Reliance Mobile — careless in customer care

Dear sir,
I am jayesh patel from mumbai.My mobile number is [protected].I've a problem with reliance cdma mobile.My problem is internet based .I've internet 199 plan .since last 45 days my internet is not working timed out error comes on the screen.Even after making 30+ complaints my problem is as it is.I am giving you few of my service request no.-
1) [protected] Date- 24/03/10
2) [protected] Date- 25/03/10
3) [protected] Date- 26/03/10
4) [protected] Date- 30/03/10
5) [protected] Date- 08/04/10
6) [protected] Date- 09/04/10
7) [protected] Date- 13/04/10
8) [protected] Date- 16/04/10
etc...
Reliance is interested only money & not in service to their customer.I told them I'll not pay my bill till my problem get solved.If reliance want money thn they have to either solve my problem or give in writing that it is not possible for us to start internet service on your mobile on paper I'll immediately pay my bill.if we pay our bill late thn they take late fee from us.when they are late in problem solving thn what.Now they threaten me to pay bill or they will send their person to my house to collect the same.

Sir i'm requesting you to take necessary action on this matter as early as possible.

The connection was withdrawn from your side stating that documents was not submitted accordingly.Though i have given the documents still this has happened.Nobody informed me that you have not received the document.
This actually happened after fifteen days o[censored]sing the connection, then again I have submitted connection got active after that again you people are saying we have not received the document, now you peple want those documents again.

I don't understand what the hell you people are doing sitting over their???????
U people commit mistake and blame ur customers that they have not produced the document.This is quite ridiculous and horrible...

Its my fault that I had taken your connection .I am also working in service industry for the past five years but the services u people are providing its unexpected...

Because of this kinds of activities people say u people are fake, Airtel is far better...

Network problem - I am staying in BTM 1st Stage from last 10 months. Past 2 weeks i have the network problem. I contacted the customer care on 18th Apri'01. They told it will be rectified within 14 days. When i called today as its 2 weeks from now, they told i have to wait. The lack of knowledge on the customer's issue and queries is not expected from a Customer care center.

The complaint number is[protected].
I am unable to make or receive calls.

Really unhappy with the service.

i submitted my ID proof, and filled the form, That today the out going calles have been barred [protected] I would like to know the reasons for the bar on the outgoing calls.

i recharged ma account on 6th may 2010 of rs. 100 on GSM connection [protected]..
The recharge was successfully done and 90 rs. were credited in ma account. In the night timem my whole account got NIL by its own.. I called the customer care .. they are giving excuse that my recharge was done by mistake and that is why they have taken all my balance. I had previous balance also..they have taken that also..HOW CAN ONE TAKE ALL MY BALANCE FROM MY ACCOUNT??
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS??
When I have given 100 Rs. to Retailer and I got the message that my recharge was successful..then please tell me how can it be a fake recharge??
Please take necessary action in this regard and please recredit my account..

sir my mobile no is [protected]. i use 19 rs sms pack on may 14th, when the renivel date on 14 th june i had no bal on my mobile. so i do recharge boster pack for rs 19. then i call customer care to conform that, they said its validity period is now up to 14 th july. but on that day evening i recharge for rs 30. on next day 3.30 am they take 19 rs for sms pack again. instently i call to customer care, they said network problem on server so call at morning 6.00 am. i again call the customer care on my no, but not going any calls to customercare now why?

Since 2005 but still now am facing network problem always ur customer care excutive are telling that we are trying to solve ur problems now another problem is i used Lemon handset no other sim providers sim is showing Invalid SIM except only RelianceSmart GSM service and i also tryed it with micromax spice the problem is same all the sim providers of odisha are ok except Reliance always its shows Invald SIm after restarting the Phone its ok 4 hrs after that it happens again so plz try to solve my problems which am facing due to this reason i have now purchased A BSNL Sim And A DOCOMO sim u can call on it [protected], [protected].and i decided that if this time u can't hear me then i will throw it to a river. thats i can recomed to people to take reliance sim and always saying don't take reliance take airtel, BSNL, aircel these providers are full network in our locality

I have taken this number in 2008 and from tht time i am unable to send any sms to anyone. I contacted customer care several time and every time they had given me the complain number and told me tht it will be solved in 48hrs. On the next 48hrs i got a message tht my problem is solved but it never got solved. Even i went to nearest reliance outlet for this problem but those guys are very rude, they don't know how to talk with customer also. Can you kindly look into this matter and solve the problem of my mobile.
