Unethical business practice

I use the Mobile services of Reliance communications. It's a CDMA connection with mobile number as [protected]. last month on 28th Feb 2011 they deducted Rs 30 on account of Health pack renewal, wheras I never requested them to activate any suck services.

When I called their call centre @ 198, I got disappointing reply. I was given the number of [protected] and I was told to call at this number to get my refund. Pathetic...

Network problem

I had bought reliance data card for Rs 3500 and was using internet. When i moved from KK nagar to Tambaram area reliance network issue started and i called so many times to reliance customer care and got very poor response. Later i had sent so many mails and the network issue still not sorted out and they have terminated the connection without intimation. Don't know what to do who will take action in this regard against them....

wrongly charged calls
