Hi. I have a reliance datacard no. [protected]. Have been getting the worst service possible. I recharged 250 rupees on prepaid for 300 mb data usage. Had minimal browsing for 1 day (no download) and only visited orkut.(very minimal time). Now I have found that the entire 300 mb has been consumed. On asking usage details, customer care executive (someone called nyle) expressed inability to help on prepaid details.

Total rip off. Reliance starts everything in large scale and all services are junk. Have seen this on their big flicks venture, on their mobile phones and now on their data card.

AVOID RELIANCE LIKE the PLAGUE.

    I have made a payment on 31st October 2010 of Amount 441 from my ICICI Bank Debit Card.
    I got sms of payment confirmation.
    but on 16th November 2010 it reverse back to my reliance bill a/c.
    and in the next bill that amount added as an outstanding amount.
    i made all the payment. i went to reliance world on desh bandhu gupta road, karol bagh, new delhi(Virat communication) they suggest me to e-mail my bank statement to reliance customer care. i did that.
    but still i have not received my money back.
    My reliance mobile no is [protected].

      respected sir/madam, i had a wll connection[protected], which i had surunder to the company to discontinue that facility on 11/06/2010 with complete formality for that which company does require, and they told as per company rule the refund money will delivered to your address as a check within 90 days; however, after that i had tried so many times to remind them about refund, they did not respond well even after 120 days, and these continued on and on until 02/2011 after many followup to their retail outlet at (reliance comm,. shyam shikhar, bapunagar - 24), and at last they had given check as a refund of (1485 rs. which should be actually of 2000 rs. ) without any reason, and when i asked about reason they told to go talk to their officers and gave numbers (which will never reachable or receivable[protected], and then at last, after not getting them on phone they told to go their head office to get that reason, which is about 25 km far from that place, it is nothing but literally harasment with one's time, money, passion that's all...............please respond to this complaint as soon as possible, please feel free to contact me in this regard, my contact no. is prakash kabra[protected],,,,,,,thank you

        Dear Officer,
        I am using reliance from last 4 year .I am in rajasthan from last 1 year and here i am also using reliance.I had lost my cell phone so i wanted a duplicate sim .So i went to Ajmer based Reliance office and i paid 100 rs and bought a duplicate sim .but that sim was currupted and showing insert sim.so again i went there and ask for duplicate sim and he had given me a duplicate sim against that currupted sim.and the new one was also not working.so again i went there and told to Executive to change the sim then he told me that ,i have given you once i have paid from my pocket and you will have to give my money back.
        Whan he was giving me sim that time he did not tell me that i will hane to pay again for that.and he was MISS BEHAVING with me and taken 100 rs and did not give me any other sim still i am wating .

        Please do any thing and Oblige me.

          sir i want to inform you that, at the date 04/03/2011 time between 6 pm to 9 pm , my mobile service provider reliance detect the 30/-rs from my mobile no. +91 [protected]. without any information , any MSG.
          when i got it that then, i call the costumer care of reliance and enplane the query .
          then he said that any news service are active in your mobile, and this is activated by your side, so he can not refund the money .
          but sir, i have not do any type of activity from my mobile related to that type of service and not receive any msg of activation of the news service . i said to customer care that please write a complain but he is not write any complain . i request him but he can not do any things.
          please help me sir.

            Hi,
            Myself Ms.Deepti P.Dembla, residing in Chembur, Mumbai. I would like to bring to your notice that i have been using Reliance Broadband since more than a year now, but offlate(like from past 6-8months) their services and connectivity have become pathetic. Every month i have to call their Customer service and log a complaint for the broadband connection not working. In the month of Jan i logged more than 5 complaints and i had very clearly told them that due to the connexion not working im not going to pay the bill for the month of Jan, inspite of that these collection guys called me around 25times. I am really pissed off with them. Above all this harrassment they have now bared my connection due to non-payment. I mean this is just ridiculous. My feb bill due date being 16th march 2011 they have terminated my connection without intimating me.
            Request you all to please help me and teach these guys how to service the customer.
            Hope to see some action.

                Since the day I took a reliance data card internet connection, [protected], I am repenting on my decision. I had requested several times to disconnect the connection. I had paid the full amount in advance and then even without using my full quota, I had sent mail for disconnection. All services were stopped but Reliance continued to charge monthly rental though all the services were stopped or not used by me. I formally requested many times to terminate services so that i could save the possible unnecessary charging from reliance from subsequent months. I regret to say that nothing of this sort happened. I had already paid in advance the full money for the usage of internet for 30 days and I barely used the connection for 20 days. Infact, I was supposed to take my balance money from reliance , instead reliance is charging me. Now they have started sending legal notices for an amount for which they never rendered any services. Recently they told me to pay a new reduced amount accepting they have mistake in calculation. But the gist is why should i pay even for a rupee when Reliance charged only for the rentals wherein they had disconnected every service o[censored]sage.

                One more thing, Reliance started sending legal threats through unidentified personnels and sent a legal notice also asking me to remain present in Lok Adalat on 6th March 2011. Anyway, I have filed a counter complaint against Reliance harrassment in CERC (Grahak Suraksha Kendra), Ahmedabad and they are reviewing the case seriously.

                  As i have been a regular customer of Reliance connection from the last seven years and been paying charges from the cheques timely. But from the last 8 months i have been paying from my card which has disclosed the error of name in master in the coloum of Customer Name (First name & Last Name) as "Anup Kumar Singh" in stead of me Ashok Kumar Mandiwal. When i did approach to Reliance web world based at Ashok Rajpath, Patna and requested to change the name in master they asked for the supportive papers which i submitted instatly. They assured me do rectify the name in master very soon. But again i found a new name "Jai Karan" in stead of me Ashok Kumar Mandiwal. I again made yet another complain for the same and requested to rectify it by reminding them my frequent visit to the office,they again asked for the supportive papers against my claim. I once again managed to submit the concerned papers but again got frusterated when i found again a new name in the master as "Mohamad Asraf". I shocked and puzzled. Why frequently am i disturbed by the act of nuisance and hassle to me. Is there turmoil of enire setup of the company? , The regular instances in error naming causes a great question mark over the culture of working in your back office.Why carelessly my case is taken in Reliance? Who hold the responsibility for my harrasment in rectification of my name?. Is there any hope remain for my genuine compalin? If yes then do it imperatively otherwise just suggest me the cource of action i must take for my gesture. For me it is not frequent possible to visit your web world office regularly from keeping aside my own office engagement.Please treat my appeal as utmost need for my mental preparation.

                    My mob no. is [protected] .One sports pack has been activated by Reliance Smart authority own and they were charging Rs.5/day.I didn't activated it myself.So I called in Customer Care and told them the problem.But they didn't assist me.One executive named Prosenjit kept me hold then cut the call.Then next executive Shibal didn't take any complain and asking me that it was my fault although I didn't activate it.So help me to get back the money which was charged for the silly sports package.

                      I am writing with lot of annoyance experiencing from the services of newly bought Reliance Net Connect Broadband+. I recently bought this HSD device (ZTE) and have been using it since 1st week of February. On an average I am experiencing a speed of ONLY 80-250 Kbps since a month. I am annoyed with low speed experienced which is even less than the minimum speed (256 Kbps) as claimed by Reliance Netconnect Broadband +. Why should the company advertise when they cant even provide satisfactory services to their customers? The Reliance technical team did contact me once, but just say one repeated line, which i guess they have been taught to say all the time, "There is some technical up gradation going on near your area". This is the same if i call up their customer care number. I have called up Reliance Net Connect Customer Care couple of times, but have received absolutely NO satisfactory solutions. The Reliance Store people who sold me the device are the most hopeless people - absolutely not cordial, knowledgeably dumb and unconcerned about the problems of customers. This is highly ridiculous and painful experience with Reliance Net Connect, and i would advice all probable buyers NOT to opt for their services.
                      just i want to say if they are under working processes then why can't they cut down the bill amount for not providing services to customers for specific days.If we don't pay bill in time we have to pay late fee charges. This should be in reverse process applicable to service providers.

                        Sir I purchased Reliance NetConnect BroadBand+ from Reliance World of Sahibabad. Its number is [protected]. At the time of purchase, they told me the monthly plans...
                        Rs 330 for 5 GB and Rs 250 for 3 GB. But after one month when I asked hem for recharge. they told me the plan Rs 1210 for 5 GB. But at the time of purchase they confirmed me that every month I can get recharge of 330 Rs for 5GB. Now they say that recharge was only for the first month. I asked them to return the net connect device, but they said it is only registered in my name. Now I can't do anything. When I called customer care, for this issue, they just said sorry for this. Kindly tell me the solution of this fraud. My contact number is [protected].

                          I am a student of V.S.S.M.C.H., burla,sambalpur.Mobile no.[protected]
                          I wanted some informations regarding discotinuation of my services,so i tried calling customer care no.*333 & [protected], at least 50 times each,the response i got was "to get service please contact customer care" each and every single time.
                          fortunately i was connected to customer care,i responded to computerised instructions to talk to their executive,bt the call disconnected atleast on 5 occasions after kaaping me on hold for 15 minutes each time.Luckily i got to talk to 1 of the executives,i told him my problem,and asked him to check the current status of my service which was discontinued without prior notice.they promoted this service as an auto renewal scheme,which renewed every month.that person told me hat this service is no more active,and i need not send a message to discontinue it,as i have opted for mobile no. portability.the next morning i got the message from reliance tha my service has been renewed,and 19 rupees were deducted from my prepaid account.

                          all this events cost me several hours of my study time.

                            I received sms for reliance customer care your oprater change successfully on 23.02.2011
                            But I face problem on incoming call received in my smart gsm mobile
                            I call to customer care. But problem not solve. I go to many time reliance web world at gansh Chandra Avenue, Kolkata and submit address & I D proof Xerox at 18.2.11 but problem not solved. Till date our Mobile out going call activates but incoming call barred. Please my problem solved.

                              I have done online recharge through http://myservices.relianceada.com where detail has been given as follow for Rs. 110/-

                              Instant Recharge
                              MRP (Rs.) 110
                              Admin Fee (Rs.) 2
                              Service Tax (Rs.) 10.27
                              Regular/Core Talktime (Rs.) 97.73
                              Addl/Promo Talktime (Rs.)
                              Total Talktime (Rs.) 97.73

                              As information provided on website, I must get Talk time of Rs. 97.73 but surprising

                              I got 110/- Rs. as promotional offer valid only for 10 days. This is none o[censored]se for me as I have recharged for Rs.110 for long time use & not for 10 days or not as a promotional talktime.

                              I have register complain with company & service request id[protected] which will be solved in 48 hours.

                              But friends it's third time within 6 months when I have complained against Reliance Network.

                              Some time for refund/recharge amount or some time for call rate scheme not given offered to me when transfer to Reliance cdma to gsm or some time related with Recharge of Rs 33/- where information provided by reliance customer care & no scheme provided after recharge of Rs 33/-.

                              In all above query, I have to fight & wasted my important time behind this. It's not proper one.

                              I am very much disappointed with Reliance

                              As information received from customer care regarding above complain that Our website is updated & You must contact customer care before recharging !!

                              What A joke with us in this internet Era.

                              I request Reliance Administrative staff to avoid such kind of mistake & give me talktime as information provided on website

                                I purchased Reliance 3G datacard on 08th February.I was told by the distributor that it would be active in next 2 hours which was not the case.It was activated on 12th Feb 2011.After activation i realised that there was no network coverage in the locality where i stay(Dahisar -East).I called the distributor from whom i had purchased and told him abt it.He asked 2 days from me to get all the things sorted.Eventually after consistent follow ups and unfruitful chase,i was informed that there is nothing that can be done and that i should use it outside the locality.i started using it in my office.on 17th feb.d 1st day when i used 3G..i wasn,t able to connect to the internet.i went to the reliance gallery with my laptop.After checking for 30 mins the executive informed me that since it was a new connection they had no data in their systems.They asked me to contact the distributor.I went to the distributor d same day and he found that the balance in the sim was utilised and not from the plan(750 for 2GB for a month) that i had chosen..he made some changes in the settings and i started using it.After using it for 7-10 days i faced d same issue.I wasn,t ale to connect to the internet.i visited the gallery which gave me no solution.They refered me to d customer care.I soke to d cust.care and they said they have forwaded a mail and that i will get a call within 24 hrs which never happened.
                                I am so angry that i am made to run from one person to another without any solution.i have completely lost faith in them and am just waiting for other cos.to launc 3G.

                                I pleade to all u readers..kindly do not buy Reliance 3G..you will feel hopeless and helpless

This is unethical business tactics of deducting amount from the balance of

                                  ON 15 may I received a message that Love tips pack has been activated for Rs. 30/. I never asked for it. When replied this message on the toll free no. that the service be immediately discontinued and my balace be restored, I was chrged for this message with a reply- This is invalid key word. I am feeling harassed wirth unnecessary ads. about reliance services.

                                  During the purchase of the sim no [protected] the rate was Re. 1 per 3 minutes and without any information it became Rs. 1.20. Similarly I recharged this no. 2 months back for Rs. 100/ with a talk time of about Rs. 87 or so and I am using this sim only for incoming calls. But the balance became Rs. 6/- and the customer care is not operative to know more about it. I shall be highly obliged the details of calls after my last recharge. Also let me know why the plan changed to Rs.1/3 minutes to Rs. 1.2/ call etc.

                                  Service providers are deducting charges against the services never asked for and confirmed by me.
                                  For last three months I have been recevg.Msgs. from Bipasa under RM-HANGAMA and they r deducting
                                  charges from my balances every day.Earlier I requested them not to disturb me and deactivate the service
                                  they have activated at thier own whims but of no use and they r continuing thier malpractises of dupping thier
                                  by activating such unwantes and unconfirmed services.Pl see that I get full credit of such false deductions and
                                  ensure that the Sevice Provider stops malpractises of this type forthwithly and save the goodwill of their Co.

                                    I use the Mobile services of Reliance communications. It's a CDMA connection with mobile number as [protected]. last month on 28th Feb 2011 they deducted Rs 30 on account of Health pack renewal, wheras I never requested them to activate any suck services.

                                    When I called their call centre @ 198, I got disappointing reply. I was given the number of [protected] and I was told to call at this number to get my refund. Pathetic since this is a TATA indicom number.

                                    Also, They could not produce any record when I had selected or applied for the aforesaod service.

                                    They bluntly told me that I will never get the refund of Rs 30 to my account balance.

                                    I hereby request the consumer forum to take this up with the concerned service provider and imppose penalty on them for such a misconduct.

                                      I, Subir Chakraborty have a reliance cdma mobile connection whose number is [protected]. The phone is operated by my father. 20 days before they activated a caller tune and deducted Rs. 30 against it. I call on their customer care *333 and asked for this. They told me the de-activation process and i deactivate it. my father told me that once again they renewed the caller tune. I saw that they have sent 2 messages by saying that the caller tune is renewed for two and ten days respectively. Again I call to the customer care and they say that they haven't activated it but i have the messages in my inbox. I very much fraustrated. kindly do something.

                                        Sir....This is Not Fair i am using Mobile Services SMART of reliance....I have Massage Pack then i got a massage for massage pack renewal.....but they cut .50 rs per sms........when i have taken a new sms pack...next day they have cut more money from my account..........so please forward this issue.........

                                        Why you are activating the unpleasant songs without request and not responding phone calls to service numbers ? This is not new. My earlier number also had same issue and I was forced to change the number. Probably this is the time to change the service provider.
