Services has been renewed and balance was deducted without permission

complaint regarding misbehaviour of customer care executive

No proper update on site for night pack (Rules and regulation).

I had recharged night pack value Rs. 69. on 02.08.2012. it was working. suddenly i had checked on 12.08.2012 that balance was deducting. i had raised complaint on (12.08.2012) customer care. Executive comment was due to technical error balance was deducted. you will get the balance in 48 hrs. also night pack will work. Again i had raised complaint on 13. 08.2012...

SOOOOO MANY ISSUES

Hi there ! this is prashant [protected].
i am facing this issue since long that my balance is getting deducting every now and then and packs are also getting activated
with out my knowledge please do something for atleast a week till i switch over to idea please hold it the same way if you don't want
customers in reliance please don't trouble people like this , JUST SAY WE DON'T WANNA SERVE RELIANCE CUSTOMERS...

Consumer Harassment

At the Reliance Web World they told me that for the address proof you can submit your bank statement as I am on rent and cant give my rent agreement. But once I showed them the bank statement they said it cant be used as address proof as address is not mentioned there. Failure to disconnect the connection in spite of repeated requests

Near to Zero speed in 3g

worthless service

reliance is one of the poor and cheapest service provider in India. Reliance is almost equal to the roadside beggar who takes money from its customer by giving false offers . I would recommend all the viewers to change their number from reliance to any other service provider by using mobile number portability....
