    I have purchased Reliance Data Card for Internet service on[protected] and ever since I have purchased it I am not able to use the service. Either it gets disconnected or if I am connected there is no speed where in I can surf net. I have made hell lot of complaints over the phone call and also personally visited their outlet in Jail Road. Since there is no positive response from there end I would request them to pay back my money as it is hard earned money...
    i want to close the internet connection. so i request your customer care no and locale dealer many time, but no reply.so plz disconnect my internet connection from today.otherwise i do not pay any bill from today. my internet connection no is [protected] .thank you.
    I am a customer of Relaince Netconnect... i am using this for around 6 months .... there is a problem with the downloading speed.. its worst .. maxi 10 to 15 kbps...at night time and in bytes in the peak hours. i was told that the speed will be minimum of 150 kbps at night.... not only me many relaince user are having the same plea.... pls do consider the copmlaint..we are ready to pay wat ever it takes for the deserving service but not even a rupee for worst service...plz help us
    Purchased Reliance Netconnect a week back as I needed internet connectivity. They promised to deliver a speed of 3.1 Mbps, but just within a week, I could see it getting disconnected often and speed not more than 0 to 4 Kbps. As stated in the advertising, they claim to be the fastest internet. I would like the consumer court to take up this matter seriously as its not just me who faced this issue. Let such large organisations be brought to shame if they only promise and under deliver. Looking forward to some stern action regarding this matter.

    Reliance broadband is not as per the claims by company. they claim 250kbps but hardly customers get 50kbps
    Also they do not respond and work on the customers complaints made through email or through phone. even i[censored] give request for no deactivation they would charge you for the whole month irrespective of they claim 7 day period for deactivation.
    This is Sangeeth, a pre-paid Netconnect Broadband + user. Two weeks I have got a message from [protected] this number, the message subject was 'Conversion of my prepaid data card to Postpaid. The exact message was like this...

    "Dear customer, convert your prepaid HSD into post paid with Rs.400/- 15GB and 500/- 23GB and 750/- unlimited usages. For details [protected]"

    I have decided to take this offer and made call back. The attendee introduced himself as Lokesh, working in Abids/Head Office Hyderabad location. He said to me that he will come to my home and collect the address verification proofs from there. As said, he came and taken all my documents and made me to sign Customer Copy/registration form. He asked 150 rupees as the Prepaid to Postpaid Migration charges. I had given the same to him. He said it will gonna activate in within 3 days.
    I had waited for 1 week, still it is not converted. Again I called him, said that it is not done yet. He said that he will look into this issue. Later I got a call from a lady representative; she asked to re-submit my credentials/proofs by e-mail, at that time she said that we’ll activate in within 15 min. I sent all my documents through e- mail to [protected]@gmail.com . After few days I got a verification call, he asked that, would you like to receive Bill by email or post. I said that if possible do both. Another one week got passed away.
    Now also it is not activated. I am continuously making requests to Lokesh, he has given another number of his superior; it was [protected](I don't remember his name exactly). Whenever I tried to make a call he is not answering my call. If ever he answers, their will be replies like from him is it is already activated sir, plz dial *228; I will make request to other department to look for any other problem; Bla…. bla…bla…
    The sole reason for writing this feedback is to grab your attention to this issue. One last sentence, if you are not going to solve, I have many other options/alternatives to look for; rest is up to you only.
    Just now I have sent you a PM, consisting of those details can you check and confirm what the exact issue?
    I have bought a reliance netconnect + Datacard last week. That is the three months advance rental plan. As per the plan i can use 5GB in high speed, then it will come in 1 X speed, But when i got the device the speed was in 1 X. I made a call to customer care and explianed problem. They asked me to change some of the settings, I made that even then i did not get the speed. They took a complaint and they told me that it will be solved in three days, But it was not solved. I wanted to return the device and they asked me to go to show room, When i went to showroom they are not getting the device back. They collected 2650 rupees for the device and three month rent. If i call to customer care they are not giving any proper response. I am not at all happy with these people service. Please help me how to return the device. My device no is [protected]

      I was laid of by Reliance communication in may after working with them for 5 years and 9 months. I submitted my application for PF withdrawal and they claim that it is taxable. They have quoted "2) Sub rule 1 of part 9 of Schedule IV of Income Tax Act.1961. as the reason for the same.

      Please clarify

      1) Read Sec. 111 of Income Tax Act 1961.
      Tax on accumulated balance of recognised Provident Fund.

      111.(1) Where the accumulated balance due to an employee participating in a recognised provident fund is included in his total income, owing to the provisions of rule 8 of Part A of the Fourth Schedule not being applicable, the Assessing Office shall calculate the total of the various sums of Tax in accordance with the provisions of sub-rule (1) of rule 9 thereof."

      (2) Where the accumulated balance due to an employee participating in a recognised provident fund which is not included in his total income under the provisions of rule 8 of Part A of the Fourth Schedule becomes payable, super-tax shall be calculated in the manner provided in sub-rule (2) of rule 9 thereof."

      2) Sub rule 1 of part 9 of Schedule IV of Income Tax Act.1961.
      Tax on accumulated balance.

      9.(1) Where the accumulated balance due to an employee participating in a recognised provident fund is included in his total income owing to the provisions of rule 8 not being applicable, the Assessing Officer shall calculate the total of the various sums of Tax which would have been payable by the employee in respect of his total income for each of the years concerned if the fund had not been a recognised provident fund, and the amount by which such total exceeds the total of all sums paid by or on behalf of such employee by way of tax for such years shall be payable by the employee in addition to any other Tax for which he may be liable for the previous year in which the accumulated balance due to him becomes payable."

        650 rs E-Recharge Complaint
        Hi,

        This is regarding the 650 rs std calling card, i am a reliance prepaid user, i used to recharge with 650 rs e- recharge and got the rs 589.30 balance & night calling Rim to Rim free,

        two days back i saw this recharge details again on your website, and again got confirmation from customer care executive that this recharge is available,

        Yesterday on 23rd aug 2009 i recharged my number with the same 650 rs amount through E-recharge, but i got only rs 428.30 balance in my main account insted of the actual scheme.I am having the confirmation sms for the same, i called in customer care i did not get the proper resolution regarding the same.

        I need the rs 589.30 calling card balance & as well as free night calling, please do the needful, because the disatisfaction level is increasing day by day.

          This is to inform you that there is a sales executive named: Dharmendra Mishra who came to my residance at:117 Anoop Nagar, Indore (m.p) for the sale of reliance broadband connection.As promised, he assured me the connection of 100kbps with a download speed of 75kbs/sec minimum with a monthly rental of 499/-Rs.A sum of Rs 210/- was taken as an advance for the connection which was supposed to be installed at the residence whith in 48hrs from the 14/08/09 of this month.The connection was installed on 21/08/09 after many complains.The connection is not working since 22/08/09 and for this matter I have reported the matter to the authorities but there has been no action since then.I am already a user of airtel broadband but also took a connection from reliance so that i could get a better speed.
          I as a consumer have been cheated by the sales team of reliance broadband since they allured me with a false scheme and have provided something different.I was getting a download speed of 10Kb/sec.
          I have made numerous complains about the above matter to the authorities and one person's name whom I remember as Mr Amog.
          Requesting you to please take a strict action against the company and also ask them to refund my money since now i want to discontinue with them.

          After 10 days I came to know from BALA there was a shortage of cable and will be taken another 10days. Till date I have not receive any communication from your end.

              I am Rohit Agrawal from Bhubaneswar (Orissa). By mistake i had taken a Reliance Data Card from Reliance communication ltd, lewis Road, Bhubaneswar Branch. my data card no was [protected].
              At the time of connection these people assured me that the speed of data card is so good and i will not get any problem in internet access, and i had paid for a post pad connection. But from the first day i realise that i did a big mistake by choosing Reliance data card. Anyhow even after completion of my 2 month free access scheme i had paid 2-3 month bills on request of Reliance people that data card will start working very shortly but it never happened. At last i go for a bsnl connection, which is too good. Now afer 6 months these Reliance people are again contact me over phone and ask me to pay Rs.1215/- They are telling that this amount is due on me. I am really surprized, i have never use their services, the data card was not even connected . Now these reliance co people are giving me threatning that if i will not make the payment, they will come to my house and they will also go for a court case. This is just DADA GIRI OF RELIANCE COMMUNICATION LTD. so guys if you are looking for a data card, then Please please dont even think for Reliance data card, it never works. Never trust these Reliance people.
              They are just a big cheater.

                I have requested for a Internet broadband connection through an agent on 28/7/09.It is 4 weeks already there is no connection and there is no communcation from Reliance. I had paid a check to reliance which has cleared in one week. The agents told me it will connect in one week. I have called 5times to customer support and visited 3 branch office, but there is no help from their side.

                  Dear Sir,

                  Background:

                  1. I took the reliance post paid landline connection No.[protected] by paying initial deposit of Rs. 1800/- (refundable security of Rs. 1000/- + Rs. 800 as installation charges) in Ghaziabad.
                  I surrendered my Landline connection alongwith the handset and all other accessories to the Reliance Web World, Sector-18, Noida on 1st March 2009 vide Service Termination Request Case ID. No. 90489590 dated 1st March 2009 by paying Rs. 673/- as full and final amount vide Cash receipt no. S[protected] dtd 1st March 2009. (Scanned copy of Cash receipt and surrender of landline instruments were already provided to Reliance for their ready reference).

                  I was told by Mr. Javed, Customer Care Executive that security deposit of Rs. 1000/- would be refunded within 90 days from the date of termination of the connection i.e. by 30th May 2009 otherwise interest @10% will be paid.

                  2. After waiting for more than 90 days in June 2009 when nothing had happened and Reliance instead of sending refund of Rs. 1000 sent me monthly bills for Rs. 87/- dated 18th April and Rs. 407/- dated 18th May i.e after termination of connection & surrender of instruments on 1st March, I once again approached Mr. Javed who confirmed that my connection is already terminated & I will get refund within one week & also assured me to ignore post termination bills. Similar assurance was also given by Customer Care Executive from phone no.[protected] dated 29th April 2009, when I brought this point to her which was the 1st call received from Reliance after termination of connection.

                  After rigorous follow up for nearly one and half month with Mr. Javed, I received a cheque no. 895164 dtd 17.7.2009 drawn on HDFC bank for only Rs. 345.74 after deducting dues of April and May’09, i.e amount charged after termination of connection & without having landline instruments which were already handed over to Reliance on 1st March’09.

                  3. I request M/s Reliance Communication to pay me balance refund amount of Rs. 654.26 along with applicable interest @ 10% on Rs. 1000/- without further delay at my address available with them.

                        i invested in RELIANCE GROWTH FUND - RETAIL PLAN - DIVIDEND PLAN (A/C no. [protected]) on date[protected], Rs. 25000.

                        on date[protected] i redem my all units, but till this date[protected] i don't get redemption amount Rs.34710.07. After many complain in carvy and custmer care of Reliance MF there is no satisfactory ans. by them. They confirm the redemption but don't know about current status. Now i want to take legal step against RMF to recieve my own money. i also want interest for delay period whenever the amout will be paid. this is really bad experience for RMF. now i will never delt with RMF.

                          This is the worst company i had ever seen. When thy want people to join their Broadband service these reliance sales guys hog after people to collect the money and when they are asked to provide the connection they don't pickup the call. It is at their discretion when they think they would provide the service not as per customer desires. Even if by chance someone pick up the call they are so arrogant and non customer friendly. One person from reliance ( Lokesh) even said we don't provide connections we cannot help and we won't help do whatever u do. this company and its people are totally bullshift.

                          Reliance Broadband — Very Very poor and arrogent service

                          Sir, i have taken Reliance broadband three months back, since that day i have received the internet ok for one month, after that problems started and when called the person responsable for the services there was no response, later it was learnt that he ran away with money collected from us, is this the way Realiance is recruting the thiefs in office, till now nobody has answered to the complaint given by us, the connection is still not installed, iam sending this mail from Dubai waiting for Reliance people to install the connection so that i can talk to my family back in india, Name alone dosent work, services also matters. Mr.Anil Ambani this is for you because we trust Realiance so please maintain the Trust of Indians.
                          i called today at :10:20 about my issue that i was facing with the net : wherein the agent Named : Mr. Raj kumar to whom i has spoken to, behaved very rudely; i asked him the solution for my issue and i kindly requested him to transfer the call to the manager in the floor, the agent kept my call on long hold atlast to say tat he can not transfer the call, stating that i was very rude to him: i would expect that my issue is rectified as i requested the agent : to connect the cal to the manager he disconnected the call stating he wont transfer the call

                          Later i tried in the same line to speak again wit the manager to solve my issue: agent name: Ganesh: he was also so arrogant to me with out giving me resolution and i was on hold for past more than half an hour :i felt my patience is tested very badly and because of which my blood pressure shooted up:

                          I have been in customer service past morethen 4 yrs, and i expect something from the customer support: i need the apology and the compensation for the same, else i would not feel bad to register case in consumer forum

                            I have a rcom broadband connection. Which is not working since jan 2009... They send me the bill for january and i paid that on 11 feb (I guess),

                            Then i asked rcom to terminate my broadband service on 7-8 feb. But they dint do it and send me the bill for frbruary 2009, for services which i havnt used...

                            They told me you have to pay for half feb. Bcause it will take 15 days from you register your complain. So i agreed to pay half bill... But they neither send me the bill or terminate my connection,

                            Then i again file the request to terminate services on 3rd may...

                            They called 4-5 times for confirmation but till date they had not cut my services... And evry month they are charging 330/- bugs for nothing... Just they are getting money for no services they are charging us...

                            They are not terminating my services and calling me evry month 3-4 times since february,
                            I am sick of their calls... Every time i have to told the person on phone this whole thing again and again, but no response...

                            Pls help me... Pls... And i want my money back, they are now saying your bill is around 2500/-... Thats without using services since last 8 months...

                            330*8 ~ 2500/- what they have charged... Even after my complains and request for termination... Plsss help... And get me out of this, please

                              Here is the reality of Reliance Braodband,


                              I have taken a reliance datacard broadband plus 3 month ago.There was problem of signal strength as signal is not coming properly in my area.I have requested the issue to reliance.When ever I am calling customer care they are picking up the phone after 20 -30 minutes .When I am sending the mail they are replying after 5-6 days and then saying our people will contact you in next 4 days.Past 8 weeks this process is going on.They have sent a network guy, on his presence the signal was gone.There is lot of fluctuation in signal due to which there is 10 - 15 times net connection is going away and I need to connect again.Lastly when I have requested for termination of the service then they are saying you will not use this device in future as device is only used in Reliance.There is no plan change option.Nothing can be done.Recently 8 weeks I have visited many reliance webworld and headoffice in Hyderabad.All there are B-A-S-TER-ED people have met .All ba-----ed and M-F are saying only nonsense...
                              During my visit I have seen lot of people came with their datacard [ black set specially] and fight with reliance people.Some guys were even taken 1 week back the connection and their device was damaged.
                              Reliance is using their advertising style to cheat the people.Anil ambani's company is famous for that.

                              Please don't take High speed datacard as this is not stable as their people saying.They are saying it will take 1 year to stabilise the signal and other plan to implement, which is why you are facing the problem.
                              I have wasted 7000 rs in past 4 month and even they are not changing this device in prepeid.If that then I may use this in future.Only option they are saying that either you terminate or pay the amount for poor signal.This is what Reliance and its people is --- complete BSTed and M.. F..s.

                              Things must remember in mind before taking [ if you are still trapped ...]

                              Don't take Postpaid connection as even after problem you have to go a lot of trauma for disconnecting the service, in prepaid atleast you can leave the service as it is without giving any charge.

                              If you are takeing the device bradband, then ask the demoand use the service at least 3 hours in different time as morning 1 hour, evening so you can find the real signal and service.

                              Ask the activated Datacard and only pay the money if you see the device is working and you are abl;e to access the internet, otherwise once you have paid the then thereis no chance of money back.One person I have met during the visit, that person has taken the device and from day one his device was damaged, He was asking about the replacement then Reliance people was saying that you have to go service center of Huawei what the [censored] answer by Reliance.

                              DONT TAKE POST PAID CONNECTION BY Reliance at any cost.
                              Think 4 times before any nightmare by reliance when the trouble is at your doorstep...

                              Hey guys be aware of these things and then only take the any connection from M .F . Reliance and M F Anil Ambani'company.

                              Reliance/Broadband — NOT IMPLEMENTED BUT ASKING FOR MONEY

                              I ordered a relience broadband plus land line service with a implementation charges of Rs. 500/- 3 months ago. the iplementation team implement the link in a bad way(wrong wiring) due to that even i was not able to close my door. I booked a complainet. engineer came after that but no action after waited for few days i took service from diffrent service provider and booked again a termination request at relience customer care complain number is[protected]. but still there is no action nobody came to withdrwal the wire and equipment and i started getting bill, sms and phone call to pay te outstanding amount. they are demanding money for that service which I was not able to use for a single day. I also booked a billing issue complain number is[protected].
                              still there is no action. This is how relience doing business in the market. in the market out of 10, 9 customer is unsatisfied with relience services.
                              Need suggestions to sort out this problem.

                              Hi guys,

                              This is to inform you all, that RELIANCE IS REALLY A BIG CHEAT. That is right, once you purchase their datacard, you are stuck. Never go for Reliance as they give HELL to the customers on the name of service. I wanted to purchase a wireless datacard as I need access to internet when I travel. I committed a big mistake when I chose Reliance. I could have gone for Tata photon plus. At least they take care of their customers' issues. I opted for a 3GB day and 10GB night plan at a discount of Rs. 200 per month . I was told by a service rep that I would be able to make changes any time according to my usage. Now when I started with the service, it was really not satisfactory. The average speed in the day time is about 300-400kbps. I mostly download stuff at night as the usage limit for day is 3GB, but most of the times at night, there is either no network coverage, or there will be an error saying server did not respond. I spoke to customer care in this regard. They gave me a complaint no. I thought may be they are going to work on my issue. When I got a call from customer care regarding same, I felt a little satisfied that Reliance is now improving the customer service (as my experience with Reliance has never been good, I really had big pain with Reliance phone that I had earlier, finally I had to get rid of that). But as the conversation with that rep went ahead, he suggested me to uninstall/reinstall the application and to use the datacard in a different area as the problem was of network. I did the same but the issue continued.

                              Reliance HS datacard works on three modes:
                              1. Broadband+
                              2. Hybrid
                              3. Broadband 1x (144kbps max.)

                              Datacard is always activated in 1x mode. Once its activated, you can use it in any mode. 1x mode is provided for accessibility in 1x areas.

                              When my internet doesn't work at night, I have to change the mode to hybrid one where it never gives the speeds more than 110-120kbps. The average I get is only 60-70kbps. Now if they have provided 10GB usage at night, whey cant they provide better speed at night.

                              I kept calling reliance about it, but again the same nonsense answers. You might have heard a proverb- "Kutte ki pooch ko nali me kai saalon tak daalkar rakho wo tedi hi rehti hai". Reliance is that "Kutte ki pooch". Those who call reliance M-F are not correct. Reliance is even more than that. Its been more than 2 months, and I've been paying close to Rs 950 (including taxes) every month.

                              When I found that my usage is hardly 1GB in day I thought of changing the service plan to 1Gb day and 10GB night as its not worth paying more for almost nothing. I spoke to a service rep regarding this and I was told that I if I change the plan, I'll not be getting the Rs 200 discount. When I told him that I was told by the Reliance agent that I can change the plan anytime and the discount will also be there. For this service rep said that I must get in touch with the same agent. I called that agent and informed about everything. He asked me to wait for a few days and assured me that the plan can be changed and I'll keep getting the discount of Rs 200 every month. I called him up again many times but he never picked up my phone. When I called from a different no., he said that he never said that the discount will be there if I change the service. Such a MF he was. Now if I change the service it'll cost me same. So now I have decided better to get rid of Reliance as 3500 for the modem worth nothing if you have to get relief from the pain that you get everyday on the name of the service.

                              MY BIG ADVICE TO U ALL --- PLEASE DON'T GO FOR RELIANCE FOR ANYTHING.
                              PLEASE DON'T IGNORE
                              Hi guys,

                              This is to inform you all, that RELIANCE IS REALLY A BIG CHEAT. That is right, once you purchase their datacard, you are stuck. Never go for Reliance as they give HELL to the customers on the name of service. I wanted to purchase a wireless datacard as I need access to internet when I travel. I committed a big mistake when I chose Reliance. I could have gone for Tata photon plus. At least they take care of their customers' issues. I opted for a 3GB day and 10GB night plan at a discount of Rs. 200 per month . I was told by a service rep that I would be able to make changes any time according to my usage. Now when I started with the service, it was really not satisfactory. The average speed in the day time is about 300-400kbps. I mostly download stuff at night as the usage limit for day is 3GB, but most of the times at night, there is either no network coverage, or there will be an error saying server did not respond. I spoke to customer care in this regard. They gave me a complaint no. I thought may be they are going to work on my issue. When I got a call from customer care regarding same, I felt a little satisfied that Reliance is now improving the customer service (as my experience with Reliance has never been good, I really had big pain with Reliance phone that I had earlier, finally I had to get rid of that). But as the conversation with that rep went ahead, he suggested me to uninstall/reinstall the application and to use the datacard in a different area as the problem was of network. I did the same but the issue continued.

                              Reliance HS datacard works on three modes:
                              1. Broadband+
                              2. Hybrid
                              3. Broadband 1x (144kbps max.)

                              Datacard is always activated in 1x mode. Once its activated, you can use it in any mode. 1x mode is provided for accessibility in 1x areas.

                              When my internet doesn't work at night, I have to change the mode to hybrid one where it never gives the speeds more than 110-120kbps. The average I get is only 60-70kbps. Now if they have provided 10GB usage at night, whey cant they provide better speed at night.

                              I kept calling reliance about it, but again the same nonsense answers. You might have heard a proverb- "Kutte ki pooch ko nali me kai saalon tak daalkar rakho wo tedi hi rehti hai". Reliance is that "Kutte ki pooch". Those who call reliance M-F are not correct. Reliance is even more than that. Its been more than 2 months, and I've been paying close to Rs 950 (including taxes) every month.

                              When I found that my usage is hardly 1GB in day I thought of changing the service plan to 1Gb day and 10GB night as its not worth paying more for almost nothing. I spoke to a service rep regarding this and I was told that I if I change the plan, I'll not be getting the Rs 200 discount. When I told him that I was told by the Reliance agent that I can change the plan anytime and the discount will also be there. For this service rep said that I must get in touch with the same agent. I called that agent and informed about everything. He asked me to wait for a few days and assured me that the plan can be changed and I'll keep getting the discount of Rs 200 every month. I called him up again many times but he never picked up my phone. When I called from a different no., he said that he never said that the discount will be there if I change the service. Such a MF he was. Now if I change the service it'll cost me same. So now I have decided better to get rid of Reliance as 3500 for the modem worth nothing if you have to get relief from the pain that you get everyday on the name of the service.

                              MY BIG ADVICE TO U ALL --- PLEASE DON'T GO FOR RELIANCE FOR ANYTHING.

                              Can you please tell me the settings for outlook expresss if we are using reliance broadband.

                                RE: Failure of Internet Services from 20-21st July and waiver for two days.

                                I have been an internet user for more than 10 years now, never I have seen a more disgustingly inefficient organisation that comes in the name of Reliance. You can verify your records with what I have to say.

                                1) On Monday 20th July at 10.30 am, I called and registered a complaint saying that my internet is not working at all.

                                I was told I would be given a call within 60 minutes. It did not happen. I called again at 11.20, he said I would receive a call.

                                2) On Monday, 20th July, at 2.40 pm and this time I was transferred to the technical department. A woman called Savita realised that there is no problem with my computer and it is an external problem.

                                Till Tuesday, more than 24 hours had passed. And until Tuesday night, none of it was working. I did not get a single call from any agency verifying whether my connection is set or not.

                                I DONT CARE WHAT YOUR POLICIES ARE, all I know is that my internet was dead for two whole days and I want a waiver for it. If your executives dont call back or register complaints, it is not my problem. I did the needful and did my duty.

                                I feel like writing an article in the paper or suing you in consumer court for mental harassment. In the two days, I have spoken to Mohammed, Rachit, Savita, and even Sunita, the floor manager, who even had the audacity to hang up on me. She didnt do jack . I dont understand that a) there are no heavy rains b) no political problem, why has this happened for the 6th time this month only with Reliance. Tata Indicom, Idea and Airtel internet was working fine. It is just you people. You dont understand that someone's profession may depend on this kind of situation and that, no one has time to waste time and energy repeatedly.

                                I hope to see some action about this. If I dont see a response, I'll understand what a waste of a company this is and should feel sorry for a corporation that runs on such flimsy values.

                                This is to inform you that, there are so many reminder My Fixed line phone No[protected]connection not started till now, i want to know the reason ?? if you are not starts the phone or given the reason before evening, so kindly stop my broadband and fixed line connection. i will not pay the single amount except your outstanding till today.

                                  this is the bull service this is my second counter with blaze flash service & one consignment are yet not delivered.
                                  Following are consignment no:[protected] . Details are not available on Internet.

                                  If I call to customer care they don't provide any details for the same and they are very rude while talking. They said no need to call here go to the person where you have given your courier. They cut the phone in between.
                                  I am courier four Letters But not delivered. Docet no. is[protected], 302, 303, 304. date of booking 18.08.2011.

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I am abul kalam. I am a user of a Reliance india mobile. My mobile no. is [protected]. I am living in West Bengal. In response to a message for listening songs I responded for the subscription on 21/22.07.2009. But after a while a service charge for this service, a rs. 30/ was deducted as service charge. Immediately I call on 56300400 for unsubscribe. It was informed me that it was unsubscribe. But today in the morning it was noticed that a service chage for special service is deducted. I talked with customercare service (*3330 and they informed me that the special service in not unsubscribed and hence the charge was taken. Now my question is why the service is not yet discontinued? why it was not informed me earlier? It the your resposibility to let know the customer the details of terms and conditions. But from customer care services it was not informed properly. Today again I have Unsubscribe the services at ph.no 56300400 and by entring the no 5 as per their instruntion to discontinue the services. It was also informed that a message will be delivered within 24 hours regarding the discontinuation of services. Now I would request you to look after the matter so that the special services should be dicontinued.

                                        I am Relaince Prepaid mobile user, While applying for Pre paid sim, I put tick for No marketing call option, even though I am receiving the calls, for first 2-3 month there was no such calls but after that continueously receiving marketing and promotional calls, whether travelling in local train on gate with the help of door support, whether crossing the road etc. However I have made requested for DND (Do not distrub)services it was ensured that with in 45 days it will be activated.

                                        Also there was so many time with out prior consent charged for caller tune. Is any suggestion pls advise me
