I have been using a Reliance Data Card for the past few months. I have been paying the amounts clearly and on time. I once lost this card and wanted to cancel it. I went to the online site paid my balance amount and raised a cancel request for this datacard.

I received a SMS stating that your request has been processed. I have been receiving calls every month from Reliance Communications to pay the bill and i keep explaining them about my status. Today(03-Aug-2012) a guy from the legal department calls and says my issue has reached the legal department and threatens me to pay the bill.

I would like to some action against these people who are running services and try to cheat people out rightly.

        I have purchased my Reliance Netconnect + [protected] dongle from YOUR OFFICIAL RELIANCE FRANCHISE AGRAWAL COMMUNICATIONS in HADAPSAR PUNE as SUGGESTED BY UR CALL CENTRE ON[protected] on 14 July 2012.We have opted for a 2535 Package with 3 months bill paid, and have deposited passport copies as id proof and our internet has been active since then 14th July i.e. we even got a call of verification from the RELIANCE OFFICE confirming our details.

        I was having some issue and we called the call centre and they clearly said that our DETAILS HAVENT BEEN REGISTERED IN THE SYSTEM hence they cant help us.They are asking me to go to Agrawal Communications and recheck with them about my details not being sent to for registering now WHY THE HELL SHOULD I DO IT???ITS YOUR FREAKING JOB TO DO IT!!IF AGRAWAL COMMUNICATIONS DID NOT FORWARD U OUR DETAILS WHOSE FAULT IS IT???WHY SHOULD I GO ON A 1/2 HOUR RICKSHAW RIDE TO THEM AND REMIND THEM OF THEIR MISTAKE MY MONEY IS NOT BEING PAID BY RELIANCE,IF THEY DID NOT SEND CALL THEM ASK THEM infact fire them from ur franchise for being irresponsible fools not harrass us that we should go and remind them to submit our details OUR JOB IS DONE .WE HAVE FILLED FORMS AND PAID AND SUBMITTED FROM OUR SIDE,AND ALSO GOT A VERIFICATION CALL FROM RELIANCE.

          Hi , I bought a Reliance Netconnect+ from Delhi which worked well in Delhi . I got it recharged for 1300 Rs. in Mumbai on 25th July 2012 for 15 GB internet usage . On 31st July 2012 my net access didnt work . I went to the same reliance store in Matunga where I had previously got it recharged . But to my surprise they said all "15 GB" was used up . "Used up in 5 days . Do you think I am a fool???" . I fail to believe them since in 5 days I had hardly used the dongle for any downloading or any such purpose . I used it only for checking my mail etc . The reliance store refused to help . Nor did the customer care help me with this. I want to sue Reliance for I am a student and I got it recharged for 1300 because I was in real need . They looted my money . Dont know whom to ask for my money ? I want a relevant contact who could help me with my money. This is so unfair to the common man. You cannot take away the customer's money because they trusted and prepaid the entire amount in one go.             Hello,

            I want to share with everyone an absolutely frustrating and disappointing service from Reliance. I have had a postpaid connection since the last 2 months with Reliance. I even paid the bill and got the confirmation for the same on 24th July from their customer service department on my email. However since 1st August, whenever someone dials my number they get the message "Please check the number you have dialed". I called up their customer service and after a wait of 15 minutes on two occasions finally got connected. The lady on the phone refused to help and hung up saying she can't access my account and it has been deleted and I should contact the Reliance outlet. Is this the sort of service Reliance gives to its customers? The phone that I got was a phone that the outlet sold without a bill and know even the phone has stopped working! WTF!?!

            Nobody has been able to make me understand how can my account be deleted when I have got a paid bill confirmation from the company only about a week ago?

            Reliance is such a pathetic service provider and should be boycotted for deficiency of services and absolute mental harassment! It is simply appalling that this is the sort of service that we are getting from a business group like Reliance. I faced similar issue with their Netconnect broadband USB which they advertise so much. My 7.2 MBPS 3G connection works at the rate .2 MBPS! No one has helped me and now the USB stick is just lkying unused. Reliance got it's Rs. 2,100 from me for the stick and now it's just junk. These guys only know how to defraud the Indian public. What a pathetic company!

            Reliance Communication — DISCONNECT MOBILE NUMBER WITHOUT INTIMATION

            SIR,
            My Self SACHIN SHARMA, My mobile no- [protected] ,i am a costumer of Reliance communication from last 10 year .Now I am applied for the conversion of my pre paid mobilre to post paid for that purpose . i used a services of megestic info tech services and making a payment of Rs -250 /- dated -11.08.2011 , after few days my mobile converted into post paid and after 5 days service provider disconnected my mobile number without giving any intimation ,when i am submitted complaint against such problem in customer care reply is
            At my residential address any outstanding bill is exist for the period of 2003, amounting -6000 , in the name of - shashikant sharma ,

            they also said in i want to restart my mobile service i would require to pay such amount , Is reliance telecom company is joking or it think i am mad , why should i pay for it where as i do not know who is shashikant sharma and where he live ,

            NOTE- My all the working is doing through phone and i lost more then 100000/- rs during mobile disconnected period , I want a reply of this silly step taken by service provider and i will sue on him for such inconvenience & loss

              What a beggar company Reliance is... !!
              Its my 2nd complaint, but nobody is listening out here...
              Reliance deducted rs 9/- frm ma account. ([protected])
              When i called at customer care, they r talking rude and lying tht i sent 3rd party msg blah blah. And then atlast they say tht system is slow, which is always slow in reliance. Now they blocked ma calls to helpline no.
              And even the cust care ppl r so illitrate type, thy dnt evn knw hw to speak professionally and mannerfully...
              Freakkk!!!!!
              I want ma balance back in ma account... Money at ma home is nt grown on trees like ambanis.....

I complained for it so many times to the other mobile & other way, but my problem is not resolved properly. 2. Network & link problem(call not connect properly, Two error Message show all times which are- error in connection, Network busy), then call is failed & Sms problem- Big Sms (3-4 page) not sent properly automatically saved to outbox. Please Help me sir, As early as possible.

                  I was using a reliance dim nearly 6 month ago.i was not putting that sim in my phone but when i finally put it on my phone it is showing temporarily out of service.i contacted to the customer cate they said you have to submit the documents regarding registration again.

                      I have taken reliance data card service almost 1.5 years and i am paying around INR 827 / month .

                      I did not get any service last 1.5 years. I always got service 0.0 kbps instead of 3.1mbps mention by rcom.
                      I can say Indian telecom dept should take serious action to RCOM .
                      I have lost 827*19=15600 RS . I need this money back.

                      i've received a bill for my netconnect with ph.no [protected], teh amount was 2097.75 for a period of one month.i am very much doubtful regarding the bill as my laptop on which i was using teh card was under service for 2weeks of teh said bill period, in this reagrd i wud like u to take urgent action on teh matter ...I am a working women and i rarely use teh net card fr maximim of 1 hr per day ...and i am really astonished to c sucha huge bill...pls do nedeful at teh earliest.

                        I am really flustrated with your 3G network speed since last 10 days, but it seems that no body is listening. I have tried on your call center, reliance world, email and in every way but no body is providing me any solution. I have recharged with 448 Rs. for this and not getting even 1G speed. Logged many complaints but they have closed all without resolving it. Appellate is not responding and not providing docket number. President services don't wake-up until he gets docket number. So I am in infinite loop, wasted lots of money on calling these crooks.

                              Sir,
                              I m not able to connect the net with my reliance netconnect data card from 28th July 2012. My netconnect no. Is [protected]. I recharged with 10gb unlimited pack of 30days validity on 12 july 2012.... So its validity expire on 11th august 2012. I spoke to customer care executives 3 to 4 times and they all replied that they r forwarding my no. to the technical team and it will be rectified in next 24 hrs. But 5 days has gone and no solution from them.. I m fed up... They also said that my core account balance is -0.840, so if i recharged a 20 rupees top up, the problem will be solved. I tried dat also, by recharging a 20 rupees top... the net got connected for only half hour and the same problem again appears and my core account balance is going in minus(-0.840)..
                              I recharged with a 20 rupees top up amount on 29th, 30th, and 31st of July but everytime the net got connected for only half hour and the same problem again appears and my core account balance is going in minus(-0.840)..I don't know what to do? The customer care is not responding positively......Plz help me.

                              reliance HSD netconnect broadband+ — connectivity

                              as i m using this device, and reading others opinion about this, i m not finding this relavant. From the time when HSD got launched, it is providing better connectivity and better speed..i had also checked its connectivity during travelling in train. i suggest u to go for reliance HSD.

                                egarding recharge for MBBP225_3G OF RS.225/- @11.26 AM from 15th august chowk,new mangrwad peth pune from Agent my mobile no is.[protected] sir, i am at pune on dt.29/07/12 and recharge my phone rs 225/- but instead of getting a talktime, I got an irrelevant top up of 3G. Kindly transfer the money as my talktime in main balance.                                 Reliance Mobile — Not received talktime of Rs. 20

                                Dear Sir,

                                I did not receive the talktime of Rs. 20 which i had to get with a new sim taken on 17th july, 2009.I had complained to customer care but still no action was taken.My number is [protected].
                                Please help.

                                i am at pune on dt.29/07/12 and recharge my phone rs 225/- but instead
                                of getting a talktime, I got an irrelevant top up of 3G. Kindly
                                transfer the money as my talktime in main balance. It is to be noted
                                that I dont have a 3G mobile phone.

                                till date i am still waiting.dt 06/08/2012 @6.19 AM, I received massage from 52811 that your phone modem activate shortly but till date i don't received any talk time .

                                  I'm totally annoyed with ths RIM GSM, every alternate day Reliance is deducting ma balance for the services i din't ever activated, and then wen i call at customer care,thy put ma call on 'busy'
                                  means not a single CCE is free to pik d call.. Ths is enuff... Wat d hell ppl r Reliance.. We can't actually rely on'em, i want ma balance refund asap and in future ths shud nt happn again... No. is [protected]

                                    My mobile number is [protected]. I had made a recharge of Rs 500 on 21.07.2012 but to my surprise, within a few hours the amount disappeared. I recharged with Rs 500 again on the morning of 23.07 but the same thing happened again within three hours.

                                    I lodged a complaint and one amount of Rs 432 was restored. I complained again and after 4 days, I get a message that my complaint has been resolved but no amount has been credited. There is no coherent response from the customer care executives on phone, who claim that they do not have data which is older than 5 days. My problem can be very easily resolved if the company gives an extract of my usage during the period in question.

                                        Sir,
                                        I have taken Reliance Data card with GSM services two years ago after telling us Relinace member. I will use that connection up to 8 month. Up to that 8 month I will pay all my bills. After that I will decided to stop that card. So that I will not use Data Card up to 2 months becuase member told me if you are not use connection for 30 days we will stop your services and close your connection. After 2 months arrive me bill of Rs. 2200. After that I will go in Relinceada.com my account and making chatting with online for to disconnect my connection, then he told me "you have require to clear your bills, Then I will told him I have not use your connection up to 2 months ago then and your member also tell me connection will be stopped automatically after 30 days then which type of bill you give me". After that some days go, then arrive me their legal office phone "if you not giving bill then I will make complaints on you in Pune court." I cant understand "I will take connection in kolhapur then why Reliance make a compalints on me in Pune". For to avoid further disturbance I will ready to give their bill. After giving their bill I will write a connection close form and give in their Kolhapur office. That office member take that form and place on their table and tell me "I will disconnect your connection, so dont worry you may now go". I have not known at that time, the company will give connection stop ID and I have not also tell me that office member about that. I will like my connection is stopped.
                                        But after going 6 months I have arrive the another bill of Rs. 1980. After that I will go in Kolhapur office but that office is closed then I will go in another office and tell him my problem. He will take my last bill and xerox of bill of Rs.1980. And he will tell me "You have not require to give that total amount, if you require to pay some payment then I will call you". I will give him my mobile number, But that lady dont make any call about that bill. In between that days arrive me the legal officer call "I will told him my all condition after that she is asking me connection close ID which is dont know me because kolhapur office member not give me that number". I will make complaints about that in their appeliate office but they have not take any decision on that. Everyday legal officer call us and giving pressure to pay bill. I am nurvoused now on Reliance and decided to make Consumer compalint on Reliance.
                                        Please tell me what I will do now?. Reliance will take the benefit of customers understanding and their lack of knowledge. So please anybody leave away. My subscriber no. is [protected].
