Respected Sir I am the prepaid customer of Reliance CDMA with mobile no [protected].Today I have received Sms contents of which are noted below "Your subcription to CRBT service has been renewed at Rs. 20.00 for a period of 20 days. To unsubcribe SMS UNSUB 1003 to 155223 (Toll Free). from 51234 date 21/10/2009.It is added here for kind information that I had never asked for providing such service.On checking the balance on mobile an amount of Rs.20.00 was found deducted from Balance.This is clearcut cheating by such reputed company.The service provider co should refund the amount deducted from my balance amount.Besides this appropriate action should be taken against defaulters. "Your subcription to CRBT service has beenrenewed at Rs. 30.00 for aperiod of 30 days. To unsubcribeSMS UNSUB 1003 to 121 (Toll Free). from 51234 date 2009/10/09 01:57pm."
It is added here for kind information that I had never asked for providing such service.On checking the balance on mobile an amount of Rs.30.00 was found deducted from Balance.This is clearcut cheating by such reputed company.When I tried to get information from customer care i didn't get appropriate response.The service provider co. should refund the amount deducted from my balance amount.Besides this appropriate action should be taken against defaulters.

"Your have subscribe to CRBT service at rs. 1/day. To unsubscribe SMS UNSUB 1003 to 121 (Toll Free). from 51234 date 2009/11/09 09:47am." This is the second time I got such message. Within 10 days 2 times I have been set caller tune and rs. 30 deducted without my consent.

I Never Use R-World But They Told Me I Subscribe The Services & Deduct The Amount Rs.25/- If They Cheat Like This Way, Then They Cheat Crore of Rupees Everyday from Public. I am the prepaid valuable customer of Reliance GSM with mobile no [protected]. i am using ur services for last 6 years. On 09 Mar 2010 your service provider has charged Rs 50 for Astrology, Sai baba and one more services. But i have not placed any request for the same. I have contacted to Mr. Alam (Sr Excutive for Bangalore call center ), but thier answer was not suitable . They have just deactivated the same and assured you will be charged again. What is the gurantee for that. This the third time I am facing the same problem.This is clearcut cheating by such reputed company.When I tried to get information from customer care i didn't get appropriate response.The service provider co. should refund the amount deducted from my balance amount.Besides this appropriate action should be taken against defaulters.

I have a Caller Tune Service (CRBT) and Reliance GsM has already charged Rs.30 for this 6 days ago.
Today I have again recieved a message saying- "Your subcription to CRBT service has been renewed at Rs. 30.00 for aperiod of 30 days." So another Rs.30 has been deducted from my balance. This is a common complaint from many people. Please warn the Relaince Communications so that they can stop cheating their customers because - "Money does not grow on trees"
