I am very happy that finally government has taken a step towards environment by banning the plastic bags at various retail stores and 1 of them is RELIANCE.Consumer can always carry a big bag whenver they go to these stores but they can not carry "n" number of bags for each vegetables they are going to purchase. so other stores like SABKA BAZAAR, etc provide seperate PAPER BAGS for vegetables .Similarly RELIANCE should also provide the same for coustomers convience.RELIANCE stores sell paper bags at cost of 7Rs each bag if the coustomer wants which is not fair at all.

    sir,
    I am retail out let with Reliance GSM demo sim. My mobile No. [protected], with this I am e loading amout to my customers. My last e load to moblie no.[protected] on[protected]. On[protected] morning it selt my cell shows sin recog. failed, but my cell is working with other sims. I make a complaint with my dealer M/s.Universal Associates Nellore 524 001 A.P. He simply postponing the matter. Then I got a contact with vinod, who is area manager inTirupathi.He is also postponing the mater. It is nearly three months. Yesterday I have a talk with Mr. Vinod, he told that the problem will solve with one week, as they put a email to you. Then I decide whydont I send this mater to you directly by e mail. So I am sending this to you directly. I have balance of Rs.1352/- with that sim.

    Please do the needful at an early date

      Hi,
      We have applied for reliance broadband connection plan 499 at our residence 197, Moti Dungri behind Ganesh Mandir, Jaipur Rajasthan at 18th of aug 2009 receipt number [protected] paid 500 rupees to their executive Rajdeep Pareek, who had told us that connectionwill be installed before 22 august, but no connection installed at given that. After our complaint against Rajdeep Pareek they have forward our case to Mahesh Agarwal on 26th aug 2009 who said that broadband connection will be installed before[protected]. But still there is no connection installed. No one is telling but the hell is going on? Even they are picking up the calls. If reliance is so big brand then what is the advantage to public. Really their service has upset. Really harassed from such a bad service even taken money of installation and service they are offering.

        my self prashant verma a student of FET,GURUKULA KANGRI VISHWAVIDYALAYA,HARIDWAR,UTTRAKHAND.I purchased a reliance CDMA sim from a local reliance retailer and submitted my college identity card and my driving licence as my identity and address proof respectively.but all of a sudden after 2 days means at 12 o clock in night on 2nd september 2009 the connection got interrupted and a message was there that YOUR PHONE CHARGES ARE OVER DUE.there after i called RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE and told them all about.after that they said that they have not received my details and so they have interrupted my service and then they cut the call.their responce was very poor...sir,i purchased this number for study purpose and i recharged it with RELIANCE STD CALLING CARD OF RS 650.due to this interruption i suffered a lot.i want that my number should start today itself with a compensation from RELIANCE.because i faced a lot of trouble both mental and economic..please help me sir.

        reliance is a very big network...but some times customer care s not saying correct answer to the customer...then my num s [protected] ok..there s problem in my connection...i cai to any modile out going s very good...but incoming...air tel...i attend means the call s dis connect...in same area..in thanjavur...pls foward...to me...
        Dear Sir,

        I have post paid landline phone connection no.[protected] at Roorkee. We have paid bill charges more than Rs. 800 every month with out any default for the last 7-8 years. Now set is giving problem, may be due to battery or battery charger. I made several request at reliance office Hardwar to Mr. Gaurav ([protected]) & Mr. Ritesh Srivastav([protected]) but of no use. Please ensure appropriate action on my complaint for smooth functioning of my set.

          Dear Sir,

          Sub:Complaint for Reliance Broadband Subscriber id no:[protected]

          I wish to bring to your notice that I have been Reliance Broadband your technical as well as customer service people since 5th Aug 2009 to get my broadband connection started but to no avail.

          I am listing down the sequence of events:

          1st complaint registered on: 5th Aug 2009,complaint no:[protected]
          2nd complaint registered on:7th Aug 2009,complaint no:[protected]
          3rd complaint registered on15th Aug 2009,complaint no:[protected]
          4th complaint registered on:23rd Aug 2009,complaint no:[protected]
          5th complaint registered on:29th Aug 2009,complaint no:[protected]

          Till now after 5 complaints my broadband connection is not working & its been a month.
          Everytime I call I get a new complaint no without the complaint being resolved & with an assurance that within 24 hours I will get a call but everytime I have to call them as they are not bothered.
          Its really shameful to see such an awful customer service.I wonder what would happen to a common consumer.

          Dear Sir,

          I have got the Reliance Broad USB port from Rajahmundry Reliance Web world, Danavaipeta. Their people have wrongly installed the Drivers and not rectifying defect yet eventhough payment has been made on demonstration by Representative. Further, the they did not respond even to give necessary and warranty in token of having received money. It is more than 20 days of elapsed even inspite of making several requests made over phone.

          Please arrange rectification of our defect as early as possible.

            We have bought Broadband+ net connect some 2 weeks back.

            We have got our netconnect set and paid Rs 3500/- for same. All documents are submitted by us only problem being we don’t have original electricity bill and we have given printout of electricity bill from MAHADISCOM site.

            According to Mr Yogendra this is not accepted by reliance , so don’t have problem with this as these are company policy.
            So Mr Yogendra told us that he will refund our money and will take the set back but now whenever we are calling these executive they are either not responding or if they are responding they are not willing to pay our money back.

            Rs 3500 is not a big amount for me but these cheaters should be punished.
            Can you please help me in getting these issue resolved.

            I need to get my money back and I also want to complaint against RV enterprises how they are cheating clients in pune.
            Mr. Rahul from rv enterprises has refunded my money. I can see it was not a problem with RV but problem with the person whom i was intracting to, Mr Rahul is really very helpul my problem is solved.

              hello sir
              I am resident member of Sahajanand Avenue, Nr, Bootbhavani Temple, Vejalpur, Ahmedabad-380051. me and other members of building had purchased new home from famous builder of ahmedabad named DHARMADEV INFRASTUCTURE PVT. LTD. but they installed Reliance Mobile Tower without informed to any member of society and after complain of lot of time to builder they don't response in proper way. and due to vibration of tower overhead water tank also start leaking, in that case there is big chance of building collapse in minor earthquake and radiation is also dangerous so please give us proper solution in this matter. and where to complain about removal of this Tower.

              Dear Sir / Madam,

              Can i please have a immediate remedy for the removal of this tower. I stay benith this tower - I have requested the builder to remove this tower several times - but instead he has bounced back saying the tower is been kept on the common terrace and the common terrace has not been sold to the memebers of the soicety.
              He has not seeked permission to affix this tower from any member - and is reluctant on its removal - can we have proper guidance into matter for its eradication please
              Our builder (DHARMADEV INFRASTRUCTURES PVT LTD), without seeking permission from any member of the society - has installed a reliance tower on the common terrace of the building SAHAJANAND AVENUE - VEJALPUR - AHMEDABAD, and is rigid to remove the same - No member of the society is willing to have this tower .

              Builder argues that the common terrace has not been sold to any member - is this not vague reply!!!

              Can we have your fullest cooperation in the matter please.
              There is all corrupted officials in the cases of mobile towers. there is only one way that all residence should unite and agitate inforont of Muncipal offices demanding all mobile towers to be installed at Mincipal office building.

                I use reliance mobile [protected]. To my surprise I got message saying that, jobsonphone activated 30rs/30days. Basically i neither activated the service nor haivng any interest. When I called customer care, their reponse is toally frustrating.

                1. They are not interested to hear what the customer want to say

                2. Repeating that it is done based on my request.

                Afte 10 mins I requested to transfer to her superior to hear the same information.

                Last time they deducted for hello tunes and when I had orgument for the same, they credited that amount to me.

                Adding to that, I was also told "mitte ke rang" activated on my mobile.

                This is really cheating customers. And unfortunately, customer care only worring on protecting what happened.

                I will behappy if some one look into the problem Obviously not to get my deducted money. To not trouble other customers with these kind of deductions.

                mysel[censored]sing reliance prepaid connection last three years. but company not giving proper responce against complaint company deduct amount without asking custmer for any package& callertunes &sms package.
                I am using reliance no : [protected] & without any request some mitte ke rang package has been activated & after sendind sms so much time for deactivation it has not been deactivated & everytime my 30Rs get deducted from my balance . Please deactivate this if you can... :-)

                  I’m kartik Ramanuj, I’m live in Dholka – Ahmedabad, last Saturday I’m facing problem with Reliance Communication (GSM Mobile phone Service provider). He deduct my balance (Rs 18/) without any service accessed. I make call in customer care but till date he took his system is down & he could not take my complain. Right now he says we have only three days details available about your account.
                  He is not given proper service when we regular customer.

                  If you do something, I request to you kindly look in to this matter seriously.

                    my complain is last year my mother & sister went to dipti shah acedmy for inquiry for english speaking,
                    at that time mom give my no after that we are refuse to take admition they call 2-3 weeks for their offers,
                    after that they sending their offer masseges till today ... its over limit some time my inbox full wid my messages & this kind of messages i cleanup my require sms to right come were else, if person is refusing for admition then why harris him, one more thing today one lady call me from airtel no [protected] first misscall then she call me, look i m in business i m desprit to give answer of any miscall,
                    & she call me and asking my rental plan & offer me airtel plan which is useless, when i ask she reply she talking from bharti house, & talk to me rudly, if you can solve my matter then help me to solve this,

                      I am Samarth Vyas living in VALSAD. I am a user of Reliance Netconnect which I purchased from Valsad Reliance Webworld and I had faced many but small problems before. But this time they almost robbed me.
                      I have a habit of paying the bill of netconnect by going at Reliance office as the bill reaches at the address late many times. Suddenly few months back my bill was Rs 730. I asked at the office, they said you must have used. Next month it happened the same. But on the third month I was out of town and I didn't use it. but the bill was still the same. Then I came to know they started a 330 Rs prepaid mobile plan on my netconnect . I was shocked. When I asked for clarification they said its a mistake and they assured me a waiver within a month. But they gave me a waiver of 700 out of 1100 and that too after repeated complaints of 4 months. Still they haven't paid me back my Rs 300 and they have barred my service for non payments of bills.
                      I have got fed up from Reliance services . I don't know when they will stop playing with customers.

                          i had applied for a simple land line from reliance.
                          they did the wiring and tried to install a broad band service with modem and every thing that required power connection.
                          i objected and did not allow them to install all that stuff.
                          its been 15 days, the wiring is there, the sales man does not take my phone.
                          the company is least bothered as to why this connection is not installed.

                          the managers are sleeping where as the ground staff is enjoying the freedom.

                            Hello There,
                            My name is Umesh Kenchenahalli. I took a Reliance Netconnect broadband services in the month of November 14 2008. In the beginning i choose high usage option. In the month of march i requested Reliance to change my plan from high usage to 650 Rs 1 GB plan. When i received bill i realized that Reliance didnot changed the plan as i requested. I contacted Reliance to revise the bill & i paid 600 Rs only. First they apologized & agreed to give some discount. Then reliance claimed that my usage was high. I asked for the proof. Reliance did not send any. Then Reliance disconnected the Internet services (I believe in mid march) & asked to pay the balance. I told Reliance to restart the services first as my business is hurting because of lack of internet. I requested Reliance again to restart the internet services, & compensate me for disconnecting internet as it was Reliance fault. Reliance did not respond. Reliance kept internet services disconnected.
                            Now Reliance also charged for April & May month where Reliance completely disconnected internet services. Why i should pay when i am not received any service.Pl. get me justice.

                            Hello there,
                            I have been using Reliance Netconnect connection from last 3 months with the teriff plan of Rs. 850/- per month. I have been complaining about MY USEAGE page on the reliance web site not showing anything or says to keep trying again and again. My bill has crossed the limits which is not yet disclosed on the web page. I don't know the usage according to the MBs downloaded. The bill states an X amount of Mb is downloaded and i have been charged for it. I am very much sure that I have not downloaded half of it also. Why should i pay for the useage which i have not used. I request you to send me a copy of my useage or if you can display it on MY USEAGE Html Page. Please try to sort my problem as the earliest before the due date. If my connection is discontinued within this span of time then i would take a serious action for this. This is a humble request please sort out my problem.

                              VERY AMAZING AT NIGHT 2:45 A.M. RELIANCE SEND ME MSG THAT I WAS DOWNLOAD A CALLER TUNE AND CUT THE CHARGES.
                              BUT SURPRISING IS THAT FOR WHICH RELIANCE CUT THE CHARGES THAT TUNE ALREADY DOWNLOADED BY ME BEFORE 10 DAYS AND RELIANCE CUT THE CHRGES FOR 2ND TIME WITH IN 10 DAYS.
                              AFTER THIS ALSO EXECUTIVE IS NOT GIVING THE PROPER REASON FOR THIS CUTTING.

                              ABOUT DND ALSO RELIANCE CALLS ON MOBILE AFTER 90 DAYS OF ACTIVATION DND SERVICES AND SEND MSGS ALSO.

                              FOR ANY TYPE OF COMPLAINT EXECUTIVE BEHAVE VERY RUDELY AS WE ARE FOOLISH PERSON IN THE WORLD.
                              IN SHORTLY RELIANCE IS NO. 01 IN INDIA IN MANNER OF DO FRAUD WITH CUSTOMER.

                              Very true reliance is a very cheap class service provider, the way their costumer service executives both in web-world and call-center talk and respond is very very cheap they are not even well versed with their subject, , , Its like you are helpless, Just shutoff their service do not convert it to prepaid and just leave it, that's the mistake we make we have to totally disconnect their services that will teach them a lesson we should not be their as their costumer and own any of their number, i wanted to buy an all Indian service provider rather than go for international brands but how much can we take trying to be patriotic and trying to stick with all Indian products

                                My account amount drown of Rs. 500/- on 17/08/2009, reliance Broadband at Alwarpet his Phone no: +[protected], they told today and tomorrow like this, so many days over. but still this don’t think about they or giving no response to me. am very disappointed, after seeing my compliant please take necessary action and reply to my mail. This causes my studies will be pending and poor, please as soon as possible give net connection or give money back.

                                  my phone no. is [protected]. I live in rohini, delhi. I bought new reliance just 4 days ago and i m irritated with this company and network to such an extent that i somehow saved me from breaking my phone...
                                  There is no network in my house. All calls get dropped. And sound comes in "discrete values" which a human definitely can't understand and so I. Its only wen I am in park or on roads, that I am able to communicate properly, else it not less than cracking a hard nut to talk on my phone with reliance.

                                  When I try to complaint at *333 or[protected], 9 of my 10 calls goes in vain receiving message "network busy". If somehow i could connect, a stupid advertisement rings in my ear for 3 minutes about promotional features of reliance and how to check balance and bla bla...and then instantly call gets disconnected. I am facing too much trouble.
                                  I would be highly obliged if someone could help me out.

                                  what is wrong with reliance mobile service providers. cant even check balance. network busy the whole day. cannot make emergency calls.

                                  I HAVE RELIANCE GSM(SMART) SINCE LAST 4 YRS. THERE IS MASSIVE NETWORK PROBLEM. I SUGGEST NOT TO PURCHASE ANY RELIANCE PRODUCT. THEY KNOW HOW TO CHEAT THIER CUSTOMERS

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I just few days ago recharged Rs. 499 STV for getting rim to rim and rim to reliance gsm unlimited call.My STV expiry date is 11/10/09.On 23rd August at 12:36 pm I went to a mobile shop named COSMIC CYBER( Address: CK- Market, Shop No. -1, Sector-2, Kolkata-91) to recharge a Rs. 49 SMS card but after that I can't call free over the reliance mobiles.According to the Customer Care the recharge is not SMS card but the STV of Rs. 49.And the customer care assured me to handle the case when I go to the mobile shop.And I also went to the mobile shop on 24th and 25th August.And the owner told me to come on 26th August at 2pm.When I go to the shop the shop owner recharge the 49 SMS card.He denied the incident what I am telling.Then I call the customer care at that moment to get all the details of my account.But they don't give me the details due to their work and I also told the guy to give the call to any other person who can give me the details.But he don't do that and told me to cut the call and to connect the customer care once again., And after that I want to make the another call to the customer care but can't contact with them.I get harassed only for the customer care.The network is also very poor.I don't get good signal in Kolkata.So the dealer of Reliance CDMA, the customer care and the network all are just disgusting.

                                    in my mob the problm is that there is no call connect on my home ie. shri ram colony, dasna, ghaziabad.but my mob is doing well other than my home.i am faicing this problem from 2 months. i have complained it more than 5 times but my problem is not solved.

                                    please take suitable action against my problem.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      This is bring to your notice that i have applied for change in address for my reliance no [protected] and my data card no [protected] in the 1st week of July with all the required proofs and documents. Verification process was also completed during that time. Some person has come to my residence and i only attended him. But to my surprise till now the address has not changed for both the nos. When i enquired at the call center of the reason why it is not changed theya are asking to visit the same reliance office. When i am visiting the reliance office those are saying we dont what happend. I am vexed and wrote a mail to customer care, they are asking to submit the fresh application at the nearest reliance office. Again i replied saying why i have to submit the fresh application for which again they have replied saying i need to visit the nearest reliance office and submit the fresh application. This is the kind of service iam getting from reliance, they are only torturing the customers and thinking that customers are their slaves. on 22nd i have visited the Amberpet reliance office where i submitted the application and asked the status they said sorry and assured me that it will be updated within 3 hrs and gave the reference nos as [protected] and [protected] respectively. They are playing with cusotmers like foot ball. Earlier also my phone bearing no [protected] has been lost and found after 1 month when i asked for the activation of the no after i got the phone they really took 10 days for activating this. At that time also they played with me like football asking to visit the reliance office and call customer care. The concerned persons at Amberpet Reliance Communication office are Mr Ravi and Mr Venkatesh. With out my fault i am asked to submit the address change form again and again. And after submiting also what is the guarantee that this time it will be done. I lost hopes on Reliance totally with their pathetic services towards customers. I request you to kindly take necessary action on this and do needful.

                                        I am having a connection of relience broadband in Madinaguda location of Hyderabad we had always having issue with connectivity.later we changed our residential to Masabtank.and applied for shiftting the connection to Masabtank.i have paid two month of internet bill of more then 2000, even if i never used the net connection in the shifting transition period for one month(still i paid the one month unused bill of 1100).
                                        While shifting from my previous residence I had asked for the uninstallation but nobody from their side turned and I had to do this myself. Again after coming here at my new residence I still have not able to use the connection due to lapses from their end. I had sent across my id prroofs 10 days back but still they have not done anything. Not even have they replied to my mail. I have sent 5 follow up mails but of no use. Nobody even bothers it seems. On a daily basis I have been calling the customer care but they say this issue of address change is with some other department and so on.. now on top of this they have generated a bill for this month also for 980 Rs. I already paid 1100 Rs o[censored]nused usage for last month.Can you please help ?
