Reliance Communications — amount deduction

I HAVE ALLREADY SEND TOO MANY MESSAGES AND CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE FOR THE DEACTIVATION OF CRICKET NEWS ON MY RELIENCE GSM NO. BUT THERE IS NO REACTION HAS BEEN SEEN FROM THE RELIENCE SERVICE.AND MY BALANCE IS DEDUCTED 6 Rs/day.

SO KINDLY PLEASE HELP ME AND PLEASE DEACTIVATE THIS FACILITY FROM MY NO... MY RELIENS GSM NO. IS [protected]..

my amounrt is automatically deducted from my balance. when i called customer care, they say i have activated some service. But i have not activated any. 2 days back also it happened the same way . being fed up from this i also registered on DND. after registering it seems the call rates from reliance have increased.
the customer care executive on friday told me that he will deactivate all the services but the amount cannot be refunded. today when it happened again..the executive is giving me the same story. the amount has been deducted again.

my self Ramnaresh Bhakt my mobile no is [protected]. On 10th of July 2011. the reliance service provider detected Rs 70 from my balance without any reason. Regarding this i tried several times to contact their customer care executive but always they mentioned that our system is busy we can't check. one of his customer care executive Bankim roy (he mentioned his name) was unable to answer why the amount has deducted from my balance. i asked when ur system will work he told that i haven't idea. it seem he wanted to ignore then i mentioned file my complaint he told that i couldn't, his behavior was very irresponsible. so here i would like to complain. from this forum i got justice couple of times, so i am sure i will get positive this time also . kindly resolve this matter.

I am reliance customer and my mobile no.is [protected]. One week ago (25/10/2011), they have deducted approx. Rs. 70 from my account without any reason . This is 3nd time in last four months. In July they have deducted approx Rs 100 without any reason. In July I wrote complain in your site and within three days they have reimbursed the deducted money and same in august. Once again i am sink of your help and also help that it will not happen again.

Kindly look into the matter and sort out the issue and arrange to reimburse my deductions.

Dear Sir my no. is [protected] reliance gsm.this no is issue my id ( NIRANJAN SINGH S/O BIJENDER SINGH,DD-639,SHIV COLONY PALWAL) LAST 5 DAYS RCOM DEDUCTED 90 RS IN MOBILE ACCOUNT([protected])I HAVE ALREADY COMPAINED 2 TIME ITS REF NO IS[protected] AND[protected].But nobody are solved my compalined plz solved my problem asap

I recharged my mobile with 59 and enjoyed local and std at 20 paisa for one month, after one month they didn't renew my service and call rate changed, in this situation I recharged again with 59 after 1 day they renew my 59 STV plan. This is wrong, why they didn't renew plan immediately otherwise they should closed the renew scheme.

The same problem happens with all reliance customers in India. Even me and my friends faced same problem and then quit Reliance.

My self mahesh hirve from pune. I am a reliance([protected]) customer. I have problem deduct 1 rs amount for VAS. But i was not press any key to activate this service.
I was call to customer care center but not solve this problem. This not first time deduction. Amount deduct minimum one time in the week.so please reply me.
it's not only one time deduction so many time deduction if you not give reply me then i will port ths number in another service. an please stop this deduction .

Company deduct 1 or 3 rs if customer not call back then it's company profit. If customer call back then not give properly solution.

my recharge amount Rs.50 was deducted without any service pack.and my net pack valid till 8-7-2015 will also deactive.
so refund my accout bal.and active my net pack.
