respected sir/madam,
I went to a Reliance Customer Care Service Center and and asked them to upgrade my postpaid connection with I.S.D facility so that i can make I.S.D calls.They asked me to pay a cash deposit of Rs.1000 to upgrade my connection.I paid them the money on 21/07/2009, along with the filled in application form and i was told that my connection will be facilitated with I.S.D facility within 2 days.But today is 25/07/2009...

bad network service

hello,
i am using reliance 650 calling card past 1 month which give 75paise std and free night talk from 11:00 pm to 6:00am to any reliance mobile in india.when i call through calling card it only says "your call could not be complete, please try later".And never i get benifit in night talk it says "all route are busy plz try later".i contact several times to CC but they say only "there is some network problem...

deactivation of connection without information and knowledge of customer

Dear service provider,

Is somebody caring for my complaint or it is simply roaming in air. What is the deadline fixed by you for solving/attending the complaint( it is almost a month since my connection is deactivated). It seems that you are simply befooling the customer and doing nothing else.

If somebody is hearing please do something to restore my complaint.

Cheating by giving false commitment

I had a relience data card which I had purchased by giving INR3500 in June'09. Unfortunately, I lost the same. When I contacted customer care they didn't obliged of my lost data card. They said you have to get a new card. So I did the same and procured a new card paying again INR 3500 in July'09. Without Connecting Charges Call rates

Many times when we call another person without Connected Call charge will deduct from my balance amount. It is more painfull when we are roaming. I also want to Stop my Caller Tune and accordingly Stop monthly deduction of amount of Rs 30 PM but their is provision for that...

Folio Consolidation

I had submitted an application for consolidating two of my Folios on 2nd July'09. Till date there is no action or any response to my application. When I call the customer care they speak like individuals and not as an organization, evertime I call them to clarify they come out with some reasons and tell me a place a request to change that, change this, but without giving proper reason for not consolidating.

It is frustrating...

Poor signal for Reliance GSM

With the hype of the new Reliance GSM, i've taken a SIM card in Mehrauli, Delhi. It has a very poor indoor signal problem. The customer care don't seem to bother about this matter, even though i've complained several times. They just seem to close the case with no background check. Please make sure that customer care is involved completely to find out about this matter....

GPRS service very poor

i had recharge my number by 303/- for gprs conection on 24 june 09...it works well till 10 july, since then i am not getting gprs connection from relaince GSM...i have contact several times to customer care and lodge the complaint[protected]...from the same number...but till date no any action even a single information has been received from companey...my gprs validity is going to expire soon, without using full sactisfatory service...br...

Getting charged for free services

I bought a Reliance post paid mobile connection ([protected]) on 4th july 2009. I took a 995 plan under which calls made to all reliance numbers are free. To my surprise I got a call from reliance stating that my plan is 770, so after much of protest they accepted their fault and changed my plan to the original 995 plan. After that whenever I use to make a free call I got a SMS from them that my usage is high and that I should pay money for...

Regarding bad Network in U.P East All Time

hello, i am ravi shankar from Renukoot disst:-sonebhadra UP East i am using reliance CDMA service in Renukoot, Obra, and Robertsganj and UP East region. I have more than 10 connection of RIM.
My problem is begining since 5 days and i can say it's problem begin when i start using RIM, it's not my individual problem but all my friend & Relatives those using RIM.Your network is fully down in this (Renukoot, Obra, and Robertsganj)...
