I had a relience data card which I had purchased by giving INR3500 in June'09. Unfortunately, I lost the same. When I contacted customer care they didn't obliged of my lost data card. They said you have to get a new card. So I did the same and procured a new card paying again INR 3500 in July'09. Now they are making me wondering for last 15 days to get it activated & thereby they are charging me with the bill which I had not used. I am really now in mental trauma. I had lost my all patience now. I don't know when/where I will get a justice. I am surprised that there is no reponse of the company towards the customer worries.
Please suggest me what I will do.

    This is bring your kind notice that I purchased reliance net connect prepaid number on July 6, 2009 and from that date till this date I am not able to activate my reliance net connect connection.

    This is the one of the worst experience with reliance as after much calls by me and promises and deadlines by both your reliance customer care guys and web world (Indirapuram) and moreover there nodal officer also did not have time to respond to the mails, now I am forced to believe that this company is not at all interested in customer service.

    Earlier I was using the very same data card with my reliance net connect postpaid no and which I discontinued in November 2008 and now I have taken prepaid number but when I try to activate the connection it states after choosing language options that this connection could not be activated please contact reliance customer care it does not even allow me to enter pin to activate the connection.

    The type of service reliance offers to customers i makes the customer cry.
    Could you believe they took 20 days and problem is resolved and funny thing is that every time you call their webworld they wont remember what complaint you made
    Never Never take reliance connection.

        I HAVE SIP WITH RMF FOR RMF EQ. OPP FUND GR SCHEME. THE SIP WAS STARTED IN THE MONTH OF 22/09/2008 FOR WHICH A GIVE CHEQUE ON ICICI BANK BEARING NO. 436674. WITH SIP DATE OF 2ND OF EVERY MONTH, THE ACTUAL AUTO DEBIT FACILITY WAS STARTED FROM NOV/2008. IN THE MONTH OF NOV/2008 MY BANK A/C WAS DEBITED WITH Rs.2000=00 ON 2ND NOV. AND CREDITED BACK.

        i have done a relice sip in last sep the person has taken the cheque only a 1000 rs intially was dedducted and after tht there was no deduction...i tried reching ur agents the person who has given this but there was no proper response iwould like ti continue with tht plz help me in doing the continuation.

          Many times when we call another person without Connected Call charge will deduct from my balance amount. It is more painfull when we are roaming. I also want to Stop my Caller Tune and accordingly Stop monthly deduction of amount of Rs 30 PM but their is provision for that
          I also agree on this issue that there are many times we have cross connection in Siliguri..

          and money is deducted from my account. Also this is with my friends too.They all have the same problem.
          And when we complain they say its just a netwrok problem sir it will be solved in few days.And it never really gets solved...

              Hi,

              I am from Andheri, Mumbai.

              I lost my sim and want a new sim with my old number.

              I went to reliance world and they told me new sim is out of stock.

              I went to few more reliance world shops all of them are telling same thing "out of stock"

              The thing is the local mobile shops or reliance communication shops (not reliance web world) buys all the available reliance blank sim from reliance web world and sell them with including their profit which is 50%.

              A blank sim comes in 100 INR and they (local retailer) sell it in 150 INR and dont give the bill.

              Kindly look into this matter.

              first you by a blank sim. second by a (hscc) card means>...this card change the your old number on a new hendset.then fallow the few steps on your hscc card.if your old number is lost then contact costumar care.sorry bhai
              Even I lost ma cell and now I am finding hard time to get a duplicate Sim. Reliance Web World guys jus giving a simple reply that they are out of stock of SIM's and takes their hands off. Its so pathetic that they dnt even try to take any action to help their customer. WE seriously require someone to look into this matter.
              Today I also face this problem today I call to customer care she told me that the new rate of blank sim is Rs.25/- and in Shahibaug, Ahmedabad Reliance web world Ms. Lalita told me that you have pay Rs. 190/- for blank sim.

              So the communication of reliance is very poor and they are just want to cheat the customer.

                I had submitted an application for consolidating two of my Folios on 2nd July'09. Till date there is no action or any response to my application. When I call the customer care they speak like individuals and not as an organization, evertime I call them to clarify they come out with some reasons and tell me a place a request to change that, change this, but without giving proper reason for not consolidating.

                It is frustrating that an organization like Reliance Mutal Fund is behaving so unprofessionally.

                  With the hype of the new Reliance GSM, i've taken a SIM card in Mehrauli, Delhi. It has a very poor indoor signal problem. The customer care don't seem to bother about this matter, even though i've complained several times. They just seem to close the case with no background check. Please make sure that customer care is involved completely to find out about this matter.

                    i had recharge my number by 303/- for gprs conection on 24 june 09...it works well till 10 july, since then i am not getting gprs connection from relaince GSM...i have contact several times to customer care and lodge the complaint[protected]...from the same number...but till date no any action even a single information has been received from companey...my gprs validity is going to expire soon, without using full sactisfatory service...
                    so reliance should rectify the complaint soon and how much days they have done delay...they must give me validity for gprs for 15 days more...

                    Reliance GSM Service — service is very poor

                    i m a user of Reliance Smart GSM mobile.
                    i m facing a lot of problem in my connection and also
                    with my family's phone no's.
                    some times it gives the error in network connrction.
                    no responce,
                    and some times my mobile is free and when my family calls
                    me it say customer is busy at other calls.
                    and it appears for many hours.

                    when i chnage my smart tone*(hello tone) it did not activated at time always,
                    while charges is cut of dailly.and if we camm at customer care
                    customer care excutive did not give proper resolution and did not handled with care.
                    and also they also cut the calls in the midd of talk.

                    Dear Mr. Deka,
                    Through this mail i would like to draw your attention towards the most pathetic mobile service provided by Reliance in Shillong city.In fact, Relaince becomes most unrelaible when it is needed most. Most of the time the network signal vanishes for hours together, at times the SMS service is down, and very interestingly the, mobile phone shows that "message sending failed" and the other party recives it, while the sender on his end keeps on trying to send the SMS while the other party recives the same message innumerable times, at times we, do not get the delivery reports.
                    Not, on only this the reliance subscriber have to dial quite many number of times to get through the so called "Customer Care" who when complained of all this have the stereotype answer of "Sir, we have have taken note of your complain and it will be forwarded to the concerned department." or "Sir, there is temporary congesation in the network, kindly bear with us."
                    It has become really trouble some to keep on dialing to get through, let alone to other networks but it is equally difficult to get through relaince subscribers, of 98631/32/33. and the answer is "Network busy"
                    Sir, we being consumers are charged for late payment of the bills, can you expalin why charges are levied when for hours services are not available.
                    If you remember i had spoken to you over the phone a number of times and you assured me that thing will be rectified as "Work is in progress to reduce the congesation" and the same will be fine in a matter of 10-15 days but, again a month has elapsed.
                    I have few questions and expect reply of the same from you end"
                    1. Why the relaince customers are taken for granted?
                    2. Why charges are levied when services are not provided?
                    3. What is being done to rectify the problem?
                    4. Why you are so prompt in calling up the consumers and stating their bill status and lethergic in rectifying the customers complain?
                    5. Why the customer care is so difficult to get through?
                    6.Why the call drop rate is so high?
                    7.Why most of the time the customer have to take pain in hearing the other party when you say you are providing digital clairty?
                    8. What is being done to rectify the problem?
                    I am a Reliance GSM consumer. I donot understand what type of RELIANCE GSM SERVICE? its very very poor service in Assam. my complian- voice clearity is not good, network is every time up & down. We are very engry of RELIANCE GSM SERVICE. I am so upset of your service.
                    Repeated complain regarding unauthorised deduction from my balance has yeilded no results. I as well as the persons available in the Customer Care Centre ([protected]) could not trace the reasons for unauthorised deduction from my available balance.                     Reliance GSM (Smart) — Poor GPRS Connectivity

                    I am using Reliance GSM (Smart) mobile and I decide to get their GPRS service...I have pay 303/- to use this service..but till I have got a very poor performance from server..while calling Customer care they used to say that my complian would be forword to their control panel but till no proper step is taken...

                    Aisa keval aap k saath hi nahi, almost sabhi customers k saath ho raha hai(par kuch anjaan bane baithe hai kyonki unhe pata hi nahi ki unka balance deduct ho gaya hai)

                    Aap reliance company walo ko phone kijiye aur apni problem phir se dicuss kijiye, lekin is baar recording karte hue...
                    Phir bhi agar yeh refund na kare, toh aap consumer court mein inke khilaaf case kar k in se minimum Rs50000 ka claim kar sakte hai(atleast itne toh mil hi jayenge, agar jyada ka kare toh aur bhi badiya)

                    Humare saath bhi yehi hua hai aur hum ne apne waqeel se is baare mein baat ki, aur un se kaha ki aap humari tarah se pura case handle kijiye aur jitne bhi Rupees aate hai, un mein se hume keval Rs 30 ka recharge karwa dena aur baaki ka amount aap ki fees...
                    itna kehte hi woh maan gaye aur Rs 100000 ka claim karne k liye puri file ready kar di hai, ab ek do din mein file bhi kar denge...
                    Main reliance GSM prepaid ka UP west ka customer hun & Date 04-11-09 ko mera account balance Rs. 118.73 tha . Sirf 5 call ke bad mera balance Rs.106.22 ho gaya. Jab maine 1.30 Pm par customer care se is bare men jankari mangi to unhone yea kah kar tal diya ki abhi apke account ki puri jankari show nahin ho pa rahi hai 1/2 hour bad bath karen. Phir maine 07:00 Pm par customer care se bat ki yo phir same reply mila. Iske bad net day jab maine 08:00 AM par bat ki to unhone
                    ye kaha ki aapka 04-11-09 ki opening balance 108.73 tha. Jab maine koi call nahin ki & na to koi

                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                    My relince number is [protected] but not working.
                    My problem detail as below:
                    1. 20Feb. 2011, I sent a sms on 1900 for portability.
                    2. contacted with relince retailer for new sim.
                    3. Received new SIM card and deposited my CIF.
                    4. 25 Feb. 2011, My number was deactivated by vodafone but not activated by relince gsm till 6 march 2011.
                    5. 6 march2011, relince was activated my SIM but again barred my services from 17 march 2011 to till time.
                    6. when , I contacted with relince, they replied that I had not deposited my documents and sent me a list of various mobilestores.
                    7. To day(8/4/2011), I have deposited my documents(CIF) third time detailed as:

                      I bought a Reliance post paid mobile connection ([protected]) on 4th july 2009. I took a 995 plan under which calls made to all reliance numbers are free. To my surprise I got a call from reliance stating that my plan is 770, so after much of protest they accepted their fault and changed my plan to the original 995 plan. After that whenever I use to make a free call I got a SMS from them that my usage is high and that I should pay money for the calls which are suppose to be free. Even though the calls were freee I paid Rs1000 on their assurance that the issue will be solved within 1-2 days. To my surprise I still get SMS for high usage and the customer care is helpless as ever, I also went to the Reliance Web World shop but was of no use.
                      Now they are asking me to pay more for the calls which are free.
                      I am really harassed because of this behaviour of Reliance Mobile and on top of that they claim to be number 1 service brand in India. I hope there is some ombudsman for this.
                      What I understand is that bad customer service is a perennial problem with the company. Please take appropriate actions and save the consumers from facing the agony caused the mobile czar.

                        "This is to bring into your consideration that i have been experiencing unaccountable, disgusting, totally unprofessional, irresponsible behaviour at Reliance World Ludhiana located on Mall Road.

                        The owner and employees here are totally irresponsible. It is all because of them that the outgoing calls from my Number has been barred.They didnot submit my documents on time and this led to the barred outgoing calls.I submitted to them my voter ID Card and passport size photograph at the time I bought the SIM Card for New Prepaid Connection for Rupees Hundered.But what they did with those documents is really unaccountable.They say that they dispatched the documents late but they have no reason to justify it. The Outgoing call service from my No. is barred since 4 days(more than 96 hours).I am visiting them twice daily so that outgoing calls can be activated on my Number. Each day I go there they say that "Problem will be solved today and the outgoing calls will be activated by evening of the same day, but this has become a continuous routine of theirs since four days.

                        The name of the attending lady at Reliance World is Miss/Mrs. Shivani.Who also said that it was because of her that the document were sent late.

                        I have seen and felt that they have no concern and courtesy for the problems being faced by the consumers, at no fault of theirs(consumer).

                        I also did talk to customer care at *369 with Mr. Upendra Srivastav at Mohali and lodged the complaint there with my Complaint Number as[protected].

                        I ask you to activate the outgoing calls on my Number and take proper action against those irresponsible persons. My prepaid number belongs to Punjab Circle.The mobile no.for which I am facing problem is -[protected] and its registration no.at the back of sim is - RECRSC[protected].

                        I am also going to file this complaint at Consumer Forum and discuss in blogs to let it know as many people I can.

                        In the morning I called customer care; the representative states that your documents are not verified, and the services would be restored as soon as the documents reach to them.

                        The verification has not been done from your end why should the customer suffer. The fault is from your end and I am not responsible for this blunder.

                            I have been using Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ card and facing tremendous frustration about poor speed it provides. I have lodged complaint about this several times (at least 10 times) in reliance customer care, and response is very gloomy also they actually do not care about customer satisfaction and care about only extracting money from consumers. Also they only assist about asking for bills not for complaints that i lodge. Every time I complain they assure me that the problem will be solved and no assistance is given. And they proudly promise you that you will be getting speed 20 to 40 Kbps but actually gives 0.01 Kbps. And boast themselves as INDIA'S NO. 1 SERVICE BRAND. I guess the company cares about only one thing that is extracting money from consumers thats it.

                              a few days ago i had my mobile no [protected] topped up with an amount of Rs 200/- i got a message saying your account has been credited with Rs 0.02 and amount payable is Rs 200/- i was very surprised and after a very long awaiting hold i got in touch with the customer care person who told me that you have been credited with validity of 30 days and he can do no other help to me accept giving that much detail. The number i am using is having a lifetime incoming scheme. I am greatly disappointed to know that a person having a lifetime incoming scheme is again credited with 30 days validity for an amount of Rs 200/- and having a talktime of only Rs 0.02

                                I have booked a reliance Hi speed Netconnect X1 online with Receipt No: 2360, Foam No. [protected], Dt[protected] at VIRTI INFOCOME PVT LTD (Reliance authorized agent) Mumbai branch (Code. [protected]), and connection not yet activated.I have received the Modem in 3 hours after online request. I called them several time in 3 days on Mumbai Agents numbers [protected].& [protected] No response from their end.                                 Please let me know why so much delay from their part ? I found that the connection is activated and it required 9 digit pin to activate my modem. This fact is not known till I contact the reliance world at Andheri, Those who provided / supplied the the Modem not provided the information of requirement of pin. They are Just Provided the LG modem LXU-800 They took the money and went. To day is 8th day and problem is still at large. Now I have done STD called to NOIDA-(U.P.) on numbers[protected] to Mr. Jegdesh Singh and Rajesh Devadi. First person promised information will be passed in 15 min and he noted my contact number second person said he will provide the information in 2 hrs time. now time is 18.30 no one is available to attend my call.

Now my mobile is showing “SIM CARD REJECTED”. so I contacted to customer care at *333 . he told me to contact reliance gallery .i contacted reliance gallery at station plaza bhandup Mumbai (w). there R. gallery customer care told me your SIM CARD is damaged, so you need to replace your SIM Card by duplicate SIM card and charge for duplicate SIM card is Rs.100/- .i questioned him while in market Reliance SIM card is available free of cost why should I pay for Rs.100 for duplicate, he is answer less at last he told me it is company policy.
                                  Sir my question is without any physical damage how my SIM card is damaged? My mobile is showing SIM Card Rejected. it seem Reliance Company in making public fool.

                                  i am holding connection number[protected], my freind have so many connection, my rim number is [protected], we have other gsm connection in our family members name, but with heavy heart, we have to say that company is fircing us to give up the connection despite several reminders from here to rectify the postion. Since my joining at this place, i have always observed termination of signal for five to six days, presently it is not availaible in district of Pakur and Sahibganj since last 15 days in Jan.2010, but comany is extremly showing his irresponsible attitude, hoaxing only that problem will be eliminated soon or perhaps company is not interested in this buisness.

                                    it is regretfully stated that your Customer Care Executives are least bothered about the feeling of their customers. They misguide the customers and as a result the customers have to suffer.
                                    On 16th July I got a message about the revewal of Love Tips Subscription. So far I know I had never subscribed for such package. Even then in order to conform I talked to CCE who informed me that there is no such service activated on my mobile number and assured me that no amount will be deducted from my account. But when on 18th july I got the message that Rs. 30 have been deducted from my account, I once again talked to CCE named Anita who told me that this service is continued since May 19. If the service was activated for the last the tree months I should have been intimated about it so that I could do something in this regard.
                                    Now let me know whom shuold I trust? Ms Anita wanted to know the name of the CCE whom i had talked to, but I have forgotten the name? Had i known the name of that executive what action would have been taken against her.
                                    I wish that you would heed to my complain and refund me the amount and deactivate the love tips package.

                                      I took a Reliance Net Connection No. [protected]


                                      Due to personal reasons I decided to close the connection and lodged a request at the customer service on 15th February, 09, request no. 89160339 to stop the connection and I was promised that I would be billed till that day and not for the entire billing period.

                                      But my connection was not stopped and I was billed for the entire month. I then went to the sodepur reliance world and I was told that my request is in process and it would be adjusted.

                                      One month passed and still when my connection was not disconnected I was forced to again lodge a request on 14th March '09 and spoke with Prabir & Debashish with request no. 91876596 telling why they are delaying for closing my connection and keeping on charging me.

                                      I was billed for the following periods.

                                      [protected] to[protected]

                                      Total amount billed Rs 1133 .


                                      When I wanted to close the connection in the month of February it was not done and My connection was closed in the month of April. Why should I pay for their negligence .

                                      Even after that I have been constantly harassed by people over phone and a person also visited my residence in my absence and now a advocate letter has been send to me that if I don't pay the bill I would be initiated suitable legal proceedings against me.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                                        I was a subscriber of Reliance Broadband, for their wimax connection with cousuner number[protected] in bangalore .

                                        For months I faced lot of difficulty with their pathetic speed and harassment from their collections department for payment of bills.

                                        I have following complaints against them
                                        1. My speed was very low. I had taken 300kbps and I used to get download speed of les than 10kpbs. I had several complaints without any result.
                                        2. I used to get call for payment of bills from 15 of everymonth for a bill which had due date of 1 or 2 the next month.

                                        Fed up with their service I asked for immediate termination of service, for which they had given me complaint ids[protected],[protected].I had asked for termination before 21-May-2009.

                                        After that they didn't collect the Modem and antenna from my place for some days. After making calls to them they came and collected on 05-Jun-2009 with reciept.

                                        Now they are harassing me for the payment of one month of broadband charges June), without me using their serivices for single min during that time. I didnt even login to their services.

                                        Initially they said, there will not be any charges since the delay is from their side to take the Modem and antenna and now they are harassing me for payment of on full month.

                                        Kindly look into the matter, as I am facing harrassment from their calls and mails.
