I was recharched our mobile bearning No. [protected] with Rs. 1250=00 for getting 100 min Free R2R local calls lifetime. I want to recharge with STV Rs. 48=00. My plan of Rs. 1250=00 will continue or not ?
I am enjoing all local calls @ Rs. 0.50P and STD @ Rs. 1.00 per minutes after recharged Rs. 550=00.
Please confirm the same.

On the behalf of reliance GSM costumer I want to register my complaint.

One m radio pack service were self activated in my cell phone and I requested to the costumer executives minimum 5times for deactivation of this service but nothing is done they tell me your deactivation request is register but no conformation message I received and I recharge my account balance would be deducted .
Yesterday I recharge my account after talking with executive and again 30rs. Were deducted in my account.
I m very disappointed for that I never thought that this type of thing happen by reliance.

I Kindly requested you plz take some strictly and satisfactory action on that.

i have two black berry sets (8330) which are not working due to some technical fault.
there no are [protected] and [protected] on the name of M/s J.K.K.S.S. SAMITI Bareilly(NICE COLLEGE) .
i want to replace them but stock is sort of that set in delhi.

I am unsatisfied with your services. There is two much Network problem. Network busy pls try again later and signal faded call was lost is the routine. While talking to others on the mobile, the other subscriber is connected or the ring starts going. I am fetup with your service.

this is very inconvenience that i changed reliance GSM to Postpaid but very poor network and customer care support really i m facing broblem. I had to activate the hello tunes but when i dial the Num. i followed the process alomost 30mints but i couldnt activate the hello tunes. why dont the company make the easy process so it will help to build customer satisfaction, but they are earning mony looting people like this way.
