i want to stop auto activation of 39rs sms pack..which i dnt need now bt due to auto activation my balance is deducted as soon as i recharge my no..i contacted customer cre regarding this n they assured me that the sms pack has been deactivated and wont be renewed again but useless..as i recharged balance was deducted again..its really very bad not to hear customers problem and to solve them..please help me out

    SIR MY MOBILE NO [protected] (RELIANCE GSM) HAS BEEN ACTIVATED WITH SOME MASTI PACK WHICH I WAS TOTALLY UNWARE AND GOT TO KNOW THIS WHEN RS 30 HAS BEEN DEBITED ON 18 MARCH 2011 THE CUSTOMER CARE HAS TOLD ME THAT THIS PACK HAS BEEN ACTIVATED SINCE 03 MONTHS AND NO MESSAGE HAS BEEN SENT REGARDING THIS ACTIVATION WHICH IS TOTALLY UNFAIR I HAVE ASKED HIM TO LODGE A COMPLAINT FOR THE SAME BUT HE HAS SIMPLY DISREGADED MY CALL TELLING IT AS PURELY MY MISTAKE HE SIMPLY LEFT MY CALL UNATTENDED AND THIS HAS HAPPENED FOR THREE TIMES FED UP WITH THIS TYPE OF CUSTOMER CARE I HAD DECIDED TO LODGE A COMPLAINT

      Sir,
      for the last few days i've been facing this problem from Reliance Gsm service of my money from my mobile balance being deducted without ny service subscribed by me....when contacted their customer care they says that i may have sent some sms or command for the activation of those services which is utterly false.....i've called to their customer care on *333 on 3 times already and once to their dedicated section for complaints on 198..everytime i've asked them to unsubscribe all the unnecessery services which were activated without my knowledge but still the problem continues...they have been continuously deducting my money with the excuses of Caller Tune,News Pack,SMS pack etc which i never activated myself....i've already lost almost 100 Rs in that way....looking for a solution to this problem and a refund of my money,also please suggest me if i can go for some other places with my complaint..

Pls sir stop this type of problem. Any activated service pls stop this type of service & also revert my balance in my account.

      Reliance — activating offers with out knowledge and cutting money

      they are activating offers or packs with out users interest or knowledge and deducting balance from accounts.If complaint is given about this they wont process it fairly.when i called customer care and told about this initially they said balance will be returned sorry for inconvenience but later they said balance will be sent back. we can t help out.
      this is the worst network with out proper signal and robbing away money by activating packs they like with out users prior request. I want stir actions to be taken on telecom operators with this cheap tricks t earn money

        Dear Sir, I am resident of Ranebennur taluk. On behalf residents of Mudri Chawl and other chawls, Ranebennur i wish to state that In 2005 Reliance Info com (Now Reliance Communication) installed Mobile tower beside our Chawl. This Mobile tower was installed in residential area surrounded by nearly 20 homes and there are still many other homes.
        From then till now it was installed we are getting huge sound of the machines at the usual times and also the loud sound of generator, which will be on when current goes off and and also the rediation problem. With the sound problem here the residents are suffering from headache. We lodged complaint to municipal authority but no use and later we gave complaint to the sound pollution authority in Davangere (A city Nearly 30 Kms away from our town) about the sound disturbance. .Some residents are getting daily headache due to the sound of machines and generator. And now we have came to know about the mobile tower radiation which is harmful to human health. I have also attached photo of mobile tower and homes near to it.

        I have made complaint before with the photos. but no reply. So please we request you take necessary steps to remove the mobile tower here.

        I am a resident of Asmita Building (Asmita 'B' Bldg, 5th Floor, Flat No. 8, Teenbatti, Walkeshwar, Mumbai - 400006.). There is a Reliance Tower on top of terrace. The contract of the tower was over in OCtober, but we have not renewed since we know the harmful effects of towers. Despite repeated notices / letters, the tower company has not vacated from our premises. It has been over 6 months now. We would seek your intervention in this matter.

        Dear sir,

        This is a kind & genuine request to kindly look into this matter at the earliest. We are a residential neighbourhood since generations, from last 15 years there is a mobile tower of reliance which is put up here nest to my house.

        We have been experiencing very high radiation in this area. We tried to contact & complain a lot to your area manager but he is not helping us out & argues with us with very bad foul language.

        The area is Vasai west near acton, thane Mumbai. I respect your good self to kindly look into this matter at the earliest hope a human touch is appreciate. You company is such a well renowned request some kind support.

        We have carried out all the legal paper work form the governing bodies of the area and found out that the tower is illegal with no proper permission from the authorities. the antennas on the tower is increasing day by day and our radiation survey shows a lot of higher frequencies. we have more than 20 cancer cases in the nearby area i have lost my mom please need your kind help & support.

          I am user of netconect services of Reliance communication , Bhopal Reliance World , new market.

          Issue is that they are not providing customer services even not answering to our complaints, even stop picking the calls , when i have reached at store no buddy is responding us . everyone sending me here and there but even though the manager is not coming out and helping me out. I was there for 3 hours almost and I have recorded overall communication in my mobile because they were same like long time that is what i have recorded. case is for false billing and stoping services every time. I have lot more thing to tell u but can't wright on portal.

          please help me out of this.

            I signed up for relience netconnect 3 months ago from RA puram reliance shop ([protected]) and i got 12GB plan, the guy who sold the product to me didnt explain the plan and said its 12GB per month, suddenly after 15 days my service got suspended saying u need to pay 8000+ RS bcz u have exceeded the download limit **(never received any intimation about the download usage in the 15days usage period either thorugh phone or email)**, spoke with CX care team many a times no proper response, went to mandaveli reliance office and informed the same and they said its our mistake please pay us 2800 RS we will activate the service in 3days whihc i did, after 3 days i got a call from the same office asking me to pay another 3000RS for no reason, now i am receiving lot of calls from collection ageny of reliance asking me to pay 3000+ RS even after explain the situation to many people, more over they are very rude, i dont know what to, just for 15days internet i paid 2500RS for data card now they asre asking me to pay 8000+ RS, toally 10000+ RS for 15days service, i dont know what to do, please help me.

            Hi,

            My name is Rajesh Joshi and I have taken reliance net connect on 21st January 2011. Since starting am facing the problem, First of all I got this netconnect with 2 offers.

            1. As per first offer I was supposed to get a website worth 3000/-Rs.

            2. As per the second offer I was supposed to get a Goa holiday voucher (Valid for 1 year + For Couple + Free accommodation for Kid Less than 5 yrs) by Vriti Infocom and I can redeem the package as well.



            But starting from day one I have been criticized by reliance people or their representatives. I have taken hardly 15 minutes to pay online. But after that my Life becomes hell. I have given my entire document to the representative. But after 2 days my connection got disconnected. I have called customer care they said they have not received my documents. I have given call to Vriti Infocom repeatedly but everybody there was lease bothered about my inconvenience. Nobody has picked my call for 2 days. Suddenly I got a call from one of the verification executive saying that sir I want to visit your place will you be at home around 2’clock in afternoon. I said am not at home but you can visit there as somebody will entertain you at home. But that guy has not turned back. Neither he has visited nor picked my calls. Anyhow my connection got started. After activation I was supposed to get the both offer given to me but till today nobody has turned up to me for same. Vriti people don’t care about any escalation any complaint. Nobody was ready to even pickup the call.

            I have spoken to customer care regarding the same. They said I will get a call within 24hours and requested not to disconnect the connection. But as usual I have not received any call. Then I have again called customer care. Some of the retention department girl said you can have the request number( for cancellation and within 7 days my connection will be disconnected. She said I have to clear the outstanding. She was actually there to make me feeler that I have done a mistake by engaging with reliance. I am having the postpaid mobile connection as well with reliance but now I will disconnect the same. I don’t want to have any relation with reliance who doesn’t care about the wrong commitment given to their customers. Now I wish to inform you all that I want my money back which I have given for this connection. I will not pay any single rupee for this disgusting cheat....

            I have already complianed to termination of service of data card no.[protected] by letter, but the connection had already disconnected and they want to termination number, therefrom i thought this indicates cheating me because they did disconnect & ask termination number from me. I already paid Rs. 2300/- for three month subscription. but i have used only one month and remaining two month I did not use this connection and informed to reliance network to termination of the network service and request to return my remaining two month extra payment. but till date they did not give any reply in this regard.

              I have invested in Reliance mutual fund Growth scheme through SIP of Rs 2000 from year may 2007 to june 2008. total investment of Rs 24000. As was not in need of money i was thinking of keeping my investment for very long time. I got my last statement at my communication address of Patiala registered with Reliance mutual fund.
              Few days back i thought of inquiring about my investment I was shocked to know that my investment was fraudulently withdrawn in 2009. My communication address & New account number was added to my folio number with Reliance mutual fund in june 2009 and in same month redemption request was sent and redemption amount was credited to ICICI Bank account on 02/07/2009. On inquiring I came to know that the ICICI Bank in which amount was credited also is in my name but the account has been freezed by bank ( debit freeze) long time back.

              I have already send a written complaint to Reliance Mutual fund. That how you have redeemed my investment with forged signatures
              I have also taken up with ICICI bank for opening MULE/FAKE account due to which I lost my investment.

              I want my investment back please tell me how I should proceed. I think i have strong case. kindly suggest

                  This is to inform you that even after ensuring that all the Value added service(VAS) has been deactivated & it is on “Do Not Disturb” mode they have deducted Rs. 30 from my balance on 16th march.
                  Upon calling to your customer care, it was told due to caller tune activation. Which I have never asked for nor I was informed.they did this for the 5th time.kindly ensure the money is refunded.
                  Otherwies i'm felling helpless against these cowards.

                  If Anil Ambani's Reliance cannot keep up to it's commitmemts it should not let out the products in the market.
                  They have made big commitments on Reloiance 3G but it is a total fraud. They are just harrassing the public wealth in fraudulent ways and call themselves business tycoon.

                  They are not fit to be called businessman .I am totally harassed by their employees/ call centres . They are all total and I have been hurt so badly i can just say curse befall on him.
                  I am not the only one...ahh! I too have been harassed by RCOM...They charged me fraudlently for data services and to top it they debarred my services without any notice saying that i had exceeded my credit limit. Not to mention the call cemtre employees of RCOM are a bunch of . They just don't understand anything. Thieves!!!

                    Hi,

                    On 13th morning I received a message on my mobile that the caller tune is changed and Rs10 is charged as a download change.
                    I called customer care to revert these charges and revert my old caller tune.
                    After some time I received a message that old tune is again downloaded for which I again have to pay Rs10... can you pls tell me reason why? This is not the end of it... again on 15th I received message that my caller tune is deactivated... when on 16th (today) I called customer care they told me it is deactivated as I requested for the same.
                    Though they have provided me with a complaint no[protected]. but the response is completely unsatisfactory.
                    Please tell me why I need to suffer because of this.

                      I really got frustrated with reliance netconnect broadband + connection. For abt a week , high speed connectivity is not being provided by reliance & customer care also not listening to my problem.I sent them written communiction but every time they told me to check my system or reinstall the software etc.

                      I purchased the Data Card (ZTE AC 2736) on 08th October,2010 at Kolkata

                      Last one week I unable to connect my device in Broadband + mode.Everytime when I call to the customer care they told me that "There is temporary congestion from where you are using your modem".Please wait for few days,soon it will be solved.I called to the customer care almost 5 times.But a friend of mine at that same time using his Netconnect devcie in Broadband + mode.

                      Being fade up I am complaining against this fraudalent service.

                      I am really unsatisfied with the attention you guys pay to your costumer concerns or complaints. Please let me know by which date this
                      issue will be resolved otherwise I will have to withdraw my netconnect connection immediately

                      Reliance Broadband — unable to use since its activation

                      Since the account has been activated, i am unable to use it due to connectivity issues. Customer service is very poor.
                      sir plese call me and send me your no my usb is not activated

                      Reliance Broadband+ — broadband not activated after repeated complaints for a week

                      My broadband + service was inactivated on its own within a month of its purchase and after repeated complains , all went in vain . I am troubled for no fault of mine and made to visit web world for number of times without any fruitful result.i am really stressed as i dont know whom to contact and where to go and what to do?

                      After logged complain in consumer forum I have received a call from Reliance end on 18.03.2011 at about 01:30PM.The persons who called me told me the real fact that there is not any network congestion and they think the device has got a problem.So they adviced me to go to nearby ZTE Service centre.At last I relieved a bit after so many calls to them.
                      I had visited the ZTE Service Centre on 26.03.2011.They received my device and asked me for problem.I told everything what happened.They gave me the job sheet and told me to come next Wednesday i.e Yesterday (30.03.2011).Due to unavoidable circumstances I am not able to go yesterday instead I have gone today.
                      They gave me a new device with new RSN Number.
                      Previous RSN Number : RZTCDC[protected]
                      New RSN Number : RZTCDS[protected]
                      For checking purpose I casully asked them to connect.But they failed to connect in any mode.They disclose a surprising statement that 9 among 10 comes with this problem.May be Reliance have not activated the Broadband + service or your broadband + service is stopped by Reliance.
                      They told me to contact customer care.
                      I think from their end they are clean as the device is new and as I saw many connecting software in their desktop that may be a reason for them not to able to connect.They told me to try in my laptop.If Hybrid mode & High Speed 1X mode is also gave the same problem then come to us.
                      On returning home I have tried to connect the modem.Again it will connect in "Hybrid" and "High Speed 1X" mode but give error in connecting in "Broadband+" mode.
                      Exactly at 7 pm today I called to the customer care.The executive introduce himself as "Chandrajeet" and the same thing happened again, "Sir, temporarily in your region there is network congestion...".
                      And the guy who is talking with me even can't listen to my word.Everytime I am telling that I can able to connect with Broadband+ mode from my laptop with another Realiance Netconnect Broadband + device from same place.
                      I am completely fade up with this product.
                      I think there is no other way except withdrawing the connection if it is not solved within a week.Because this hamper my works a lot.
                      Among 6 month 1 month is completely wasted.

                      This is Rajib having reliance Netconnect broadband + no [protected].
                      I am facing adjuctly same problem.
                      My device (zte ac2726) got some problem and not get decteded . The device got replaced by the service centre. after that I am not able to connect the broadband+ mode. the customercare asked me to go to the reliance webworld . Webworld asked me to go to the Service centre. Service centre peoples are telling the device is working fine; call customer care. And Finally Customer care is telling that logged a request. Your problem will be soved withing 2 dats but no response.
                      I feel these peoples are not organized atall for service but harrashing the customer organizedly.

                      I purchased this connection on 17 April.Since the very first day connection is very slow and frequently getting disconnected.I called so many times to the Relaince customer but they did't provide me the correct resolution of the problem.

                      Since last one week i am not able to connect my datacard in Broadband plus mode.Though I have selected for goldplan but its not o[censored]se.Simply its wastage of money as i am not able to do any task from this device.Whenever I am calling to Reliance Customer care they are saying that by next two days it will be resolved.

                      Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ — not able to connect

                      Sir,

                      I am using reliance broadband + modem.When i trying to connect it in broadband + mode it shows the message as 'the remot computer did not respond.My area is braodband +coverage area.Please find a solution to my complaint.My datacard number is [protected].My mobile is [protected].
                      I am also facing same problem from past 5 weeks. I am really fade up with the customer care guys.

                      whenever i contacted them, they will ask the area where i am using the data card, they will come back and say there a network conjection, takes few days.

                      My case is:
                      I am not able to connect in broad band + mode.
                      when i reported this they asked me to re install the software, i did and no use.
                      They they come back and said there is network issue. Asked me to try it in different locations. I tired that, result is same.

                      Meanwhile waht i did is, i tried with my data card, it's working fine at all places. Then i informed to that customer care guys about my observation. Then thaey said it's a device issue, asked me to give my card to service center guys.

                      I went to service centre guys and they the device has no problems, HSD mode is not activated.

                      I am not sure about the reliance network modes activation. How come only tow modes (1X and hybrid) are activated except HSD.


                      Service cetre guys has given a contact number of technical team. When i contacted them regarding the issue, they said they will create a case, so that mumbai technical team will address the issue.

                      So far, no call from the technical team...


                      I don't know what to say here...
                      Reliance is not reliable...

                        This is mohd Farman, i really ned to say that your customer care service is very cheap. the mater is that, actually i lost my reliance gsm sim in a party, then i did a F.I.R. and i applied for a duplicate sim in your main moradabad branch where your employe mr. piyush saxena react like a very illitrate guy with me. he really dont have any manners that how to talk with a customer, he clearly forbade me to activate my number and he talked me like very rude and just a f.....!!!

                          Again yesterday (15/03/2011)

                          reliance deducted 10 rupees from

                          my mobile of no [protected]. That

                          means its second time on this

                          number. That mean it deducted

                          total 20 rupees from my account.
                          Evening around 9.30(15/03/2011)

                          I again called to customer care,

                          one lady handled my call. She

                          told me that these 10 rupees is

                          again deducted from my account

                          due to the some java thing.

                          First she told me that she’ll

                          not able to deactivate the

                          service. At the end she gave me

                          a no. 56694950 to deactivate the

                          service. At the time I called to

                          this no this no IVR gave me

                          another number to call that is

                          56694. I again called to this

                          no, calling to this no deducted

                          3 rupees from my account. Now

                          total amount from my account is

                          23 rupees.
                          She gave me the compliant

                          no.[protected]

                          Then I got a massage that “thank

                          you for subscribing voice chat

                          your chat id is 16639114 id

                          [protected]F-22) matches for your

                          profile. To talk dial 56694424

                          chrgs-rs 3/min”
                          Do u think that I called 56694

                          for this?
                          Again I called to customer care

                          one Hindi guy picked my call. He

                          said to me “You collected all

                          information then why you are

                          calling again”. He talked with

                          me very rudely. Do you think

                          this is way to talk with

                          customer?
                          At the end your floor supervises

                          deactivate the service and gave

                          me another complaint no.

                          Is this the way to treat your

                          customer?
                          Now this is not the solution

                          only to deactivate the service.

                          Reliance activates these

                          services their own. Why should I

                          will be paying 23 rupees for

                          that? Today they able to

                          deactivate that why didn’t on

                          first day itself.

                          I need everything back and a

                          fine amount of 100 rupees.

                            from Lucknow Munshipulia reliance store.
                            It is not working since past 7 days.I have complained to customer care as well as dealer, both are trying to put responsibility on each others' shoulders without providing any reliable solution to the problem.
                            On advice of customer care,I have taken my device to the dealer which he found to be working & said that fault is on server's end.I am communicating to them on regular basis to which they have the same answer.

                            Reliance Netconnect — Non working of Data card

                            Dear sir,

                            I bought a reliance data card from Mr. Sandeep[protected], Mr. Pawan K. Pawar in the month of April 2011 by paying a sum of Rs 4633 as one year advance subscription (Under Ernst and Young Private Limited) corporate plan, however, after 15 days it stopped working and since then it not started at all. I have called the person Mr. Sandeep some 150 times but each time he says It will take some time.

                              Reliance India Mobile — Automatic debit of balance

                              I'm a subscriber of RTL CDMA mobile phone. Though i dont subscribe to the different mobile packages provided by RIL they are debiting my account.first one "News Pack" is subscribed and when i tried to unsubscribe it their server was telling that "you've not subscribed to anything" then I called to Customer care there they also told me you've not subscribed to anything, then after one month news pack is renewed by debiting Rs 30/- per month. In the month of March 09 again one "Khel Khel mein Pack" was subscribed n when i enquired they told me you've subscribed to both news pack and khel khel mein and when i told them to unsubscribe both packs they told me it will be done but they didn't.After one month i.e. in the month of April both packs get renewed. When i reenquired they are not listening.When i asked to give me my Complaint no they are telling we cann't give the Compliant no. and simply hung up the call.this is not only my problem this is happening to many consumers of RIL.I don't know if there is any problem with thier software or intensionally Reliance is debiting the customer's a/c to get profit.
                              Very unfair . Because I am also suffering from the same. If this will persist reliance will be a great looser because I will through out the connection and many people like me. Thats it.

BUT I HAD DISCONNECT THIS CALL. THEN A CALLERTUNE IS SUBSCRIBED ON MY RELIANCE NUMBER. THIS IS A WRONG THING. THEY HAVE ALSO CHARGED RS. 45/- FROM MY BALANCE.
                                SO I REQUEST YOU TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST IT AND RETURN MY MONEY THAT YOU HAVE CHARGED FOR THIS CALLER TUNE.

                                  My Self Nishant Garg , I have applied for the Mobile Number Portability [ MNP ] on 5th Febuary 2011 , I have received the porting request No.- RW142156 Valid till 20/02/2011 03:37:39 . On & 7th Febuary I have submitted My photocopies of Passport & License to the Reliance World , Kamla Nagar , Agra-5 [ Uttar Pradesh ] & they have also issued me Reliance GSM SIM No.[protected] , after a week they called me & said that the Sim that we have issued to You is wrong & again they have issued me the New Sim No.[protected] . They told me to wait for 48 hours & your sim will be acctivated . But Sir After 24 hours my Incoming Calls are Barred & till now i.e. 05/03/2011 not my GSM Sim is Activated & Not my Incoming Calls are Activated . I Approached to the Reliance World , Kamla Nagar , Agra regarding this Problem but they are Not Giving me the attention & not taking this issue as their duty to do their work. After that I contacted the Reliance Head Office , Shri Vrindhavan Tower , Sanjay Place , Agra [Uttar Pradesh] regarding this issue , they told me to wait for 24 hours , after 24 hours they told me that your Porting Request is Rejected due to some reason . I Have Also Mailed so many times to Customer Care but from there also no proper answer .

                                  Sir i also want to tell you that they have also done the survey of my Residential Address regarding this Portability . & Sir I am very old Customer of Reliance Communication Since 2003 . I always pay my bill within time & recently I have also cleared all my dues of Rs 350/- by Cash on 15th Feb 15:39:08 IST 2011 . One More Thing Till Now My Incoming is Not Opened .                                   i submitted my ID proof and address proof on 18 january 2011 along with the unique code and they provided me with new airtel sim card, and told me that it will be activated in 7 working days. its been 14 days now i called up reliance customer care many times they ask me to go to web world for more details. the web world people are not listening to their customers properly. i wnat this problem to be solved. how can you help me ?

                                    Automatic Activation of VAS


                                    Sir,
                                    Reliance has activated some value added services on my telephone no. [protected]. When I noticed my balance reducing, I contacted their customer service centre where i was informed that Alt voice pack was active on my phone. Since I had not requested for the same, I wrote to the company. The reply given by the company is as under:

                                    "Dear Customer,

                                    Thank you for contacting Reliance Customer Care.

                                    With reference to your e-mail regarding balance deduction issue for your Reliance GSM number [protected], please note that as per details checked in our system "AltVoice" pack was activated through Outbound dialer mode. Since the dispute is beyond 48 hours, you are not eligible for waiver."


                                    I fail to understand how we can ask the company to refund the deduction when we have neither activated the scheme nor are we informed when the deduction is being made.

                                    Kindly look into the matter and ask the company to refund the deduction made by them from my prepaid account.

                                      I have got a sms from 52811[reliance gsm number] on 13th March 2011 about caller tunes, which I didn't activate by any means and then I found some money was deducted from my gsm account. Then I e-mailed customercare and told about the fault, they shamelessly replyed that I was made a mistake.

                                      Today also got an sms from 51234[reliance gsm number] about CRBT service, I don't even know what is CRBT service is and I didn't activate it. Rs.30/- was deducted from my account.

                                      I think they become fraud and making money in these shortcut way!!
