i need my outgoing calls list from last three months

On 06/07/09 mr. Bavik call me and explained me the plan no.sp199 in that features were that std charges were 1/rs per miuntes local calls 50/ps per minutes R2R free all over india and 199 rentel and 400 minuts free which was not approved by the relaince comunication .
They selled me the planned jaduu-199 which was not explained to me we had complianed against them our complained no.[protected] on 14/7/09 and[protected] on 04/08/09. we didned get any compasion for that they are saying that we had expled that people from job. so i reqest you that please ativatet the explained plann i:e sp-199 or refuned my deposite and make my phone again prepaid.
so i request then please atained this complained

I am facing network problen from last 2 days. I stay in gurgaon haryana. There is no signal in phone. Sometimes it comes and goes off after few secounds. Please look in this matter. Even i am unable to receive any call. My call back number is [protected]

My prepaid reliance mobile number [protected] outgoing calls are barred despite of its balance of 210 Rs. and validity upto 20 Aug 2009 and I recharged 999 today morning. But my outgoing call are not activated. please activate asp. Expecting fast response.

Pls note that my above said mail no is registered in Tamil nadu and since 23.08.09 I am roaming in Bangalore. But my mobile is not activated while enter in Karnadaka. Regarding this I 2 times conduct the Reliance Web word in Bangalore (Forhams branch). On 24.08.09 continuously 3 times conduct the customer care through my mobile. i got the reply from customer care that it will be clear with in 3 hrs.

But till now this problem is not solved. Pls do the needful.
