[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Balance not received

RELIANCE-GSM — not received balance

i have recharged of rs.100 from retailer(demo no. [protected]) on 27-jan 2010. bt still i have not received balance & retailer says that balance of rs.100 also deducted from his account. so what can i do? what about my rs.100 ?

i am reliance gsm custmer 3-4 year. per ser pichle 3 month se jo problem ho rhi hai muje nhi lgta ke ab me is network ke sath aage bhi juda rhunga . company jb chahai apni mnmaani krti hai . pale bhi 2 ya 3 bar complaint kr chuka iske bav jud fir aaj subha 3.25am per vhi voice pack ke 27 rs kate gye. jo ki mene kbhi activate krvaya hi nhi hai. pichle 3 month se yhi natak chl rha hai agr me roj apna balance yad n rkhu to pta bhi n chle kb kis service ka rs kata gya kitna . jitni bar complaint ki utni bar yhi kha gya ki aage se kbi aesa nhi hoga . lekin hota hai to kya mtlb aesi service dene se ................................................................................ agr aap sbhi is service sbse behter mante ho to aap sbhi glt ho.

I had complained to reliance about non receipt of balance on recharge of rs 247 my compliant ID is[protected], i received message that my account will be credited with the free talk time and gprs balance but nothing has been credited to my account till date.

Please do the needful.

I made a recharge of Rs..76 on my no. [protected] dated 08-09-14. But i didn't received 66 Rs. Promo balance and 75 MB data in my account as mentioned in the scheme on www.rcom.co.in dated[protected].
You are requested to resolve the matter and provide promo balance and data.

I got a recharge done of Rs. 74 on 10/6/2016 in responce to the offer provided on my phone through the company of getting 3G data for 30 days instead of 7 but after recharge, i din't ger any data pack instead some sort of talktime was credited which i din't opt for.The customer care no. were unreachable as always.I want the data pack of RS.74 which was the offer not the talktime.
