I bought Reliance ZTE CDMA 1X modem for internet connectivity at a prce of rupees 75 per month, it was a unlimited usage at the time of purchase. The purchase was made in feb or March 2008. Irregularity of receiving monthly bill

Dear sir/ madam,
I am Ignasi muthu from chennai. I am useing reliance data card for past three years. My phone No is [protected], A/C no is [protected]. I am not receiving my bill from the relience for past six months. Since i am not receiving my bill in advance I am not able to allot my budget for the payment. I am not able to see my usage details too.

Also my internet speed is very slow and i am not able to keep connected...

Billing Discrepancies...

I got a 499 plan where it is free from 2200Hrs to 0600Hrs. The bill shows many additional entries that I did not use. Those entries say as if I have connected for 6hrs. I finally got two months bill waived and still need to get Rs.340/- from them. Here is my usage log.

no complaints being entertained

I have made 6 calls to the number *222 belonging to Releance Post Paid Customer Service today between 10am and 7 pm(13th august 09). I have spoken to 2 customer service executives who tell me each time that ' the system is down" at the end of 7 - 8 mins call again. Balance 4 times i am kept on hold till the phone disconnects....

WHAT IS THE STATUS?? when I'll get money back?

Last 4 months I am continuously visiting the Reliance Bund garden Office & contacted reliance Officers/staff but they are not able to solved my problem.

Fraudulent STD free scheme

I bought a reliance prepaid connection no. [protected] on 2nd May 2009 from AB communications, Jamnagar (an authorized reliance showroom) for Rs. 3000/- under the scheme of free RIM to RIM STD calls for next one year. bad network connection

Because of bad network connection and poor customer service, i want to disconnect the line.. i called customer service number to disconnect my line.. they tole they will give confirmation call within half an hour but still now i didnt receive any call.....

Non-refund of the security deposit

unwanted marketing msgs and calls

sir,

i am using relaince mobile no [protected] for last 3 yrs i did, nt have any problem but from last 1 yr company has launched aggresive marketing way by sending unwanted sms ( from this number [protected])and calls ( from this numbers[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] etc) and causing lot of disturbance. daily my mobile inbox got filled my various irritating sms and i have to delete it and all incomming...
