Just want to have your serious action on this request, i have been facing issue with your so called poor services from reliance.
I have a relainace data card no-[protected], i was facing network related from 2nd of august, then i called customer care and my complaint no is[protected], they assued me that i will have update or call be resloved maximum by next working 48 hours, but nothing + comes not even any call, then after 15 more days, see the poor service-no update from your side in 15 days-shame on reliance poor services, regret to say i was useing this type of services since last 2 year.on 17 i called once again and i told your customer care executive that my no is still not working, i want this no to be terminiated, i have given request by that day,my bill generated on 5 th of every month and just want to remind you my data was not in active condition from 2nd of august, and that's what i update CCE of reliance, i told him i want to terminate this no and i told him that last month i paid the amount of 500 INR and by that time my bill was 330, so i told him i want this amount to be adjust in this bill and as per my data card issue-fault was from your end, so till my card dosn't get in active condition-shall i expect the waiver for that duration, he said yes- i will forword your request for waiver as well, and i asked him what will be the next step i have to follow, he said i need to wait for conermation call from your side, which will come in next 48 working hours, they will provide me terminiation request no and after that i need to go nearest relaince web-world to do termination of this number, but till now i haven't got any call from reliance, today when i checked my bill through internet, iam really shocked to see, bills are generating contiously" what a services this has been, i have discussed my this concern with mr Asim Raj on 18th of August as well, but he is not from UP circle, so i don't think he takes this thing seriuosly, and the number i have got for UP west nodal officer, gives dosn't exist message, this is one more problem with relaince-person who are sitting on top level for customer esclation-have been giving this type of number in which cutomer can never trackl them.

Anyways shall i expect any call from your end in this regard, because it's impossible to reach you on the number i have got to reach you[protected], if your this no has been changed, then kindly update your customer care executive as well for your number

    i brought an USB ZTE CDMA 1X MODEM 4 days before from Reliance Mobile in kodungallor trichur. This is a post paid connection. thinking about the mobility and net connection speeds up to 144 kbps I paid Rs.2250 for this pathetic internet connection. its getting disconecting in every 5minuets and when try to reconect its showing dormant. I have done all the basic trouble shooting steps to increase the internet connection. When I called Reliance Customer Care I was transferred to their technical team, which is even worst.

      Please note that I had applied for redemption for Folio No [protected] under fund name Reliance Vision fund in March 08, but till date I have not got any redemption cheque under this redemption while as per fund A/C Statement redemption had done on dated 02 April 08.



      Regarding this problem I have done so many correspondences with Reliance Varanasi & Hyderabad Head office but I have not got satisfactory reply till date. As per Reliance his Banker HDFC had paid to SBI Mirzapur but I have checked my saving A/C statement there is no any transaction of Rs14, 852.57 till date.

        I had complained about the network problem in my locality (Link Road, Goregaon W) on 8th June 2010. Complaint No.[protected]
        On 13th June 2010 I got a message from Relaince reading "Dear Reliance Customer issue pertaining to your Service Request No.[protected] is resolved. We value your association with us."

        Just a day after the network problem started again. For your information I have 12 Relaince connections in my office. Our business is totally dependent on phones, without which we cannot survive. After trusting the brand value of Reliance we went for the same. But to my dissapointment they did not stand to any expectations. Leave aside the expectation they dont even match TRAI's regulations.

        I have been talking to Mr. Ejaz ([protected]) from last 3 days. Every time I call him he says that he will be coming in my office to solve the problem with Reliance Service Engineer but he doesnt turns up.

        I want a representative from Reliance in my office at the earliest. Please dont force me to take up this issue with the media.

          I had recharged (top-up) my prepaid reliance mobile no. 9377450 for Rs. 200/- on dated 17.09.2009 using the ONLINE recharge option available on the official website of Reliance Communications. The payment was routed through HDFC Bank account.
          However, my number was not recharged following which I had complained about it at the Reliance Web World, Wardhaman Nagar, Nagpur. The executive’s response was surprisingly that Reliance Mobile does not provides ONLINE recharge facility to which I argued as the link for same is available on their official website. However, as a cross verification action, I took up the matter with the HDFC Bank to which their response is that they have verified the success of transaction with my mobile service provider & they have confirmed about the successful recharge.
          On my continuos persistence for reimbursing the said amount on account o[censored]nsuccessful recharge, i was told that the account was top-up by an insignificant amount of Rs. 0.02/- (Two Paise Only). However, my argument to this is as mine is a Life Time Prepaid Card, i don't need any another monthly recharges, hence only my talk-time should have been topped up. Besides this, their is no mention about this anywhere on the website.
          Hence it is my humble request to you to please look into the matter & try and resolve the matter

          RELIANCE COMMUNICATION PREPAID RECHARGE — Recharge of Rs. 0.02 only given on payment of Rs 200/-

          On 16.12.08 I paid Rs. 200/- through internet (ICICI BANK) against recharge of my prepaid mobile no. [protected] (Life Time Validity connection).I got SMS :
          "Dear CUSTOMER, YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN RECHARGED WITH Rs. .02, Amount payable is Rs 200.Thank you. Reliance"
          On contacting CUSTOMER SERVICE on 17.12.08 at Mumbai I WAS TOLD THAT SINCE RECHARGE PACKAGE IS OF Rs. 201/- and you have paid only Rs. 200/- Reliance on their own have given talk time of only Rs .02 and rest goes to validity.I told him (Mr Samir at Mumbai that since I have got life time validity and if 200/-topup was not available, the company should have denied(not allowed to proceed) this recharge and money should have been refunded to the same ICICI a/c.Mr Samir told that nothing can be done and company has no policy to refund the money.Itold him that this is high-handedness(MRTP).Atleast he should register my complaint, on which he pleaded helplessness.
          Pl take up this case and help me and many other likewise sufferers.

          I am using Reliance No. [protected]. I would like to complaint that without any request from me, I have been charged for Voice chat and caller tones on so many occassions. I have requested to your customer care to unsubscribe the same. I was told that needfull will be done after 45 days. I again have been charged the subscription charges. Now I request to kindly credit the amount charged to me without any request from my side, failing which I have no option except to close the aforesaid No. or move to Consumer Court.

          i had purchased a GSM connection on 24th of october bcoz of Saturday and sunday problem firstly it was started on 27th and then shopkeeper made a recharge of ruppees 51 for making the call rate 0.50 paise and till now this service is not started on my moblile and compony sent me message on 28th of october that your call rates wil be shorten after 48 hours and till now this service is not start on my mobile when i was talking to Customer care they was talked with me with a very rude behaviour so i wiish to make complaint to Reliance main office. so i wish to make solve my problem as soon as possible.

          I did a recharge of rs 800 for reliance data card internet connection. But, it was unsuccessful. Now the retailer is not returning the amount.

              Dear Sir,
              I am using reliance communications postpaid plan 440 (mob. No.[protected]) since Aug 2008. All calls to reliance mobile including smart GSM in Bihar was free in this plan. But, from 18 Aug they stopped free calls to smart mobiles without any intimations. My complaints are as follows:
              1. No intimations by any mean to change the plan tariffs.
              2. I made call to customer care after found unexpected unbilled amount but he assured me that there was no change in my tariff and everything will be cleared only after generation of bill. Company should take action against such executives.
              3. After some time I came to know that they have stopped free calls to reliance smart mobile which was continue since starting of this connection and it was promised to continue on this mobile also.
              4. No prior intimation caused Rs. 3000. Extra unbilled amount. This is unnecessary burden on me.
              5. In Postpaid Connection , Company can not change the plan, I have taken this connection because calling on smart numbers are free, but comapny has changed the plan and making charges on smart calling also,
              6. I had word with Customer care Executive but No reliance executive has given satisfactory answer on this and always I was told that matter is forwarded. Even after 1 week my problem is unsolved.
              7. On asking about change in tariffs they are telling this is TRAI rule. But company should fulfill there promise that made to customer.
              8. Company should waive the amount that was charged without intimation.
              Sir, my case may be considered properly so that I and other customers like me can get justice and company's cheating could stopped.

              Sir,

              5. Due to security reason only I kept credit limit to Rs. 1000 (from Rs. 6000) only. But, unbilled amount is more than credit limit. No reliance executive has given satisfactory answer on this.
              6. My outgoing barred on 25 Aug while I had complaint about this already on 24 Aug. I continue calling from 24 Aug to customer care but always I was told that matter is forwarded. Even after 1 week my problem is unsolved.
              7. On asking about change in tariffs they are telling this is TRAI rule. But company should fulfill there promise that made to customer.
              8. Company should waive the amount that was charged without intimation.
              Sir, my case may be considered properly so that I and other customers like me can get justice and company's cheating could stopped.

              I also have the same problem, They hane changed the plan without any intimation given to me
              Sir,
              I am using reliance communications postpaid plan 440 (mob. No.[protected]) since Aug 2008. All calls to reliance mobile including smart GSM in Bihar was free in this plan. But, from 18 Aug they stopped free calls to smart mobiles without any intimations. My complaints are as follows:
              1. No intimations by any mean to change the plan tariffs.
              2. I made call to customer care after two three days and i found unexpected unbill amount. Company should take action against such executives.
              3. On 20 Aug I came to know that they have stopped free calls to reliance smart mobile which was continue since starting of this connection and it was promised to continue on this mobile also.
              4. No prior intimation caused Rs. 700. Extra unbilled amount. This is unnecessary burden on me.
              5. I continue calling from 20 Aug to customer care but always I was told that matter is forwarded. Even after 1 week my problem is unsolved.
              7. On asking about change in tariffs they are telling this is TRAI rule. But company should fulfill there promise that made to customer.
              8. Company should waive the amount that was charged without intimation.
              Sir, my case may be considered properly so that I and other customers like me can get justice and company's cheating could stopped.

              i have a reliance broadband connection.
              when we call to costomer care for some assistance, they miss guiding us and that leeding to the over billing...
              luckily due to my system failure(i have not used much data), i got the bill RS 1330/- that is around 350/- more of my regular bill...
              if my system has worked properly for about 2 or 3 days more, my bill will be around 2 thousand...
              This all happened only due to their miss guidance... and there should be some programming errors or bugs and thay leeding to over billing...
              Even after they got their mistake, their response is too ugly, that is far from honesty and their promises.
              they talking like they can't able to do any thing after the bill has generated...
              Is there nothing to do..? Is their computers dont accept less money then the bill produced due to their irresponsibilities?...

              I fully agree with the kind of agony faced by Vikash.

              I too had faced a similar problem.

              Reliance must inform its users in prior, in case there is any kind of change in the plan.

              they always give incomplete/wrong details to consumer and make there bills of high amount.And when consumer try to make it right then they do not solve it. they only gives excuses to consumers.

                After harassed by Reliance Communications + Vriti Interactive(Sales Chanel Partner for
                Reliance NetConnect+ Internet Connection)I decided to do some writeup exercise.I do not have Contact details of Pune Mirror Reporter to explain my problem.I will appreciate if anybody can provide contact details of Pune Mirror reporter.
                Problem: I am already having Reliance Wimax connection at my home but due to speed issues and frequent connectivity issues I decided to go for Reliance NetConnect+ as Reliance promised user will get speed upto 3.1 MBPS.Even though I had bad experience with my existing connection I decided to go for Reliance once again.
                I filled online application form to book the connection online on Monday 14 Sept 2009.After some 2-3 hours I got call from Dipti Sharma from Vriti Interactive Noida office to confirm details and internet plan.She promised that If you do the payment of Rs.3400 you will get connection activated by tomarrow afternoon.As per our discussion Reliance Data Card delievery person visited my office in the evening and collected copies of required documents[HSBC Bank Cheque(No:859878)PAN Card,License,Photo] and told me to send the electricity bill on email id o[censored]lhas Patil(ulhas.[protected]@vriti-interactive.com).As per the discussion I immediatly forwarded the Electricity Bill[I used to get on my email id every month] & got confirmation from Ulhas Patil for the same.Next day I got call from Dipti Sharma Vriti Interactive Noida that If you do the online payment then only we will process your application today otherwise you have to wait till cheque processing.So I decided to make the online payment[Payment Reference Number:1664552] and wrote couple of payment confirmation mails to Dipti Sharma and Ulhas Patil that not to process HSBC Bank Cheque(No:859878) as I am already done with online payment.After online payment nobody from Vriti or Reliance revert back to me for Address Verification on that day.I tried to contact Dipti Sharma and Ulhas Patil but nobody pickup the phone.Next whole day I did the same thing and same result.In the evening Ulhas answered my call and said that I need to send the Electricity Bill again to complete the registration process.I send it again in hope of application will get process soon.On next day[17 Sept 2009] morning I got SMS alert from HSBC bank regarding Rs.3400 cheque debit from my bank account[as I already told them not to process the cheque].I mailed Dipti(dipti.[protected]@vriti-interactive.com) and Ulhas couple of time but no reply from them.So finally they deducted Rs. 6800 from my account for single connection.I understand Reliance/Vriti people need to follow certain process to give new connections but they should not make false promises to people and cheat them.I strongly feel there is lack of co-ordination between different department.Nobody is knows what other person is doing.They only know how to get money from people and make them fool..Both the companies have 'Communication' and 'Interactive' words in their name but in actual they dont understand meaning of those.I dont know whether I will get connection on time and refund of Rs.3400 they deducted from my account.I am not sure about the money as they deposited into Vriti Interactive Account and not in Reliance account.I think the only hope I have is to go to Consumer Court.

                I ordered one USB modem 3.1 mbps plan online in the name of my company.I also paid a cheque of Rs 3750/- payable to "Vriti Infocom Pvt Ltd " on date 22 sept 2009, their representative was suppose to come but he has not come yet and currently he is not responding to my calls. I also mail a scan copy of Phone bill to ulhas.[protected]@vriti-interactive.com ..But he is also not responding to any of my call, I called him more than 200 times but he didn’t reply.I do believe and respect reliance customer care but this guys are fraud...SURE

                    I took new connection on 28th of August 09, my mobile number is [protected]. On 29th August 2009 i recharged my account with Rs. 496/- for validity under which i am suppose to call in all the smart mobiles in North East free of cost. I was quite happy as i made free call on 29th & 30th of August 09, but from 31st August onwards, everything was in vain. Till date I am unable to make calls free of cost.

                    I called customer care "n" number of time & i also consulted with the retailer M/s NINNI in haridevpur, kolkata, but they were also total .

                    what should i do now?
                    Should i feel that reliance is making money by this type of activities.
                    Should i through the sim ?
                    Should i again recharge with 496/497 whatever ?

                    PLEASE HELP ME OUT OF THE SITUATION.

                      My name is Sushil Choudhary and my Land Line number is[protected]. I have called in Reliance customer care and did a complaint about my unnecessary deduction of balance from the account . From my account more than Rs 100 has been deducted without any reason I recharged my land line few days ago and then suddenly my balance was very less. Please I request reliance company to give me the details on what basis they have deducted the money, please don't deduct money unnecessarily. Request for the credit of balance which was been theft from the account for no reason.

                            My mother Mrs Mallika Chakraborty is using a Reliance mobile connection at Kolkata, wherein she had recharged with Rs50/- in 1st week of September and with some carryover money the amount should have accrued to more than 50/-. To our surprise the amount is automatically getting depleted and is showing Rs14/- as against Rs50/- plus, especially when she is not making outgoing calls... With this note, I would request Reliance mobiles to resolve this issue and confirm on this issue of auto depletion of the recharged amount (without making calls)…. PLEASE NOTE:- This is the third time the issue is coming forth and the issues related to such hidden costs shows no end towards its resolution.. In the plan, initially she had to fill Rs 2000/- which she has done.                               Hi,
                              I am Sushil Vispute from Mumbai. I got a new reliance post paid service which they sold me with features of calling any reliance numbers (including GSM, CDMA, Landline) within India without any voice charges.

                              The monthly rental was Rs.995 and additonal charges are VAT.

                              On 18th of Aug they discountinued the free service to Relaince GSM numbers without any information or communication to me.
                              So I continued using the service in the same way. Suddenly a big bill of around Rs. 2000 was generated against me !!!

                              When I raised my complaint calling customer care they then informed me regarding the change. I wanted to discontinue my services but their escalation department assured me to waive off the extra Rs.840. So I paid the remaining Rs. 1090 and continued to use the service.

                              Now today my number is discontinued again and I came to know that the Rs. 840 is not waived off and they are not willing now to do so.
                              I am extremly pissed on the way they do all these miss-guide, miss-lead and miss-communicate the customers.

                              I am a salaried employee of a big organization and do not have time to fight against these goons, please help.

                                Reliance - Telephone — Deposit amount not refunded to me

                                I already used in my home one Land Line having no.[protected], due to my Job transfer i surrendered the line on June.2007 after closing of my pending bills , so many time i followed in retail shop where i bought my connection but still there is no refund not received in my end, otherwise i plan to suit a case in the consumer court.

                                Reliance Land Line — Refund of Deposit

                                I had purchased a Reliance landline phone and after using it for more that two years and paying my bills promptly, due to personal reasons had to discontinue their service. I surrendered the phone to my nearest vendor. I was given a slip regarding the refund of my deposit and was told to collect the deposit after three months, since, I was told, that the refund money is given only after three months of the surrender as per the company rules. I got in touch with them after three months and they told me the amount has not been credited and would take another month or so. Five months have passed and still there is no sign of my refund deposit. In spite of repeated inquiries, I kept getting the reply that it would take a few more days, etc. The attitude of the vendor has been even more disheartening because either they do not pick the phone or tell they will call back and never bother to do so. I am really not sure what to do or whom to get in touch regarding this matter.
                                i had reliance landine postpaid connection number[protected]. its been more than 6 months i have cancelled the connection and i am not getting my deposit refund.
                                please help for this as cutomer care centre says they dont have informations on landline refund process

                                  Am really dissappointed with the data usage measured by Relieance on Netconnect USB broadband. It is very inconsistent regarding to the usage/duration.

                                  First the customer/sales rep doesnt mention about the FUP (which is dismally very low compared to other service providers) of 10GB per month on their so called Unlimited plan.

                                  Second they dont warn the customer if they have exceeded the FUP limits nor inform them before disconnecting the service

                                  Third the data usage measurement (CDR) is NOT shown on the Bill. The internet is not also showing proper unbilled usage. When raised a complaint with Reliance to send the unbilled usage via email they fail to do so (upon repeated requests), which they say they do within 2 working days

                                  The Data usage is not properly calculated and is in discontent with regard to the time spent on the internet. Am not satisfied and convinced with the data measured (in Kbps) as it is exceeding 10GB (while the usage is not that high). For one month they measure 3GB and for next month it comes to 12GB - while the pages viewed remain the same with no changes. They are not giving proper explanation to the data measured.

                                  This is very bad. IF anyone has experienced the same pls do letme know and share yours.

                                  I have been using reliance usb connection for past 6 months of rs.300 plan but every month i get a bill more than 1000+ and there no proper reply to customers. i think they are cheating customers by banning excess bills.please try to care your customers ...
                                  yes, i do agree, it was horrible first month suspended twice at 1 week intervals and they show uploads of 1GB data in one session which they were unable to explain. Gave me 16, 000 rs bill in just 1 week usage, all becuase they dont calculate properly. simply make it exceed the 3GB peak/morning hours usage and it will be 2rs /mb ie. 2000rs. for a GB.
                                  They waived after a big turmoil and been using for 2 days since, just checked few mails on day 1 and i am finding 1.7GB data usage in the online site.
                                  Really, making people's life a hell.
                                  Some say we can do a parallel usage calculation downloading a software, dont know how far it will help u to compare with thier's usage and acceptable if we show that if at all any problem were to arise?
                                  I totally agree with this. The reliance kiosk people are very unfriendly. they want only cash. you cant pay them online, its down most of the time. The calculations of the Net Usage screwed. Is there some competent authority that can check if the calculation methodology is correct or not. Because it really does not seem like correct. I have used Zonealarm to monitor the usage and it shows significantly different numbers. I think they are ripping the customers off.
                                  Many thanks for your comments and feel very bad that there are others like me.

                                  Few days back I got a call from Reliance billing customer care. I explained the situation to him and I had sought waive off.

                                  There are inconsistencies in the usage (CDR is not shown on the Bill) and came to know from the Bill showing charges based on DAILY USAGE ALLOWANCE and NOT MONTHLY allowance of 10GB (if you have opted for unlimited plan). i.e if you had used the internet for 10 days in a month, say for e.g., and you had not used the connection because it got disconnected/terminated, then you would be charged for the allowance applicable for these 10 days and NOT 10 GB! and hence whatever excess you have to pay Rs.2 per MB. This is unacceptable and misleading the customer. Tata indicom charges 1Re per 1KB!

                                  I had written to customer care seeking waive off and would not make payments else.

                                    I have taken the net connect with Tariff plan name – RNJ149DATA from your reliance office at 123 Chandra Nagar , Harjinder Nagar .Plan was explained by your rep ,as by paying Rs 550 pm can get 5GB free and started at expected date 25 June 2009.I pay two bill of June and July 2009.
                                    At 25 Aug 2009 I received the message the Maximum limit of Rs 1900 crossed hence Blocked the net. I enquiries from your office about bill, then bill was Rs 2437. Then I tell him I uesd aprox 3 GB only and it is with limit of 5GB then bill should be only rental. And I stop the using of net connect.
                                    When I enquiries about the bill on the date 9 sep 2009 then bill become Rs 4800, how it is possible . Pleas clear it.

                                    Due to above problem, I don’t want to use service in future. So please closed the above connection completely.

During late night this person switches on. This person gives me calls and starts speaking abusive languages. 2-3 times after I stopped taking his call. continuously this person is giving me slang sms. 10-15 sms every day. This happens all because the services of Reliance where 1 sms costs .01 paisa and calls after night 11 is free. I request reliance people to take proper actions please.

                                        BROAD BAND IN COIMBATORE

                                        I applied for a Broad band conection and paid Rs.500 as installation charge. they assured me within 3 days the installation will be finished and i can use it. But even after 15 days of time there is nothing from their side. when i called the agent(located at stock exchange building, coimbatore) who collected cheque&application from me, he is disconnecting the call most of the time and in case lifting the phone he is telling that there is shortage of modem unit and tomorrow the installation will be finished. I am getiing this same reply from the past 10 days.

                                        Now i decided to cancel my application
                                        I too encountered the same kind of response...mine is worst to the extent that the agent who walked in had resigned and he never picked up my call...then i tried a number given in the brouchure and after a very long untired effort i could get the office number answered...they said they will look into it and get back to me..this is how reliance is working in coimbatore
