High speed data does not work through full signals are there

I have got a new modem on the 18th September 2009. It was home delivered on a request to Reliance support from my mobile no [protected]. It was delivered in sealed conditions and demo was not possible due to non activation which would be duly done in 24 hours after address verification. I was repeatedly ascertained that it works in my location at Sector 46 Faridabad and is claimed by the company in its website also.

Poor Service and lax attitude, inefficieny - no folio no given

I Rashmi Ponkshe invested in Reliance Mutual Fund through my bank (HDFC Bank, Kothrud-Pune) through the SIP plan about a year ago. i.e in Aug 2008. It has been one year and its time for me to redeem my units I have not yet received my folio no nor any statements from them. Poor performance, non-existent customer care

I have been using Reliance Netconnect HSD data card since April 2009 (no [protected]). The card worked fine for three months. For the last three months, most of the time HSD signal is not available. In Hybrid mode, it mostly works in 1x mode at 230.4kbps in stead of promised 3.1mbps. And it is progressively getting worse. These days HSD signal is not available two thirds of the day. I have repeatedly complained to local office in Chandigarh....

half information of new scheme.

dear team,
i want to say that i have recharged my reliance gsm card for Rs.20 and after the day of recharge Rs.10 are automatically deducted from my account. i tried to call to the customer care no. but it was showing that the network is busy.
then i recharged my account for rs.111 and there was validity of both std. and local call for 10 days only. is this was the real scheme? then its your responsibility to inform your customer...

Not receiving Broadband connection

Respected Sir,

I'am from Ichhapur , West Bengal.
Recently I bought a Reliance Netconnect Broadband plus modem and connection from a reliance store in Ichhapur for Rs. 3500/-. While buying this they told me I will get Broadband speed when I connect the modem, but instead of getting that high speed which I have paid for I'am getting 1x cdma speed which is very slow and is hampering my work of constant uploading...

high billing and not listening to complain

The reliance company is so bad in mobile
without information without we aplly for that they can start their service
I have no prblem to start ut they can charges for this.& charges are not small they charge rs. 30 for ct or cricket alert
also they automaticaly remove my rupees in simcard & when I call to customer service they can't answer me properly for this in such condition they can not receive customers...

I have purchased and rechraged my Reliance Netconnect Datacard CDMA(158KBPS) from reliance web world, New CG Road, Chandkheda, Ahmedabad. The date for the same was 23/09/09, Wednesday (Bill is attached with the complaint as a proof)


Nitin Gupta, the manger have told me that this 1099 Rs Scheme is unlimited internet access scheme for 1 month. So according to my requirement i choose unlimited internet access scheme option...

Do Not Disturb, deactivate all service pack forever

Dear Sir/Madam,

My Mobile No. is [protected]. There has been contineously deduction of about Rs. 30 twice or thrice in each month from last 5-6 month. I have never activated any AYUR, JobsonPhone, Callertune service pack. Even Reliance is deducting amount of Rs. 30. I make inquiry about it, They said, register your mobile in DO NOT DISTURB. NO BACKUP DURING POWER CUTS

there is no backup as they dont have battery in thier DP box and even phone goes dead immediately when there is power cuts , i had sent no. of complaints to customer care and even met personally to executives at MALL ROAD(LUDHIANA) for almost 8-9 months has already been passed but still no action has been taken, so i have decided to go to consumer court as this is the worst harrasment shown by private company to settle grieviances of customers...
