fr this caller tune i had requested the customer many many times but the response is the same ""when it will be uploaded to the galary than we will provide you the code of the tune..""
but still i havn't got the code of the caller tune which i have mention earlier
I am totally disagree with the service you are providing to the customer...

My mobile no is [protected]. Today(13/11/2005) morning I am having Rs100/- balance in my mobile. At around 12.30 p.m I found this balance to be reduced to Rs.69/- Kindly look into this matter. It is seemed to be fictitious.

I m yogesh kumar from distt. Palwal Haryana. I was purchage the reliance prepaid in the date of 7th october 2009 and my mobile no is [protected] and [protected]. But I m sufferenting in big problem about your the network. Reliance network is very poor network. In the evening between 5:30 to 10:30
i m facing problem in out going call problem. in this time 5:30 to 10:30 i m making call in any network
he told "the noumber is not rechable and not responding. this the big broblem. I was complain in customer care but there is no response.I m not satisfied with the reliance connection and reliance network. reliance network is very third class network not a no.1 network. Jab tak meri problem solve nahi ho jati tab tak yeh dreliance connection or reliance netwrok mere liye bakwaas hai.

Reliance is directly cheating customer by offering all india @ 50 Paise. The network is very very bad and there is no response from customer care. This company should be banned in operating GSM Service since there is no attention on expanding network except adding more and more customer and collecting revenue. TRAI should take immediate action againts this company and see the call drop rate of Reliance GSM network. one can see the flooded complaints on the platform of this site but there is no one to listen this complain. I am having my GSM number [protected] and I have never been able to connect even a single STD from this number. So, people should avoid reliance and go for another for better connectivity.

I have purchased a corporate connections of 10 nos on dated 24.10.09., but as on 18.11.09 they are not activated . continouusly i have talked to reliance representative so many times but there is no response. can i go to consumer court???. please suggest me.

i have already paid my bill rupees114 on second november, vide bill number[protected]. My outgoing calls are stopped and i am getting message again and again"please pay the bill". Why you are not updating your record. Plz take a immediate action otherwise i have to take a help from the court and due to this my business is suffering from lots of problem i want to get started my outgoing calls as soon as possible.

i have no call to my india card account.when 146.80 Rs in my account.

i am continue complain to costomer care.But not listen to anybody, they give me a time again & again.

i have two complain alreay.

this problam is = 19-Nov-2009 till date.

We are again requesting and complaining, please try to resolve this problem.

my complent know that there tellicaller are talk rude language. when I call in costumer number *333 is ther any pankaj gadage at last night I have convey that please call transfer to team leader .He talk no I dont call forward to team leader.

I have made a request to migrtae my prepaid phone connection to postpaid 15 days back in Madahpur reliance communication center.
After 15 days its not been done.
When i called to your customer care center some person tel me that i have to go to the same place where i made this request. I am very much disappointed with the assistance your people are providing.
Your people have made address verification. Some person made me a call on 18 n said that it wil be done on 18th itself. but still its in the same condition.

Once i wvisited to Madhapur Relaince communication center Some person gave me a number for further assistance but if now i am trying that number its switched off.

What should i do now?

Should i change my connection from reliance to some other network if you people will provide such assistance to your customer.
