HARDIK - TEAM LEADER GAVE ME TIME LINE OF 3 DAYS ON LAST THURSDAY AND ASSURED ME THAT IN 3 DAYS SOMEONE WILL BE CALLING YOU AND LETTING YOU KNOW ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND MY PROBLEM WILL BE RESOLVED.. BUT IT HAD NEVER HAPPENED SAME AS BEFORE. AND ON SUNDAY - 12TH JULY I CALLED UP AGAIN AND TALKED TO ONE OF YOUR SUPERWISER AGAIN WHOM I NAMED ABOVE AND THEY ASKED ME THAT ONE OF OUR TEAM LEADER WILL CALL ME IN 1 HOUR AND THIS TIME TEAM LEADER CYRUS CALLED BUT IT TOOK 1.40 HOURS .. So, entire 1 week , all the Reliance staff was fooling around with me by stating that my connection will be up in next 24 hours. and they were not revealing actual fact ever why my connection was down as i was asking it many time. On sunday, when cyrus said that there's a permission issue and now we can not say any timeline when this connection will be starting up ... then I said, why then Hardik given me false promise of 3 days earlier ??? Being a team leader he should not fooled me .. as all other supervisers and executives of reliance were doing with me since 1 week.

Then cyrus said that, he will ask hardik to give me call on monday in evening and he will ask for clarification. But monday evening gone and no one contacted me. then, I contacted again and talked to one of your team leader again named Harshida and i asked her that, i want to talk to Manager. And she said, managers are busy with meetings and Rajeswari - A manager will call me around 8.00 pm in evening. that was talk on tuesday. But no one called me in evening atall. And I kept waited.

So, Finally on next day, I could able to call one of your Manager - Jasmin..An another hopeless guy. And he listened my problem and he was explaining Reliance internal problem to me on tuesday. ARE THE CUSTOMERS THERE TO UNDERSTAND RELIANCE PROBLEM OR CUSTOMER CARE IS THERE TO UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER'S PROBLEM ????? PLS MAKE HIM UNDERSTAND THIS..
And HE asked me that, he'll be reverting me back by wednesday evening between 4..30 to 5.00 pm .. but his call was not there untill 7.30 pm in evening on 14th july.. After a long day waiting, he said me that, he is still investigating and he'll be telling me right time frame by tomorrow.
Next day again he called up same time at the end of my day .. and was explaining me problem again, and I asked him that, you putting me in waiting for entire day and at the end of day you calling me and explaining me problem of reliance , I am not there atall to understand reliance problem .. ... As reliance is not there atall to understand my problem , though I am paying all the bills Reliance is not providing me any serivces and it's just fooling around with me more then a week...

I could never expect a managerial level such frustrative talks with company like Reliance.

At the end, Jasmin was explaining me, that he is all day busy for his other work and when he gets time, he can call me.. :) Such a nice customer care answer from a manager.. could you believe ?
But still i offered him that, you include me , because it's my society permission issue and i can explain someone better in my society then you guys... And still he was just arguing with me and spoke to me very rudely that day..

Finally, on wednesday nite, local Baroda field manager called me Nayan - his mobile no : [protected] .. Now, you can call this no and ask Nayan, that how I helped in solving this problem on 16th morning.

And problem got resolved..I HAD TO PUT ALL MY WORK ASIDE AND HAD HELPED RELIANCE FIELD STAFF IN RESOLVING THIS PROBLEM.

BUT NOW, I WANT ALL 14 DAYS OF COMPENSATION FROM RELIANCE, AS NET WAS DOWN AND I LOST 30,000$ BUSINESS IN THOSE DAYS .. IF RELIANCE WANT I CAN PROVIDE PROOF OF LOOSING THE BUSINESS..I WOULD NOT PAY ANY BILLS FOR NEXT 6 MONTHS..

I ALSO WANT ACTIONS AGAINST RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE STAFF WHO IS CHEATING WITH CUSTOMERS BY PROVIDING FALSE INFO AND FALSE COMMITMENTS, YOU CAN LISTEN OUR ALL RECORDED TALKS AND SEE HOW YOUR MANAGER - JASMIN HAS TALKED TO ME AT THE END.

ALSO, RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE HAS GIVEN ME LOT OF FRUSTRATION AND MENTAL STRESS ALL THESE DAYS AND I NEED COMPENSATION OF IT.

IF I WOULD NOT GET ANY SATISFACTORY ANSWER FROM RELIANCE THEN, I WOULD GO TO CONSUMER COURT AND ALL MEDIA CHANNELS AND I WILL PUBLISH MY THIS EXPERIENCE OF FRUSTRATING ME MORE AND MORE..

At this moment, I would say, that, NO ONE SHOULD USE RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE FOR COMPLAIN REQUEST. ENTIRE TEAM INCLUDING MANAGER WAS SO FOOLING AROUND WITH ME ALMOST 12 DAYS.

And if I dont get a proper compensation and satisfactory answers from your side within 48 hours , then , As an end customer , I will take up further actions .

I have been writing an email to various agencies within Reliance communication. You can go through the email chain...
All these email IDs I found at various places for support related queries.

Above complain was about the billing that is being charged for the period when my data card didn't work because of sim problem.
I have requested for waiving off the amount. Even after continuous followup no decision is made on it and now the service is stopped on the ground of not paying the bill.
Please let me know your decision ASAP on the billing so that I can take a appropriate step and select some other service provider if this kind of problems continues with Reliance service.
I have been sent to pole & post to get proper service, which is a sign o[censored]tter bad service of Reliance and I being loyal customer of Reliance for 7-8 years (with various data card) is being punished with unwanted bill.

I can least expect from Reliance communication that my services resumes and right decision is made on my billing request.

I am leaving this email copy on this email ID, since I have never got response from customer care emails IDs in past.
This is an important thing that I want to bring to your kind notice that I am being charged for the period when I have not at all used the data card.
During that period I was following up with customer care to make the data card run. eventually I have got it repaired only after I have visited nearest Reliance outlet.
However I have got bill for new plan which charges Rs. 1100/- Per month without any consent. If this kind of exorbitant charges Reliance data card service makes then I have no option but to discontinue services.
Please provide resolution for this case and suggest me appropriate plan to continue further.

Please note that I could start my reliance data card by 15th Aug only after almost 1-1.5 months. There was some problem with earlier SIM card, which I have got support from nearest reliance outlet.
Now the new bill comes with new bill plan of Rs.1100/-
This is extremely unsatisfied service and sudden bill plan change is havoc.
The interaction ID [protected] was for the same problem, I have communicated to customer care.
I expect nothing less than waving off the previous amount and suggest me the appropriate plan.
If not I will stop using the data card and will not pay any of the previous bill which I have not used it for.

please refer to your bill sent to me in the month of August 2016/ in the said bill you have charged me the international call charges Rs.1250/- which I have never made. you are requested to delete the said charges and make necessary corrections. Hi pls don't go with any RCom services their customer service is very worst and the CS executives are very rude with the customers.For new connections they will behave like they are humble towards customers once u opted for their service then u can actually see their real face.i am facing hell out issues with this network recently i ported to this network from some other network bcoz of their fake promises.Today is the 5th day with RCom network so u can actually imagine that how they treated with me.

Its being time and again I am sending mails and reminders for connectivity issue.

Our few users using reliance connections are facing bad network since last four months till date…

For few numbers the signal strength is just upto limited area….

As in case it is good from Andheri area to Dadar, and from Andheri to Malad… after these area limits the network is pathetic… as on Friday to Sunday the network is zero.. no body from reliance is keen to understand this issue…
I have directed this issue to Vijay Gawande, and had called him several times on phone to revert and also asked him to my office to resolve the issue but in vain, nether he came or resolved my issues or neither even bothered to call back and know the reason I am facing the issue with connectivity.

Kindly arrange someone to resolve this issue for my users sitting in office, as I know the service and connectivity of reliance telecom is pathetic and worse, and we took reliance telecom connection is a big mistake, hence arrange someone to come to my office and resolve my network issues.

I expect an immediate revert on this.

One fine morning i got a call from your representative that being a valuable customer your plan will to 449 with 3000 minutes and 8 GB data. But it was not mentioned to me that this will be applicable for within the circle only.

Now when I got my bills I have I was surprised to see that my bill had been doubled. I think I been cheated by your people. Would like flowing action to be taken immediately from your end.

1. Reversal of my bill.
2. Change of my plan to my earlier plan with immediate effect.

As most of the time I am in roaming with this plan my bill might jump to triple folds. I

In case the reversal is not possible I would like to discontinue from your services.

Whenever I called to your customer care I have to wait for at least 30 min to respond.

Dear Team,

We are facing the service issue from the day of installation your SIP Trunk Service, We are getting internet and SIP Service down issue every day.
We are receiving worst service from Reliance.

After doing enormous followup . We have not received any resolution even a call back from our service account co-coordinator or from the customer service responsible person.
Mr Kamal Bhattacharjee, the customer service manager committed the dead line of 18th of mar'18. Now he is not responding on my call.

At the time of service installation, Mr. Haider shared us the contact details of Mr. Sankar shadhu ([protected]), But he is not responding at all.
One more person Mr. Soumya is the customer service manager ([protected]) who has attempt my call only once and complaint number,[protected]

Hence please resolve the issue ASAP and conform us the stable service or we have to disconnect.
