      No redressal of complaint as yet. How is the service of the Co.viz, Reliance Communication. HOPELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
      The guy came in the morning for fixing the phone line in response to complaint lodged yesterday. The phone line has gone dead again on an hour of his leaving. The same thing had happened when complained last.

        My Mob No [protected], Connection Started about 1st July 2012, 3G services started about 4th of July 2012,
        Reliance has been disconnected my mobile service on 24.7.2012 and restarted on 1st august 2012. whenever GPRS plan charged for one month. again the provider charged extra when i started GPRS they deduct total balance, again I recharged by Rs 125 on 4th July and Monday morning my balance is Rs 0.80 but why no body talk clearly. Mr Chandn presently working at your main road ranchi customer care.

        Kindly advise me detail of charged collected.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          This is to notify you that I Pankaj Bansal had availed a reliance connection in the year 2004 with the details (CDMA mobile phone with no:[protected] but later the same no was changed to [protected]. While applying for the connection i submitted all the required documents as per the process.

          Unfortunately this phone got theft 20 days ago and FIR has already been logged for the same. Almost a week ago i went to Reliance Web World to get the new SIM with the same no. and got surprised that the no was listed in someone else name in the records, this raises a big concern about the database maintained by the company.

          I have requested the CCE to make the required modification in the database and rectify this discrepancy but I was denied by giving an excuse that the numnber can be transferred to only someone in blood relation.

          Note: Required Docs have been submitted by me twice, first time the docs were submitted in 2004 and second time when i changed my handset after couple of years.

          Kindly look into the matter so that I can get the SIM.

            Dear sir My self chandrasekhr bohra and my mobile no- [protected] I recharged 799(one month validity) pack from reliance communication official website .its a unlimited R2R national calling pack (receipt no- AMIR[protected] recharge date 10/07/2012 My problem is that I didn’t use benefit of this pack .when I call any reliance mobile number then deduct rupees from my main balance account 200 rupees deducted by reliance communication I complaint of this discrepancy to reliance customer care several time but they donot solve this problem my complaint numbers are given below 1.[protected].[protected].[protected].[protected] all complaints were solve as per customer care representative but my problem still running and they are not treat well kindly solve my problem and revert me back my deduct amount as well as increasing 15 days validity of 799 pack my complaint is not soleve at that time and im very upset about that problem im complaint against reliance mare than 4 times but my problem is not solve can u tell me when is my problem will solve in 30 days reliance communication is deduct 180 rupees from my account and they are giving me 70 rupees and after that also deduct 70 rupees which was give by reliance communication. i was complaint it to customer care and complaint number is[protected] so please sir tell me when will my problem resolve and when will my deduct amount return back in my mobile account .
            and now i recharged my mobile again 799 pack on 09/08/2012 but my problem is steel running and i complaint for this discrepancy to customer care but they are didnt do any think to solve this problem my complaint no. is[protected],[protected],
            my patience is break because i facing this from a one month .
            customer care given me back 70 rupees but they ware deduct all the money from my main balance account
            im very very angry and foretasted

              During times when our country is witnessing the outcome of independent leaders like Anna Hazare and Ramdev Baba fighting against corruption; companies as big as Reliance Comm, Airtel, Vodafone and other telecommunication service providers do not hesitate to rob their customers through various means. It is a common thing that VAS are activated without customers' consent and charges deducted from their account balance. Those who can fight with them can get their refund most of the times but most customers do not even know how to complain.

              However, my complain here is against Reliance Comm. The problem started about two months back. I recharged my account with Rs. 98/- for 2G mobile internet. This was supposed to give me 2GB of fair data usage for a term of 30 days. Before this problem showed up, I used to recharge with this same value and I would manage to consume the whole amount of data allowed to me. Nowadays, I can hardly browse internet even on my phone and forget about using it for a laptop connection.

              So, I called and I wrote to their customer care division all to no avail. I finally contacted the appellate team and this is what they had to say. Their representative, she told me that the area where I am residing (a village in Darjeeling) comes under 3G network zone and that for 2G connections (for GPRS and EDGE) they cannot provide better services than this. So, it seems that reliance is gradually closing services for 2G internet and that's why this service is so pathetic.

              Now, here's what I would like to ask to those who are answerable to all consumers, is it fair that you sell your products in the market and later when a customer faces some problem you just ignore him/her saying that it's the best you have. It is quite understandable that the quality of service cannot be at its best always but give us services that can do the least it can.

              To Reliance Comm, please stop selling this service (2G internet pack) in our region. No service, no payment !!!

              And if you are still selling it then you are a fraud and you are robbing your customers. Remember, only happy customers are the foundation of any successful business.

              Reliance — reliance ROBBING customer's account balance

              Hi, my name is sanjeev and my number is [protected]. As i already told about my grievances that stv of 24rs which give a privilege to make call at the rate of 25 paisa per min but i paid more than 50 paisa per minute and now i am paying 80 paisa. When i tried to complain to customer care but they did not pick call at 198 and *333 then i made call to 30333333 but there they did not support my plea and put my call on hold then disconnected my call more than 5 times. In this manner i wasted my more than 20rs. And still they are deducting money wrongly and not refunding my money back and denying that 24rs stv pack is in existence. Same thing was happened with me in october when i used 77rs stv tariff. Please take some strong step against these line of cheats. And make them aware that they are not worthy of reliance.

                  but from last one year we shifted to a village namely anchidoora azadpora anantnag......there is a tower which is not functioning properly.....whenever the electricity goes off....the network automatically goes very weak.............and sometimes no network is found............so this is a great problem to all reliance users of this village...

                  we Are facing the same problem again i m fedup with this company... there is nobody in this reliance company who can help us... All are working only for pay in Reliance and nothing else... from 2011 we are facing network problem during absenty of electricity when the tower is 10 footsteps after my house... plz help us our Doongle, 3g packs, net packs, unlimited talking packs are useless because of no network...i have talked many times to our Tower head (ZSM) AFROZ AHMAD (cell number +[protected]) but he is ignoring us...                     I did purchase a reliance netconnect from reliance world - kesavadasapuram pattom p.o. trivandrum kerala on the 29the April 2012 and i was given an modem zte ac 2737 withe a plan 3monthe 750 for rupees 2523 withe an invoice no:[protected] and mdn [protected]. to my surprise i found my first bill which was sent by my mail had a different name and address.., but i had already given my driving license for address proof and a photograph was also taken from me. when i called the executive Mr. abhilas he accepted to change thee name and address telling that it was a mistake .. but now after three bills it has still not been changed and now they say it cannot be done and i have to go for a new modem .... kindly help to go about it... according to their office itself, they say it has been wanted done for thee sake of sales target................

                      but I am not getting the speed of 3.1 mbps in my service where the other data card are properly worked.

                        Whenever I was on Roaming Reliance company activate any VAS and it is activated upto where my mobile balance does not get zero. I'm even unable to contact customer care and during roaming customer care number is unavailabe.. I complain it from other mobile number to Reliance Customer Care but all in vain and I don't get my money returned.

                        Reliance Mobile — activation of handset

                        i had reliance mobile connection number[protected], active from bangaluru till feb 08. thereafter i didnt use it, so it was blocked. in april09 when i wanted to use the handset for another number, on 09 april09, i was told that a bill for 3933.00 was outstanding on this account. i didnt contest this and paid the bill there and then.a request was to be then generated to unblock the handset whose rsn number i had obtained from nokia. despite 4 visits to reliance world and many phone calls, this set has not been activated, while just short of a month has passed by, each time i am told that it will take more time as the phone is from karnatka circle and they need to take action. i have registered complaints with customer service on phone as well as by e mail, also copied to their corporate office. i do not see reason for delay of this nature as this is nothing but deficiency in service and all promises made have not been fulfilled. its simple straight harassment andinsensitivity as it is not a difficult thing to unlock a handset.
                        Yesterday taken one GSM reliance sim card .Still now the activation not done .What type of servive you are giving to us?

                        Reliance Mobile phones — Activation of unwanted service

                        I am using cell phone number [protected]. Two days ago suddenly i got a message from RM-53030 and message informed me that my astro services is going to be start with in two days, if i don't want then i've to call on number 53030863.

                        But sir this number is a big comedy. since last two days number 53030863 is continuously busy, and reliance stole my Rs. 30 from my balance.

                        This is request to you that please do some thing to prevent this type of activities.

                        Reliance Mobile — Unwanted Service Activated in mobile phone automatically

                        1.In my mobile phone [protected]
                        one service namely "Cricket Pack" automatically activated by service provider and they substracted balance from my a/c but i didnt activated same service..
                        2.In same Phone no.[protected] one another service 1p/sms also activated i tried so many times(13-nov-2010 also tried 7 times) to deactivate it through sms as customer care said me but its not deactivating i said customer care also but they didnt helped anythng about it..and this service automatically going for renewal and charging from my a/c

                        Reliance talked me and said that they resolved my problem but it still there...
                        after this also two times they again reduced my a/c balance and again renewing that 1p sms service

                          I am a Reliance Wimax broadbandcustomer (id [protected]​708) since many 2 1/2 years. Most of the time the service worked fine and so I was happy. But since June 7th 2012, there were service issues and I had to call customer service frequently to get it resolved for which they are very prompt in initiating service requests and closing them without bothering to check if it was indeed resolved. They have constantly put the blame on my modem and keep telling me to reset it. Most times in the past, this worked but not during this period where I had to spend hours. I have sent detailed date & time of outages to them and also the appellate authority. After threatening to cancel my service, I was informed that there was in fact a server issue for which technicians had to come from Mumbai to resolve this which would take a week. I was told to get in touch with Ms. Srilatha Pillai [protected] who by the way does not take calls nor fulfill the promise of sending a technician to my house. The last 4 days the service seems to work without interruption but they are asking me to pay my June bill in complete for days during which there was indeed issues from Reliance. I have even informed them to cancel my service multiple times for which there is no response. If they don't need my business, they are free to cancel it or provide customers with better services as Wimax is a premium compared to other internet providers.

                          Recently, on August 3rd I called them again to cancel my service but I never get a confirmation call nor do they resolve my issue - yet they keep billing me and harass me to make payments. I am left with no option but to write to you so as to highlight my issue. Even the AP appellate authority does not do anything about this. I am attaching a log of outage issues and my conversations with different customer service representatives. There are just too many service request numbers to list here.

                          Below is my log of calls / complaints to customer service

                          internet down on June 4th (13 hours entire night and was back next day morning)
                          June 7th (5 hours during daytime)
                          June 13th starting from 6.40 pm till 8.45 pm
                          June 15th starting from 7.35pm onwards and back at 8.30 pm
                          June 18th to June 30th I was out of town so not sure what happened
                          Worked fine in the month of July
                          Aug 3rd internet down from 4.30 pm and never came back
                          Aug 3rd 7.21 pm request for cancellation[protected] to Prithvi from Chennai confirmed by complaint[protected] / Sajan floor supervisor in Chennai
                          Aug 6th internet down from 4.10 pm till 5 pm spoke to DharmaPrakash in Chennai confirmed by Arya floor supervisor
                          Aug 8th got confirmation from Rafik Hyderabad that they will visit my house next day - nothing happened

                          I got Reliance Wimax installed 3-4 months ago. Their engineers were not able to get it work in my home. They visited my house 3-4 times but were never able to correct the problem. Finally, they stopped coming. After waiting for around a month or so, I asked them for disconnecting the service. That took another month. Now, they are sending me a bill for this service for Rs 1500. When I called them, they said I will have to pay this much.
                          I agree with this comment cause i faced the same problem with the Reliance Wi-Max connection regarding the Bill.
                          The Reliance People are asking to pay the Money - EVEN THE SERVICE IS NOT WORKING.

                          Last month I have visited Reliance web world situation at M.G road, Opp to Paradise hotel, Secunderabad and I have requested them to put
                          my card on hold for one month and their have charged me a bill of 899.00 rupees along with save custody charge on 04th-Aug-2011 after completion of my save custody period. I have visited again Reliance web world to migrate into prepaid their asked me to clear bill, I have clearly said them I have kept my card on hold on 04th-Aug-2011 and after long conversation they said we have put waiver request of your bill, hence within couple of days I can move to prepaid,

                          But however till now I have not received a single call or confirmation from Reliance regarding my issue, Moreover I have called up six times to nodal desk but still my issue didn't got resolve.

                          It is very pathetic service which Reliance serves to their customer and also it is very surprising that after many escalation also there is no action
                          has been taken.
                          Still my complaint has been not resolved.

                          Please arrange to provide my time line where my query can sorted out, Its above 20 days where i am
                          regularly following-up with Reliance nodal officer but still issue remains same.

                          Dear Rcom, as per your telephonic conversation, I was told that a waiver will be issued for the days when there was service outage and they asked me to pay last month's bill which I paid promptly like I have been paying for the last 2 and 1/2 years.

                          However in my current month's bill you have also included late payment fees in my bill of Rs.100 on top of the month charge Rs.1684.5. Why do you think someone will pay when there is no service. Feel free to cancel my service this time because your promises made are only on the phone and not in reality. Another FYI, till today not a single technician visited the house ever to rectify services in case of disruption.

                          This also shows your pathetic attitude towards customers because in spite of a grievance cell (Appellate authority who does not bother to do anything), you want to react only to complaints based on a public forum. Really pitiful.
                          Dear RCOM, I have indicated my request to cancel my wimax service due to lack of service. However I got a call from customer service based on my complaints here asking me to continue as a customer as they would provide me a waiver for service outages listed above.

                          So I promptly paid my last month bill but now in my current month's bill, (no.[protected] I have been charged Rs.100 late fees on top of your very expensive yet pathetic service of Rs.1684.5 for WIMAX. Why do you think somebody would pay Rs.1800 a month where the service is bad and speed is normal when I can get better options for Rs.500 with BEAM FIBER.

                          This is not acceptable as lack of service is not my issue. If you cannot provide services properly please cancel my service. I am not going to pay this month's bill until you waive the late fee and provide waiver for service outages.

                          Looks like your customer care or grievance cell (appellate authority) is of no use as they barely respond to emails or phone calls. However you seem to respond to complaints on a public forum. Not sure why have a customer service when they don't do anything - do they deserve their salaries.

                          As per your customer service, my service is disconnected as on Aug 15th, 2012. Please send me adjusted FINAL BILL for month of August and also do collect your equipment.

                          It was a really great experience being with you and I will ensure never to part of any RELIANCE PRODUCT or STORE or SERVICE in future.

                              I am a regular customer of Rcom GSM Prepaid since past 4 years and since past two month i am facing issues with reliance regarding vas. Daily one kind of vas service get activated on my mobile and they are deducting 5-5 rupies on daily basis.. On daily basis i am calling on customer care desk so every CS is just able to take my request for waiver but no one is able to resolve my issue permanently. Really i am very frustrated from reliance vas services. Even i have activated DND on my number but yet facing issues with Reliance.. I have made several complaints to the reliance customer care desk even nodel desk too.. but i always get my deducted money back and thats enough but no one is ready to stop this deduction loop for good.


                              Can somebody resolve this issue for good please??

                              I recharged my mobile with 1 year plan in which my local call charges was 50 paise per min for local call. In April i recharged with Rs 496 special recharge, when i asked the customer care they didn't told me that my base plan will change and i will be charged 99 paise per min for local call. Now when my validity of special recharge is over they are still deducting 99 paise. Now when i called to the customer care they are saying that my base plan has changed. So u will be charged 99 paise only and we cannot do anything.

                              My Rajasthan reliance GSM no. is [protected]. On 06-12-10 night, some pack was activated on my number automatically without my permission and Rs 30 were deducted from my balance. On contacting the customer service about the sudden decrease in balance i was informed that it was because of this pack which had supposedly requested through USP, which was completely untrue and i hadn't even heard of the pack before. I didn't even receive a confirmation message on my cell regarding the activation of that pack. I was told that pack would be deactivated but the deducted money thus won't be refunded.

                              It seems this has become a new harassment scheme to fleece out money from the customers through blatant and shamefully corrupt practices or through sheer incompetence and faulty bug-ridden systems.

                              I hope you will kindly consider my request and arrange refund of the deducted amount from Reliance company, otherwise I compelled to quit the services of Reliance GSM.

                              I am a consumer of Reliance GSM no ([protected]) of northeast circle. yesterday a sum of Rs.30.00 has been deducted from my balance by the service provider & after calling to customer assistance, they replied that there is a devotional pack activated in my no and they already deducted Rs. 10.00 from my account earlier. But i never activated such packs and service provider never inform me regarding the pack activation or money deduction. I therefore request to Reliance authority to take necessary action so that it will never happen again with anyone.

                              Yesterday when i received call from Customer care they promised me..there will be no packs will be activated on your numbers in future , then why been it activated without my confirmation or knowledge.

                                It’s very bad to say about the customer service of Reliance Infocome for my connections. I'm a reliance CDMA user from 2004. I have requested for
                                1. Migration of CDMA to GSM connection and
                                2. Prepaid to postpaid connection.
                                To get benefit of postpaid 599 GSM plans but they have changed my prepaid to postpaid connection only. I spoke to reliance customer executive before change my prepaid connection to postpaid connection, and they committed me by 5 august my number will be migrated to both GSM and postpaid.

                                I apply for a connection through a excutive person of reliance. The person commits to provide the choice no. with prepaid connections. He insists me to please kept this no. as postpaid for one month after that it will be converted into lifetime prepaid without any extra cost but after one month the excutive dont respond to our call and we have paid three months bill without any use of this no. We also talk to customer care to terminate this no. bcoz of wrong commitment but still reliance communication dont respond to the complain. So please kindly help in this regard.

                                I had received a call from [protected], to take a post paid connection inwhich they proposed to give me some terrif plan which was good for me.

                                They arranged a filed guy ([protected]) to collect my document and same was submitted by me to get connection soon. These guys committed me to activate the number till 23rd evening however it could not be activated till now.

                                When i called for followup of my issue, no one was responding me.

                                After so many follow up, I received a call from [protected]. Some (Sharma) was on line and was using very offensive language.

                                I felt very strange that Reliance have such employees who do not know about customer service.

                                Apart from it, how can these guys use non comercial number for there customer service operation. As per Trai guideline no one can use personal number for comercial use however reliance is doing it without any hesitation.

                                I am customer of Reliance Broadband since one year no-[protected]...problem starts when billing cycle was changed in the month of Feb...i was not informed and my connection got barred after that I lost my card and I informed to customer care even...next month bill was even generated where I used around 300mb only and dey charged me for full months,after that,I received a letter from Reliance Letter no.3564/Rashmeet,I spoke to Ms.Teena on mobile no-[protected] and [protected] were she told me that she's talking on behalf on him,she convinced me to make the payment of Rs.900 and Remaining will be waived off and ur account will be cleared.I make the payment on her assurance about the waiver and she provided me with request no-SRQ[protected],she told me that ur balance will be cleared off...after 2 day, i called her again and she is not picking up the call now..Den I spoke to customer care about it to Mr.Paresh Sharma Interaction id-[protected]....he noted all my issues and told me to wait for sum time that commitment will be done......Now I am helpless, I am been make as a defaulter by this kinda harassment....Plz I duly request as an Combatant member of Indian Air Force to help me in this stupidity been done to customers

                                It’s very bad to say about the customer service and reliance store / web world. my CDMA sim have deactivated on 18 august 2012 without issue GSM postpaid sim and i went to preet vihar and jagatpuri reliance store 21 august 2012 along with photo and ID to issue GSM post paid sim as customer care told me.
                                I have spoke to customer care people of reliance store but those people way of talking is very rudy (rude). and told me to talk to costumer care again which not help any more.

                                i am really tired up you services please help me.

                                My Name is Nipul Vanani, I was using service o[censored]ninor but one day I received a call from relince that if I convert my service in to Relince Post Paid, I will get following benefits in Rs. 199 per month plan.
                                600 local minutes, Reliance to Reliance Free Local Calling, 400 msg.

                                But now I recived my post paid connection bill amounting rs. 448 which include charges for Local Relince to Reliance Calls.

                                For this complaint, i called 198 for 7 times but each time i recived recorded msg &quot; our all executive are busy, it will take more than 5 miutes&quot; and after that, even after waiting for more than 30 minutes, my call didnt answered. So i also called to appellate authority but the same things happen, each time i called appellate authority, even after choosing hindi language, i complae to talk in a english or tamil langangue in which i am not good.

                                  My account balance is being cut by Reliance communications for VAS which I have never subscribed.
                                  I had called customer care on 3rd Aug with a request to stop all VAS and credit the deducted amount back. The same was done by the customer casre executive. However, yesterday (07.08.2012) I have again received messages that some VAS like CBRT, mgreet, etc has been started for which substantial amount has been deducted. I am not able to get to the Customer care executive at *333 as it seems they have blocked my number. (As soon as I press '0' an automated message is played- "Thanks for using Reliance GSM service" !!!! PLEASE STOP ALL VAS and refund the amount deducted.

                                  It is an agony to try getting to the customer service at*369 besides the time wasted.

                                  I have a reliance mobile connection. On several occassion a service known as cricket pack gets automatically activated on my mobile and daily Rs.5 is charged to me on the days when there is a cricket match.

                                  On calling the customer care they give the trained response that the service was activated on my request. This time they also told me that the call was made by some third party provider whose number as given by the call center guy 'Irfan' was[protected].

                                  I fail to understand how such blatent mal-practice can continue in our country. This simple scam helps Reliance Communication generate crores of Rs. everyday. This is another form of extortion. I have very little hope that this will be rectified. But I urge the general public to swtich to another service provider using the number portability. Atleast that will teach reliance a lesson. I believe Anil is trying to gather money to build a house taller than his brother. With such corrupt bricks how long is it going to last?

                                    I had already complained the same once before - Automatically money is getting deducted from my account of some or the other not-required services, which i haven't aknowledged to provide. On complaining the same i got a call from customer care- SANDEEP on[protected] and he deactivated all services. But on the very NEXT DAY i got my money deducted again by what i don't know. they are not even telling why are they deducting the money and if you call customer care they 'll say that they don't have the necessary code to unsubscribe the same.
                                    The only thing that i am still with reliance is the 799 plan i am using. nevertheless there is nothing good in this n/w provider to stick with.
                                    1.N/w does go away once in a while in the area (vandalur, chennai) for a whole night and then return on morning.Most probably it is also getting bored out and going out for a vacation.
                                    2.I am getting this problem since many months and you can see that i have seldom recharged after that because as soon as i recharge ,reliance takes my money for some or the other unwanted services.
                                    3.Customer care is really killing and *333, Rcare- whatever numbers are there- calling to them is like entering into an hell where you had to struggle to find your way out. why they can't make it easy and satisfying ? Cusotmer care is there for providing a pleasant & satisfying service. But calling them is like you had another problem. Though talking to sandeep was really good .He was good enough to make me forget my tryst with reliance. Had some one who is taking care of the company has ever called & checked once.It's a total mess.

                                      I am dinesh residing in kilpauk garden chennai.

                                      Mysel[censored]sing the reliance broadband wireline connection for the past 2yrs and my user ID:[protected].

                                      My internet connection is not working in the timing between 4p.m to 11p.m from march month onwards.

                                      Regarding this connectivity issue i registered a complaint in reliance customer care on 29/06/2012 and SR #[protected] but the technical team has closed the complaint# without solving this issue.

                                      Again on 30/07/2012 i raised a complaint for the same issue but they did not solve this issue & closed the SR number[protected].

                                      On 06/08/2012 I informed to customer care that technical team are closing the complaint without solving the connectivity issue. For this again they raised a Service Request number[protected]. Even this complaint was closed without solving my connectivity problem. So I have sent an email to appellate authority but still now i did not receive any response from reliance person.

                                      On 07/08/2012 again I raised a complaint in reliance customer care and Service Request number[protected] and informed the same to appellate authority over the phone but till now they did not take any action on my connectivity issue.

                                      Could advice and help me to sort out this issue.
