Reliance — Broadband not working

Hi,

I have already complaint to reliance that my internet service is not working and all the time they made a excuse that there is an outage going there in your area so it will be in working condition in 24 hours.
Even i have complaints them to register a complain on this and they have registered the same and without informing me or doing any sort of enquiry they have closed the complaint. this have happened twice.
I asked them to send a field engineer to our place to check if something went wrong but there is no response from there side.
Please help me to solve this issue.
