My name is rahul kumar shrma and i am a reliance mobile user for last one year
my moblie no is [protected] and he activated an wanted service n cut my balance very time
i recharge he do this and give back my balance please do some thing for it.

Without my knowledge reliance communication pvt. Ltd deduct my balance Rs. 44/- by activated message pack on my mobile service.when i talk with customer care they denied to refund the same.

you are requested to refunded the same as soon as possible.

I AM FACING THE WRONG BALANCE DETACTION FROM 27 JAN 2011
A COMPLAIND THAT MANY TIME FROM CUSTOMER CARE ABOUT THIS MATTER BUT THE CUSTOMER CARE IS NOT SUPPORTET ME AND HIS TONE AND BEHAVIAR IS ALSO VERY RUDE I AM VERY HOPELESS HIS CUSTOMER CARE IS INFORM TO ME THAT IN MY MOBILE NUMBER IS A VAS IS ACTIVETED THATS NAME IS ANY CHAMPION TROPHY EVEN I WERE SAYING MANY TIME THAT EVENT PLEASE UNSUSCRBED HE REPLIED ME ALREADY UNSUSCRBED APPLICATION BUT IT WAS NT DONE WHENEEVER I RECHARGE MY MOBILE NUMBER CUT ALL AMOUNT.
