Dear sir/Madam,
This is in regard of the unnessecary harresment i got from the reliance out-let (gangtok) and Reliance customer care regarding sim replacement.my mobile no : [protected] was lost with my handset , i called the customercare and asked to get my number blocked, now i wanted the same mobile number and applied for it from Reliance outlet Gangtok [ mobile no : [protected]] . they took my application , id card, and Police FIR ,from me and gave me a new blank sim card for Rs 200, ( which was also not the appropriate price) of sim number :[protected] and they told me that my no will get activated within few hours . But now the lady from the gangtok reliace outlet flatly denies to activate my no ,for the reason that i have requested call barred in that nnumber , I called the reliance customer care and requested to unblock the number they also denies by saying i have to visit their office which is in kolkatta. Thats was embarassing for me that i m facing such a difficulty in getting my number back which is my right. This was not the first time i got unnessacry harresment from reliance , i have already faced many problem regarding online recharge , internet connectivity , and many more. If the customercare has no concern about the complaint of the customer ,its better that they can close down customer service .
Since that number is registered in various internet Banking facilities and mobile banking services i m not able to sacrifice the number without getting it back once.

Reliance Broadband — pending connection of landline
There has been negligence in this broadband service, I got my broadband line connected on 06/12/2009. As per this scheme land line connection is also included with free calls of Rs 75. Mr.Amar installed a old modem and promised to get changed shortly I agreed to it.When I asked him for land line he said that at currently phone is not available in company with in 2 or 3 days he assured me to get the land line connected.Till date it has been over 3 weeks I haven't got my land line connected.I have called him on his mobile personally several times every time he says that he is on the way to my house.I sent number of E - mails to Reliance broadband customer care til date no action is taken nor I got my phone.
