My billing account no. is [protected].I have a combo plan of rs 650/month.
In which i get free internet access and 100 rs. talktime on my landline phone that came free with the internet connection.
But since August i am being charged rs 250 extra and i am being told that i have applied for a new landline connection.But the problem is that i don't use the phone and the only number that i have is the one that was given to me by the local agent.I had the charges reverted int the month of august and they have not been reverted in the month of September and October.
The biggest problem that i face is that no person is ready to listen to my problem all they say is "that we can see on the system that you have requested for a new connection and you will have to pay the bill for that."
I am tired o[censored]sing Reliance and consider this my biggest mistake, I just hope there is a way of filing a complaint against them so that they can realise the pain that i have to go through every month arguing with the Customer Service Representitve.

We have received my Bill for the period of 15.08.2010 to 14.09.2010 of above ID. Bill No.[protected].
You have charged very high Internet uses charges of Rs. 2624.91 this is totally wrong and not acceptable we have not used the internet for this amount.
you are requested to please rectify at your end and reverse the excess value of bill. and send the fresh bill accordingly.
