Dear Sir,
Myself Devendra patil. My Reliance mobile number is [protected]. I want to change my ECS account.
Regarding this, earlier I had contacted reliance outlet at bhayander, miraroad and web world at Boriwali-west. As per reliance customer care executive reply ECS change is not allowed for the tariff plan which I am using i.e. Emp 50.

Kindly facilitate me in doing ECS change else I will quite Reliance mobile service.

    I got my releiance phone dead from 3 days, after when they lived the phone my phone number has changed,and internet not working. I raised the complain thrugh cust care, they are very rude in giving the complain number also arguing on the issue, also not willing to giving me waiver for the days internet was not working.
    Please help me trying to resolve the issue.

      I have a reliance Net Broad Band No [protected] from Pune. I am unable to register to the myservices.relianceada.com and also i can't check my usage & bill also becuase the reliance have blocked the site. I have given so many complaints through mail & i have talked customer care persons so many times. But there is no response yet. everytime they are coming telling me this issue will resolved very sonn it is already 30 days gone but still i am facing the same problem.


      Please help me out.

      Am from Trivandrum, can't register my broadband account to http://myservices.relianceada.com using hyperlink 'Add or Delete Service" after login to the website.
      Even tried the same with different browsers...no luck. After waiting on IVR for 10 mins I finally got hold of someone to speak to...but in vain. He kept chanting that the site would be down...though I explained him its not!


      Have decided to terminate the connection and never ever go for any Reliance services. It really sucks!!!

        My User Id[protected]. The connection was disconnected due to local cable disconnection on 03/10/2009 and an complaint was registered under complaint no[protected] on same day with Reliance Customer Support and people told that the problem will be restored within 24 hours.

        Later I called the customer support after 48 hours to check with the situation, Mr. Sathish Kumar at Customer support told that the corresponding complaint number was registered for an wireless broadband issue (What an heck!!!) Later I told all my user and connection details and told them to update the complaint.

        After repeated callings to the customer support (STD Billing) the problem was not still resolved. Later I found the Nodal Officer Number at their website an contacted the same to my surprise all the Nodal officer's land line has been not in use. After an really long try I found my Nodal Officer's Name and Mobile number of Mr. Thirumal Alagan [protected].

        He gave me an rude response as follows,

        ALL THE CONNECTIONS TO PARTICULAR AREA ARE DOWN. WILL BE RESTORED WITHIN 48 HOURS.

        When contacted after 48 hours, the same excuse was given.

        After repeated contact he became rude and gave me the following response:

        (REALLY UNBEARABLE WORDS) YOU CAN SURRENDER THE CONNECTION AND SWITCH TO AN ANOTHER SERVICE, YOUR CONNECTION WILL NEVER BE RESTORED????

        HE DISCONNECTED THE LINE.

        This is what my response with the customer service of RELIANCE.

        I'm an freelance programmer and all my works were down for more than an week, which lead to huge losses.

        SO PEOPLE BETTER STAY AWAY FROM RELIANCE BROADBAND.

        NEVER RELY ON RELIANCE.

          i am using reliance gsm but i an not satisfied by its network because i have to speak loudly and place my mouth near mobile lower part and by doing this i can only talk.But i am really 100 percent satisfied by its offers.
          sir, I have replaced my CDMA internet data card against EC1260 broadband network. Originally I was holding wireless CDMA cardwith phone fascility. During replacement I was told that new EC1260 broadband card wil be with same fascility of phone. After replacing old deta card reliance representative told you will not be getting phone facility in this scheme. I am not able to understand why such cheating is made. Now what should I do for getting phone fascility in my computer attached with EC1260 broadband data card. my datacard number is [protected]. please give me justice.
          I am a holder of Reliance CDMA Mobile asked to unsubscribe and block all services from time to time.Frequently i receive messages stating that i have successfully subscribed for so & so services. Customers do understand that the network service renderers sends this bogus messages and take their chances of stealing money.

          My father is being charged for Joke Subscription when he has not subscribed by Airtel
          My Sister in law is being charges to Rs.100/- for unknown subscription services by Idea.

          The most that Reliance Customer Care could do is to unsubscribe from last services and that too takes a lot of time for reaching Customer representatives in Customer Care.

          Since you have already paid they Steal your money by deducting amount although you have not subscribed. They are not ready to block these forever. Why?

          Reliance Cdma Mobile — Frequent Auto Activation Charges

          Hi

          I am Balasundaram, My mobile # is [protected]. I have already raised complaint about auto debit of Reliance activation of packs (Without intimation of customers). On 03rd Feb 2011 Rs.15/- deducted their end on 05th Feb 2011 i have raised complaint and asked about reversal. But customer care replied that, which happened for renewal for something (still i dont know what for they deducted) and renewal can't reversed to customers.

          After this conversation only i came to know already they have deducted money from my account regulerly and this one is for renewal only. I clearly informed earlier itself i dont want any activation forever and now also i requested and help to get my amount immediately please reverse it. Forever dont deduct any amount from my account for any activation.

          For this issue if relaiance people want to discuss with me please call [protected].

            1 year ago, reliance installed a GSM mobile tower near my house(distance 100Mts). I have no problem & nobody protested against it.
            The problem is the warning red light is not working till to the date it installed. there is huge darkness near the tower area, plants & bushes are grown in to make stay to snake like creatures..

            so pls make an arrangement to litten a bulb near the tower and at the top...

            but due to this we are facing lots of problem . form last night there is no problem suddenly from today morning this problem occurred from your service.

              I am investing Rs 2000/- pm in reliance mutual fund (a/c no. [protected]) from about 1.5 yrs, thru ECS transfer from my bank SBI.
              In the month of June 2009, my bank debited my a/c for Rs 2000/- (ECS) and forwarded it to Reliance.
              But since then Reliance is denying the receipt of that amount, though I have forwarded them a "Debit Certificate", issued by my bank, indicating the succesful transfer to Reliance.

              I have applied for redemption of Relaince Mutual Funds( Reliance growth and reliance power). I applied on 15 jan and asked for redemption in the new bank account(The old Account was closed).

              They did not credit the amount saying that I need to submit the closure letter.

              Even on submitting the closure letter, they issued cheques in the name of old account(which is closed and does not exist).

              They are delaying crediting the money on one or another pretext.

              It has been more than a month and they are continuously harassing me.

              It is near to impssible to get redemption from reliance mutual fund.

              Useless Fund house.

                I have sent so many emails regarding make necessary correction in my account number. I have also sent formal written request at Mumbai office as per Reliance capital format alongwith all details/documents. There is no reply. This is the most shocking that is no single reply. Almost I am sending daily requests at customer care and customer grievance e-mail address but to no avail. It is unfortunate that they don't listen. Others are giving prompt replies like ICICI, IDBI, LIC .... I am completely blank don't know how to deal with it. I am unable to make necessary transfer of money and make online trading.

                This is to bring your kind notice that i got a message from 56694 on 21.10.2009, 11:17 a.m which read as "your subscription renewal of voicechat service for Rs30/mth is due on[protected].
                To unsubscribe SMS Unsub 1118 to155223(TollFree)".today Rs.30 has been deducted from my balance that is before 2009.10.24.now i want to say that i have not subscribed any such service neither iam aware of the so called service for which Rs.30 has been deducted and as per the message it seems that rs 30 has been deducted how many times i dont know.kindly inform me when such service was provided to me and accordingly refund me all money deducted so far including this rs 30.
                kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.and refund me my hard earned money so that i can remain connected with relaince .

                  I was Complaint in customer care before they say you have usage was pack i didnot activate any pack, after that i complain to unscribe my pack they told your pack unscribe but agian this month when i recharge again they deduct 30rs for pack again i complain but they say it usage for pack but my problem is not solved . My cell no. is [protected]. so please solved my problem quick because i am very upset from these days to cutting my money always. Also send me my money return back neither i wll change my mobile no with almost 10 people with me.

                  Today i recharged 75 on 75 on this no.[protected].after that i checked my balance was 45Rs. than i called costumer care . costumer care executive said me you actived hangama pack but sir i didn't active this type pack. please help me sir i want remain balance. my contact n o.                   My RIM No. is [protected]. For last three days RIM company has been cutting my balance of Rs. 108/- daily. They say that I have activated call divert service and for last three days some calls were diverted to my other mobile No. [protected]. But the duration of diverted call of each day (237 minutes continuously) is same and totally false because the mobile on which the calls were diverted, always remains with me and no call was received for such a long duration (237 minutes continuously). I requested daily on customer care to refund my balance but they say that the information they have in their record will be considered correct and final even if I have not used my balance.

                    Hi,

                    I had a reliance broadband connection at my gurgaon house , address - U37/12 , DLF Phase 3, Gurgaon - 122002. I changed my residence address and informed reliance customer service call centre on 28/09/09 about it , they said the connection cant be moved to the other address in DLF phase 3 as they dont have proper network there and I need to to disconnect the service. So they took my request for disconnection , still after 2 weeks they havent disconnected the service and no one came to collect the instruments. However the call centre told me, someone will collect the instrument within 48 hours. This is pathetic service and they dont follow up on customer request.

                    i have purchased C.D.M.A. number on 22/7/2004 & have been continuously using this number ever since.The above said number has been terminated without prior intimation & valid reason on 6 december 2009& the complaint has been registered by me in visitor record on 9.12 2009 at local cosumer care reliance world at ujjain. the services were restored within seven days at that time but the balance & the tariff plan were forfeited eventhough I had submitted documents regarding my ID & address.i didn't made any proper complaint at that time.but since the same is repeated within 2 months now and services on said no again terminated without any reason on 25.2.2010 with a reasonable balance in my account worth about Rs. 118/-. I have made so many request through e-mail to reliande custumercare and personnally meet at your representative at Ujjain but it is very regretted to mentioned that no satisfactory reply have been received so far and servies on said no is still withheld. and I have facing very hardship due to this action.
                    Sir, You are therefore reqeusted that take up the matter with your representative please.

                      SIR,
                      Actually i was provided a wrong information about a recharge of rs. 60,which was not of my use,but was given me wrong information.
                      I further complained to the customer care executive on 6th october, and they registered complain with SERVICE REQUEST NUMBER :[protected] and was told to me my problem will be sorted out within 2 days.
                      But till now it is not sorted out,and now my cal is not reaching to them also so that i can talk to them.
                      so i want my money back.

                          I Manoj Gaikwad, from Pmpri applied for Internet connection to Reliance Broadband connection on 07/09/2009 by following all required document & cheque. the representative of company said the connection will be updated within 3 days, I repeatedly asked for the connection status but the representative started abusing ( Name: Nitin - [protected] & Sachin [protected]) that we have lots of customer & we are less bother about your connection, still din`t paid the money back & nor they gave the connection till date. They are not answering the call also. I have gave complaint to reliance customer care but even they din`t help in this matter.

                            whereas my last bill is of Rs. 3322.01 amount and this amount is just for incomming calls as per reliance i didn't make a single outgoing call the full month

                            yeha jo bill amount hume charge kiya gaya hai iske bare me humne Reliance Customer Care se hammare Bill ki Detail Copy bhi mangaya hai jisme ye mention kiya gaya hai ki aapko jankar hairani hogi ye humme incomming call aane ki vajaha se charges 3072.00 Rs.ka wo bhi time period is only at Night of Date[protected] Time 12:58 p.m. se lekar second day Morning date[protected] time 10:43 a.m. tak ka 1 Rs. / Call charge kiya gay hai Total Incomming Calls are 30072 call.
                            aur phir morning 10:47 am dt.[protected] ko hamari Outgoing Facility deactivet kardiya gaya..

                            Now Problem is that : ki jab bhi hum reliance ke customercare me *222 or *333 pe call kar complaint darj kare toe humme reply me Aashwan ke siva or time ke siva aaj tak hammara problem solve nahi kiya hai.. but hum agar voice call karke complaint karte hai toe bhi hammare pass iska koi saboot (proof) nahi rahata.. unhone kaha pehle aap pura billing amount jama karado or phir next bill me aap ko return kar diya jayega.. per ye kaha ka insaf hai ki pehle aap excess billing kardo or customer ka phone bhi kaat do even customer care calling bhi.. or phir customer ko kahe ki aap apne nazdiki webworld me jaa ke contact karo.. or phir vaha jane pe aapko kaha jata hai ki aabhi Server kam nahi kar raha hai ya aap 1-2 hours me aajao ya phir kal next day aajaiye...
                            but next day jane pe kaha jata hai aap ka problem yaha se solve nahi kiya ja sakta aap *333 pe contact kare ya full amount payment kare...

                            Sir i am very tried hogaya hu.. kya kya likhu or kya kya nahi kuch samaj me nahi aaraha hai.. kaha jaye Lawyer ki salaha le toe uski bhi fees mere bill ammount se kam thodehi hogi.. or consumer court toe yaha kuch aata pata hi nahi hai.. bus mere paas yahi ek option raha gaya hai ki aap meri kuch help kare is problem ko solve karwa dijiye

                              I am a reliance-smart user ..my number is [protected].
                              On 5th october at around 8:00 p.m, i recharged my account with 51-SMS pack.
                              After that a message came to me from reliance communications that " your account has been recharged with rupees .02 and amount payable is Rs 51.
                              I paid Rs 51 to the retailer.
                              But i did not get the facility of free messages.
                              i registered my complaint twice, i waited for more than 3 days and they replied that "51 - SMS pack has been revised to 49 sms pack so not eligible for offer benefit".
                              I was not refunded and didnot get the facilities.
                              I paid money because i got message form reliance that amount payable is rs 51.....
                              So i want refund and certain other charges for wasting my time and desturbing me mentally.

                              It is still uncredited in account.
                              Why they are providing so hopeless, poor kind of services.
                              I am user of reliance and having nice bill every month but because of this
                              frustration I will have to change my no.
                              Please it is my humble request that credit in the account and if it is delayed than forget the amount I will go to consumer court and will see there.
                              I have called 20 times to customer care and 100 times to this knowledge city.

                                Reliance GSM — reduction in balance suddenly

                                Dear sir/madam,
                                I am using Reliance Gsm .My no is [protected].Suddenly i received a message that 30Rs is deducted on 18.11.2010 for music station.But i didnt subscibe for it.Every day I am receiving unnecessarily around 6 to 10 calls and it is disturbing my work.Please take necessary action that the problem is not repeated.

                                i am akanksha srivastava from lucknow. i am using reliance gsm number [protected]. i want to complain that on my number reliance company often deduct balance from my account without informing me. and without any cause too. they tell that u have subscribe this or that. but nothing is done from my side. plz help me ot frm this problem. thankyou.

                                its better to WRITE a complint against Reliance to TROI.

                                  I got USB Net Connection in April 2009. In less than 24 hours time I got the service. In a few days, I found I have chosen the wrong one. I was desperately dissatisfied with service provided by them. Often I did not get connected to net. I made compalints to the Reliance Staff but with no proper response. Whenever I spoke to them and asked for details they observed silence. Totally frustrated I gave a letter to disconnect my net service from 6th October 2009. They don't give proper response regarding when my service will be terminated. I hope concerned authorities will look into the matter and set right the prevailing consumer- insulting situation. Now I am awaiting for my net cancellation.

                                    I was done a easy recharege Rs.51/- for 400 SMS Pack on dated[protected], but I can't get any sms balance. The same day I call customer care
                                    and they told me "it will effect within 24 hrs.". But still to next Day it was not update. I again call to castomer care on[protected], but now they told that
                                    no sms pack avalable in Rs.51. it was change to Rs.49.

                                    So, my complain is how i know it chage to Rs.49 may be the agent or customer care guide me because i am use Rs.51/- sms pack in every month. and if the value change the how it was take for easy recharge or how i get confirmation msg. Where my Rs.51/- gone ?

                                    I called several time to customer care but they denie to take my complain.

                                    Please give me some solution for that.

                                    It is submitted that there was a balance of Rs.48 in my phone no .[protected] on the eve of 31.12.09 I made request for 1 Paisa per SMS .After accepting my request, my request became Rs.37. I forwarded approx. 700 to 800 SMS on the eve of 31st Dec. On checking balance, it was found that deduction of Rs.36.52 is debited from my account whereas it should be max. of Rs.08.
                                    In spite of repeated requested at customer care toll free no.(reference no.[protected]) nothing could be done. Therefore it is requested that access money of Rs.28.52 deducted from my account may please be credited in my account.

                                        I resigned from a company RELIANCE COMMUNICATION in December '08, and submitted my PF claim form in March'09. I have been told that on 29th JUNE '09 my form has been Forwarded to PF office and the refund will be done within two months,But its almost three months i haven't received my amount.
