I am waiting for the connection from the last 3 months. I have given serval complains and even escalated to the nodal officer, however there is no resolution. The check I deposited while requesting the connection is already been debited, However there is no service. Here is what I wrote to the customer care 2 weeks back.

My name is Manoj and after following up with customer care and nodal officer, I finally decided to write this mail as my last option.


I have applied for the Reliance broadband cum land line combo option on 28th Dec 2010 with the promise that I will get the connection in a week time.. The address verification is done on time, however the connection is not given. I have given 6 complains and many follow ups with the executive, finally I got a mail on 14th Feb that my request has been accepted and I will be given the connection in next 7 days. Again no connection has been given. I again given 2 complains and talked to the nodal office and got promise that things will be sorted out soon. Now its more then 2 weeks to this mail and there is no communication from the reliance side. Last week I got my first bill mentioning that 500 Rs is been credited to my account.


The executive who came with the application has stopped picking up my phone while the customer service keep giving promises that the problem will be resolved in next 2 working days. Here are the details.

This mail is been followed up so many times but there was no resolution. Now 3 days back, I requested for refund the amount and they just stopped responding to the mail even.

Reliance Broadband — pending connection of landline

There has been negligence in this broadband service, I got my broadband line connected on 06/12/2009. As per this scheme land line connection is also included with free calls of Rs 75. Mr.Amar installed a old modem and promised to get changed shortly I agreed to it.When I asked him for land line he said that at currently phone is not available in company with in 2 or 3 days he assured me to get the land line connected.Till date it has been over 3 weeks I haven't got my land line connected.I have called him on his mobile personally several times every time he says that he is on the way to my house.I sent number of E - mails to Reliance broadband customer care til date no action is taken nor I got my phone.

      Hi,
      My Rajasthan reliance GSM no. is [protected]. On[protected] night, without my permission or my call charge Rs 21 were deducted from my balance. And again the same thing happened on[protected] Rs. 50 were deducted from my balance. On contacting the customer service about the sudden decrease in balance. i myself don’t know that I have took any plan for my mobile service. If any plan is activated on my mobile number please deactivate it. And refund my deducted balance because i hadn't even heard of the pack before. I didn't even receive a confirmation message on my cell regarding the activation of that pack.
      It seems this has become a new harassment scheme to fleece out money from the customers through blatant and shamefully corrupt practices or through sheer incompetence and faulty bug-ridden systems.

      I hope you will kindly consider my request and arrange refund of the deducted amount from Reliance company, otherwise I compelled to quit the services of Reliance GSM.

      deduction of balance without any plan

        I have submit the terminal of wireless pco[protected] in march 2008 at kumar telecomunication shastrinagar meerut. They had given a receiciving and said me for 3 months later. after it they show the casue that the refund is to be given by cluster office university road meerut, refund incharge Mr. Pankur Aggarwal was not giving the satisfactory answer regarding me security after 3 years . I had 100 of visit to the cluster office but could not get the refund .

          Dear Sir/Madam
          I am having a mobile prepaid life time connection of Reliance bearing no. [protected]. Reliance is activating various packages on its own and deducting money from my prepaid account. On complain they are also not ready to refund the money which they have suo-moto deducted themselves. 3-4 days back also Rs.30 has been deducted from my account on account of renewal of one Panchaang pack, which I had not asked for. I had requested to Reliance Customer Care number of times to stop such an unwanted, annoying and disgusting in nature of packages, since I am not interested in any of their packages, which they have activated on my said number and started deducting the money from my account without any notice for last 3 months and even after request neither they refund the amount nor they are ready to stop the service. I am fade up by these types of fraud by these telecom operators.
          I am very sorry to say that I am facing this problem for last three months due to this type of service. I called your customer care officer and complaint on number of times but it seems like Reliance mobile doesn’t care about its customer. What the bluddy treatment you guys are giving to your customers as a telecom company, a new brand in INDIA don’t know how to do their work and provide customer satisfaction.
          I hope u will look forward in these type of matters and do the needful as early as possible.

          Reliance phone connection — unwantedly balance deduction

          I am using reliance GSM from the last 2 months.
          And from 23rd Oct they are repetedly deducing my balance as ringtone charges without informing me.
          I filled a complaint. They said they had resolved it but after very recharge balance is automatically deducting.
          Please help !

              Data Card — call failing of mobile

              Here by it is bring to your notice that the mobile function of th DATA CARD has stopped functioning since from the date of installation.The problem has been reported to your local technical person several times and also visited him with the lap top as advised by him.Then the matter has been reported to customer [protected]@*333.The .Complaint NO:67501966 registered by them is still pending to be addressed.Meanwhile I received a message from mobile NO:[protected] on 24/04/2008 that I have to pay charges of Rs5.00 by 10/05/2008.The nature of the charges is not mentioned.Iam unable to make any out goining call because the mobile function stopped since from the date of installation, as such I could not understand how I incurred chages of Rs5/
              Plese look into matter on top priority to restore mobile function of the DATA CARD and also reverse the charges of Rs5/

                I purchased reliance netconnect broadband+ on 12 March 2011 from Mr. Varun (siad to be from Reliance direct sales team, [protected]). He seemed to be nice fellow, and promised that speed of reliance is 2.1 mbps.

                I kept trying to get Varun over mobile but he is not answering. On the beginning he told me that the connection would be slow for the first 15 minutes, but what the real picture is I am getting a download speed of 15 kbps, and also it takes too much time to load a single page. I made sure that it is connected in the Broadband+ mode & still it is not working

                Reliance Netconnect — Pathetic download speed

                Sir,
                I have been using a reliance netconnect ( Night Unlimited @ 256 KBPS ) for almost 1 year. But in this plan i hardly get around 4 kbps download speed and very rarely it goes upto 5 or 6 kbps. My repeated visits to the reliance worlds have been useless and all they have done is repeatedly install and uninstall the net booster. When i had taken the connection i was promised around a minimum of 20kbps download speed. I would thereby like to know why i am not getting what i had been promised for, and if its the netconnect's fault then how i can get something of at least 16 to 17 kbps dwnload speed.

                i am also using rconnect. my instalation cd is broken.my sys is formet now i instaled rconnect.i need cd .pls tale the side id
                well i purchased reliance usb internet...but the speed of the net is too slow and the downloading speed is even worse...is there a way through which i could improve it.

                Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ — Regarding Internet Speed issue

                Hi,
                I took the Reliance Broadband net connection (3.1 Mbps) having plan Rs 1049 per month.Unfortunately most of the time the internet speed is below 500 Kbps due to that the purpose of taking internet connection is not fulfilling.I talk to one of the Reliance Communication center and according to them the infrastructure is not capable of handling high number of customer at the pick time.
                Initially Reliance communication took Rs 3500 for the wireless USB device.Right now I want to surrender the connection and want my money back. Please suggest me the right way to proceed the same.

                  I had taken the Reliance Netconnect Broadband connection yesterday , the reliance executive assured me that I'll get a min speed of 2.1 Mbps though they are telling its 3.1.
                  But the highest downloading speed that I got is 266 kbps, that too once. I cannot download a even a single file of 7MB as the connection is not constant. You'll not notice the break in connection as it reconnects automatically but we can identify it fron the connected duration. I had taken this connection since the executive assured me that it is faster than MTS which gives a speed over 1 Mbps that I have seen in person.

                  yes, same thing is happening with me, executive told me that i will get anyhow speed of 1-2 mbps but m getting speed as per speed test is download speed 0.12 mbps upload speed 0.05 mbps
                  i chatted with reliance guys, they just send me some stupid drafted email about disconnecton and slow speed which are no help, it says to uninstall and reinstall reliance software and test it on other machine if any. here is the chat:

                    Reliance broadband & fixed Lines — Reg new connection

                    We have applied for fixed landline connections & a brodband connections at a prime location in pune since 28th june 2008, after survey they had commited that they will fix the lines within 10 days, we regularly followed up for the same as our business was hamperring a lot due to delay in communication, but there was no responce for some day they even not bothering to pick up our calls as they were ingnoring every time, on 15th july 2008, when our personal contacted Reliance communications they answrerd in simple words that due to some techinical problem they were unable to give the connection.This type of replay is not expected from one of the leading telcom giants.
                    i had given a request for a new reliance fixed line broadband connection to a salesman. he came and took all the details and Rs 600 in cash .after one week when i contacted him he said that there is some problem for setting the internet.i asked him to return my cash.he said that he would return it in some days.it has been more than 2 months now and he is also not receiving my phone call now.i have also complained reliance coustmer care about this 2 to 3 tmes but they are not taking any action against this.they register the complaint but nothing happens.no one after that from reliance contacts me.

                    I had take broadband connection of reliance, the person who sell the net he had not give clear all information, after taking net when first bill came in that they taking 1month rental in advance, that thing the person had not tell me and provide me that plan , than i talk to customer care of reliance, and they told me that you choose that plan , then i complain and give request to terminate my net, they terminate without any call all information . after that i get call from company to pay my bill but that was one type of metal harassment. i talk with them my case going on than they not bother to listen me only saying to pay bill..... today i got call from dehli police station and they told me if you not pay bill they will arrest me, then i talk to advocate of this matter, he told me pay the bill today. now what should i do? plz help me for this.
                    My Internet connection was disconnected in August 2012 and the technician came and took the router and all cables etc as a confirmation of the
                    disconnection. Every month I am still receiving the bill (pending) although I had closed the account. It would be better if you check clearly before harassing a customer with such emails in future.

                    i had taken a broadband connection from reliance on aug 6th..they promised a speed of 1mbps.but to my worst experience speed was just 200 to 400kbps.despite many attempts to reach for help they din respond.i had given a cheque of Rs.1350 to the sales execuitive towards installation and broadband charges.i had no option to report to bank on 10th aug to not to honor the cheque. now i informed the person to take the modem n wiring with but he keeps harassing from that day.. he has not come and collected yet. please help

                    I am fed up of the service provided to me. Even after 15 complaints in last 2 months my problem is not resolved. Its just a wiring issue which Reliance line man told me.                         Regarding HSD signal issue towards my Netconnect Broadband+ number [protected].


                        i am using this connection since 4 month and never found such technical issue, i am not able to use HSD Data card in High Speed mode (HSD) Mode since HSD signal is availabe in rajkot,


                        due to this i have raised complain in call center and they have promised to provide resolution in 24hrs , since 48 hrs there is not resolution , (Conversation ID with call center [protected] Mr.Stiven)

                        There for we visited Reliance Web Word At Kalawad Road Rajkot and we Spock to Mr.Sahil (so called manager )

                        Rather than filing complain from their end , they called to customer care *355 And had conversation like he is owner of data card , seems he thinks we are dumb never know call center to file complain ?

                        We have requested a demo or exchange or reimbursed product seems there is issue with back end technical issue with my Data card a

                        Mr.Sahil (So called Manager Kalawad Road Branch Said they Dont have such facility )

                          Bad Customer Care Service
                          Sir,

                          I am a regular visitor of Reliance Fresh Store at sayed Nangloi, Delhi. on 23 Feb 2011I visited Reliance store to buy choclate. As asked by the Security Guard, I left my helmet on the desk beside him. When I returned to him after purchasing I didn't find my helmet there. When I asked him, he replied it was not his duty to guard customers' articles. After making complain to the store superviser, he got me connected to the store manager and district manager over phone and I was asked to lodge my complain in the store complain register which was nothing but a simple register.

                          I lodged my complain in the register as complain no. 4, but they denied me giving any receiving.

                          After that I kept calling them for the result of my complain and every time I got assured that it was in process.
                          Now, I want to ask them

                          1. If it is customers responsibility then why they are asked to keep their things with security guard?
                          2. Why the customers are not issued a token in return?
                          3. Why the do not display "Take of of your articles, the store is not responsible for it"?
                          4. Why I was asked to register complain, when this was so?
                          5. Why I got reply so late?

                          I got very hurt not because of loosing my Rs. 1000.00 helmet but because of the customer care service to a branded store like Reliance.

                          I request you all not to keep your articles with security guard, even if asked by him, else be ready to loose it.

                            I had applied for the Reliance net connect from 3 rd party of reliance -- which is VRITI INTERACTIVE.... They give false publicity of net connection and with no office or contact details of them .. which I came to know after purchasing modem with them.

                            Now reliance saying that due to wrong verification (which is offcourse done by some 3rd party vendor and dont even related to reliance) my connection is suspended ...

                            Now they have not provided with any activation but i lost the initial payment related to purchase of hardware. So many calls made to reliance care ... all the people hardly know about the process and always irritating with many questions and no useful info from them.

                            Further to that i went to Reliance web world at aundh ( swojas complex) .. for submitting the documents for verification related .. but they are least bothered about it .. as i didnt purchase the hardware from them ... So neither they are doing my verification nor activating the connection .. but they are ready to prepare fake bills and usage of the internet connection with my number alloted ...

                            Hope certain action to be taken against these fraud people and very poor services from Giant company like RELIANCE ..

                            Reliance Broadband+ — No publicity of their billing process

                            I buyed Reliance broadband([protected]) when they had just launched their plan.Initialy for the first two months it was fine since it was free.But after buying their device, they never intimated me ever, how their billing process was done and how to regularly view it.Even they never publicly stated any where,what was the process to view the daily uasge in MB's.Since no one from Reliance let me know, in the third month they pumped up a huge bill Rs 3500 on me and they disconnected my service until,I paid my bill.So one can reckon what big A..H..s these RCOM fellows are.
                            After i had come to know about the billing process for the next 3 months my bill was coming within my rental limits.But these A..H..s RCOM fellows changed their billing process suddenly without intimating anybody.I complained about 10 times to their customer care that their newly launched billing process is not working in my lappy but nobody from RCOM ever bothered to rectify my problem..even the worst sort of slangs is not enough for these RCOM people.Finally they punched me a bill of 1365, which at normal times comes to only 935 according to my rental plans.
                            I complained to them ,that their billing process was not working but they didnt give me any waiver.But still they could not solve my problem as for wat reason their billing process was not working in my laptop.Finally,one of my close friends who is a an expert in solving Laptop problems made their billing process work in my laptop.
                            These Reliance fellows never provide any after sales service and speak like blade rascals whenever you call up at their call centre, simply like they are illiterate from jungles.
                            I am very sure that within no time again they will change their billing process and they will not publisize the process or else how can they fool people by giving them hefty bills or else RCOM will get bankrupt like Lehman Brothers.I wish it happens very soon.

                            M self Janardhan, I purchased Reliance Netconnect+ last week and same as been activated after 3 days its suddenly deactivated and contacted the person who sold the device and confirmed that due to verification issue it's deactivated. I have given all required documents initial only and they said everything is fine, with out coming to my place and verifying how can they put verification failed from last three days i am not able to connect the internet.

                            I spoke to Customer care (Rani) and asking me to resubmit all proof again. I don't understand why i need to resubmit? and she can't do anything from her end and response was really bad. So many calls made to reliance care ... all the people hardly know about the process and always irritating with many questions and no useful info from them.

                            I spoke the manager (Rajendra mob # [protected]) in pune and he accepted that its fault from verification department and currently he is not able to help me. I really don't understand the problem what happen... its look like i mad a big mistake by choosing RELIANCE NETCONNECT...

                            I have important office work to do but not ble to finish, which is going to effect my client SLA and i don't have reason to explain to them its very silly to say my net is not working. I am going to request my company HR team not to allow any RELIANCE Department to enter in our Campos due to very very poor service.

                            By sending this email at least i get any good response to fix my issue ASAP or the same story will be repeat? I have to see...

                              i have obtained a reliance data card for internet connection on 15-march -2010from reliance world bathinda , but on 23rd of march , the outgoing call is barred. on asking the dealer it was said that they filled some wrong information at their end and within 1 hour it will be rectified and service will be restarted. i waited for long and after repeated calls , my service was not reinstated. i was further asked to wait for a day. but my service was not started even next day . i kept on asking but i was given excuses like , we have sent the information , or we have completed the form and we have mailed to head office it will be started ... like that , but till date it is not working .
                              finally i asked that you tell me whom should i contact or what sholud i do , but they said you do what ever you can do ... we dont know "jo hota hai kar lo hame nahi pata ". i asked for a complaint number but they refused to give any number .

No body care about customers. God save these customers like me. This kind of fraud is going on . My sincire request to every one to away from such fraud companies.

                                  The company has unnecessarily been deducting money from the balance, and is not being able to explain the reason for the deduction of the money, which is never tolerated by any customer. If asked in the customer care of the company, for the reasons i always get application is low as an answer . I have tried so many times but i'm left an answered all the time . my mobile number is [protected] . Kindly please look into it .
                                  Dear all reliance users,
                                  Reliance deducting money from my accounts every month through various service packs which i never activated and when i complain to customer care they always said it is activated by you with out any proof and also their behaviour and attitude is pathetic...My no is [protected]..
                                  I am working in IT firm and asked all IT giemts to stop using Reliance service..

                                  This is my personal advice to all Reliance users ..not to use reliance service ...

                                    Dear sir/Madam,
                                    This is in regard of the unnessecary harresment i got from the reliance out-let (gangtok) and Reliance customer care regarding sim replacement.my mobile no : [protected] was lost with my handset , i called the customercare and asked to get my number blocked, now i wanted the same mobile number and applied for it from Reliance outlet Gangtok [ mobile no : [protected]] . they took my application , id card, and Police FIR ,from me and gave me a new blank sim card for Rs 200, ( which was also not the appropriate price) of sim number :[protected] and they told me that my no will get activated within few hours . But now the lady from the gangtok reliace outlet flatly denies to activate my no ,for the reason that i have requested call barred in that nnumber , I called the reliance customer care and requested to unblock the number they also denies by saying i have to visit their office which is in kolkatta. Thats was embarassing for me that i m facing such a difficulty in getting my number back which is my right. This was not the first time i got unnessacry harresment from reliance , i have already faced many problem regarding online recharge , internet connectivity , and many more. If the customercare has no concern about the complaint of the customer ,its better that they can close down customer service .
                                    Since that number is registered in various internet Banking facilities and mobile banking services i m not able to sacrifice the number without getting it back once.

                                    This is to inform you that I Ganga Prasad Rai resident of Pachak, east Sikkim, Gangtok, would like to mention regarding that I had been using GSM Bengal Circle Reliance Sim number [protected] but I have lost my cellphone C6-01 five months back along with sim card. I've applied same no. in Gangtok reliance office 4 months before but till now i have not got any information. I mean to say that that no is very important for me because i have given that number to my important document like Banking purpose and in my resume too. So here again I would like to request you to kindly take me as important as soon as possible.

                                      my no is [protected]. i had requested for mnp services to transfer my no. from reliance cdma to airtel gsm i have filled the necessary documents but there is no reply from there . isent the request on 23 march 2011 . my porting request no is. RR159819. kindly see into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible. both the customer care representatives are not responding properly.

                                        Reliance Services MNP and Costumer Care Services Problem
                                        Reliance CDMA to GSM MNP problem

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I have given a request for number portability to convert Reliance CDMA to Reliance GSM services on my Reliance mobile number [protected] on 18th February 2011 at Reliance Office at our Nirmal branch of Adilabad District Andhra Pradesh . With 55/- charges. And still GSM card is not yet activated. I Received a SMS on date[protected] at 00:32:22 AM from Reliance CDMA (Dear Customer, welcome to Reliance, Indias No 1 Network. Your sim is activated and is ready to use. Happy calling reliance ). But my Reliance GSM sim not activate and not working.
                                        I personally visited to Reliance Office on 25/2/2011 to enquire my sim problem But they told 48 Hrs required to activate and after 48 Hrs also it is not yet activated but existing reliance CDMA incoming not working since [protected].
                                        I contacted them many times but every time the Reliance (Office Nirmal Branch ) and Head Office costumer Care persons are answering it takes 24 Hrs and 48 Hrs.

                                        Request your intervention please to resolve this issue.
