Reliance — outgoing calls barred

hi, i, m customer reliance gsm i have a number of reliance gsm. i activate net in our phone so you send me gprs setting. software, my phone number is [protected].

My prepaid reliance mobile number [protected] outgoing calls are barred despite of its balance of 125 Rs. and validity upto April.2010 and inspite of repeated number of complaints to the customer care service my onsaid problem hasn't been sorted out.Everytime a false assurance is being made in lieu of my complain to the customer care that it will be sorted out within 24 to 72 hrs. Its been more than 5 days since I have made my first complaint and still no attention is paid towards it.I am completely fade up with customer care careless attitude .Also I would like to suggest that a complaint number must be given to the customer against a complaint registered so that further reference could be made through it.

my mobile no. [protected] is not working in roaming after 1 year c.care excutv told me sir your document is not recevied

I am a consumer of relience SMART phone with my mobile number[protected] . I am using gprs from my phone having taking Rs 199 plan from 9th March 2010 . As per the plan, no amount should be deducted from my account while accessing gprs . But from the date of my taking plan, money from my main balance is continuously deducted whenever I am accessing gprs and in the mean while Rs 102 has already been deducted. I have complained several times from 11 th March before Customer care Centre over phone but in vein. My complain id are[protected] dt 11.3.2010,[protected] dt 16.03.2010,[protected] dt 21.3.2010 . But till date neither my problem is solved nor my deducted money is refunded to my account as the same is deducted from my account unlawfully.
So necessary step be taken to solve my problem and to refund my money deducted unlawfully causing me mental agnoy.

my no. has been de-activated 4 no reason...n when i been 2 customer care there is no proper care taken by them...n i need a proper action taken against them.

Sir, my prepaid reliance number [protected] outgoing calls are barred despite of its balance Rs 624 and with life time validity and inspite of repeated number of complaints my problem has not been sorted out. everytime when i call to the customer care they used to give false assurance that the problem will be sorted out within 24hrs and no body from the reliance customer care hads told me why they have barred my out going calls . Sir i am facing lot of problems in this please do something or i have to take strict action aganist reliance customer care.

my data card number is [protected]. I had purchased this data card on 21st Jan 2010. I was promised 2 months o[censored]nlimited internet service. But my connection has been disconnected for second time and your executives are saying that the bill is overdue. Sir please tell me how could the bill be generated for an amount of Rs680/- on 9th march when I have been promised o[censored]nlimited surfing till 21st march. Earlier also my connection was disconnected for 1 week for the same problem.
I am highly dissatisfied with the service.

I went to reliance office near usha theatre in Tirupur asking for change of my postpaid card to prepaid card. There a lady spoke to me was really rude. And she insulted me and asked me to go out without a proper reason. Am dissatisfied with this experience. So I have decided to surrender my reliance connections and I’ll ask my friends and relatives also to do so. better we’ll go for some other network which provides good service.

my complaint has not slove. plzzzzzzz do something my no.is [protected]. u have didected 11rs from my a/c cheake it fast. & i had call to customer care with [protected] no. but customer care officers talk with me very badly. do something quickly.

hi i have used many other Sim cards but never faced such stupid problem like the reliance one.it has no range at most of the places.and it cuts off the balance anytime for caller tune which i never had opted.sir, do you think it's right for a customer?i need immediate answer for my question why did u charge me for a caller tune?

I'v night ul plan(Rs.29) on my mob no [protected]. now I got the slap of Rs.45.50 for the 1 hour 30 mints 2 sec. and here on i also charged 50 paisa for a single sms when I'v a 1 paisa sms plan.

holy crap... I am calling right now to cc from my mob but there r no one to pick my call... what the hell !

I just want to get back my money and also the guarantee of future ...
