Non-refund of the security deposit

I had applied for Reliance broadband service on May 9, 2009. After that it took more than a month to come the technical person to install the service at my place and i refused to take the connection. During that time i had lodged many complains at the Reliance customer care service, which is the worst service that they are offering for the customers. not working call recording function in all company phone & model.

my mobile set samsung cdma sch-m-569 -[protected], reliance card not working call recording function and same mobile set working in tata card call recording possible.tata & reliance both cdma service.
it means reliance signal, system poor VS TATA COMPANY.

unwanted marketing msgs and calls

sir,

i am using relaince mobile no [protected] for last 3 yrs i did, nt have any problem but from last 1 yr company has launched aggresive marketing way by sending unwanted sms ( from this number [protected])and calls ( from this numbers[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] etc) and causing lot of disturbance. daily my mobile inbox got filled my various irritating sms and i have to delete it and all incomming...

Validity is yet not renewed after recharge

Dear Sir,
My mobile no.[protected] ended up its validity on 5th august 2009.i got a message from customer care to recharge with Rs 199 to get continued usage.I recharged through E-recharge on 8 th august 2009 via TX NO,[protected] and Transaction ID[protected].

Plan stops before the expiry

I stay in surat(gujrat). i have reliance prepaid cdma connection. In the month of december i refilled it with rs 1500 in which reliance to reliance calls are totally free in all over india for one year. but just before two days they stoped this plan without any notification. i contact reliance web world but they didnt replied properly. How can they stop my plan before the 5 monthswith out any notification ?
wat i do? where do i complain...

reliance not online refile & very very bad site they hv not include mumbai circle

my complain against facilities provide by relliance, , , number of issue we are facing are as ..
1 . there website is not updated as in their site they hv not mention mumbai or maharastra circle so that u cann't registered any complain or know about tariif .
2 No online facilities for refill .
3 every day then send more than 50 promotional SMS & call despite complaint against several time they hv not take any...

Disconnection of calls

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have taken a post-paid GSM connection of Reliance Communication, from your outlet Lata Communication, Bavdhan, PUNE 411023. My number was activated from 17.Jul.09. The services ( outgoing/incomming) to the subject number were barred after one/two days without giving me prior information. No action taken even after 3 months

This is unbeleivable. How much i can be patient. After more than 15 mails, more than 100 calls, more than 15 visits nothing has happened even after 3 months.
If this is the way a customer is treated then please take some appropriate action against the people concerned.I bought the device 3 months back and my details were wrongly entered by a reliance webworld employee(he swapped my data card with another guy).I followed to get it corrected...

Wrong Internet Billing

I am a customer Of Reliance Net Connect Broadband+. I have a plan of 1099 Day/Night and with that I have addon of +199. According to that I have 10 GB at night usage.
