NEW PREPAID SIM NOT ACTIVATING

Abrupt deactivation of SMS pack and giving wrong information.

This is highly shameful as it is the third time I am complaining in past a month.
Yesterday[protected], at 14:37 I received a message from 52811 saying that my SMS 1 paisa pack has been deactivated, whereas I haven’t demanded for any such deactivation. and auto renewal for this pack was one on 13th june.
Calling customer care has caused me more trouble.

Unfair balance deduction and no response on customer care

Balance Deducted Unnecessarily

Excess Bill & Req. for change from post paid to Prepaid

I am writing this to complain on the Reliance broadband connection services and the irresponsible behavior of the Reliance staffs.

I chose the plan where I have to pay Rs.250/- per month + Taxes. I never ask for VAS (Value Added Service).

Poor service, not refunding balance money
