Reliance — outgoing calls barred

My prepaid reliance mobile number [protected] outgoing calls are barred despite of its balance of 200 Rs. and validity upto Feb.2009 and inspite of repeated number of complaints to the customer care service my onsaid problem hasn't been sorted out.Everytime a false assurance is being made in lieu of my complain to the customer care that it will be sorted out within 24 to 72 hrs. Its been more than 5 days since I have made my first complaint and still no attention is paid towards it.I am completely fade up with customer care careless attitude .Also I would like to suggest that a complaint number must be given to the customer against a complaint registered so that further reference could be made through it.

Its really worst to say that reliance is cheating the people, they never try to listen customer complaint and executive are very rude with customer. my question is that they should punished their executive for dirty and rude behaiour and for misguiding me several timeson 02.02.2010.They all are ready to misguide the costumer because no one knows when they get started telling lie. My mob. No. is [protected]. After I have filed the complaint in the costumer care centre. They said that your problem will be sort out under 48 hours and now is 10.02.2010. I think at your end some hours are left even in 48 hours. I think i should stil wait for the complition of 48 hours.may be The Relaince big communication have a Seprate Special watch for to scale the time. Pls. I request you to sort out my small complaint as soon as possible.

Hello this is Ajeet kumar prabhakar i have a number of relience that is [protected] i belong from delhi region i want to say that i was got a message from relience that if i will recharge with top up of 30 rupees i will get 25.20 rs and 20 free STD minute but after recharge i haven't got that benefit and when i had lodged complain in Customer care i got reply that i was not eligible for that facility so i want ask a question that why had u sent me message like this if i am eligible for it reply me and do the work on this problem

I have been using reliance data card for the last 2 month on my Desktop with windows 7 operation system.
However on Thursday (11 Feb 2010 ) night. I could not connect to the network and got the error ( # 678) . Next day morning ( 12 Feb ) I registered a complaint with your Customer care . She told that someone from technical department would call me by evening ( 12th feb).

However I didn’t receive any call from your side. I again called back to customer care and came to know the request is still pending and no one bothered to forward it to the technical department. The executive on the other side assured me that I would be getting call within 2 hours. But nothing happened .. I again called back in the evening and found that my request has been escalated to the level 2 support . I have been waiting for the call.

This type of response is ridiculous from a company like reliance. I didn’t expect this behavior from reliance customer care.

Please help me on this. I am expecting call from your side.

Sir my reliance gsm prepaid number is [protected]. It was working very perfectly except some network congestion in the evenings. But from the last 4-5 days (17-feb-2010), all my outgoing calls are barred. Whenever i try to make a call the message 'Unable to connect' appears on my screen. Incoming is working perfectly. Also i am having sufficient balance and it is having life time validity. I have also called the customer care from airtel no. and despite their assurance to solve the problem within 10-15 minutes nothing have been done.
