Reliance — outgoing calls barred

Dear sir,

in the mid night of 24/25 nov 2009, an amount of rs 30/- has been debited in our mobile no [protected]. I count not understand how/for what purpose that amount has been debited.
I contacted to customer care but he can, t response me. Please locate and inform us accordingly.

I GOT SMS FROM RELIANCE THAT FREE CALLERTUNE.SO I OBEYED INSTRUCTIONS.MY RS.10 IS CHARGED FOR THAT.NOW ON MY NO. THERE IS NO CALLERTUNE FROM 3 DAYS.ALSO RS.2 ARE DEDUCTED FROM YOU FOR 2 DAYS CALLERTUNE.WHATS THIS?

Reliance Prepaid — outgoing or incoming calls are not happening.

m not able to recive or do calls.... i had complaint manny times but no reply.. uuuuuffff....
m really fed up wid dis complaint... now i have decided to switch to another network... reliance network is the worst network in india dat i say...

My prepaid reliance mobile number [protected] and validity upto 7th May.2022, the complaint is every month cutting my balance against voice chat and inspite of repeated number of complaints to the customer care service my onsaid problem hasn't been sorted out.Everytime a false assurance is being made in lieu of my complain to the customer care that it will be sorted out within 24 to 72 hrs. Its been more than 25 days since I have made my first complaint and another I have complaint since last 5 days before and still no attention is paid towards it.I am completely fade up with customer care careless attitude .Also I would like to suggest that a complaint number must be given to the customer against a complaint registered so that further reference could be made through it

WE PRAKHAR SHUKLA $ ACHYUT TRIPATHI are writting this mail with regard yours very poor and inconsistent service.
we had submitted Rs 500 along with an id proof for taking a connection of RELIANCE BROADBAND
on 7th nov 2009 to a person named RAJIV SINGH( SERVICE PROVIDf ER in LOHIA NAGAR).
hE TOLD US to give a conn in 3 days but conn has not yet been established. we have talked several times but he is not willing to pick a call. There are several other people who are also involved in this
and are giving different kinds of excuses for not giving the connectioN but problem is not resolved yet.
they are saying conn cannot be given at your place however we reliance net connection box next to our house. They are also not returning our money

PLZ resolve our problem at your earliest

I am not Satisfied your coustomer care facility beause your costomer care sevice volinter not attend call and I am very disturb your behavier my monthly selery 7000 thousand after menaze reliance mobile before some houre cut my balance and not attend my phone please listen to me.

i was having prepad sim i am from srinagar the recent the prepad was closed by center goverment in jummu and kashmir, so i applied for post paid in early november but still my mobile is not working i went hundred times to realance office from srinagar they assured me hundred times that next 24hours it will function but it was lie,
i am realy upset to buy this sim from realance, [protected]

The Reliance customer care service and reliance network is worst... since i am using mobile of other network also... recently i had shifted to hyderabad from pune and get new reliance no as [protected] from reliance communication located at alwal, secunderabad. i had submitted my documents twice but also my no is not activated since last 2 weeks. so should i belive on reliance care or not???????
as also plan to get new modem connection of this company...
as pe my experiance about mobile connection, i don`t want to take it only because of your bad response towards customer request...
so i want to conclude that "reliance is the most pathetic connection i ve ever got in my entire life..."

I m very sorry for your relince conection because when i am calling to cusumer care and solve my problem then he is speaking you r call after one hour then solve your problem. when I am calling after one hour then same condition aply your custumer care.
