Hi,
I had a reliance broadband connection at my gurgaon house , address - U37/12 , DLF Phase 3, Gurgaon - 122002. I changed my residence address and informed reliance customer service call centre on 28/09/09 about it , they said the connection cant be moved to the other address in DLF phase 3 as they dont have proper network there and I need to to disconnect the service. So they took my request for disconnection , still after 2 weeks they havent disconnected the service and no one came to collect the instruments. However the call centre told me, someone will collect the instrument within 48 hours. This is pathetic service and they dont follow up on customer request.
