I have purchased reliance net connect hi-speed 1x usb modem (model lxu800) for Rs.2500/- inclusive of activation charged. They have told Ist one month free for download and the speed will be good. But while browsing internet the speed of the internet was very very slow( un tolerable) . down loads are in 0.282bytes/sec. We have to wait for a very long time to open a web page. I am thinking of surrender the usb modem if it is not improved.

net conect x1 — no network

I used the net conect in Modinagar (West UP). Now I am living in Reckong peo (Himachal Pradesh).there is no network.Tell me if ther is any network.

I have bought reliance netconnect hi speed 1x no.[protected].its speed written on the box is 153.6kbps. but actually its speed is very slow about 5--6kbps. it takes a lot of time to open a
site and downloding contents . its speed is also less than airtel and other internets on mobile . it is completely cheating to the customers.speed is very slow and prices are very high.you should give a good speed to the users.60-90kbps please increase its speed.

i have bought reliance netconnect HI-SPEED1X no [protected].of Rs.16000 and written speed on pack ia153.6kbps but actually its speed is 5-6kbpsand less than it .itis cheating to the customers.
so its should be increased upto 40-60kbps.

reliance netconnect hi-speed 1x — for slow speed

i have buy one reliance netconnect hi-speed 1X of rupees /1500. i have activate card but the speed of internet is very very very very very slow

I would like to know why the reliance hi-speed 1x module exchange offer has not been brought into action in West Bengal (DARJEELING)? Like all the customers from all over India, they have been given an opportunity to have something better than this series module in exchange, I think the people of this district should also be granted this opportunity since the x1 module has proven to be a waste of money specially for students and leading towards decreasing trust in this network.So, I being a faithful reliance network customer would appretiate if you would work out this problem of low net connections in the hilly region of DARJEELING or arrange an exchange offer for a newer module version like all the people from the other states have benifitted from.On behalf of all the reliance netconnect x1 users we would be greatful.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I had requested for termination of my Reliance data card connection (Data card number [protected]; Account Number [protected]) in the month of March, for which I was given a request number[protected]. I took this request number and went to the closest web world in Ameerpet and filled up a form on 8th May 2009 and paid all pending dues which amounted to Rs.937.00

    I was told that my data card was terminated. Again after all this, i receive a bill for Rs. 497.

    I called customer care and gave a complaint about the same issue and get a request number 9980637.

    Despite all this, my complaint wasnt followed up. And i received another bill for Rs.1263 for payment before 10th July.

    I instantly went to web world, got the photocopy of the deactivation form that i had filled in. I called customer care about the same.

    But again i have received another bill for Rs.1504/- which has been preceded by unpteen calls and visits from Billing agents, to whom i have even shown the photo-copy of the deactivation form.

    I really dont understand what the priority care of Reliance is doing.

    It would really help if somebody can bring them to task.

    I have noticed that there are several such complaints on your website about the callous mistakes made by Reliance billing.

      Dear sir,
      I have lost my handset, Cell No. – [protected]. When I approached your office at Pimpri, Pune – 17 to request them to deactivate the services urgently to avoid misuse of the said number. To my surprise the employee at that time straightway refused to deactivate for want of copy of FIR from Police.
      This type of behavior and action is highly objectionable and unwanted since the customer who has lost his handset is sufficiently embraced with anxiety and further monitory loss of the outgoing calls during the delayed period of inaction.
      Here I would like to suggest you to verify the identity of the customer who complaints and immediately deactivate the cell no. This should be the proper procedure in the interest of the company and customers. Kindly inform to your all centers.
      Now I request you to deactivate my cell no immediately otherwise I will not be responsible for the outgoing calls made after 15.00 hours on 27-07-09.

      May I like to draw your benevolent notice towards that I am customer of Reliance communication (Subscriber, Mobile no-[protected]) since last 6 months (approx.).This SIM is causing some technical setback, i.e., note displayed on hand-set’ screen that 44.3 h error, whenever I inserted the in my Phone from very first day & I had logged several complaint/request regarding the same. Unfortunately no action taken. I made two recharge of- RS 48 & 50 on 04/12/09. Once I put Reliance SIM, I realized that the amount was not credited to A/C and it also reflects a text message –SIM registration failed. It was so awful for me. Hereafter I contacted to costumer support team. They informed me that my some document is misplaced by the department & you have to visit any Authorized Reliance outlet to deposit the lost paper. They also guided me by doing this your SIM will be reactivated within half an hour. I appealed them to provide me the request/ref no. but they denied and scold me persistently. I visited outlet unwillingly one day later. Executives put a new theory there that as I had not exercised SIM past 15 days so we restricted the service on my SIM. It sounds very illogical.
      In my opinion, they are not costumer assistance Cell, infact this should be called a costumer harassing cell. I am apologetic to make comment on this it is so because I am extremely discontented with revert back. Its throw wrong image of company to common-men.
      Please get the needful done at the earliest so that I may able to avail the service.

      Reliance Mobile — network failure thrice in a month

      mostlly it hv seen that call failure during call...but in this reliance network i m highly surprise if this network failed thrice in a month and for a very-2 long time...up to 24 hrs.they are proving this on behalf of a leeding telecommunication compney in india.plz try to controll these situations.todays life style we are very much depend on the mobile and in case of emergency what should we do,just tell me if any governing body is in the existance over these compneys.please help not only me even those peoples...citizen of this country...

      I Bimlesh kumar yadav reliance no [protected].i have been using data net pack. which was recharge for one month from 9 aug 11 to 9 sep 11.i have recharge with Rs 100 on 5 sep 11. On 7sept 11 they deducted 120 from my balance. i have register complain with no[protected].they say it was deducted for net surfing. i again resister complain, no[protected], but reply again is same. even thier 198 and *333 customer care is not taking call. on 9 sept i again recharge net pack with RS100 and talktime with RS 50. again they deducted RS 43 from main balance .

        Dear Team,

        My name is Bheru Lal Mali I am a resident of Bhilwara . On 1 June 2007, i bought one reliance mobile the account number of which is [protected]. Since it was long back i don’t remember the phone number. Since it was the miscommitment of charges which i got to know with the first bill. I surrendered the Sim and number with the due payment to authorized distributor of reliance communications on 27 July 2007. Now recently i Got the call from Delhi Police stating that a case has been filed against me for non payment of the dues of that number and the number is still running. When contacted to the authorized dealer to whom i have surrendered the sim, they are not giving me any response.



        Now the Question is why I should be paying the Bill amount. I that is only monthly rent since the number was not used. And I am getting mental tensions by such police calls, they have even threatened me to arrest for the same.

          I am holding a netconnect broadband+ account no.: [protected]

          I was on a 10GB city wide plan. as I thought i would exceed by 10 GB limit i called up customer care and asked do you have an add on option..to which i was suggested that I can get a 10 GB night add on plan and my total bill would be Rs. 1298

          I was also informed that for the new 10GB night plan I would only get the applicable usage on pro rata basis...but was never informed that the plan I already am having(10GB city wide) will be terminated and a new plan would be set in...no information...no warning...I had even asked the guy what my current usage was and he told me its some 4GB..

          .if i had known i would be paying some extra 7K for this purported change of plan would i not have bought a new connection...

          Now when I get my bill I am told your previous plan of 10Gb got terminated on 29th june...as there was change of plan and not and add on plan as told by the customer care agent... and as you had used more than the pro rata at that time you will be charged some INR 6700 for it...Now what the heck is this


          1. If i my earlier plan was terminated why was I not informed by the customer care agent...

          2. The 10 GB night plan appeared as an add on pack till june(on the rconnect website) now there is no such plan so you guys start cheating customers by telling them they had changed plan...

          3. as far as my bill is concerned by peak time usage is around 9.7 GB(for the period 25th june to 25 july) and off peak usage is 7.5 so it should be considered within limits.

          4. If you are changing rules, like turning add on packages to package change, are you not supposed to inform the customer.

          5. you guys must be out of your minds to think i would be paying 8000 rs for using 9.7 GB(peak) and 7.5GB(off peak) during the month when my total allowed usage is 20GB.

          Reliance Broadnet — Wrongly charged for usage

          Reliance broadnet was installed at my house on 4th april. the plan opted was 299 which offered 1gb of data transfer and free call worth 50rs. addtional usuage was 90 paisa per MB. The phone connection was blocked on 16th april. customer care informed to pay 9000rs as credit limit was exceeded. Just imagine Rs 9000 for 12 day usage. on seeing the details it was observed data downloaded was 1.5gb (actually i have downloaded about 500-600mb) and 8.5 gb of data upload. 8.5 gb of data upload which is impossible as i have not uploaded any files. The bill also mentions that their was data transfer of 3 gb immediately after the instaaltion of broadnet at my house. on callin customer care they say that you have to pay the amount as its your usuage.

          Reliance broadnet is a company opened by Anil Ambani just to create hype & he want to keep his finger in every field but doesn't care of the service.
          Same is the case with Reliance Mobile, if you call customer care you will not understand whether they are talking English or Hindi or Greek or Latin.The only way they are trying to capture market is by offering low callrates & people are getting into this mess with out knowledge of their service.
          Reliance money is one more from his group which though has max. no. of accounts is not having good trading platform tilldate even after one year of its opening. There is no portfolio option till date.Atleast customer service is better there (might be afraid of getting banned bcoz of strict regulations of SEBI). We need to have such a regulator for Telecom & Broadband companies as well.
          I have suffered a lot being customer of all these 3 companies.First was Reliance Mobile, terminated the service with in 2 months & next was Reliance Money, still continuing this as the service was good & charges are very low, but a person with sound knowledge on brokerages will still advice to avoid this RelianceMoney bcoz of the complex rules it has on intraday trading (as Many customers lost lakhs of rupees in trading with out understading about this litigations.I was a bit cautious & hence didnt went far in intraday trading.)Otherwise its ok.
          And 3rd was the Reliance broadnet which I had suffered from day One. I was not able to get even connected for few days.When called the technician(I made him a frend like with my charm) he said I cant get connected due to the heavy traffic in the evening times & if I go for static IP that will not be an issue.But I lost all my confidence on this company by then, I wanted to test b4 going for a static IP & when browsed it in the morning times, it was like a normal 256kbps speed though my plan was 1MBPS.Hence I decided to disconnect that as I will never be able to use this internet in the evening times which is must for me & in the mornings will get only low speed but not 1MBPS as promised.
          Reliance broadnet was installed at my house around 12th of May, 2008. the plan opted was 249 which offered 1gb of data transfer and free call worth 50rs. additional usage was 90 paisa per MB. It was communicated to me that if I will subscribe any one STD Landline no. for maximum usage then I have to pay additional 50 Rs. and the call charges will be 40 Paise per minute on that particular no., but when I inquired about the same through customer care, they straight a way refused, It was also communicated to me that there will be no charge for surfing net, only I have to pay, when I would be uploading or downloading the data. Which is again wrong information. so I have made stop payment and the same day connection was disconnected (Net as well phone line) from that day I am trying to get in touch with Reliance people, but no one interested to resolve the issue.

          This is simply the worst ISP I have ever seen...I opted for 75 KB(b?)ps unlimited plan(Plan - 400).When the sales representative came for collecting the broadband application form and installation they convinced me that the download speed would be 75 KB...But to my utter dismay I discovered that my download speed is not crossing even 10 KB.After that I made several complaints to the customer care but they did not seem to provide me any help...(make sure when you call their customer care be prepared that they are not there to serve you and will make only matters worse and do not pay any heed to your problem)...firstly they told me tht the server is temporarily down and will be solved in 2 days.After somedays when I called back again they told that my download speed is as per the proposed speed as they mentioned a speed of 75kbps and not 75 KBps(Note : 1KBps<kilo Byte/sec> = 9.2~kbps<kilo bit/sec>).I was quite amused.If I get only 9 KBps why should I opt for a broadband...they are clearly cheating the customers by giving false information...so anyone opting for Reliance Broadnet just a word of caution for them...never waste money for a broadband connection which is not even worthy of competing with normal dialup...
          I use my Coolpad phone to connect internet! when connected to my desktop it shows 460kbps speed and on laptop it shows only 28kbps speed!

          There is speed diff there!! how to have the same speed on laptop which I get on Desktop

          Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ — Wrongly Billed for Usage

          I am a Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ user. I have been wrongly charged for the usage time for last three bills. For two bills I got the waiver but for the current bill I have been told that the generated bill is correct and no waiver will be given. I had made a complaint 4 times and even visited the Reliance head office in Pune fot the same and I was told that the bill is actually not correct. But still I have not got any waiver and nobody is even trying to look into the matter. I have valid proof to show that the generated bill is wrong. Please help me out so that I get the correct bill from the next time. May be possibe that many people are getting the wrong bill as there is a serious error in there system itself.
          I have told them about this problem but it doesn't looks that anyone is concerned to correct this problem.

          Reliance Netconnect — Wrongly charged and bad customer care support.

          I started using Reliance Netconnect only 2.5 months back. I bought an wireless device for 3500 bucks subscribing to [protected]@Night plan. till now 2 bills are generated from 5 May 09 to 5 June 09 and 5 June 09 to 5 July 09. In both the bills, they have charged me wrongly by almost double the price. I stopped paying the bill. As a result, My service is barred. Its almost 3 weeks that I have used my internet.

          When I called the customer care for support and clearance of wrongly charged dues, they are not providing any satisfactory support. All the time, they tell you that "you will get a call in next two days". But these 2 days will never come.

          Reliance Netconnect — Wrongly Charged In Bill

          My Reliance netconnect No. is [protected] in the Name of Himanshu Kumar Bairoliya. I have made complain on 28th September 2009 on the subject that my bill amount has been wrongly charged. As my plan is 3 gb in day time and 10 gb in night time. As per the usage log of my account given on reliance netconnect website my usage has not been exceeded nither during day time nor during night time. Then also my bill is reflecting more than the plan value. After complaining so many times at customer care center and by sending email also my complaint has not been solved. They said that they have given me the discount of 1800Rs. but still Rs1000 is extra charged without any reason. I questioned them when my usage has not been exceeded then the plan value then why am i being charged, they have no answer for this. At last they said that we have given you 1800 Rs. disount and now we cant take down complain., This is how Reliance Industries is being runned.

          I am using reliance broadband75kb PLAN
          The line speed is very low and not staedy.While using automatically and frequently the line was disconnecting(CUT-OFF) many times informed to the agent(Satheesh trading -Ethamozhly road-Kottar-Nagercoil).Their technician came and inspected.Initially they given the modem was (BILLION) after that they replaced other one-same BILLION.Yesterday I went personally asked yearlier I was used the modem (ZTE) that was no complaint as per my request they given the ZTE modem now no cut-off complaint but the line speed is very very low,Moreover I am getting the download speed transfer rate(4to5kb)only.
          The above technician while checking he noticed and told "we will inform to the reliance and do the needful"still no action

          Two months back I bought your nettconnect modem that was hopeless result so I took again the landline broadband connection.

          Kindly arrange for the necessary actions to yearn customer satisfaction.

            This is to inform you that Reliance communications is automatically registering Caller tune subscription with out the knowledge of the customer . & a charge of 30Rs is deducted .
            I had faced this issue 2 times. Both times on my Prepaid connection,
            At 1st time, I noticed that when some one called me, he was hearing reliance official caller tune, that was how I came to know . & when i checked my balance around 30 - 45 Rs was deducted .. Since i was unaware of this it was very late when I complained back.. so they promised to credit back amount on prorata basis ..

            The second time I got a message on my prepaid mobile that I use very rarely( which is almost OFF all the time ) that " Thank you for subscribing to Caller tunes... & u'll be charged Rs 30 / 30 Days..."

            Immedietly I called Customer care to enquire .. many time I was unable to reach the executive on my 6th attempt I got the executive & informed & raised a complaint ... But she was not able to transfer my call to Caller tune dept.. But still she confirms me that, It was accidentally raised for a customer & the whole amount will be credited Back"
            Waiting for the credit - I belive this may be done.. But in case I had not carefully read the message I would have lost some money unnecessarily

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              Credit Limit: Rs 2000
              Un billed usage: Rs 0.


              On 21 July 2009, after contacting web world, they told me that the un billed usage is high and there is a pending amount Rs 9000+, after the payment of which my broadband services will be continued.
              But when i checked the un billed usage, its showing me Rs 0.
              There are few things which are not clear to me.

              1) What does the term "Credit Limit" means?How does it works ?
              2) If my credit limit is Rs 2000, then how could i able to cross the limit(to such an extent !) ?
              3) Shall i considered that it is the fault of the system ? If yes then i m victim of that deficient system due to which the bill has grown to such a amount.
              4) How I m unable to view my unbilled usage ?

              Your earliest response in this respect will be solicited.

              This is to let others know that i have used Reliane Nrtconnect+ and i found that Tata Photon+ provides better service as well as the Upload and Download speed.
              I am fedup with the diconnection of my data card, whenever my Due Date to submit my bill comes near, the same problem happens every time. Although i used to pay my bill always well on time.
              In the begining the network starts showing as Disconnected and when you select the High Speed MOde, it again gots disconnected, which is really very disappointing.
              So, i am writing in the good sake for them who wants good uninterrupted services.

                i ordered a reliance USB data card by phone . one of their sales executive named rani gave me details about the usb internet connection. she said that you get unlimited access for 650/- per month and 50% discount for first two months. i ordered the USB. they stated their requirements of a duplicate bill & address proof. i gave my father's office address. i got it delivered on 07 february'2009 (serial no.:12914) at my brother's residence in paschim vihar . within a month they issued me a bill of rs 1, 050. i immediately called their sales executive mr.kuldeep singh who had sold me the USB. he then asked me to call a person named simran[protected]. she said we will look into the matter. they shut down my net connection within a week of issuance of bill. when i called at their costumer care no.[protected], they said i haven't paid the bill. i told them the whole matter again. yet i got no response .i called their senior executive([protected]). he said i should pay the bill, they will restart my internet and deduct the extra amount next month. so i paid the bill on 20 march 2009. a person named anoop kumar asked me to mail my complain to him . so i mailed him my complain on 19 march'2009. i was again issued a bill 22 march'2009 amounting rs1, 658.18/-. i again called their customer care. they did not respond. i also talked to an executive named sonia dan, she said she will look into the matter. however, my internet was again shut down. when i called simran, she said i will have to pay the bill.these people did not give me any plan details in writing and yet sonia dan asked me to reproduce the written plan details. i told her that no one gave me that. she clearly stated that i will have to pay the bill. i did not pay the bill and i have received a notice from D & A associates about the non payment of bill on 25 july'2009. the whole situation sums up to one thing these people charged me rs 1050 + 1658 = 2708 in 43 days (7 feb'09 to 22 mar'09) . the person who gave me the plan was manish ([protected]). he asked me to pay the initial bill and also that now i will only be issued 650/- per month. i have never seen so much irresponsibility in a company. its such a huge god damn company yet their executives are not able to deal with such simple matters such as this. had anyone looked into the matter right after the first complain no one would have had any problem. however, these bloody fools chose to not look in the matter at its primary stage but drag it to an extent where i had to stop using their services and their useless lawyer could send me useless piece of paper so that i had to spend an entire hour of my working day typing a complain about them here. the conclusion is reliance executives are and they are being paid for sitting on their asses this entire time and bothering their clients who pay them and if they don't (because they issue wrong bills), their lawyer sends you notices. NEVER BUY RELIACE USB.

                  I went to a Reliance Customer Care Service Center and and asked them to upgrade my postpaid connection with I.S.D facility so that i can make I.S.D calls.They asked me to pay a cash deposit of Rs.1000 to upgrade my connection.I paid them the money on 21/07/2009, along with the filled in application form and i was told that my connection will be facilitated with I.S.D facility within 2 days.But today is 25/07/2009 and till date my connection is not facilitated with I.S.D facility, i keep on going to their office everyday, but i am not getting any kind of response from them.I think that they are just fooling around with me, they are just wasting my time and harrasing me as it is not easy for me to go to their office everyday.My phone number is [protected] and it is in the name of Dr. Raben Talukdar.I stay in assam, guwahati and the aforementioned Reliance Customer Care Center is in Survey, Beltola, Guwahati, Assam.I am facing a lot of trouble because of this, please help me.

                  Reliance — False Statements

                  Dear Sir,
                  Reliance executives had made false commitments to me.They have charged more amount. They are also not listening to the problem.
                  This is regarding the Complaint No.[protected] lodged on 2.8.09 regarding non-receipt of

                  Reliance Telecom Bill. Since then I have tried several times to contact your customer care

                  department. I have given them my email id also several times but I am sorry to say that till

                  date I haven’t received the bill yet. On 7.8.09 I contacted Kajori Sengupta, On 10.08.09 Mr.

                  Bibhash Deb, on 11.8.09 Mr. Basab, On 17.8.09 Supervisor. I came to know from the supervisor

                  that the mail has been forwarded to me on 10.8.09 but I am sorry to say again that till date

                  I haven’t received the mail. She again forwarded the same on 17.8.09 while again I failed to

                  receive.

                  On 20.8.09 I contacted Mr. Chandan Sharma, then again Supervisor Poonam Sarkar who said that

                  the mail has been forwarded again.

                  Is this the kind of service you are providing and claim that you are No. 1? Its shameful to

                  say that in more than 20 days time a bill cannot be generated and sent in the same city.

                    Sir, Ankit Khurana reside at MALVIYA NAGAR, Jaipur, Rajasthan applied a broad band connection on 20th june 2009 at your relliance communication, orbit mall, second floor, ajmer road, jaipur office.One of your executive name PREETI RAO came to my house along with new connection form and took all the legal documents, signed form and 500 Rs. cheque (PNB Malivya Nagar Branch) with her on 20th June 2009. & promised me that i 'll get connection in 4-5 Days. Now more than one month has been passed and nor she is responding to me neither she is picking my calls. When i directly connected her in her office seat than she introduced me to the ASM, named VIJAY SINGH. and he commited to gave me the connection in 2 days. but he is also on the Preeti's path. He is not responding me and not picking my calls. When ever i called him from different numbers, he picked and talks very rudely. i am also asking for Subcription ID but he is not giving it to me. I have also complained to his Seniours named- ANAND VERMA ([protected]), AKSHAT SAXENA ([protected]), DILIP[protected]. I ALSO COMPLAINED IN THE CUSTOMER CARE but they all are helpless.

                    Now its my last mail to you. if i will not get any response from your side than i have to reach to the CONSUMER COURT. I HAVE ALL THE PROOF REGARDING MY COMPLAINS AND HARESSMENT.

                      hello,
                      i am using reliance 650 calling card past 1 month which give 75paise std and free night talk from 11:00 pm to 6:00am to any reliance mobile in india.when i call through calling card it only says "your call could not be complete, please try later".And never i get benifit in night talk it says "all route are busy plz try later".i contact several times to CC but they say only "there is some network problem please try later".

                      meri shop ambala city 'hari palace road par hai hamare yaha 1-2 month se rim network se bahut dikkat de raha hai koi hame call kare to no responce batata hai aur call kare to angej tones sunai deti hai
                      I get the same issue "Your call could not be completed". Tried several times over the past week its not just today
                      I also tried to dial several access numbers (local and 800)
                      Does this mean the network is overloaded and we have to try again ?
                      Or is the company out of business ?

                        Is somebody caring for my complaint or it is simply roaming in air. What is the deadline fixed by you for solving/attending the complaint( it is almost a month since my connection is deactivated). It seems that you are simply befooling the customer and doing nothing else.

                        Further to this I would also like to tell you that you have charged the excess amount in the usage by limiting it to the day on which you have deactivated my account with out my knowledge and information and thus reducing the usage.                         I would like to share my experience with you while using the services, My service connection was disabled by you since July 23rd, whereas I paid all my bills religiously on time. When enquired I came to know that my last cheque was dishonoured and hence services are barred. As soon as came to know about dishonouring of the cheque I paid the bill through my another bank account which was cleared however the connection was not activateded. I contacted several times to your executive about non activation of my connection. One fine day your executive told me that due to excess usage beyond my credit limit my account was deactivated with out giving me a chance to pay my usage bill, due date of which is 23 rd July and the bill of which is not provided to me as of date. When I enquired your executive about all this he told me that this is our company's policy and unless you pay your bill which is beyond your credit limit your account will not be activated, however, I have to pay the rental charges for the period of deactivation also in my next billing period . I could not understand the policy by which you can mislead the consumer and force them to pay the bill before the billing cycle time and not providing the services in the intermittent period .

                        I am totally dissatisfied with the policy which was never told to me before giving the connection. Kindly explain the correct status and immediately restore my services. In case I will not pay your bill in time than you can discontinue the services that too by giving sufficient notice and time to the user.

                        I hope you will settle the case in right spirit.

                        Reliance Broadband plus service — Deactivation of services.

                        I registered for the broadband services online and made the payment for the same online and received the datacrd on 12th December 09. The services were activated on 16th december 09 after 3 home verifications dome. Initially the plan activated was incorrect (instead of 1099 citiwide a 1049 national roaming plan was activated.). I received 1st bill on 26h Dec09. The services were deactivated stating the application for was not submitted, after contating the customer services i was informed the address proof was submited and no address verification was done causing to deactivation of services, this was incorrect as the I had submitted my rent agreement and the officers had visisted my residence 3 times. Then i was informed to contact webworl which did not help. The next day on 28th dec 09 i was informed to submit my agreement again. On 5th Jan 10 i received a call informing the services would be activated in evening and the promise was broken. On 6th i was informed the documents were submitted late hence services would be activated on 6th and then on 7th which was again broken. I requested to take away the datacard and refund the amount of Rs 3500/- but was denied. the customer services department informed they cannot do anything apart for checking the service status and billing informtion.

                          Dear consumers,
                          I booked one broadband connection for my wife Naidhi Singh with reliance on 649 at Orbil mall, Jaipur, office of Reliance communication. But even after 30 days my connection is not installed and not even the company employees giving any explaination or call. I caontact to reperesentative and know he left his job from relience. After that I contact to head Mr. Anand Varma (Jaipur broadband head) after lot fighting he did not agree to install the connection and I aksed for refund my money he told me it will take atleast 2 months for refund this is the compey policy. After that I decide to go the office for this I went there and started crying on Anand Varma and decided to called to media for expolre whole thing. After this Mr. Anand Varma Installed the connection at same day but did not provided any number of connection and did not provided any phone for this but my plan has 150 call free every month. He told me that within 2 days I will get the phone and other thing.
                          But After 5 days I did not recieved any call or phone from them. Again I contected to Mr. Ananad Varma be half of my wife he told me today u will get phone after lot of effort I did not recieved any phone. I decided that I will not pay any bill of relience and will close without any notification to relience
                          So Please I request and suggest you please don't buy any product from relience. If you get any problem that never and nobody solve, no body hear u.
                          So "JAGO GRAHAK JAGO"
                          If you need any connection please complete all statment in written so you can take legel action against Relience after any falt.
                          Remember don't believe in varbal communication and commitment always request all commitment in written if any compney ready to give in written then trust them.

                          reliancebroadband — not giveing service &no response by staff

                          my internet is not running from last 15 days i had complaint this many times they provide me complaint no.s but not giving response afterward there staff will not coperate when i registered complaint personlly in their local office.i complaint to mr.vaivabh, mr.suraj singh, mr.prajesh viskarma, mr.prasant etc many more theses all persons says that they solve my problem with in 24 hours but not giving response afterward.

                          We have taken a Broad Band Connection with Reliance Communications in the name of Nidhi Dhakad and paid the deposit on 18 Apr 09 vide ICICI Cheque no 558786.

                          The filled form were given along with cheque with the commitment that installation would happen with in a days time.

                          Till today installation has not happenned and the person concerned always makes commitment but it never gets fulfilled

                          We seek compensation for mental harrassment for the same.

Now more than one month has been passed and nor she is responding to me neither she is picking my calls. When i directly connected her in her office seat than she introduced me to the ASM, named VIJAY SINGH. and he commited to gave me the connection in 2 days. but he is also on the Preeti's path. He is not responding me and not picking my calls. When ever i called him from different numbers, he picked and talks very rudely. i am also asking for Subcription ID but he is not giving it to me. I have also complained to his Seniours named- ANAND VERMA ([protected]), AKSHAT SAXENA ([protected]), DILIP[protected]. I ALSO COMPLAINED IN THE CUSTOMER CARE but they all are helpless.

                          Now its my last mail to you. if i will not get any response from your side than i have to reach to the CONSUMER COURT. I HAVE ALL THE PROOF REGARDING MY COMPLAINS AND HARESSMENT.

                          I am agree with you as they have taken money from us on[protected]Rajdeep Pareek) and told us that they (Reliance ) will install broadband connection by end of 21st Aug 2009. But no connection installed. After my complaints they have hand over my case to Mahesh Agarwal on 23rd aug 2009 who told us that he will install mys broadband connection within one week. But no connection installed at my address. When I have speak with Mahesh he told me that wire has been installed and reliance broadband will deliever username and password on 30 aug 2009. But no User Id and password given. When I contact Mahesh again he didnot pick my call whole day. I have called to their business manager Girija Kumar Jha he on 9-1-2009 he told that he will be able to reply by 2-9-2009 and tell me the whole status by 9:30. But he did not make any call to us and when we make call to him he has just cut our call, we have make call 5-6 times again in next 2 hour but the response was the same. At 1:00 o'clock we went again to orbit mall, reliance broadband office ask about status he told that girijakumar Jha told me that he will make me call in 2 minutes. We have waited over there office for another 1 hour Talk to other person Salim, Anand Verma, Mukesh, Security guard but no response came. We dont no know whether they are installing our broadband connection or not. Even they have taken our money. Is Reliance is hire such kind of employee who is making his customer so fool. Really Reliance Broadband should be shame on this kind of process. If They can not provide service then why thery are taking money from clients. I have a loss of 5 lakh in between this time, and mentally harassment is other part. I want to ask this Question from Anil Ambani and Mukesh Ambani, What they are doing? Is Reliance has hired corrupted person in their depatments. Actually we are making wrong decision from our side that we believe Reliance communication is a good company, but the staff they have hired specially for Jaipur branch making them and their brand guilty. If the people like Girija Kumar Jha, Anand Verma, Mukesh, Rajdeep Pareek, Mahesh Agarwal and salim then let give chance to us young brigade.

                          Reliance Broadband — neither installed nor refunded my amount

                          Hi,

                          This is bujji (name changed) from bangalore. I had applied for the new broad band connection on 14th Sep. till now (nov 3) i had not get installed at my doorstep. Even before confirmation of existing point. After complaining this issue more than 20 times to CC executive none had given me feedback, even i had opted to refund my security deposit to them. this is also not done. My sincere advice to people not to opt for Reliance brand. they are kind of cheat.

                          Reliance have a very poor and worst service so plz try to give a good service like AIRTEL.

                          I seen the add in posters on my street for unlimited plan for Just Rs.499 then i contact that sales exective and booked the order on that same date[protected] and Paid by Cheque for Rs:500 on that same date and he informed me that in 4 days you will get ur connection, but so far i have not get the broadband connection when ever i contact them they are not all giving response for my calls, they are just telling me to wait and sometimes they give some other contacts number to call and check and then when i call to that given number they never picking my call at all one whole day i was trying for that number[protected], 83, 81) no response on calls they never pick their landlines,
                          its just like and makes customers angry, then i personally wisit their office their also no response most of the department employees are in leave so we have taken ur request and give u call back but still no calls and no connection and no response.

                          Reprsentative promised me that connection will be established after 2 days...but as usual they are giving me silly explanations. Please say to Mr. Anil Ambani to close his company if he cant manage hs work and stop frauding with people.

                          Reliance Broadband (Wired line) — Non refund of money

                          I had applied for a Reliance Broadband (Wired-line) connection in August 2009, for which I paid a installation charges of Rs.500/- in advance (before the installation) to the sales person who came to discuss the broadband tariff plans that suit my requirements.

                          He handed me an acknowledgment receipt No. [protected] dated 07/08/2009, assuring me of a installation within 7 days. Even after a month of the payment, when the installation was not done, I registered repeated complaints with the Reliance Broadband customer care. No heed was ever paid to any of those complaints. No one in Reliance broadband (not even the sales representative to whom the advance installation payment was made) has bothered to answer my calls.

                          Later, I requested Reliance broadband to refund my money, as NO installation had been done in my premises. But even this was paid no heed to. The sales representative has been ignoring all my calls since.

                          Even today, 6 months later, there has been no response from them on the refund of my money (the money which was paid for installation of broadband hardware in my premises, and the installation which NEVER HAPPENED)...

                          This is a outright case of fraud and cheating. Reliance Broadband cannot dupe people with their claims (installation within 7 days) and cheat people by forfeiting money for which the services were never granted.

                          Kindly help me escalate the matter to the authorities who can help me get my money back and teach Reliance Broadband a lesson such that they never indulge in this kind of a fraud in future.

                          Reliance Broadband — Didnt refund my money

                          To whomsoever,

                          I applied for a Reliance broadband connection on the 24th of November 2009 and the agent promised me that the connection will be given in a maximum of 8 business days. Later someone contacted me for a verification and said I am eligible to get a connection. After this, I contacted the agent almost daily. He never answered my call and sent an SMS to contact his superior. When I got in touch with that person (after 20 days I was able to trace him), he said they will not be able to give the connection because there was some dispute for the company and a case has been registered. So I asked him to refund my amount. All this happened on 15 of December. He said I will get back my money in 1 month. It is already 2 months now and none of them got back to me. Please can you look into this.

                          I booked a commercial reliance broadband connection with a static on 10th of march and the sales person( Mukesh ) who took the documents with 500 Rs as installment gave a commitment to have this connection installed with a static IP on 15th March. On behalf of his commitment i made a commitment to my Client in UK to provide him with my Static IP address. This sales guy turned around on 15th and installed home plan(combo Plan) as a connection and advised to have a static IP by evening. After more than 20 calls on 15th, 16th and 17th to this sales guy, he replied that he will not be able to give me a static IP and i need to talk to customer care for this.

                          At this time i was frustrated with the service with which i was treated. I lost a client on this Static IP Issue which would cost me 1400 Euro.

                          Mr Mukesh ( the sales guy) came on Thursday 18th march with another person named as Jitendra Dwivedi(Corporate SE) and asked me to submit my documents again to get this resolved. I handed over the documents in 15 mins with a commitment done by Mr Jitendra to get this connection active with static IP on Tuesday 23rd

                          At this time i was taking a regular follow up from Mr Dwivedi . On Tuesday 23rd March he told me wait till Wednesday morning and the things will be sorted. Its now Wednesday evening and he told me that my connection will start on saturday.

                          This behavior of Reliance and their sales person have put me in such a mental stress to loose another client by Friday. I have started my business recently and bearing such loses is not in my will...

                          Please if anyone ...can help me to get this complain registered as a serious complaint and get me refunded...I will be very grateful...

                          I have purchased a braodband net connection of REliance company's Net Connect. Before my purchase the company's executives called me on my mobile through out the day, the day i paid them and purchased the same it is not working. Whenever contact them they did not tell me anything for two days after my repeated calls and now they said the verification report is negative. I have given them a copy of my driving licence and PAN card which should be sufficient for identity. During verification my mother was at home as i am working and my mother said the fellow he can come for physical verification as well then the person went after verification.
                          The company's executive says you have to deposit Rs.1000/- as security deposit. Will the verificatin became positive after depositing the same. This is the modus operandi of the company as my sister purchased the same product two month back and same has been done with her. Now please tell me the alternate as i don't want to deposit the seucrity amount, whether i shall go to the consumer court?

                          Reliance Broadband — Installation not yet 10 days left

                          I was applied Reliance Broadband on 9th April 2011, yet one is come to my place (like address verification and installation). And Stupid Sales Guy not responding me, he is not picking up my call.

                          I was got call from Reliance “we send person for address verification but no one is came”. But Nothing Happen.

                          Whenever try to contact customer support via mail and phone only. I am getting typical replay like
                          “We have taken up your issue with the concerned department. They will do the needful and contact you at the earliest"

                          I have applied for the new wired broad band connection on 6th August 2011. I have provided the Cheque in the name of Reliance communication. After that no communication regarding the connection. Until you provide the cheque so many calls from the Team lead Mr. Karunakaran ([protected]). After that he is not lifting when I call him.

                          I tried to contact reliance customer care[protected]. They simply take the information and replies they will escalate to their higher authorities but nothing will happen. Even I tried to write the several mails to [protected]@relianceada.com and the [protected]@relianceada.com but no response from them too.

                          I am really fed up with these guys. Even they don’t give the address and contact numbers of theirs concern managers. I am really clue less how to get my money back. I am facing lot of mental torture.

                          My sincere advice is if you want to disturb your peaceful life then go for applying the Reliance broadband. These guys are professional white collared cheaters.

                          I applied for getting a broadband connection with reliance broadband. As per the procedure they got the documents and the first month rent & installation,charge. But no responce after that. I complained in customer care and also by mail. The responded saying they'l fwd it to concerned d pt. Once,i told them to cancel the new connection request and refund the money, I dint receive any reply frm them. This obviously gives the impression that they are trying to cheat. Worst service frm reliance...

                          One great work by reliance with me. They disconnected my wire and gave connection to other one. Now suggest me what i should i do in this case. My connection was working.

                            I had a relience data card which I had purchased by giving INR3500 in June'09. Unfortunately, I lost the same. When I contacted customer care they didn't obliged of my lost data card. They said you have to get a new card. So I did the same and procured a new card paying again INR 3500 in July'09. Now they are making me wondering for last 15 days to get it activated & thereby they are charging me with the bill which I had not used. I am really now in mental trauma. I had lost my all patience now. I don't know when/where I will get a justice. I am surprised that there is no reponse of the company towards the customer worries.
                            Please suggest me what I will do.

                              This is bring your kind notice that I purchased reliance net connect prepaid number on July 6, 2009 and from that date till this date I am not able to activate my reliance net connect connection.

                              This is the one of the worst experience with reliance as after much calls by me and promises and deadlines by both your reliance customer care guys and web world (Indirapuram) and moreover there nodal officer also did not have time to respond to the mails, now I am forced to believe that this company is not at all interested in customer service.

                              Earlier I was using the very same data card with my reliance net connect postpaid no and which I discontinued in November 2008 and now I have taken prepaid number but when I try to activate the connection it states after choosing language options that this connection could not be activated please contact reliance customer care it does not even allow me to enter pin to activate the connection.

                              The type of service reliance offers to customers i makes the customer cry.
                              Could you believe they took 20 days and problem is resolved and funny thing is that every time you call their webworld they wont remember what complaint you made
                              Never Never take reliance connection.

                                    Many times when we call another person without Connected Call charge will deduct from my balance amount. It is more painfull when we are roaming. I also want to Stop my Caller Tune and accordingly Stop monthly deduction of amount of Rs 30 PM but their is provision for that
                                    I also agree on this issue that there are many times we have cross connection in Siliguri..

                                    and money is deducted from my account. Also this is with my friends too.They all have the same problem.
                                    And when we complain they say its just a netwrok problem sir it will be solved in few days.And it never really gets solved...
