Reliance Communications — billing issue | |||
Dear sir/madam I have one reliance post paid corporate connection [protected] i want to say that i am paying itemized billing charges since April 2012 along-with charges for free net usage charges. i have so many times contact the sales executive for waiving of the same but he is not taking care of , he is saying speak to customer care. Since my connection is corporate connection so customer care is used to say that they have not the plan detail which have sold to me and advice to me to contact the sales person who sold the plan. It is very sorry that he is not entertaining me. please look into the matter . dear sir i have a reliance post paid number [protected] which is corporate connection i.e NHDC LTD and the company is intentionally charging for itemised billing ''and as per our sales executive this should not be charged for corporate connection in-spite of this i m paying this. further as per sale plan given by the sales executive that i will be free net usage up to 50MB and on usage of this facility i have charged for that and after discussion from our sales executive who sold the plan to me i have paid without this and the company charges penalty saying that i have not paid full amount. please look into the matter.

my point is that under post paid plane the scheme is not changed, even thought if they change scheme they should have informed me.
i made calls on that number keeping mind that these are free number i will not be charged for that, but they have chaged for that calls, if they had informed me i would have not made call in excess.
i want to get extra amount re-embersed or short for compansation.
