it seems reliance earns money by wrong deduction of money from customer balance.
I have raised several repeated complaints against wrong deduction of money(RS: 30/) from my main balance without my notice, but very poor customer care service.no responsiblity.All service executive were very irresponsible and giving very neglance answers.

my outgoing calls have been barred due to non verification of details. but i don't understand why i can't make a call even to customer care where i can resolve my queries and the problem is because of the fault made by retailer I am completely fade up with customer care careless attitude .I[censored] r able to lift d barrier against our sim den only dare to advt. ur services on TV.
My phone number is [protected]. I am not getting either incoming calls or outgoing. I have fulfilled all the certificates in the shop where I got the connection. When I am trying to make a call then I am asked to contact reliance customer care. I do not know the reason. Please try to attend my problem and try to rectify and regulate my connection at an early date. Thanking you.

(i.e., [protected], [protected] etc.) But astonosing to say that though there was no reply, no ring, no sound but charges of these are made and accordingly the payment is being deducted my account of prepaid mobile No. [protected].
In view of above you are requested to look into the matter personnally and I may be permitted to make call from this mobile to my relatives/family members located at Mahakali state(Nepal).
In early action in the matter is highly appreciated.

Dear Sir,
My mobile number [protected]. My case number[protected]. Brief summary of issue. Since the cal centre executive are not that intelligent to understand my problem so i m writing u this email.
Issue is :- I have recharged with 11rs e-recharge on 17 /01/10 at 14:31 . and since it was a recharge to activate sms pack it was succesfully done . Later with 2 min 11rs were debited from account saying sms pack activated. I have explained this issue to Customer care agent. But the technical man replied me that i have activated to through IVR. No if he actually intelligent than he should have understood that if i am doing e-recharge than why would i use IVR. And even if he thinks that i have use IVR then he could have checked records because no such call was made to IVR..
Hope this email goes to sensible person who understands the issue and stop reliance cheating us.
To your notice this the second time relaince did this to me . 1 st time was in month of September. And despite of me doing nearly 15 complaint call still the issue was not resolved and the CHUTIA agents says that i did it through sending msg but their were no records of me sending msg.

My mobile services have been discontinued from 12;00 am of 1st feb 2010. The reasons have not been stated and I am not getting any answer from your web world and the customer care number is always engaged. i am unsatisfied with your unprofessionalism and want a clarification for this problem caused to me because of which I am not contactable by any one. Please revert back in least possible time else I will be compelled to initiate legal steps. I am a customer for last four years and the connection is life time.
My prepaid reliance mobile number [protected] outgoing calls are barred despite of its balance of 38 Rs. and validity upto 2021 and inspite of repeated number of complaints to the customer care service my onsaid problem hasn't been sorted out.Everytime a false assurance is being made in lieu of my complain to the customer care that it will be sorted out within 6 hrs but everytime they give me a new complain numbur but problem not solved till now also . Its been more than 20 days since I have made my first complaint and still no attention is paid towards it.I am completely fade up with customer care careless attitude .
