I USED CDMA LG PHONE.

I TOOK RELIANCE SIM ([protected]) ON THE JANUARY 2009 IT WORK ONLE ONE MONTH AND THEN IT STOP TAKING SERVICE AREA AND THUS I WAS NOT BEING ABLE TO CALL/RECEIVE.


I COMPLAIN 100 TIMES EACH TIME THEY SAYS THAT IT WILL START WORKING AFTER 24 HOURS BUT IT NEVER STARTED.


IN THE MAY 2009 I BUY ANOTHER SIM [protected] . BUT THIS BECOME SAME AS FIRST ONE.
IT ALSO DO NOT TAKE THE SERVICE AREA I ONCE AGAIN COMPLAING BUT IT YET NOT STARTED.

    Dear Sir,

    Re : Complaint regarding auto deduction of charges for caller tune and munna bhai pack activation in mobile no. [protected]

    Though the call talk tune service has been not been subscribed , a service charge of Rs. 20/- has been deducted from my prepaid deposit. It has already been unsubscribed (though it was never subscribed). Moreover , on 6/10/2009, one pack named "Munna Bhai" has been activated without my permission and Rs. 30/- has been deducted. I would request you to please pay back the entire deducted amount of Rs. 50/- (Rs. 20+Rs. 30) and deactivte the pack and also no pack should be activated without my consent.

    In this connection, local Reliance Smart office at Berhampore, WB expressed it's inability to help the customer in this regard. Please do the needful at the earliest.

The dialer tune has been activated without my permission and Rs. 30/- has been deducted from my account from last 3 months. I would request you to please pay back the entire deducted amount and deactivte the pack and also no pack should be activated without my consent.

    In this connection, local Reliance Smart office at Kurukshetra, Haryana expressed it's inability to help the customer in this regard. Please do the needful at the earliest.

    Reliance GSM — 30 rs Deducted for Caller tune

    I am using Reliance GSM services. They have deducted 30 rs from my balance for Caller tune which i have not opted for it. I have called up customer care , they said that it is activated from my side. they are charging for customer care call also. They do not bother about customers.

    Reliance smart service — automatic deduction

    i am a very old user of reliance smart service orissa. 3 days back reliance mauj service activated automatically and rs 5 - 8 deducted everyday from my balance. so do the needful and deactivate the same.

    i can never call reliance cx cre. it gives me an IVR with insuffiient knowledge. Who told you to activate value added services. I dont want them. And i never activated them. Every day deduction of 10 Rs. is done from my number and i have no answer why? I called *333 infinite number of times. All i get is a stupid IVR and then i call twice, it says, " this route is busy " Excuse me, M i not busy... I m completely pissed off.. Thinking of changing my network..

        dear sir/mam,
        i had purchased reliance broad band HSD device net connect from reliance dealer in bhopal abt 3 months back,the device is nto functioning properly since the day one and inspite of repeated request to the executive and to the customer service centre there has been no reply or response from there side and iam facing a lot of inconvienience due to the same.i have been paying the bills since last two months regularly without having used the net properly.as per company the speed is 3.1 mbps and the speed iam getting is only 256kbps.the net connection is also very poor due to which iam not able to work properly.i request you to please guide me as to what to do for the problem iam facing .i will be highly obliged for your kindful act.

          How many times should I ring you guys for petty thing like USB Modem activation?I was told that my data card will be activated in 2 days time but I didn't receive anything from Vriti until last night and now even though the installation is successful it has not been activated.I have called N number of times but the customer care department is just not helping me out.Its pathetic.If my query is not resolved by the end of the day,i will take action against the company.Now do it or face it.

          I am Madhiyazhagan I have got Reliance Netconnect yesterday 22/11/11.But it not get activated till now.I also gave complaint to the customer care dept.There is no proper response from their side.If it continues means i will take necessary action on the company.Activate immediately or face the problems.
          My data card number [protected] has been recharged for Rs.255 on last month 07.10.2015 and till now I have not received any activation and this is the first time your process has been delayed.
          Activation unsccessful !please help

            I am Customer of Reliance GSM user from about 4 years, My Prepaid Cell No is [protected].
            Yesterday (Date[protected] I had received a message that my cell is activated with subscription of FM India for 1 month and Rs 30/- has been deducted from my account.

            On asking to customer care they are saying that it is subscribed through call centre phone, where as I had not received any call for the same nor I had done any such subscription.

            Please look into the matter and do the needful

            Rather getting good services from reliance i am getting bothered by reliance.

              Dear sir,
              i had applied for a broadband connection with reliance in bangalore on 22/sep/09 . I put up at Kodihalli, old airport road, bangalore . The very same day the executive called Rohit - his cell no : [protected] came and took my documents and cheque of 500 rs. for the connection.
              i was assured the same day that the connection will be installed in 7 days . Even after 15 days of waiting i called up the executive for looking into the same matter but he is not picking up the phone at all and sent no. of SMS to his mobile but no response from him . Immediately i complaint this to "Customer Care" on toll free no : [protected] and it was repeated same way (Even customer care people not responded even after 4 days, In fact they promised me that i will get a connection in 2 days ) . Please help me out in reolving this issue ASAP.

                I have got a new modem on the 18th September 2009. It was home delivered on a request to Reliance support from my mobile no [protected]. It was delivered in sealed conditions and demo was not possible due to non activation which would be duly done in 24 hours after address verification. I was repeatedly ascertained that it works in my location at Sector 46 Faridabad and is claimed by the company in its website also.
                After activation i was able to work on 1X mode but not on HSD mode.

                I was asked to get the modem checked at their authorized service station and given two addresses by their support over phone.
                1. Fortune M'bile services, B451-452, Basement, Nehru Ground, Faridabad.contact person sukwinder, phone [protected]---- When i called they said that they are no more doing work on these products since 3 months.

                2. Aditi electronics,5H/4, near sabji mandi NIT Faridabad, Contact Nishant, phone [protected].-------they asked me to come over for checking. When i reached there and i gave the modem they said maximum speed is only 153 Kbps. I pointed out this was broadband+ modem and not 1X modem, he said he was seeing this for the first time himself. They could not even test it properly and asked me to leave it with them so they will change the same may be it will be done in 2 weeks time as modem change given on 14th September is still pending as on date. I staged a walk out in utter disgust.

                Though i had registered a complaint on the 20th under complaint no[protected]/ravi it was closed as soon as they gave me these two addresses.

                I opened another complaint on the 25th under complaint no[protected]/shaitrali which is in resolving status since then. This is regarding slow speed or no browsing.

                I also was not able to affect any connection for which another complaint was launched under no[protected]/nishant this they closed as they were able to get me connected for once and now i am back at square one and not able to connect.

                I keep calling them repeatedly every alternate day for resolution and status of the complaint.

                I have checked that the modem works in other locations in the same laptop so as to rule out the possibility of faulty modem or machine.

                I was offered one month of free access and now it has not worked for the best part of the month and now the offer is of no use to me also i have paid Rs 3500 for a high speed modem though i already possess a 1x modem which i am holding for more than a year.

                If Reliance is not able to serve the facility it should not launch and make a fool out of the custormers.

                I have also the same experience with company.the product and associated service are pathetic.Best avoid it.
                I totally agree with this comment that their services are very very poor and they don't resolve our problems.

                  now suddenly 7 days before its stop working
                  it shows insert sim card in all handsets
                  then i go to reliance smart retailer he took my document and gave me a another sim card and told me that within two three days ur same no is working but till now sim not working it shows sim card registration failed then i go to retailer he told me that some server problem but m harashed this is very poor service while companies like airtel swap sim card on the spot
                  so very bad service
                  in my relation minimum 30 customers of reliance smart
                  but this is 1st time i experianced

                        I registered for Do not Disturb through your customer care executive on 25.07.09 my request no is [protected]. As per rule DND has to be activated within 45 days, but since DND is not activated after 60 days, I called your call centre and talked to your assistant. They talk to me that make request again. And then I request again through sending SMS to 1909, and also through web (Request No[protected] on 05.10.09. But I afraid that if DND service not active within 45 days where I go.

                        I am getting a lot o[censored]nsolicited calls and messages from RELIANCE, RM 57272, 58888, [protected], [protected], [protected] and many more.

                        It is really disgustiing for such type of service from Reliance.

                        Reliance GSM — Activating an unasked service

                        Sir/Ma'am,

                        I have a GSM mobile connection of Reliance Communications (+[protected] and recently (on 28th March) Rs 31/- were deducted from my balance without any intimation whatsoever. I never asked for, or made any inquiry about that service. I just got a message from 51234 with text "NA". When I complained at 198, I was told that it was auto-renewed after one month as I had purchased that service in February 2012, and that they cant register my complaint. Now I have three things to say:

                        1) I was never informed by any SMS whatsoever about this auto renewing of that service after one month.
                        2) My last purchase of this service was on 13th February 2012, and I were to believe in the auto-renewing thing, it makes 13th March, the date of auto-renewell. What made them deduct money on 28th,March 2012.
                        3) The whole idea of deducting from the prepaid balance for such a service is a fraud because when we make a top-up, we end up paying tax. And when the amount of a special service id deducted from the balance, consumer end up paying more than the actual price of that service.

                        I have had earlier bitter experience with the same company. I just want to get my money back, please help!

                          I Rashmi Ponkshe invested in Reliance Mutual Fund through my bank (HDFC Bank, Kothrud-Pune) through the SIP plan about a year ago. i.e in Aug 2008. It has been one year and its time for me to redeem my units I have not yet received my folio no nor any statements from them. They mentioned that there are no records in their database abt my investment though I have proof. My bank statement shows a monthly debit from my account to Reliance. How lax, inefficient and poor is their service. Now since I am in need of the funds I am in a soup. reliance is paying no heed to the HDFC executives who go there for follow up. People should be cautious now...as far as possibel should not invest in Reliance till they learn a lesson.

                            I have been using Reliance Netconnect HSD data card since April 2009 (no [protected]). The card worked fine for three months. For the last three months, most of the time HSD signal is not available. In Hybrid mode, it mostly works in 1x mode at 230.4kbps in stead of promised 3.1mbps. And it is progressively getting worse. These days HSD signal is not available two thirds of the day. I have repeatedly complained to local office in Chandigarh. Their officials are more interested in getting fresh connections and have no interest in attending complaints of existing customers. At least 10 more persons have taken the connection on my reference and have similar complaints; and I feel embarrassed for recommending the card. The Reliance person, who used to come to me every day till I got the connection, never picks his phone and I end up listening to his ring tone "hai mere, humsafar" without any response on 99% attempts. Their e mail complaints address is a big farce. You never get a response. I have five months old complaints about my password problem unacknowledged till date.

                            Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ — regarding the poor performance

                            hi,
                            your web world service is at its poorest performance, no body takes care of the problems your customers are suffering from.i have purchased this net connection from your mahanagar webworld, lucknow which was supposed to be activated within 72 hrs but it took a complete 168 hrs(1 week) to get activated and at present as per it claims of 3.1 mbps speed, its not working.
                            i think reliance is now only a name and all its services are a thing of past.hope my complaint would be taken seriously and neccesary action would be taken in this regard.

                            I am one of the customer of reliance net connect broad band. I given a complaint about connection speed they told that they are not having any connection bottle necks at there end. From my side when i checked the speed it is giving me a speed of 66.80kbps. My Data Card is prepaid one i am using this one from last 7 months around 3 months i am facing the issues in chennai-600119. I called customer care and given the complaint No.[protected] they resolved the ticket out with informing me any thing i am calling the customer care every time they replying that they are saying that system is maintenance.

                            Please find the attachment that shows my signal strength and speedtest.in results of the speed. This web site was suggested by them.

                            If they are not able to provide they can tell that i can go with other network. i want a solution so i can proceed with next recharge or not.

                              dear team,
                              i want to say that i have recharged my reliance gsm card for Rs.20 and after the day of recharge Rs.10 are automatically deducted from my account. i tried to call to the customer care no. but it was showing that the network is busy.
                              then i recharged my account for rs.111 and there was validity of both std. and local call for 10 days only. is this was the real scheme? then its your responsibility to inform your customer about the scheme and its terms and conditions fully.

                                Myself Navneet Kumar Srivastava and i have worked with Reliance HR services private Ltd. as Zonal Sales Executive in PCO division at Vanarasi (UP) from 4th of Aug 2008 to 19th of May 2009. After passing march'09 month my senior were mentally assault me thatswhy i regined to my job and ask for the salary of April'09 month but they refuse to do that. Then near about 4 month I have gone through the office for several times but they used to making excuses regarding that matter.sir plz help me so that I can get my salary.I shall be highly obelighed i[censored] will sort it out. thanking you. hopefully u w'll take an appropriate action regarding this matter.

                                    I am Kaushal from Siliguri,I am very soory to say that one of the biggest company of india i.e.RELIANCE MOBILE is caught cutting down the balance from the customer's mobile.I had recently taken a new connection of Reliance GSM (prepaid) with my mobile no. being[protected].With the passage of around 7days after connection being taken,my whole family & myself went out of station(on 21/09/2009) keeping my mobile switched off at home itself.When I returned on 30/09/2009 I found that my balance got reduced from Rs. 33 to merely Rs.9.When I made contact with customer care in no.[protected] they seemed to be very easy of the fact and simply said that it was all due to me as I had activated the service on 24/09/2009.It is beyond my understanding that how can it be possible.They simply refused to reverse the amount with a rude behaviour.This is just a harrasement to the consumers being given by giant companies.Kindly help a student in this matter with some necessary actions.

                                        Respected Sir,

                                        I'am from Ichhapur , West Bengal.
                                        Recently I bought a Reliance Netconnect Broadband plus modem and connection from a reliance store in Ichhapur for Rs. 3500/-. While buying this they told me I will get Broadband speed when I connect the modem, but instead of getting that high speed which I have paid for I'am getting 1x cdma speed which is very slow and is hampering my work of constant uploading & downloading.
                                        When I contacted the Reliance store about this they are told me this time that they have no broadband coverage here in Ichhapur and the coverage will be available after 3 to 4 months.They also told me that they will not take the modem back also suggested me, if possible sell the modem to other customer. I told them it's not possible but they were very reluctant.

                                        Sir, I would be really grateful to you if you help me out on this.

                                        reliance netconnect + service sucks, they promise broadband speed, whereas most of the time it works on high speed 1x. shame on u reliance telecom people.
