I was using reliance data card around 3years before and disconnected with in 3 to 4 months from the date of activation. when it is been disconnected the outstanding amount was zero. Now i got the letter saying balance amount to be paid with in the 7-1-2010. Please give the clarification for this. the No. mentioned in the letter is [protected],

my rim cdma no. is [protected] my prepaid cdma phone validity is 2021 . but every month deduction from my account is done.9ow today 30th dec 2009 my balance is rs -10. when i havent ask for any services like caller tune or any other subscription activated on my no. wots the reason for deducting money.solve my problem as soon as possible.my contact no is [protected].

I Have lots of problem your mobile CDMA mobile services, my nomber is [protected], unnessacery cut down my amout in my accout, like this again and again update my caller tune, cricket pack and outher coast services, but i can;t do it, but how to update that one, plz take my complaint seriously this is not first 10-11 times, and mainly replace my amout 30rs, really suffering, i hope you soon as possible plz plz plz...! (and not sufficent your voice customer care services)

It is informing you that mb #[protected] of Mrs. Sreelagna Bannejee facing a network problem for last few days. Some time her mobile net working is totally out of order, not providing any support for communication. It is very hard to understand the defect. Such a critical communication equipment is out of order, then we all family members are really come in to the panic & frustrated to the service you are providing. .

tariff guideline Charges 50 paisa / 1MB per Session, But i am using
Reliancenet charges are deduct from my balance is 2 Rs. per session. i
was discussed with telephonic No. *333 but they are not respond me and
thy said me u r doing time pass she is not able to under stand & i was
discussed with your call center people two to three times. your call
Center People are Careless attitude or Reliance is Trained for those
people. its really worst to say that reliance is cheating the people,
they never try to listen customer complaint and call center Agent are
very rude with customer.

Reliance customer card service is pathetic, the executive in customer care is hopeless and dump who is not trained on any product. executive there do not understand english. First of all the supervisor should be good enough to handle a team and explain them about the products, iam 100% sure the supervisor is hopeless.
Now a days Reliance is also charging on TOLL FREE number. I logged a complain by complain number:[protected], but they are not responding properly and very difficult to convince them.

Reliance Mobile — barred my number 2 to 3 times without any reason
witout any information my no.[protected], has been barred 2 times, without any reason. I was submitted my all the document 3 to 4 times in reliance world web. they are not giving me any sattisfoctory answer or any information that why my no. has been barred... i am lalit kumar my is no.[protected] .this is rejected with out any information so please conect this no. as well as possible ...thank you

my outgoing call is barred in friday night.i m camplainded for nearest r com.he say your outgoing call activate in 48 hours.but outgoing call can't activate within 48 hours.

I perchesed new Relaince prepaid card. Submitted all the relevent documents to delair shop.Past Three days without any problem service is ok, but last night after 11pm O'clock sevice shows problem to my no. "[protected]". after calling to any number reply is your calls are barred. what is problem? Due to this i am in tourable. Please start as early as possible.

my mobile no is [protected] pl disconnect all facilities except out going call actual irecharge my cell 30/- u deduct 14/- after one out going call my balance amount is -9/- how can possible i dont want any caller tune. this is my second time complant last complaint u provide good service hope for second time.
this is my calouge complaint against u the mobile no is [protected] recharge of 100/- on dated 1/1/10 after two days the balance amount is without any out going call is 68/- after two days without o/g the balance is 48/- whthout any out going call without any facility like caller tune ete... pl disconnect u r massage i am able to pay only out going call only take care immegietly other wise i will change my mobile
