Dear Sir,

I am using Reliance Post paid GSM No. [protected] from 2003. Recently I have received my Bill for the period from 09.07.2009 to 08.08.2009 in new CDMA Format, Where i have been charged Value Added Services Rs. 32/- as per details I had use Dail 51234 and premium voice services. First of all I would like to tell that I even do not know that what this service is ? second I had never dail this service because i have already 24 hrs free & unlimited broadband service at my home & office so I do need to go any other services at all.

So this charged amount is 100% false and I request to make a inquiry & Get me, my dialing details that How & when I used this service and kindly stop this type of service & dialing these type of service numbers from my sim cards by immediate effect.

i m using Rlince GSM pre paid num [protected] in which i have rechard 6.50 on that i got blns 589
or sum thing i dnt remmber and it was free std relince from 11 pm to 6am, after using that service from 1 week yesterday i have diled a std relince num [protected] after 11 pm at night my .at that time i having balanc of rs 4 after that my balance was totaly nill and now i m not i m not able to call eny where.


sir plz help me no bdy is lisining our complain in costemur care also so plz plz plz help me

    I bought a reliance netconnect cdma data card zte MG880 during March 2008.The speed was pathetic and service was extremely poor. Although the bills were reasonably justified. When i purchased the data card I was told that the modem was under warranty for a year and thereafter it was repairable at auth service centres. Last month my computer could not recognise the data card and i took it to the auth service cenre.

    complaint 1- the auth service centre as informed by customer care informed that they no longer were providing service - namely - Adonis elect pvt ltd- ADV kimatkar bldg - 61 Bhivapur - dhantoli - nagpur - Maharashtra.

    complaint 2 - when taking it to the web world- they said the set is dead and no repair is done on such modems. Please buy a new one.

    With this state of affairs of this company and the illiterate staff of reliance...company is as doomed as pers affairs of the ambanis. God save them.

    My advice to everyone.. buy anything even chinese is better than reliance...dont go by their ads or by their name...see the complaints on the internet and one would get a fair idea as to why this is THE Number ONE FRAUD COMPANY of INDIA

      I am holding a postpaid mobile connection with Mobile no.: [protected] in the name of Manoj Srivastava since June 2003. I had change my billing address in February 2009. After February 2009 bill no any other months bill deliverd at my new billing address. Repeatedly your courier agency responsible for delivery of the hardcopy of the bill does not deliver the bill at my residence while in your records it is always shown that the bill is delivered. Every month I have to request you to send me a duplicate bill and no action is taken on this defaulting courier agency.

      Will you please firstly ensure to send a duplicate bill at my address, secondly please ensure that it reaches every month regularly reaches me and lastly please change the courier agency or take necessary action so that they behave. Or if you are not able to take any action on that courier or delivering agency, please confirm to me.

      i spend more time to cc for send my bill as e mail.CC agree that the next bill recieve on ur email. But they dont send my bills to e mail after 4 bills. I Respet u to take defferent types of services. But ur data plans are very wors than ither server. Other server lowest plans take 4 unlimitted, ie 250, 310, 400, 550 . Can u change ur plans just like this and get more data customers.

        Respected Sir,
        I Had Reliance Communications Limited internet connections and the connection was disconnected and was not able to use internet facility after a lot of complaint the problem was not solved and also they didnt disconnected my connection after my request and have raised bill for the same as due to not solving my problem i didnt paid my bills and they have send me legal notice sir kindly guide me /help me for the same as today ie 19/08/2009 i have received the notice and with in 48 hours i have to pay the dues.

        They did the same with me and that too after 10 months. Reliance services are terrible. Dont pay to the company. i[censored] are paying thn get it in written that, this is a full and final payment. No interst and payment is due. better go to court, as they send notice from :lok adalat: which is for compromise

          i am user of reilance mobile prepaired.my mobile no is [protected], when i recharge my moble to talk relative reilance deducted my money without any infomation and sms will appear you money is going to 0 please your fmpack is activate/rigntone is activate etc. and my money going to waste, when i call at customer care how this is activates. they dont have any infomation and no any detail. when i told please back to my balance then they told they dont want to return my money. so what i do. i think in india no any kanun, everyone want to loot people.

            Apeal against reliance CDMA

            SIR,
            MY SELF MANISH AGRAWAL. I AM LIVING IN RATLAM. from last month I WAS STARTED THE PACKAGE OF POSTED OF RIM (RELIANCE) INDIA CDMA of rs. 300/-. in this package reliance cdma is committed to provide RELIANCE GSM AND RELIANCE CDMA CELL PHONE FOR M.P. AND CHATTISGHAR IS 24 HRS. FREE, but when i call at customer care at RIM (*222) dtd. 16-08-09 mr. Uday (Mumbai) (Reference no. [protected]) told me from the date of 18th aug. 09 reliance GSM will not free from reliance CDMA due to TRAI RESTICTIONs (THROUGH CDMA TO GMS SERVICES IS NOT ALLOWED FREE) but mr. uday one more option give me if i can pay rs. 149/- i can use this free service..

            HOW...?

            if RELIANCE CDMA to RELIANCE GSM is not allowed 24 hrs. free (MP CHATTISGARH) at any cost than why RIM (RELIANCE CDMA) saying at the place of Rs.99/- charges if you can pay rs. 149/- u can use 24 hrs. free service.

            One more strange sir.

            Post paid service espaciality is when i am using any package(free phone+any discount+etc), at the time of any changes in packages, our old package must be run.

            but relaince cdma giving me (Rs. 199+99 ) = Rs. 298/- + service Tax
            (in this package = Rs. 150 free call (or 300 min. free) + RIM (CDMA) + REliance (GSM) free 24 hrs.).

            and now relaince cdma saying u have to pay (Rs. 199+149) + Service Tax for all this service.

            Sir, I am not using prepaid service, i am using post paid service, than why i have to pay change amount. this is really frod to the cusotmer at very big level.

            I am doing apeal behalf of all customers (which is in Lacs in all india).
            because charges effected to all customer o[censored]sing relaince cdma post paid service if 10, 00, 000 customer paying extra Rs. 50 it means Rs. 5, 00, 00, 000/- per month and Rs. 60 Caror per year revenue is getting reliance from this type of working and this is wrong sir. This is not legal.

            we want action sir for this wrong working style of Reliance behalf of all the reliance cusomters of india.

            Otherwise We have to go in Consumer Form and Media support for the help. and request for the action on the currepted employees for this issue.

              1. We are appalled to receive a number of complaints about an unfair and illegal practice

              adopted by your group company Reliance Communications .

              It is noticed that even by mistake if star key on the user handset is “pressed”, he/she is deemed to have subscribed to the CALLER TUNE. An instant SMS is sent to the subscriber confirming having given the consent for subscribing the VALUE ADDED SERVICE and levying the entire monthly charge in advance . When the subscriber protests that he never intended to subscribe this, your CSE instantly tells that “the moment the star button is pressed, you deem to have subscribed to the caller tune service.

              Even if you unsubscribe now, the charges have already been debited which are not reversible by me”



              2 2 Such a customer inimical practice not only is UNFAIR but ILLEGAL too as the Telecom

              Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has applied a rule for all Telecom Service

              Operators that “ NO CHARGEABLE VALUE ADDED SERVICE LIKE ….. CALLER

              TUNE ….. ETC. SHALL BE PROVIDED TO A CUSTOMER WITHOUT HIS/HER

              EXPLICIT CONSENT”

              The above practice of the company thus violates this regulation and causes unnecessary

              harassment of subscriber, creating avoidable dispute and subsequent reversal/crediting

              back the already billed amount, thus wasting a lot of time and getting a bad name for the

              company .



              3 This Cell, before lodging a formal complaint/grievance with the Regulator and the Media, thought it fit to bring this to your kind notice to

              rectify/ withdraw the said unfair/illegal practice immediately to avoid tarnishing the fair image of ADAG. We fondly hope that you will do the

              Reliance Communications — UNFAIR PRACTICES

              I am using reliance CDMA no.[protected] for past 03 months. i had not given any request for caller tunes or sms shero-shyari, but these services were activated by the company and money was deducted from my pre paid account without my knowledge. When i contacted their call center they could not give any satisfactory reply . I request RELIANCE communications to refund the amount deducted ,for the services not used.
              Reliance Infocom is a Fraudulent Company. They are doing this to all their Customers. Also they deduct small amounts of money regularly from all their Customers. Therefore, please throw away your Reliance Mobile and buy Tata Docomo or Tata Indicom or Airtel or Vodafore Sims. Please spread this message to all Reliance Customers who are your Friends or Relatives.
              REQUEST TO CONTINUE THE FACILITY OF 995 PLAN, SAME AS OTHER PLAN

              NOW I AM FORCED TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST YOUR COMPANY FOR THE LOSS I INCURRED IN BUSINESS, MENTAL HARRASSEMENT AND LOOSING POTENTIAL CUSTOMER OF MY BUSINESS.
              IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE COMPANY TO CROSS VERIFY THAT WHO IS THE CUSTOMER AND WHETHER HE OWNS THE SIM BY HIS/HER NAME.

I am a business man and my mobile is not working from last 4 days which is very harmful for my business who complete that loss you or your company .I have more than 50 connection of reliance india mobile i want that how i change my service i[censored] take time i change my no to other company not my only the whole no which i provided to my officer in my company . And take a strict action against this and cal me on my number..

                  Hello,

                  To whomesover it may concern

                  I bought Reliance ZTE CDMA 1X modem for internet connectivity at a prce of rupees 75 per month, it was a unlimited usage at the time of purchase. The purchase was made in feb or March 2008. The 750 plan become chargeable after 1 gb without notification to the customers. My plan stayed the same even this non communication. Later on i found my interenet usage was not that much, so i went to change my plan from 750 to some 440 plan which offers 20 hours in the night and 20 hours in the day, which satifies my usage as i just connect for mail. Soon, the connectivity went worst, it was not the same that i used to get while i was on 750 plan, i never had a single issue. Now that i connect to the modem it always shows me limited connectivity and it goes off after 3 minutes. It does not open even a single web page and shows me error Ïnternet can't find the page". On this i called up Reliance customer care and explained them what is happening after the change in plan, they inturn explained me that it is not so and the low connectivity is because of my system. They tried providing me the useless and regular standard documneted resolutions like "clear internet history and cookies, etc, Sir, i told them that i have been into the IT firm for more that 4 years now and i know how to update the system moreover i have the highest configuration hp laptop which can't have problem like that. Then i was assured of a request is been logged and i was provided with the reference number, and that a engineer would call me soon, that soon was quite late and was around the evening time while i was leaving the office and i was not carrying the system along with me . The lady engineer took next day's morning time and never retuned back again. It is been now two weeks that i have not heard from them. and i am still annoyed and facing the same issue.
                  Kindly look into the matter as cust9omer with the low plans should notbe ignored this way. the money is not flowng from the river anyways, it is hardly earned and we should be provided worth for it. The services that is not solving my purpose is even expensive for rupees 440. Thus incase the matter is unresolved i am forces to leave reliance for their ignorant behavior.
                  This is the second bad experience that i hav with relaince now. I was a mobile customer with them till last year and due to non communicated increases in monthlty rentals i had to leave their services. I was paying 800 rupees every month for making no calls. relaince was quite happy to have a stupid customer for two and half years and enjoyed good rental for no usage. They do a customer profitability analysis, should not they call and tell customers on their new plans as matching customers usage.

                        I got a 499 plan where it is free from 2200Hrs to 0600Hrs. The bill shows many additional entries that I did not use. Those entries say as if I have connected for 6hrs. I finally got two months bill waived and still need to get Rs.340/- from them. Here is my usage log.

                          I have made 6 calls to the number *222 belonging to Releance Post Paid Customer Service today between 10am and 7 pm(13th august 09). I have spoken to 2 customer service executives who tell me each time that ' the system is down" at the end of 7 - 8 mins call again. Balance 4 times i am kept on hold till the phone disconnects.

                            the reliance officials told that it was due to the virus problem. Atlast I found out that it was not due to virus problem but the equipment was a defective one. Then I changed to BSNL usb modem which started functioning in the beginning itself. The Reliance official did not do anything to our grievance.

                              my name is ashish kumar baranwal i am working as a sales manager in reliance capital services ltd. at Varanasi Branch my employee code[protected] & my APL date is 22-feb-11. since last 2.5 month i worked my job very honestly but i could not get my salary even my associates pay out also till date . about this i disused my reporting boss mr. Rakesh sonkar which is the Branch Manager of Reliance capital Services Ltd. but he is not able to reply me.
                              this time i am very disappointed so, plz tell me what should i do in this situation .

                                I bought a reliance prepaid connection no. [protected] on 2nd May 2009 from AB communications, Jamnagar (an authorized reliance showroom) for Rs. 3000/- under the scheme of free RIM to RIM STD calls for next one year. But after one month this scheme was cancelled on my number. I informed AB communications regarding the matter & he told that there is some system error & issued me a new no. [protected] under the same scheme on 4th June 2009. But on 15th July 2009 agin the scheme was cancelled on my no. This time I received a SMS of some recharge. I again informed AB communications but this time he refused to take any action. So I contacted Reliance webworld showroom & to my shock they told that there is no such scheme provided by the company. I asked them that how did this scheme worked for 2 & half months? they just refused to do anything. I request Consumer forum to take some action regarding this matter.

                                  I terminated my connection in the month of may 2009.Till now my account is not closed in the data base.Last month I raised a complaint regarding extra bill.Customer service persons came up saying that I should pay Rs840.And they told this is the last amount I should pay and I will be not getting any further bills.But again in the month of august 2009, they came up saying I should pay again Rs440, and they are saying that this is the last bill.If they keep on saying this word every month then how much money reliance is taking from customers.I am getting disturbed every month with these reliance customer care calls.They are no generating the bills Efficiently.

                                  After three months of my terminations now again customerservice called me up and asking termination reasons and termination request number.What work the people doing for this three month I am not getting.I will be busy in my work so how can i keep all these details after termination of connection?

                                  Please take necessary action and take proper action so that reliance communication will not repeat this extra bill and take money from the customers.

                                  As a customer with a belief of reliance group I opted for this net connection.In future I will be advising my friends not to take up reliance connection.This is very irritating every month generating bill after termination and saying that I have not returned the instruments.

                                  Reliance Communications — Bill generation after termination of postpaid connection

                                  I've submitted the written applicaiton for disconnecting the Post paid datacard on 11th july 2008 and paid the o/s amount till date vide cheques to Ganpati communicatio, sec 15, gurgaon.
                                  but to my surprise i'm still getting bills and calls for payment of bills generated after the application.

                                  They(Ganpati) say just ignore the bills as these are generated due to the system problem but on the other hand customer care says your connection is active and we have not received any application for disconnecting of connection and you have to pay the bills.

                                  We have to visit the Ganpati communication again, they made me to talk to Mr Suresh Singh, incharge of termination & customer retention dept, Reliance comm. He assured me that your connection is disconnected but ignore the bills. I will forward the bill waiver applicaition but pay the current cycle bill as disconeccting takes 7-8 days. Point seems valid to me so i paid the current month bill of Rs 387 by credit card on the spot.

                                  But again next month i got the bill for the minimum rent ie Rs 730 and after few days i started getting calls from Reliance comm for payment of o/s bills ( 2 bills o/s) - one which was supposed to be waived by Mr Suresh Singh ( [protected]) .

                                  I'm really frustrated by this whole incident. i'm not using my datacard but was being forced to pay the bills...

                                  customer care service record is not updated or doesnot tally witht the records of their service /web world... amazing ;-)

                                  But bill is coming continuously.

                                  Till date no body has came to collect the instrument from my location.



                                  So we are requesting to send the person to collect the instrument and reverse all dues regarding this account.

                                  We have not used this connection since last three month back.



                                  So please reverse all dues and close my account immediately.

                                  I will not responsible for any payment against this connection after my last payment of Rs.530 dated 24/10/2008.



                                  Please confirm the same as soon as possible.

                                  Reliance Broadband Connection — Non termination & generation of bill

                                  This is absolutely bizzare situation, I am facing for Relaince braodband.

                                  I got my number disconnected in Sept'10 still bills are being generated. I thought lets get over this. So paid the amount whatever was left in Dec'10 still bills are coming. For the sake of no complaint I agian submitted Rs.500/- for termination but reliance is not giving any written receipt for that.

                                  Reliance — After Termination Bill came

                                  I am IndranilKundu , take Reliance Broad Band Connection Unlimited Plane.But in April I apply for terminate Connection & telephone Line
                                  My complain No:[protected] &[protected]. But They provide Bill Rs 650/- April month. In This bill they Charge late Fees Rs100 Bcoz we Pay late.
                                  It is Not my fault Reliance representative every month come my home & collect bill. he came late. So its not my fault . i inform customer service .
                                  They Tell me reduce my charges 100 this month bill.After payment the Terminate My Line . But This month They call for payment May month Bill 650.
                                  why I pay bill? Full May Month They Terminated my Line.

                                    I've recharged my no.([protected]) with STV of Rs.999 on 03 Aug '09 at 09:21pm. By which I'm entitled to call any reliance mobile(CDMA) anywhere in India at no cost for 30 days. But on 04 Aug '09 at 11:58 pm my no.([protected]) was recharged with STV of Rs.249 without my knowledge. After that STD call to reliance mobile(CDMA) was charged Rs.1.5/min. When I contacted customer care they didn't entertain my complaint and denied to lodge a complaint against this incident. Later I learned that the STV of Rs.249 was to be recharged on some Deepa Vaswani's no.([protected]), but there was a mistake on the part of her retailer and it was recharged on my no.([protected]). A top-up of Rs.50 was also made on my mobile by mistake from the same retailer on the same day.Deepa Vaswani(Mobile no. - [protected]) admitted that it was a mistake on the part of her retailer and not of mine.I'm well aware of the fact that If I recharge two STVs the last STV recharge sits on top of the previous STV recharge. And now I'm suffering due to no mistake of mine.
                                    I mailed Nodal Officer and Appellateauthority more than once, but nothing has happened.

                                    i want to say that relince communication is dishonest. reliance wale chor hain. mera tarriff maune activate karaya tha... aur wo activate nahi hua ... maine call centre me bhi baaat kiya .. wo kehte hain 1 din me ho jayega . but aaaj pura 1 mahina ho gaya... aur kuchhh bhi nahi hua... sab chor hain

                                      Because of bad network connection and poor customer service, i want to disconnect the line.. i called customer service number to disconnect my line.. they tole they will give confirmation call within half an hour but still now i didnt receive any call..

                                      We are a small business which runs majorly only in internet. We have been using this connection from the past 3 months. I have been having a problem with the reliance net connection from Friday 7th Aug 2009, I have been trying to get in touch with a technician in order to get the problem fixed but all my efforts have gone in vain till date. The internet gets connected and disconnected every 30 minutes, this is my worst experience with Reliance. Every time I get in touch with the customer care they promise me that they will be sending out a technician in an hours time. I have had a loss of close to 3 Lacs of business from the past three days. There was a technician who had come to check the connection and never did anything but states that he is ill and left. I am being given only complaint numbers but none has been done yet this is one of the complaint number[protected]. WE are surprised that there is not a single Reliance customer care center in Hyderabad who can help us with our problem.

                                      I had also faced a problem when the connection was given to our company, the agent had taken he wrong information down and we had to wait for 10 days to make sure things were sorted out.

                                      We have tried contacting all the responsible people who have given us the reliance connection and none of them give a response back to us. A couple of the names who we have been trying to contact are.

                                      Kalyan Mahanthi : Reliance Network Sales Manager (Hyderabad)
                                      Rajshekar Kinnera: Reliance Network Regional Head (Hyderabad)
                                      Gopi: Reliance Network Service Head (Hyderabad)

                                      These are the people who head part of the Reliance Network operations in Hyderabad and are not of any help to us, we were assured to get the best service when the connections was given to us but I feel it was a big lie that has been told to us.

                                      If this is the way Reliance Network and its employees take care of their customers it will not be too late things will go from bad to worse. I request that this is take care of at the earliest on a priority so that we can run our business in a smooth manner.

I went to reduies the call rate Reliance to Reliance 10 paisa / minute my CDMA Pripaid Sim. the delare given a sim for me with this spacification whole Life, but each month this mobile activate STV 69 for Reliance to Reliance 10 paisa / minute.
                                        So please reduse my call rates permanentaly Reliance to Reliance 10 paisa / minute . without STV whole Life.
