Reliance — outgoing calls barred

My prepaid reliance mobile number [protected] outgoing calls are barred despite of its balance of 200 Rs. and validity upto Feb.2009 and inspite of repeated number of complaints to the customer care service my onsaid problem hasn't been sorted out.Everytime a false assurance is being made in lieu of my complain to the customer care that it will be sorted out within 24 to 72 hrs. Its been more than 5 days since I have made my first complaint and still no attention is paid towards it.I am completely fade up with customer care careless attitude .Also I would like to suggest that a complaint number must be given to the customer against a complaint registered so that further reference could be made through it.

I above named having GSM mobile connection [protected].I got sms from no 53030 that you have subscribed chat if not subscribe then reply by sms to us by typing unsub chat. As directed I have given No of sms by writing that I not require these services never subscribed any service not agreed to me why deducted Rs 106 from my balance pls credit same amount which debited without my willingness.They info me by sms that sorry you are not chat subscriber.but as on date my debited amount not credited by concerd.since i am a very poor man and an old custmer of network requesting you to go through my grievences imdt before my legal act against company/culpert who harrassed me

I have purchased a LG Mobile four months back, but now it has a on / off problem. I desire to replace / repair the mobile as it is under warrenty. This is another mail i am posting in recent days. Reliace just sucking money from customer by name of activing packages. You will not be knowing when you asked for that kind of package. And to our pity.. its auto renual. Ex Mitte ke rang. I am not sure what the heck is that package for. and no clue on its usage. But the customer care (careless) people told that I activated that.. WHich I never did. They donot have any clue on when I activated that because they only keep information for 3 days. .. And they deducted 3 times 30 rs from my account. I wish you to be very careful and check your accounts for these kind o[censored]nwanted deductions.
Hi... myself Mukesh Dogra and I'm dual user of Reliance GSM & CDMA.I'm happy with the service of CDMA but GSM service is very very bad.I wish to inform you I logged a call with reliance web world also in Reliance Customer Care call centre too regarding my GSM phone signal problem in home location even I'm living in the centre of the city.Reliance customer care assured me that the problem will be sort out within two weeks.
But more over one month the problem is not sorted out and call centre everytime assured me that problem will be sort out shortly and we are working against your complaint and work is under process, we will inform you through a call after solve this problem.

I have purchased a Pre paid Reliance mobile number ([protected]) on 10th Aug 2009 through reliance vendor at sector 14 and at same time deposited all necessary documents to vendor for activation after a day its activated, but after some days my mobile service is suspended due to non deposit of documents and this information is not reported to me by any reliance executive or customer care center, after enquired it come to know that i need to deposited my documents once again then I went to sector 23 Reliance office on 1st Sep 2009 they refused to accept documents and suggested me to deposit it at Sector 14 Reliance office which is fare away from my home than on 8th Sep 2009 documents are again deposited by me, but till now there is now reply from customer care center & my number is not activated .

i buy 2 reliance gsm simcard for past 20 days. within half day that simcard will be activated. but now that simcard will not activated i ask customer care 3 times, the customer care told the proof and photo should not match.
once gain i go the nearest reliance shop and give a new proof and photo for last 3 days. yet the simcard not activated. please activate the simcard at the earliest.
