I had purchased a Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ datacard from a sales employee who convinced me to buy a High Speed 3.1 Mbps by assuring me of a very good service.

I paid Rs.3500/- by cash as he demanded and after filling the form, he gave me a receipt cum acknowledgement for Rs.3500/-.

Next day I got the card activated and called up the Customer Care and discovered that there is no network coverage in my area for R.N.BROADBAND+.

After realising that I have been cheated upfront, I called up the Customer Care and they simply refused to refund my money.

Anybody can simply take away money from people by officially issuing a Reliance Company receipt.

PLEASE HELP.
I have the same problem no high speed connection...
thay refuse to give my money back thay [censored] me...

    I have a complaint regarding my new connection which i took in last month and i get it activated a HELLO TUNE SERVICE for my Callers.I am being charged every time for this but still the hello tune is not playing on my number .Every time now when i am truing to get it activated on my number it shows "you have insufficient balance in your account .I have registred the complaint so many times in your customer care but still the problem is not being resolved .I hope you listen your customer's voice his Query to increase the satisfaction level in the market and among all the RELIANCE SUBSRIBERS.So kindly do the needful

      I am summated your service termination request form on dated 17/11/09.and i have all read clear you due bill but still i am waiting for your response .first time MR Amir washi is saying that if you will pay your bill then after we will closed you no. First time on dated
      7 July 2009 my total bill is staled down but your customer care is saying that you didn’t fill up service termination request form so that your we can’t close your no. then after I am summated from with your due amount on 17/11/2009.and receive acknowledgement. Your customer care executive is saying that your no is closed now all formality is over but after that my no is not closed .so please provide me solution to how can i resolved this issue. Please closed this no and conformed me .i am all read attached copy of service termination request form & bill also.

        i have been using reliance broadband netconnect+ for 5 months .my no [protected] . my problem is from the first month biil i was wrongly charged. (the commited plan was one and the billed plan was another.they said there i sno such plans and gave a waiver .and the second month was ok coz i used rarely.then come the shock my third month the net was diconuted for the reason of high usage where i was allowed to use 10gb (unlimited then changed to 10gb)download(the word commited from the sales rep)i used only 9 gb gownload and 1.5 gb upload i was billed for 6000+INR the i took the complaint i was asked for an interment payment i did the payment to but my problem was not solved.i called NODAL officer and APPLATE officer no one solved my problem nerely after 34 days i decided to through my device .before that i just thought of checking it i found the service was active then i called CC and conformed what has happend they told you bill has been waved for 4000+INR again i started to use that month i was also asked to pay 195rs i did the payment


        NOW THE PROBLEM IS....
        on 5th sep when i connected i found my service was not active i called CC they told i have crossed my creidt limit and i con was barred i asked how was that i crossed my limit .no one knows they just know you have crossed i called NODAL and APPLATE on morning 1130hrs no one picked the call or turned back i called the CC for reguest for detial usage .that execuite told me my service is active and might be some problem with my setting and gave me some order . i told her i my connection have been dis for crossing the credit limit .she just laughed at me and asked who said you have crossed the limit . that also diidnt work.again i called CC and found i have crossed the credit limit .now he asked me who said you have not crossed .he asked me to step into webworld where i did and my problem was not solved he told someuseless things like complain to NODAL,APPLATE,TRAI.
        and also he asked me to wait till next day coz my bill date was till 5th
        today 6th my bill was not generated till yet and my serice was nto restored

        please some one help me in this problem to get a proper solution

          I am one of the customer who have bad experience from Reliance CDMA prepaid mobile service. My no.is [protected]. From Reliance SMS recieved was on my phone that STD pack 145Rs and get 200 STD min for 1 months . I was E recharge 145Rs on 26th Aug 2009, and that time i was recieved sms that STD pack activate 3.19min for STD calls. That After an hour i was made STD call but my rupees debited from my MAIN balance. So I was try to *333 help line but not connect that day. And another day same problem when STD call called rupees cut from my MAIN balance and no one minutes cut from 3hour 19min still. And many time i was contact to *333 but help line man not solved my problem. They were asked to me only one Line" our server is busy please try after 2hrs. But no problem solved. 3rd sept 2009 evening approx 4pm , help line man mr. Sunil registered my complain no.[protected] and he was asked that time within 2 days your problem solved. but no problem solved and no sms received from reliance.
          what i do give me answer?

            I have remember on 2nd Sept. 2009 my mobile's prepaid connection's balance was above Rs. 100/- but on 4th Sept 2009 I found the balance is Rs. 74.80, between this dates I use this mobile for 2nos. outgoing call only 1 no. to BSNL for 40 Seconds @ Rs. 00.59 per Min. on 2/9/2009 at 5:21PM and 2nd to a Reliance GSM (smart) no. for 1 min 34 second @ Rs. 00.19 per min, total Call - Rs. 0.59+ Rs. 0.19 X 2 = 97 paisa. I neither send any chargeable SMS nor subscribe any Value Added Service (VAS).
            I called to Customer care but they said me its true that no VAS is activated on my number but they cannot give me information about this with excuse of there server is slow and ask me to call after 2-3Hrs.
            I call again & again 4 to 5 times but same excusing.
            I went to Reliance web world office on 4/9/09 and they confirm me that no VAS was activated and my balance was above 100/- on 2nd sept. 2009. And told me this deduction amount for my outgoing call, then I asked for my call history record but they answer that they have one day record and ask me to call customer care no. again to saying that customer care have 5days record.
            I call again 2 time on 4/9/09 at night & 5-9-09 but same. They say server is slow or server is down, some time they say "we have only 1 days record". Call again after 2-3Hrs.

            ### If the company have maintain only 1day’s call record and not to liable to serve the information above 1 day then they can easily cut the balance and can say that it for our calling before 2days.

            Pls. help me.
            I would like to demand to my phone company to back the balance if it was deducted illegally or if it was legally done then state me the ground of deduction.

            My father Mr. M.M. Chakraborty has got reliance smart connection, and to his surprise on 09/09/2009 a dialar tone was activated, for which he has not subscribed and an amount of Rs.30 was also deducted from hos balance.I would like to demand reliance that pls return the deducted amount back ASAP, which is deducted legally

            today on 25-11-09 i recd 1 message from 53030 at9.05.32 am that your missupack has been autorenewed & to unsubscibe sms unsub missu to 53030 again 1 message recd at 9.24.47am that your missupack will be renewed in two days and to unsubscribe sms unsubmissu to 53030. I have unsubsribed by doing sms at 9.26.27am which was delivered and confirmation o[censored]nsubsribed recd at 9.26.31 am but Rs 30 has been deducted from my balance. I was surprise that after unsubscribe my balance has been deducted You are requested to look into the matter & give credit of Rs 30 which was wrongly deducted

            Reliance Prepaid Connection — Refund of wrongly deducted Amount

            The Good Morning Greeting message service has been subscribed to my mobile number without any prior notice and Rs. 30 has been deducted from my balance. I have not sent any request for this service. So, kindly deactivate this service and refund my balance (Rs. 30) as soon as possible.
            When ever I tried to contact to customer care service center they did not connect me to executive and put the call on hold for a long time and then disconnected the call. It happens most of the times.
            Also I have registered a complaint for my 3G net service but did not get any solution. The customer care executive at 198 no. assure me of a solution within 72 hours but no response received.

              I am having a landline telephone bearing No.32954658 of Reliance and every month when payment of their bill comes nearer, numerous telephone calls I receive from them reminding me of the due date of the bill which is contrary to those principles and no telephone or any other company telephones as Reliance. When ever I receive a call from them I openly tell them no to call me as I know when the payment of the bill is to be made but like a dog's tail whatever massage you may carry it remains the bend their practice of telephoning remains constant. It is disgaceful for me when I receive such calls and if there is a guest at my place what these guests feel that I am a regular defaulter and therefore I am receiving such calls. Please ask them not to talephone me for the payment of the bills which will be made in time otherwise I shall have no other alternative except to have my telephone disconnected. Thanks.

I had purchased this card 2 weeks before with providing the documents, but suddenly my services got stopped when i inquired abt they said me due to documents verification but the was no verification done by them, and with the same documents in using airtel. Again in had provided the documents 2 days before but till now there is no progress in their services and the person which is sittiing in webworld dosent have any sense to talk with customers he is the worst and we are helpless.and they are not ready to give the contact details of their seniors.

                    my realiance data card number is [protected]. there is a guy from reliance communications Mr.PRITHPAL SINGH, HE CAME TO MY OFFICE FREQUENTLY TO SELL ME A NEW DATA CARD CONNECTION. I PURCHASED FROM HIM, AND HE ASSURED ME THAT MY TERIFF PLAN IS FOR RS.650/- WITH 3GB DOWNLOAD FREE, THEN I RECEIVED A CALL FROM RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS THAT THANKS FOR PURCHASING RELIANCE DATA CARD AND YOUR PLAN IS FOR RS.650/- WITH 1GB DOWNLOAD FREE. AFTER THAT I CALLED MR.PRITHPAL SINGH, HE AGAIN ASSURED ME THAT I HAVE 3GB DOWNLOAD FREE.                     Reliance — Reliance Data Card purchase is a fraud trust

                    I have negative verification first time due to home changed.then i have submitted my new documents for verification before 20 day till from today althogh they are playing games like your card will be started within two days.then 4 days then one days both (webword executive and customerservice provider on reliance site:).they are fraud ant don't trust on reliance customer care service .don't bye reliance datacard or anthing from reliance.
                    very bad service.Just playing game.
                    Every time there is a problem in network from last 10-15 days .Everytime there is call failed .My no is [protected].So, pLease resolve my problem at the earliest.
                    First of all the delivery which was made to me as a data card was seal broken.

                    Also it was delivered to me after taking the cash from me.

                    Not only that when I Checked the sealed was broken and the contents was missing from the box.

                    When i complained with the executive he said you will not get the contents and will have to bear with this.

                    He also argued that the he tried to explain me that i should go for tata photon plus but you dint heard my complain.

                    Not only that i am not handed over my goa trip voucher yet.

                    If possible please guide me the way to get out of it and save other customers to fall prey to vriti and reliance.

                      now suddenly 7 days before its stop working
                      it shows insert sim card in all handsets
                      then i go to reliance smart retailer he took my document and gave me a another sim card and told me that within two three days ur same no is working but till now sim not working it shows sim card registration failed then i go to retailer he told me that some server problem but m harashed this is very poor service while companies like airtel swap sim card on the spot
                      so very bad service
                      in my relation minimum 30 customers of reliance smart
                      but this is 1st time i experianced

                      yes this is true even my sim card got rejected taht tooo after 2 days! what the hell this service is very bad, poor network n cheap quality cards!
                      I have lost my sim on 10.12.09 & with compalint copy of Local police station and my driving license copy as a identity proof submitted to release the new sim having same number. After payment of Rs130/- they have given me new sim and told will be activated within 2/3 hrs .
                      I have also visited on 12.12.09. they told it will be activated within 2 hrs. But till evening it is not activated.

                          Sir,

                          I am having Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ device: Number - [protected]
                          Registered in name of K K Unnikrishnan.

                          I have upgraded from 1X postpaid connection to Broadband+ plan by buying new Broadband device for R-world (T-nagar , Chennai ) 2 months back.
                          My plan is Broadband+ 3GB day + 10 GB night ( 850 + 199 + tax )

                          Two months back, when I was going to discontinue my 1X card connection due to very poor speed and bad service, Reliance ( some of Reliance customer service executives) told me about an upgrade offer from existing 1X postpaid card to HSD by paying Rs3500 and get a money back of Rs3000 on my bills.
                          I conformed this information by calling Reliance customer care 3 times (talking to different persons, and all the 3 conformed it). The same story was told by executives in Reliance World ( 54 & 55 Gold Crest, North Usman Road, T nagar, Chennai).

                          So I bought the new broadband+ device paying Rs 3500 from R world, T-nagar, Chennai [ Invoice No: [protected], Invoice Date: 13-jul-09 2:28:00PM ] and I was promised a reduction of Rs250 on my monthly bills for next one year provided plan is of value at least 850Rs per month.

                          But I DIDN"T GOT THIS REDUCTION on my bill for the month of july. I made more than 5 customer care calls which cost me many 100s (as I had to call from other phones as there is no way to call from the broadband+ device as in 1X device and I have to wait atleast 15 min to get correct dept and another 20 min minimum to make them undrstand what I am saying) and many hours, I send e-mails to Netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com reporting my complaint. It was shocking when one person called me from Reliance Billing dept (from Bombay) telling THERE IS NO SUCH PLAN OR OFFER BECAUSE HIS COMPUTER IS TELLING SO, and so my bill is correct.

                          I called again to reliance customer care to verify this news. But from customer care I WAS AGAIN TOLD THAT I AM FULLY ELIGIBLE TO GET THIS OFFER AND SO THEY WILL CORRECT THE PROBLEM AND THE 250Rs WILL BE ADJUSTED WITH MY NEXT BILL, SO I WILL GET A 500Rs ( 250 + 250 ) REDUCTION ON MY BILL FOR AUGUST. I even recieved a mail from Netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com with all the details of this offer from Reliance itself on request.

                          The sad truth is that Reliance didnt keep the word. I didn't got any reduction in bill for the month of August also. On complaining about this I got the most irresponsible replay from reliance (from some Sandeep Kujur, the same person who send me the details of the offer as email few days back) saying...
                          "that there is no any scheme for Rs. 250 free for 12 MON for 1X to HSD upgrade offer." !!! (you can read the original e-mail below this mail)

                          This is unbelievable, and most irritating that a company like Reliance is telling opposite information about same thing. This is pure cheating, Reliance is telling an offer and making people to buy their product, and at the time of billing the same Reliance is telling there is no such offer...! Or is Reliance hoping us to believe that even Reliance does not know about its own offers??

                          When you go in person to R-world and ask about it, the executives are telling like "sorry sir, I am just an employee, I dont know anything more" or "sorry sir, but computer is showing the bill is correct, we dont have any other information on this, so we cant help you".

                          Now even reliance's own website is showing details of this offer_

                          This is not just about some 250 Rs or 3000Rs, This is about 'Customer Service' and 'Keeping the Promise' to customer from Reliance. This is like behaving irresponsible and cheating the customer to make extra profit, behaving like " what a single customer can do against a company like Relience even if he/she is cheated".

                          I wonder at least now Reliance will open the eyes, and kindly do the needful so that I get the benefit of this offer. I have already paid the bills for July and August with out any reduction, means I have paid 500Rs extra according to the offer, so please consider this amount to be adjusted to my next bill.
                          And also if Reliance want to inform me anything, please do it in simple English, and not too technical (like some plan names) without any explanation which only Reliance can understand.

                            Hi,
                            I have applied broad band connection as per executive(Kathir([protected]) information as mentioned in forwarded mail which is wrong information provided by executive, because whatever he gave the details are not there as scheme.

                            But he says now (after bough data card) you should go for another scheme which is not in my limit, I don’t to go for any scheme, so please stop the further process till get justification on below given information by kathir.

                              yesterday I bought one reliance top up card cost RS. 79 for low call rates but its quality was bad and when i scratch the secret pin the pin number also rubbed with it. then i thought it was my mistake but when again i bought another card, this time again the number become rubbed, and when i talk to customer care he told me to exchange that card from reliance web world but when i went their the reliance web world guy told me to change it from retailer from where i purchase that card but retailer do not change both cards and using abusive language and misbehave with me please tell me what can i do help me

                                With great regret I am informing you that a Reliance franchisee Dhruv Mobile Services
                                a Reliance Franchisee Shop No.4 , Adhcini, Aurobindo Marg, New Delhi has
                                duped me, harassed me, wasted my precious time, hampered my work gave
                                me mental agony and now he is not refunding me the money I paid to him.

                                I had gone to Dhruv Mobile services on 22/8/09 to purchase a Reliance netconnect
                                data card and usb modem model no. EC168C, where as Mr. Manoj, Dharmender
                                & Kuldeep told me that the company has discontinued the model as there were
                                problems in it ( Mr. Manoj showed me few broken data cards to convince me )
                                more over I was told that now the company is giving only the model no. EC1260,
                                believing them I purchased the data card bearing RSN : RHWCD[protected]
                                and no.[protected] for Rs.3500/- vide their Tax Invoice No.295 book no.2
                                dated 22/08/09

                                On 27/8/09 when I tried to connect the data card it gave error message of 721,
                                678.I called Mr. Kuldeep and informed him about the problem I was facing, he said
                                that it has happened due to some technical problem and said will check and revert
                                back to me, no one responded so I went to their shop and was assured by
                                Mr. Manoj that whatever is there will be resolved by 11:00 am 28/8/09, the data
                                card didn't work so I called several times to Mr.Manoj, Kuldeep,Dharmender no
                                body picked up I made somewhere around 40 calls to each of them but no one
                                responded, I.e in all 120 calls.

                                Then I called customer care and inquired about my data card problem, I was told
                                that it was deactivated as verification request and documents were not received
                                by them from the vendor, I immediately called Mr. Dharmender to whom I had
                                given my documents, he told me that the documents were with him and they can
                                send it to the company within 7 days I.e. till 29/8/09 so still 1day is left, I told him
                                that knowing all the problems how can he do this. Getting the information from
                                customer care regarding deactivation of my data card I also inquired about the
                                availability device model EC168C and was told that the company has not
                                discontinued and is available, I felt cheated.

                                On 30/8/09 reliance person came to my house for verification and asked me that
                                do I know why my card was deactivated, I said no to which he replied that this
                                due to Dhruv Mobile services I really got upset.

                                On 1/9/09 I went to their shop and checked the data card, it was not working
                                where as the service card was working, so again they kept it and told me, that
                                they will inform me .

                                On 3/9/09 I purchased new data card device EC168C from elsewhere and went
                                to Dhruv Mobile Services I met Ms Anita showed her the device and told her to
                                refund my money, she called Mr. Manoj who talked to me and told me that they
                                will refund the money and transfer my data card no to the new device, I said fine
                                upon checking Anita found that the new data card has already bears a number,
                                Mr. kuldeep called Mr. Manoj and informed him, to which Mr. Manoj told me that to
                                check with him tomorrow and keep the box of the data card safely,he will refund me
                                the money, I said fine and was leaving then Ms Anita and Kuldeep asked me to
                                return their service data card

                                I said you are having my data card and I am having your, you refund me now
                                and I will return it or I will return it when u refund me my money and left their shop.
                                I just moved ahead say around 500mts from their shop I got call from Mr. Dharmender
                                from Kuldeep's no. saying that I can keep their card and they will not refund my
                                money, I said Mr. Manoj has promised me for refund tomorrow and their data
                                card is of no use to me so it's better that he should tell Mr. Manoj to talk to me.

                                Now I am left with no internet connection as my new data card is not activated
                                and the service data card that is given to me by Mr Manoj is deactivated by him,
                                which is hampering my work.

                                I here by request you intervene and help me getting the refund.

                                  I have worked with reliance general Insurance Co. Ltd. for there C.S.O. at 1, Rohit House Shahazaf Road Lucknow on the pay rolls of Team Lease, which is now Reliance HR services private limited (Add :- Vibhuti Khand,Gomti Nagar,Lucknow) with the Emp Code..


                                  I got the commitment from HR management that it will be done within next 45 to 60 days, but now whenever I asked about the same come it know that it will take next 50 days more.


                                  Have already escalated this concern with concern HR Ms. Navneet Pal ([protected]) but no result yet.

                                  Your help is required to resolve my concern.

                                      HI... I have taken one RIM postpaid connection (Phone no-[protected]) on 24th of August from Reliance World (Dhrub Mobile Service ) Adchini ,New Delhi- 110017. It's around 10 days,still it's not active. I have submitted my document three times to Dhurb Mobile service, Adchini(Reliance web world). But they are not doing any progress on it. I’m visiting the shop everyday but not getting any positive result. I have paid Rs.750 on the time of form filling & registration . Still they are asking me Rs.200 for activation. Also the behavior of customer executives are very bad. Request you to please take care. I think it’s my mistake that I trust Reliance , But now I feel this is the worst mobile service company in Delhi NCR.I will post this in to all the websites & in all blogs. I will never suggest anyone to trust or buy Reliance connection.

                                        I am a reliance gsm user. and i am facing a problem with that b'cos that company cut unauthorised charges from my balace. without my acceptance they start " mere wala gana pack" and cut 30 rs. from
                                        my balance.when i asked customer care . they tell me that they can't do anything . About one month ago they automatically start "mantra pack" and another one and cut 60 rs. from my balance. this is very low behaviour from such a reputed company. my no. [protected].

I didnt used the connection for some months and when i started to use it some 7 days before, what i see is that my balance is (-4.89). Now what should i do ..

                                        on 23 june my balance was debited with Rs. 30 (from the no. [protected]) and when i called customer care they told me that this is charged for activating some monthly pack, this was wrong but they were not ready to hear. this kind of thing happens second time in this month, last time they accepted their mistake and returned my balance by crediting balance by Rs 30 but when this happened second time they are not taking their liability.what should i do now...

                                        Please Resolve my problem Soon and
                                        Refund !... :(

                                        this No." for some reasons i reject
                                        unknown numbers...
