.
Again, on 29.7.09 the services to my number were barred. When contacted to Lata communication, this time the reason given to me was that the application form was filled in with the blue ink. Consequently, I had filled in a new application form with black ink, as required, and re-furnished all the documents that were asked for. Thereafter, my number was activated after n no. of calls to follow up. It could happen only after I had sent my representative on 30.7.09 personally, to lata Communications office to follow up with the matter.
Unfortunately, the same issue had taken place, yesterday.. My calls ( incomming/outgoing facility) has been barred just for no ryhm or reason. when contacted, the dealer, lata Comunications they are unable to give any satifying reply. Everytime, I visit with my problem I am given a new number and a new person to deal with.
Despite of following it up over phone, it goes to the deaf ears. It is becomming quite difficult for me to leave my job and personally folow up with the people to keep my services active.
I didnot even think in my wildest dreams that post sale services of Reliance Communications could be in so pathetic state.
I hope this time my problem is viewed seriously and resolved at the earliest.

This is unbeleivable. How much i can be patient. After more than 15 mails, more than 100 calls, more than 15 visits nothing has happened even after 3 months.
If this is the way a customer is treated then please take some appropriate action against the people concerned.I bought the device 3 months back and my details were wrongly entered by a reliance webworld employee(he swapped my data card with another guy).I followed to get it corrected and since then on i am being fooled day after day.Still in my user profile i see someone else's name .Three times i have paid the bill that too i think i am paying for the usage of that other guy not mine.Once Rs 808 then Rs 1400 and Rs 1700 .If and when i want to get some information as to why my net is not working(maybe when the credit limit is exceeded or whatever may be the reason) the people ask my information for the number and the information does not match since i told you that it is reliance web world fault.Why am i suffering for last 3 months i dont yet know .I bought this device from Reliance Web World Nigdi Branch, pune and they are making a fool of me from then on.Every time Savita(Nigdi branch incharge) says that the problem will be solved in next 2 days and 3 months have passed.She says that an ownership transfer form is to be processed and since its the company's fault hence the process will take a bit of time.How much time does this company need to rectify this mistake. Enough is enough .

I am a customer Of Reliance Net Connect Broadband+. I have a plan of 1099 Day/Night and with that I have addon of +199. According to that I have 10 GB at night usage. For additional, 2Rs/MB. 5th is the bill generation date for me in every month. This Month My Bill came 39701.53 Rs. But According to the net it was showing my total usage is 16009 MB. So haw come it possible to generate a bill like this?? According to my plan I have 10GB at day and 10GB at night. Total it comes arround 20 GB. They are cheating the customers like this only. I am simple student. If they will cheat like this how come I will survive from this????? Please help me out.

This is Nageswara Rao using Reliance broad band internet connectionn from last 3 years with userid[protected] with out any issues.Recently in the month of jan-2009 i requested for Static ip address and it was approved by the reliance team by getting Rs2200 from me and i appreciated them for the quick approvals.The problem started here...Static ip address does not work even a single day.i lodged so many complaints regarding this and my complaint numbers are[protected], 92516501, 92688266, 93394303, 93502024, 93792899, 94158739, 96613366,[protected] in a span of one month.So many people from reliance came to my house to resolve it but failed. finally i requested for temination of my connection and my request number is 97834737. by this time i got a call from reliance and asked not to terminate the connection and they told to continue with dynamic IP.I requested them to revert the static ip charges and they promised me and request number given to me is[protected].But the charges are not revert back even though i had not used static ip even for a single day.when i contacted back they are giving a laughing response that once static ip is approved charges are not refunded.where do i have to go..(it was very hard earned money)...any consumer courts in bangalore

Respected Sir, I am a prepaid mobile customer of reliance from Four+ years, so many times i feel that i am losing my hard earned money in the name of value added services without my consent. for this i have a example two days back on 4th of August my balence was 33.48 and today it is 1Re in between i have made only one local call of duration 1minute&4seconds. I contacted the reliance customer care regarding misappropriation of my account but the response was negative. I have to make an emergency call but i have no money. I had lost my hard earned money like this many many times, I request your goodself to kindly look in this matter and help me and many more peoples like me, I hope my humble request will fullfill. This is Mr Kunal Goe, M.com(Hons) from Tinsukia, ASSAM. I have a prepaid mobile connection of Reliance smart & my number is [protected]. I had recharged my prepaid account with a voucher of Rs. 399/- (BOL INDIA BOL) on 24/07/2009. According to this plan i was supposed to get reliance to reliance Free for 30 days within ASSAM. But, i didn't get the same. I had compaint the same on 25/07/09 at relaince customer care. They told me your problem will be sorted within 72 hrs. Again after 72hrs i called them to solve the problem, they again asked me for another 48 hrs. And so on i called them every day, but their reply was same...within 48hrs your problem will be solved. But, till date, i.e. 5/8/09 my problem has not been solved. This is very embrassing. Reliance considers themselves the best service brand in India but this is the service they are giving. Reliance has cheated me.
