I have 2 lines, one is reliance broadband which is for my personal cabin use and one is Tata VSNL for my staf[censored]se. I am using Reliance connection since last 10 months, And in past several time I had bad experiences with Reliance Customer Care but I ignored it , due to my busy schedule. But this time, Reliance staff has tried out my patience and they literally FRUSTRATE ME WITH THEIR LIES AND FALSE PROMISES AGAINST MY COMPLAIN OF INTERNET DISCONNECTION.

MY ACCOUNT NO :[protected] , you can track my complain details thro this no. I LAUNCH MY COMPLAIN ON 6TH OF JULY FOR DISCONNECTION OF MY INTERNET. AS ACTUALLY INTERNET WAS COMPLETELY DOWN FROM 4TH OF JULY .. BUT I THOUGHT, AS WAN LIGHT WAS NOT ATALL WITH INDICATION , IT COULD BE A MAJOR FAULT AND RELIANCE TEAM MUST BE KNOWING THIS AND THEY WILL RESOLVE IT ASAP. HARDIK - TEAM LEADER GAVE ME TIME LINE OF 3 DAYS ON LAST THURSDAY AND ASSURED ME THAT IN 3 DAYS SOMEONE WILL BE CALLING YOU AND LETTING YOU KNOW ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND MY PROBLEM WILL BE RESOLVED.. BUT IT HAD NEVER HAPPENED SAME AS BEFORE. AND ON SUNDAY - 12TH JULY I CALLED UP AGAIN AND TALKED TO ONE OF YOUR SUPERWISER AGAIN WHOM I NAMED ABOVE AND THEY ASKED ME THAT ONE OF OUR TEAM LEADER WILL CALL ME IN 1 HOUR AND THIS TIME TEAM LEADER CYRUS CALLED BUT IT TOOK 1.40 HOURS .. AND NOT IN STATED TIME LINE OF 1 HOUR.. AND HE HAS SAID RIGHT CAUSE OF WHY MY INTERNET IS DOWN.

So, entire 1 week , all the Reliance staff was fooling around with me by stating that my connection will be up in next 24 hours. and they were not revealing actual fact ever why my connection was down as i was asking it many time. On sunday, when cyrus said that there's a permission issue and now we can not say any timeline when this connection will be starting up ... then I said, why then Hardik given me false promise of 3 days earlier ??? Being a team leader he should not fooled me .. as all other supervisers and executives of reliance were doing with me since 1 week.

Then cyrus said that, he will ask hardik to give me call on monday in evening and he will ask for clarification. But monday evening gone and no one contacted me. then, I contacted again and talked to one of your team leader again named Harshida and i asked her that, i want to talk to Manager. And she said, managers are busy with meetings and Rajeswari - A manager will call me around 8.00 pm in evening. that was talk on tuesday. But no one called me in evening atall. And I kept waited.

So, Finally on next day, I could able to call one of your Manager - Jasmin..An another hopeless guy. And he listened my problem and he was explaining Reliance internal problem to me on tuesday. ARE THE CUSTOMERS THERE TO UNDERSTAND RELIANCE PROBLEM OR CUSTOMER CARE IS THERE TO UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER'S PROBLEM ????? PLS MAKE HIM UNDERSTAND THIS..
And HE asked me that, he'll be reverting me back by wednesday evening between 4..30 to 5.00 pm .. but his call was not there untill 7.30 pm in evening on 14th july.. After a long day waiting, he said me that, he is still investigating and he'll be telling me right time frame by tomorrow.
Next day again he called up same time at the end of my day .. and was explaining me problem again, and I asked him that, you putting me in waiting for entire day and at the end of day you calling me and explaining me problem of reliance , I am not there atall to understand reliance problem .. ... As reliance is not there atall to understand my problem , though I am paying all the bills Reliance is not providing me any serivces and it's just fooling around with me more then a week...

I could never expect a managerial level such frustrative talks with company like Reliance.

At the end, Jasmin was explaining me, that he is all day busy for his other work and when he gets time, he can call me.. :) Such a nice customer care answer from a manager.. could you believe ?
But still i offered him that, you include me , because it's my society permission issue and i can explain someone better in my society then you guys... And still he was just arguing with me and spoke to me very rudely that day..

Finally, on wednesday nite, local Baroda field manager called me Nayan - his mobile no : [protected] .. Now, you can call this no and ask Nayan, that how I helped in solving this problem on 16th morning.

And problem got resolved..I HAD TO PUT ALL MY WORK ASIDE AND HAD HELPED RELIANCE FIELD STAFF IN RESOLVING THIS PROBLEM.

BUT NOW, I WANT ALL 14 DAYS OF COMPENSATION FROM RELIANCE, AS NET WAS DOWN AND I LOST 30,000$ BUSINESS IN THOSE DAYS .. IF RELIANCE WANT I CAN PROVIDE PROOF OF LOOSING THE BUSINESS..I WOULD NOT PAY ANY BILLS FOR NEXT 6 MONTHS..

I ALSO WANT ACTIONS AGAINST RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE STAFF WHO IS CHEATING WITH CUSTOMERS BY PROVIDING FALSE INFO AND FALSE COMMITMENTS, YOU CAN LISTEN OUR ALL RECORDED TALKS AND SEE HOW YOUR MANAGER - JASMIN HAS TALKED TO ME AT THE END.

ALSO, RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE HAS GIVEN ME LOT OF FRUSTRATION AND MENTAL STRESS ALL THESE DAYS AND I NEED COMPENSATION OF IT.

IF I WOULD NOT GET ANY SATISFACTORY ANSWER FROM RELIANCE THEN, I WOULD GO TO CONSUMER COURT AND ALL MEDIA CHANNELS AND I WILL PUBLISH MY THIS EXPERIENCE OF FRUSTRATING ME MORE AND MORE..

At this moment, I would say, that, NO ONE SHOULD USE RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE FOR COMPLAIN REQUEST. ENTIRE TEAM INCLUDING MANAGER WAS SO FOOLING AROUND WITH ME ALMOST 12 DAYS.

And if I dont get a proper compensation and satisfactory answers from your side within 48 hours , then , As an end customer , I will take up further actions .

This is with regards to my (phone no [protected] Service provider Reliance telecom) I have been receiving a massage every week from a number RM-53030 since past few months providing home remedies for various Aliments, which I never subscribed for thinking that it might be a complementarity facility, I kept mum however on enquiring about this I came to know that Reliance telecom has activated RM-53030 facility and has been deducting 30.00 rupees every month since past few months from my prepaid phone account without my concern.

I would therefore request you to kindly look into this matter.

hi...myself Dr. Rajesh Chakraborty,staying in Kolkata.I have bought this big t.v. some 45 days ago.Suddenly,I got some signal problem.I called to customer service date-23.12.10.smart card no[protected]. complain no[protected].they told me about 48 hrs time.but after almost 7 days gone,no teq visited me.when ever I call customer service,they use to give sympathy in their own way,or else transfer to their senior executives who do the same.When I call them in their cell,they either dont take the call or switch off .Such a harrashment,anyways,all my dear friends,I suggest never ever take this service....thanx....

Reliance India Mobile — Unused Deduction of amount for subscription

Refer to my Mobile No-[protected],I have lodged a complaints 18.02.11 to the custumer care of RIM regarding to stop the unused Auto subscribing buisness and debit system from the balance,but the service provider is lease bother regarding the complain.As the complaint is regarding the message which I have received from message 58888 (RIM) on 17.02.11 "Thanks U for subcribing to cricket pack,U will be charged Rs 5 per match for India series".But I have never request for subcribing for the same neither I have any interest about it so far to lodged complaint.

This is a second time I am submitting this complaint to TRAI against the service provider.I am really surprised that how the service provider is ignouring the guidline which is being empoured by TRAI.

Trust you to take necessary action to stopped the subscribing system buisness by the mobile subcriber and must refund my amount which has started deducted Rs 5 from my previous balance Rs 51.21.And now my presant balance is Rs 46.21.

Reliance Communication — Hopeless service - no not working

I am getting hopless service from reliance communication.
Even they are not able to provide the valid reson why the no is not in service since last 10 days. I have switch [protected] from BSNL to reliance it has been verk for 3 days & then after it has been not in service.
I have been spoken to executive Shailesh ([protected]) who has process my application. I am taking follow up from him since a week but he is not able to provide any resolution. I have been visited to Poud road webworld but they were not keen to solve my problem. They ask me to come on tomorrow.
THE WAY RELIANCE PROVIDING SERVICE TRAI SHOULD THINK TO CANCELL THE LICENSE. IF THE NO WILL NOT START WITHIN 24 HOURS I WILL GO TO GRAHAK PANCHAYAT.

Reliance Communication ADAG- Reliance mobile service- Prepaid — Un-necessary deduction of amount against any of their service which i never go for

Sir. this is the third time they have deducted my amount against their service which i never ask for them.I allready recharge wit the rs 299 according to which local call is unlimited on reliance and half an hour to other service. in addition to this i top up with rs 50 on 25 or 26 afterwards they deducted the amount by showing activating in other service. Sir I like to inform you that i never ask for them for any service. earlier i filr .complain on my other number and by your help i able to get that refund. but they are doing to almost all of their customer,is their any way to punish them.

reliance communication(GSM) — Reliance has to pay back 100 rupees as it tried to cheat me.

Again I have another complaint against reliance. Yesterday (14/03/2011) reliance deducted 10 Rupees from my mobile of No. [protected] without informing me.
I called the costumer care about 9.30 pm (14/03/2011). Dillip one of the Reliance costumer support agent handled my call. He told me that the amount was deducted for some JAVA activation by me on date: 14 March 2011 time 1.01 pm. He denied to resister a complain about this. I’m not a kid that I’ll use R-world for some stupid JAVA thing.
I want to ask one thing. I’m the owner of my mobile on reliance. How could be reliance deducted amount without informing me.
Reliance didn’t inform me because he thought if the balance is not known to the costumer the he will not complain. The reliance will be in profit.
In reliance there is a facility of auto renew of SMS pack. Before 2 days reliance inform that my SMS pack going to renew for that my 19 rupees will be deducted. But now what happened to reliance. It is a fraud company. Before 3 days, it also deducted 10 rupees of my friend’s mobile of no. [protected] due to some download which was false. You can say reliance is hungry of 10 rupees. Like this a lot of people suffering from reliance. One thing that suits reliance is “No. 1 fraud Communication Company of India”. It cheats its own costumer like thing making new policies.
I posted another complain on dated 20/12/ 2010 about reliance. Reliance didn’t do anything satisfactory at that time also. Please help me to give a lesion to such a fraud company.

RELIANCE(GSM) — not providing the service though I have paid for it.It is cheating case

Myself is using reliance network for communication.I was enjoying the night call plan (free
unlimited std or local call by recharging by Rs 79 time 11pm to 6am) for the last 13
months.I faced no problem.Recently my balance was deducted though the
validity is there.When I contacted customer care they told that it was
never unlimeted rather 500mins is alloted.Even in the advertisement it
is given the word "unlimited".The advertisement is still lying with the dealer working at the grass root level.I asked them they told the plan is still going on.
The other problem I faced last day is that when I recharge by Rs 79 to
continue the plan it was not activated.When I asked customer care they
told they since the validity was not expired and in the meantime I did
the recharge so for the next 30 days I will not get the service nor I
will get back my money.
Sir I request you to look into the matter and provide a fair solution
to me.Either return my money or provide the service.

Before starting using reliance connection where already market says that reliance telecom market is going at worst specially in haryana with its customer care but disagreeing all these i made up a mind to get a reliance conenction

I purchased a new post paid number whose number is [protected] with a feed back that the number will be changed in nxt 48hrs too [protected] but is more than ten days neither the number is changed and not even single person i can find out who can satisfy
my with that query what i get a reply just wait for nxt 48hr

Reliance — Internet not working since 72 Hrs

for 72 hours my internet is not working.
i have called a total of 13 -15 times speaking to various people. Every person i have spoken to says only two or three mugged sentences :1 your complaint is in solving stages. 2 we have escalated your complaint to higher authorities 3. we have forwarded ur complaint to our technical support team.
i have spoken to their team members : naina (team leader), manish, chandu , suresh, lidia (floor supervisors) and Mr. zuber and Mr. Firoz (nodal officers) and Mr. Tilak Chaterjee( suprvisor to nodal officers).
they also gave me number of Mr. raheja (HOD) which is constantly busy.
what kind of customer support is this ? what is the point using RELIANCE. No wonder the company is going down the drain with this kind of facility

RIL COMMUNICATION LTD — NO PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am using Reliance Mobile network from last 4 years. From last 6 months I am facing lots of problem with their service. Now they disabled the option contacting customer care also without any intimation. My issues are not resolved still they charged the respective amount in my BILL.
i have tried contact through mails, but still there is no proper response.I have received my bill with Monthly Rental Rs. 309 & VAS Rs.114. . please do the needful

they are all cheaters.
they also deducted my balance from my account. when i talk to the customer care they said that you have been charged for a serice. which i never activated. they said that you have send message to activate the service mobile help. and i never send this type of any message. and they are not rfunding the money. they are the biggest beggars in india. they said you activated and money can not b refunded.
