i have a reliance net connection and i have a plan of 400 rs freedom at night in which after 10pm to 6 am unlimited download is free, but from last few months my bill has been really high i dont use net other than 10 -6 but still every month my bill goes upto 680 rs, when i called the customer care they say that its ur fault and u use it thats why we chare u , but i dont , use so much please do something

    The reliance company is so bad in mobile
    without information without we aplly for that they can start their service
    I have no prblem to start ut they can charges for this.& charges are not small they charge rs. 30 for ct or cricket alert
    also they automaticaly remove my rupees in simcard & when I call to customer service they can't answer me properly for this in such condition they can not receive customers caLL

      Dera Sir/Madam,

      This complian is regarding fraud on reliance 2222/= plan(CDMA).My reliance number is [protected](Vineet Kumar Goyenka).I had recharged with 2222/= on 25th April. According to this plan every 25th of the month 500 minutes should credited in my balance but every month after giving lots of complaint i am getting the minutes after 10-15 days of the due date.This is the story of every month.Today is 1st october still i didn't get the minutes.

      Call center representative told me that they will resolve the problem within 48 hours so i waited to 48 hours but it dint get resolved. After waiting for 48 hours,once again i raised the same issue once again by calling up there at their contact point but to my dissapointent representative over there keep on giving fake reason,sometime by saying that the SERVER is down and sometime by saying they have sent the issue to concern technical department and so on.Actually its shame for managent of reliance communication to recuit such an irresponsible staff.

      Dear Sir/madam, Please help me out i am very dipressed that my hard earn money is just waisting for nothing.

        I have purchased and rechraged my Reliance Netconnect Datacard CDMA(158KBPS) from reliance web world, New CG Road, Chandkheda, Ahmedabad. The date for the same was 23/09/09, Wednesday (Bill is attached with the complaint as a proof)


        Nitin Gupta, the manger have told me that this 1099 Rs Scheme is unlimited internet access scheme for 1 month. So according to my requirement i choose unlimited internet access scheme option for Rs.1099. (Bill is attached with the complaint as a proof)

        Now i have started using the datacard as it is unlimited usage for one month.

        After a week, 28 September, 2009, i found that i am not able to connect the internet.

        I have called Nitin Gupta([protected]) and complaint about the problem.

        After two days, 30 September 2009, he call back me and told that,
        "Due to mistake, he did wrong recharge, which do not have unlimited access feature. And that (1099) recharge gives you some talk time. And you have used that talk time in a week time. so you do not have balance now. . So RECHARGE AGAIN. ".

        I told him that "this is not my mistake. You told me that 1099Rs is unlimited access scheme and so i rechaged that scheme. If you would have told me any other scheme then i will do that recharge. and so i should not pay again for the same feature(Unlimited access for one month) that i have already paid for".

        Now today, 1st October 2009, he has not called me back Nor even picking up my call.

        Please help. This is clear cheating from (Nitin Gupta).Reliance Web World, Ahmedabad .

        Please guide what should i do.

I have never activated any AYUR, JobsonPhone, Callertune service pack. Even Reliance is deducting amount of Rs. 30. I make inquiry about it, They said, register your mobile in DO NOT DISTURB. To do this, they told me to call on 1909. But this number never get connected.

          I want to deactivate all the services forever. I want my phone for calling purpose only.

          Please do the needful.

          Reliance Mobile — Deactivation before payment date!!!

          I'm a Reliance mobile user since their launch. In March my cheque for the bill got dishonoured and since then the company has started deactivating my phone as and when they feel so.

          On 04.06.08, I received an sms asking me to pay an amount of Rs.676.00 for continuation of the services and within 5 / 10 min. phone is deactivated. Ironically, I also got an sms immediately giving details of the bill whose due date is 20.06.2008.

          The same thing has happened in April & May.

          There is no explanation / answer from their staff for such an act.

          I want to know why customers are treated in such a manner in spite of having a very clear track record for the past 5 / 6 years ?

          What a lousy treatment ????

          I am really fed up with Reliance and thinking of changing the service provider immediately.

          I have taken new reliance mobile connection.after 4 days my connection got deactivated .they are saying i have not submitte my prrof.But i submitted my proof.
          I complained about this but from the last 3 days i have not got the connection back. what should i do now?

          Reliance Prepaid — Deactivation of Account

          I am a Reliance Prepaid Customer. I have been using this account for almost one year. It was deactivated all on a sudden..without any prior warnings. Both my incoming as well as outgoing calls were banned. I have contacted Customer care to enquire about this and came to know that it has been deactivated due to lack of certain documents (ID proofs, Address proof...). I have been regular visitor in Reliance office at Madhapur (Hyderabad) since then (the PAN card was not accepted as ID proof. when I got HR Addrees Proof from Office, I was told to bring Electricity Bill from my hostel. When i have got all these, they told I need to submit these documents in Reliance Web world, Kondapur.) To be frank, I was running from office to office to submit the documents and get the connection activated. Finally, I have submitted the documents in the Reliance Office, Kondapur. They promised to activate the connection within 3 working days. It has been 2months from now. I have no idea, how many times i called them to talk about this. Still, My connection remains deactivated. Anyway, I am satisfied now. Bcoz I am an Vodafone Customer now. I think, their service is far far batter. I just thought of sharing my experience. I am deeply disappointed with Reliance Customer service.

          Reliance Mobile — Prepaid Connections Deactivated with out any notice

          Sir,
          I have taken an Reliance Prepaid connection (CDMA) Mobile Number is [protected] on 22.12.2009 in the name of Ranjith Reddy Nalla, Address is Vangara, Bheemadevarapally Mandal, Karimnagar district, Andhrapradesh State..

          Suddenly i got a message on 03.01.2010 saying that the outgoing calls have been barred and for further details contact reliance customer care, then i called customer care to ask about why is it deactivated, they said that the documents provided by me was mismached and the address given is not correct but i have given my Ration Card in which there is my identity and also my address where i am staying but they say that they dont know any thing more than that and asked me to go to the dealer where i have taken it from but i could not go to the dealer as i stay in village and i took the connection in hyderabad and if i have to go to the dealer i have to travel 160 kilometers and i have no other mobile other than that and i have given this number to every one for my official use and i am very upset with this issue please do me the favour and take this complaint..

I paid it on reliance web world kodambakkam , chennai by cash.I got an hand bill.After 2 days i got call from reliance stating i have crossed my limit.And i also came to know that my bill payment was not updated.So i called to customer care and updated the bill payment information the complaint no is[protected]. Today my STD facility has been barred because of bill payment was not updated ,this i confirmed with customer care today..I hereby request to take action against reliance web world kodambkkam , for not updating or missusing my payment...This is not my fault since i already made the payment ...

          Reliance Prepaid — Money deduction for unnecessary services

          Hi,
          I am consumer of reliance prepaid mobile. My cell number is [protected].
          Few days ago i got message that "Khel Khel me service" is renewed on your cell and 10 rs. were deducted. I tried to unsubscribe it bu sending message that was mentioned in the message. They said i will be intimated about request. I tried to call customer care also but they said there is no such pack activated on my cell. Today i got message again that 30 rs. will be deducted for your service on 19 Jun. I don't want these services but they are doing unneccessary deductions.
          i have tried to activate do not disturb service of reliance by dialing 1909 and waited 30 minute no body has given response so worst service i ever seen

          Network is already worst in our area it get disconnected in every 1-2 minute...i made a mistake choosing it ...


          Please dont go for reliance its better you dont have any number rather a number which always disturb you and when you want to talk to somebody it wont connect if at all then disconnect in every 1-2 minute ...its disgusting ...somebody there to response to it ...

          My name is Arun Agrawal. My land line number is[protected]. I have taken Airtel new connection for good service and speed. My monthly plan is Rs 899 per month for unlimited but when I get my first bill I was shocked to see the billing amount it was Rs 51000 then I called to the customer care they told me it is cost of the when it number but when I take the connection I told them I don’t want a land line number so they didact some amount also from the installation charges but when they came to installation the connection I told them that I am not paid for land line so don’t put it but still they put it. After few days of my complain same one for aritel customer care called me and told me this problem due to our server was down then one more call came for Mr pillai’s number is [protected] he told me this amount Edward from your bill and pay the your actual bill amount so I did it and I was enjoy my concavity but agin calls was coming from customer care your bill is pending amount Rs 50000 but I told them I take to Mr pillai and so bcoz he has given me Edward of this amount so they are convention to my answer but agin my bill came I was very very shock the amount and late fees also then agin I talk to Mr pillai and customer care also. He told me pay only actual amount so I pay the amount but agin after month agin late fees and Rs 50000was in my bill agin so I m confused what to do so plz do need full its me mental harassment for me

          Reliance Prepaid — deduction of money even after activation of do not disturb services

          even after deduction of DND srvices about 2 months ago, i am again & again getting charged for unwanted services every month. this time customer care representative not even bothered to register a complaint. according to them these services are activated by me which is not true. this fourth time and only one time i was refunded back my deducted money.

            there is no backup as they dont have battery in thier DP box and even phone goes dead immediately when there is power cuts , i had sent no. of complaints to customer care and even met personally to executives at MALL ROAD(LUDHIANA) for almost 8-9 months has already been passed but still no action has been taken, so i have decided to go to consumer court as this is the worst harrasment shown by private company to settle grieviances of customers

              I am one of the reliance communication user. I am using your facility from last year, and I have paid all bills regularly my mobile no is [protected] and plan is my mobile unlimited (on-net) 440/-. I want to close my account for the same I have said it to many times to the reliance communication centre paschim vihar and also in customer care science 15 April 2009, but still I am getting its bill. I have never used your service since 15 april 2009. Once I went to paschim vihat, reliance centre to close my account they have replied me that your account is already closed and there is no pending amount but still bill is coming they are nether closing my account nor repling only bill is coming. So I am requesting you to kindly close my account and please inform me my mail.

              RCL through some thekadar dug the roads of sector-21 panchkula for laying wire in the last week of November, 2008 but till today the digging has not been closed in spite of several reminders to the thekadar as well as to your JE Pankaj on his Mobile No. [protected]. We are sorry to advise that such a reputed co. of international standard creating hurdles in the smooth running of public life .Plese get the inspection of the site thgough some reliable officer and get the correction of digging in front of the houses of the public immediately.                 On 3rd Sep 2009. My mobile with SIM NO. [protected] lost.I went on 4/09/2009 to complaint at Aundh Reliance Web World. Customer Care Exc. told me we are forwording your Requiest & your SIM Block within 24 hours. My REQUIEST ID. NO. IS [protected].
                On 28th Sep 2009 when I called my mobile no that time someone recieve the phone. I told to Reliance web worlds executive then she gave me another Requiest ID[protected].& told me that they are not any such facility to close prepaid mobile service only they have rights to close outgoing calls not to block SIM. I asked them to Block my sim & I dont want to continue your reliance service & someone is using my mobile with SIM . The customer care exec. told me after six months your mobile no. or SIM no is going to close.Because your prepaid card is LIFE TIME CARD.
                If some one wants to close prepaid mobile then what to do. Nowdays unknown person using my mobile no. with SIM. Reliance dont want to Block my mobile no. Because they dont have such facility.Reliance service is worst service.Reliance is responssible if my mobile no. or SIM no is misused by unknon person.Now what to do? Some one is using my mobile no & I cant do anything.

                Reliance Prepaid — Prepaid SIM block.

                even i asked customer care for disconnecting my number last year and they do not have the facility to delete the number.
                Also the cust. care executive told me not to use the sim for few months and it will get terminated, but that does not seem to happen.

                    Sir please find the attached copy of mail. They have promised me DSRLIC 50 plan for reliance mobile. But i don't know which plan they have given me. I have not applied for that plan which they have given me. And i have paid since 4 month bill according to the plan which i have not applied. Reliance communication said that they will solve my problem within 3 days and will waive my extra bill. But they are cheating me since 2 month. Please find the mail which they have replied to me and respond me as soon as possible.

                      Myself kavita kenia,residing in mumbai,want to inform u that your services of reliance is pathetic as they had Activted the sports pack in my reliance mobile without me subscribing for it,And on requesting them to deactivate this service i had to call 10 times and every time i enquired it the service was not been deactivated,and the customer service people talk very rudely with their customers.

                        hello sir i am using reliance gsm sim and i have activated gprs plan for rupees 199 that is valid for 1 month n having 100mb usage. after activating my plan just after 5 days my gprs plan become deactivated when i tried to access gprs n other sites it says "PLEASE SUBSCRIBE TO MOBILE INTERNET PLAN TO EN JOY SERVICE". many times i call CUSTOMER CARE but no 1 is giving proper answer..i also registered complaint regarding this problem but the technical team of reliance called me n said that i have not activated any plan,,,,THIS IS TOTALLY CHEATING BY RELIANCE COMMUNICATION ....THE SAME PROBLEM ACCURED TO ME AFTER 1 MONTH WHEN I AGAIN SUBSCRIBE THIS 199RS PLAN N NO ACTION IS TAKEN BY CUSTOMER CARE . abour 500rs of mine get wasted ..i got cheated by reliance communication.
                        please take strict actions against this many peoples are getting cheated in such a way by reliance.

                          Dear Sir/ Madam,

                          Reliance Netconnect Broadband Number: [protected]

                          I am using Reliance Netconnect broadband for last 6 months.I paid Rs. 3500/- for this USB modem but still not happy with the service. I am using it online because I paid Rs. 3500/- which is not refundable. My connection was suspended just after 15 days when I bought your line. I called up the customer care and I was told, this is because of your credit limit. They told my credit limit is Rs. 500/-. A big surprise and shocking because my package in 1099 (10GB) City wide, in which my minimum bill for one month would be Rs. 1212/-, than how could you keep my credit limit just Rs. 500/-. How can I pay before I received my bill. Customer care department now says better you put deposit of some amount with reliance, even they don’t know how much? I spoke to the supervisor regarding this and he told this is the company policy and he doesn’t have any explaination for this. After facing this problem I immediately paid Rs. 2000/- in advance using my credit card, so that if my bill will be in negative atleast my service will not be suspended. But they did it again next month and till now suspending my line for no reason at all every month for 2-3 days and making different excuses every time.

                          One my connection was suspended for just because I paid using my credit card. After the varification of my credit card, the revenue department resumed my services, thanks a lot to them.

                          IS THAT THE COMPANY POLICY , JUST HARASS CUSTOMER BY USING ANY MEANS. I AM PAYING MY BILL BEFORE I GET IT ONLINE. MY DUE IS 10 TH OF EVERY MONTH AND I AM PAYING WELL IN ADVANCE, THOUGH MY BILL MOST OF THE TIME IS IN NEGATIVE OR LESS THAN RS. 500/- WHICH IS MY CREDIT LIMIT SET BY YOU AND I DON’T KNOW WHY?


                          You can see my bill is most of the time below the limit of Rs. 500/- which is the big excuse by all Reliance employees for suspending my internet. My minimum bill for every month is Rs. 1212/- but it is in negative or less only because I am paying before my bill is generated to get prompt service from Reliance, but still Relaince guys are harassing me.

                          Realiance is always looking for some excuse to suspend my service for 2-3 days every month, I don’t understand why? This time they didn’t have any excuse to suspend my line so they just looked at my usage. My billing cycle is 22nd to 21st of every month. My limit is 10 GB, this month till 18th I saw my usage has reached 10185 MB, so I stopped using internet or reduced too much , so that I will not be charged extra for extra usage after 10240 MB. On 21st when I checked my usage was 10185 MB, I was happy because it was under the limit of 10240 MB. On 22nd I was using my internet as usual because I was expecting my bill will be generated according to my billing cycle that is till 21st, but reliance guys were looking for some excuse to suspend my line so they didn’t generate my bill on 21st and waited till I exceeded the limit of 10240 MB. I exceeded the limit on 23rd, same day they blocked my line and charged me for 10494 MB till 23rd. I called up the customer care on 22nd itself told them , my bill is not generated and its not available online so call center guy told me not to worry, your bill will be reflected soon and it will be till 21st only. I told him online it is showing 10280 MB, he told it will be adjusted to normal very soon. I believed him but on 23rd evening I could see my bill online and it was 10494 MB till the 23rd. And my total bill was Rs. 1772/, as they are charging Rs. 2/- per MB for extra usage. My usage was recycled on 24th.
                          THIS TIME TO HARASS ME MORE WHEN I CALLED UP THE CUSTOMER CARE REGARDING SUSPENSTION THEY TOLD ME WE CAN NOT ACTIVATE YOUR LINE AND TO ACTIVATE IT YOU NEED TO VISIT OUR WEB WORLD GALLERY. OH MY GOD, WHATS HAPPENING. I ASKED I DON’T HAVE ANY DUE, THEN WHY MY LINE IS SUSPENDED, THAN CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE TOLD, “ HERE REASON IS NOT MENTIONED”. I TOLD HIM TO TRANSFER THE CALL TO THE SUPERVISOR, HE TOLD “ THERE IS NO SUPERVISOR AVAILABLE ON THE FLORR”. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH RELIANCE IS JUST INTERESTED IN SAILING USB MODEM FOR RS. 3500/-…. GOOD PROFIT…. AFTER SAILING THEY DON’T BOTHER ABOUT SERVICE.
                          REALLY THEY KNOW BETTER HOW TO HARASS CUSTOMERS AND HOW TO MAKE MONEY….
                          I HAVE A QUESTION WHY MY BILL WAS GENERATED AND WHY RELIANCE GUYS WERE WAITING TILL I EXCEED THE LIMIT. IF MY BILLING DATE IS 22ND OF EVERY MONTH WHY BILL WAS NOT UPDATED ON THE SAME DATE? WHY THIS THING HAPPENED THIS MONTH? IS THAT BECAUSE RELIANCE WANTED TO FETCH MORE MONEY FROM MY POCKET.

                          SURPRISINGLY, WHENEVER (ALMOST EVERY MONTH), WHEN MY CONNECTION WAS SUSPENDED FOR 2-3 DAYS, MY USAGE WAS INCREASED EVEN WITHOUT USING. FOR EXAMPLE IF BEFORE SUSPENSION IT WAS 300 MB, AND WHEN SUSPENSION REMOVED IT CAME TO 400 MB. I NEVER UNDERSTOOD THIS THING.

                            I am using a reliance prepaid no [protected] based at bangalore , on 23rd september 2009 i have recieved a sms message from RM56060 quote " you subscription for jokes has been renewed for 10 days for Rs10/ , to unsubscribe sms unsub 1371 to121'' and within few hours RS 10/ was deducted from balance, on 25 around 1:25 PM , I happened to see this above message , and wanted to immediately wanted to reply to RM56060 , after few hours i checked my balance RS 30/ was deducted from my balance, when i cross checked with customer care they informed me that VAC charges was credited to my account I was just going through your RM56060 sms, which by itself is the service we never opted for,in the first place, you people send unsolicited sms messages and unjustly deduct money from our prepaid balance!!! you have unjustly deducted 10/ for jokes subscription,which we have never opted for !! on top of it you have deducted rs 30/ for voice activated services, both charges are unjustified ,revert these charges immediately.and dectivate all reliance value added services to my no with immediate effect

                            My name is B.Raghu Amarendra, i am having reliance CDMA Mobile from july 2009.
                            The problem is reliance mobile sevice provider always activates the caller tunes and extra packages which i was not subscribed, when i call to customer care Mr. Srinivas from chennai head office is talking bleady nonsense that i have subscribed and it is not refundable. I am facing this problemfrom statring onwards and i am facing this problem 5th or 6th time thats why i am lodging complaint against reliance.

                                I am using reliance GSM sim in Pune and from the last 3 days 25 sept 2009 till 27 sept 2009 (till now) its network is not coming.Whenever i tried to call their customer care every they say that few minutes it has been restored and problem has been resolved. Why they are telling how much time it would take. They are making fool of customers , its the worst network in INDIA-the Reliance GSM.Reliance network is good in CDMA only but not in GSM.

                                Where do i get my complaint registered as customer care is not telling the truth.

                                  I am from Chandigarh Sector 18 panchkula, I had applied for a landline connection with a combo 649 plan.. during the times of product query i was assured by the sales executive namely Raj Ansh that connection would be promptly set up and after 5 constant days of calling me day and night in regards to the connection i finally gave him a sum of Rs 500 for the connection and all my Id proofs dated 5th Sept, 2009 i got my confirmation call on monday 7th Sep, 2009. and it has been that day and today I can seem to find that guy, he won't pick up my calls the office people are not responding to my call. Around 13th sept i had called up the Chandigarh head for reliance he assured me of prompt action. due to his effort finally the installation guy called me up, cited me dates for setting up the connection but its been 27th Sept and all i have got is from him, excuses and technical jargon to cramp.
                                  As of today I won't advice anybody to invest into your product and further more i am planning to take my money back and blacklist reliance product in my internal company network so that another consumer can't be held hostage to your 'CUSTOMER CARE'.

                                  Reliance Landline Connection — Incorrect Commitments at the time of Sales

                                  Hello,

                                  I received a sales call about 1 month back for a Reliance Landline Connection. The sales person made 3 offers that included a free holiday voucher, 1 gents Wallet and 900 free minutes that could be used in the next 6 months. I bought the phone in my name i.e. Nitin Sharma and the number given to me was 32712163.

                                  Almost 20 days after the connection was activated, I received a bill with an outstanding amount of Rs 453.00. When I called the customer service, they bluntly denied any such offers. The Customer service even doesn't have the holiday voucher and the gents wallet offer in their records.

                                  Here are my concerns and the supporting evidence in my favour:
                                  I have the holiday voucher and the gents wallet as an evidence of these offers however Reliance doesn't know about them. Should they take a customer's word on the 3rd offer that was made as well, if evidence of 2 others could be provided?

                                  Fortunately I also received another sales call with the same offer almost a week back and I was smart enough to record the call. The call was made from a company name ITBL based out of Naraina. If needed, I can forward this call if that helps Reliance understand the mess they are creating by making incorrect commitments to its customers.

                                  I register this complaint against Reliance Telecom for making misleading commitments, bad after sales service and harassment due to their Collection calls.

                                  Reliance Landline Connection — landline connection not setup

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I have been using Reliance Broadband WiMax connection for close to a year. About 5-6 months back I shifted to their 2 Mbps connection with 4GB free data download per month plan costing me Rs. 750 + ST (My billing cycle was 23rd to 22nd of next month). Since my usage/ downloads are limited I did not face any issue untill August 2009.

                                    I request your good offices to intervene in the following issue I am facing coz inspite of repeated emails and phone calls there has been no justified solution offered to me by Reliance.

                                    To give you a jist of my case, since 18th August 2009 I was facing "Authentication Failed Error" while logging into my account for which I was following up with Reliance customer support team everyday. Every time they would tell me that I probably did not log out from my account that's why my account was freezed so I need to wait for 30 mns to 6 hrs for account to be active again. I realized on 22nd August 2009 from my account usage report that there was a problem with my account coz since 18th August 2009 when I was literally struggling to access my account over 2.7 GB download had happened. I immediately put a mail to customer support team informing them of wrong download indicated in the usage report.

                                    Then on 23rd August 2009 to my horror I could see that usage for 22nd August 2009 itself accounted to over 6.5 GB of download after which I again immediately put following mail to the Reliance team.

                                    To my shock they reverted on 24th August 2009 saying that there was excess usage from my account and I have exceeded my credit limit (I was never informed about the credit limit ever)so they have deactivated my account and want me to pay Rs. 17,746.19 to activate my account.

                                    Since I had never downloaded so much from my account I wrote back saying I would rather wait for their billing team to look into the matter and charge me the correct amount. On 27th August 2009 I received a bill for Rs. 13,971.59 (4 GB of free downlaod was adjusted against Rs. 17,746.19 amount claimed earlier) for the billing period 23rd July-22nd Aug. I immediately wrote a mail to their customer support team and nodal officer informing them about faulty bill. The next week I finally received a call saying my bill would be waived off but later I again received a mail saying my bill is now Rs.24,767.33 and that my account is active and downloads are still happening from the same.

                                    I have discontinued their services but yesterday I still received their bill amounting Rs. 14,344.88 for 23rd Aug to 22nd Sep this despite the fact that my account was deactivated during this period.

                                    I forsee a major problem or glitch in their system coz I have mails clearly stating my account was inactive from 24th August 2009 but still downloads continued to happen from my account even though I was not using it. If downloads were happening when my account was inactive I just cannot imagine what they would have done a month earlier when my account was active.

                                    I am unnecessarily in this mess for no fault of mine. Being their old customer I had escalated all the issues on a timely basis but still I have not received any satisfactory support. In fact I have also put a mail to anil.[protected]@relianceada.com but in vain.

                                    Reliance wimax customer care is the worst i should say. I have been facing this issue too for about a month now. No valid action taken by reliance suppport team. I am highly disgusted against innumerous calls made to them. Total waste of money.

                                    hey folks,
                                    i have been facing the same issues as mentioned above..my plan was of 1.25 mbps unlimited plan. inspite of being unlimited plan but i received a bill of Rs22, 600 then they want me to pay 80% of the due amount i.e.18000..and then suddenly i received a call from reliance customer care, a sweet customer care girl called me and said she would help me if i pay Rs.9500. What they think of their service.. i m not a fool sitting here.
                                    They trying to fool me.
                                    Being a human i ll suggest not to ever go with reliance. its totally a BOGUS.
                                    i called all my friends and suggested them what happened with me and even they told me that they are also facing the same problem.

                                      Reliance Netconnect Broad Band is offering me up to 3.1 MBPS speed.Having two time slots Day and Noght.
                                      I am getting comfortable spped during Day time (1.2MBPS) and very low speed(60Kbps) during Night
                                      I have registered complaints[protected],[protected] from Last 25 days, there is no action taken on this issue.

                                        Hi,

                                        This is Chandrashekar From Bangalore. I have applied Reliance Net connect before 10 days. Same day they delivered data card at my address. I thought they are doing fine job,

                                        After that They are not return back. When I call up or Email there is no proper response. I have submited my Proof twice to them. Still now no Activation in Data card.

                                        I think this people playing with Customers. Here is the customer care people provide email address.

                                        I requested for Cancellation my transaction even though no response, They took money from me. They are not at all doing anything. So my friend i suggest don't go to Reliance.

                                        Reliance Netconnect — not taking response

                                        i am relience net-connect user from last one year.i was not able to see my data useages from 1 year. even website not working after login.i called so many times to customer care regarding this problem.alwayse they used to say me to check on website,but they are not taking responce that i am not able to see on website. before 2 days they solved some problem and now i am able to see all link.but stil i am not able to see my data useages.Again i called so many times but they are not resolving my problem. if relience is not able to manage website or customer then why they providing netconnect. now i really hate relience.
                                        It is true. They don't care about customers. Reliance is number one fraud company in doing service and support to customers.
